학교급식 영양사의 직무만족도와 그에 영향을 미치는 직무특성 요인 분석 (Job Satisfaction and its Relationship to Job Characteristics of School Foodservice Dietitians)

  • The purposes of this study were to: (a) measure the levels of job satisfaction with five facets of a job: the work itself, promotion, pay, supervision and co-workers and (b) investigate relationships between job characteristics and job satisfaction levels of the dietitians in school foodservice. Subjects consisted of 151 dietitians, with 91 in Seoul and 60 in KyoungKi-Do. The survey form was developed on modifying Job Descriptive Index developed by Smith, Kendall, Hulin and Job Characteristics Inventory developed by Sims, Szilagy, Keller. The responding rate was 81.7%. Data were analyzed for frequencies, means, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression using SPSS PC Package. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Less than a half of the sample(40.9%) were 31 to 35 years, married were 62% and junior college graduates were 33.9%. 2) A striking majority of the respondents(81.7%) ranked work itself as the the most important aspect of their jobs. 3) The dietitians were the most satisfied with work itself, then supervision, co-workers, wage and promotion in decreasing order. 4) In relations of demographic factors to the job satisfaction, satisfactions with wage and co-workers were found significantly related to education. 5) Task identity was the most prevalent job characteristics. 6) The $R^2$ for the multiple regression model was 0.26, indicating that 26% of the variance in job satisfaction could be accounted for the job characteristics. This model showed that friendship of job characteristics made the greatest contributions. The second was variety and the third was dealing with others. Especially dealing with others was negatively related to job satisfaction.

비행청소년 인성치료를 위한 독서요법 (Bibliotherapy for human nature therapy of the juvenile delinquent)

  • The future of a country is influenced by the youth. Sound fostering of the youth is important for the country's future. Because of mechanization, industrialization and urbanization of our society, many social problems, such as confusion of the sense of value, dehumanization, money worshi n.0, ppings, juvenile delinquency are increasing. For the solution of problems of juvenile crime and dehumanization, bibliotherapy should be practiced in juvenile reformatories, schools and societies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness and value of reading. And also the characteristics, brief history, principles and procedures of bibliotherapy are examined. In addition, the book catalog suitable for bibliotherapy is considered. The results of the study are as follows. (1) In order to solve the problem of dehumanization, and the confusion of the sense of value among young adults, we should enrich and cultivate the characters of young adults through the bibliotherapy. So, bibliotherapy for the treatment of human nature of juveniles should be practiced in the juvenile reformatories, schools and societies. (2) The values of reading in the past were inspiration, information and recreation. But, in recent times, the interest in therapeutic value of reading is increasing. (3) Bibliotherapy is a kind of psychotherapy using selected reading materials. A n.0, pplication scopes of bibliotherapy are very wides, including mental medicine, alcoholic poisoning, drug addiction, juvenile delinquency, counselling and education for school life, etc. (4) The principles of bibliotherapy consist of identification, catharsis, insight and it has self therapeutic principles through the reading. The procedures of bibliotherapy is similar to any other kind of psychotherapy: the participant's statement, diagnosis, treatment, continuous recognition of remedial value. (5) The well suited reading materials for bibliotherapy are literature and biography. Literature and biography are familiar to everyone, because they describe the mentalities, emotions and life styles of human beings. (6) The standard reading lists for bibliotherapy for the proper guidance of juvenile delinquency should be prepared for the solution of developmental tasks, such as, drinking, smoking, friendship, family, love, money, marriage, pregnancy, violence, etc. Finally, Bibliotherapy should be introduced to our school settings and corrections institutions for the proper guidance and prevention of the malpractice of the youths. In addition, we should be endeavor to develop the standard reading lists for bibliotherapy and case study.

청소년의 가족 및 또래 환경과 우울에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Family and Peer Environment on Adolescents' Depression)

  • 본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 성별에 따른 우울의 차이를 살펴보고, 가족 환경과 또래 환경이 청소년의 우울에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 우울, 부모와의 관계, 부부 갈등, 또래 관계, 또래괴롭힘을 측정하는 설문지를 구성하여, 경기도 부천 시내 5개의 중학교에서 2학년 학생 667명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 분석에 633부의 자료를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 우울은 낮은 편이며, 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 남자 청소년보다 여자 청소년이 우울을 더 많이 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 우울에 미치는 가족 환경과 또래 환경의 상대적 영향력을 살펴보면, 남녀 청소년의 우울에는 또래괴롭힘, 부모와의 관계, 부부 갈등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 남녀 청소년 모두 또래괴롭힘 수준을 높게 인식할수록, 부모와의 관계 수준이 낮을수록, 부부 갈등이 심할수록 우울을 더 많이 경험하였다.

중학생을 위한 창의적 재량활동 프로그램 요구도 (Analysis of Demand for Creative Discretionary Activity in the Middle School)

  • 이 연구는 가정과 교사들에게 창의적 재량활동 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 서울시내 중학생 521명을 대상으로 실시 하였다. 청소년 발달 특성을 기초한 자기 자신에 대한 이해, 진로 탐색, 가족 관계,동료간의 우정, 성에 대한 이해, 예절 영역의 요구도 척도를 개발하여 조사 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생을 대상으로 창의적 재량활동 범교과 학습에 대하여 자기 자신에 대한 이해, 진로 탐색이 가장높은 요구도를 보였으며 다음으로 가족관계, 동료 간의 우정, 청소년의 부적응, 예절, 성에 대한 이해 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창의적 재량활동 범교과 학습 요구도의 문항내용을 분석해본 결과 자기 자신에 대한 이해 영역의 모든 문항과 나의 잠재 능력 찾기, 나의 적성에 대하여 알아보기 등이 4점 이상의 높은 요구도를 나타내었다. 아울러 3.5점 이상을 나타낸 것은 나의 흥미 알아보기, 변화하는 사회와 직업, 새로운 직업 건전한 직업 가치관, 삶의 목표, 나의 미래 모습, 가족 간의 사랑 일깨우기, 생활 속의 예절 등이다. 셋째, 사회인구학적인 변인에 따른 중학교 2학년 학생들의 창의적 재량활동 범교과 학습 요구도를 알아본 결과 성별, 가족유형, 경제수준 등에 따라 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다.

대구.경북지역 단체급식소 유형별 영양사의 개인특성과 직무특성이 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Personal and Job Characteristics on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction of Daegu.Gyeongbuk Area Dietitians by Foodservice Employment Type)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of personal and job characteristics on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of dietitians employed in different foodservice settings. The subjects were dietitians(n=830) employed by schools, hospitals, and industries in Daegu Gyeongbuk area. A questionnaire was used to determine personal and job characteristics, commitment and satisfaction. Organizational commitment scores were the highest for hospital dietitians, and the lowest for industry dietitians (p<0.05). Industry dietitians felt significantly less loyal to their organizations than did the other dietitians(p<0.05). School and hospital dietitians were significantly more likely to say they cared about the fate of their organizations and thought their organizations were the best to work for. Age, education, length of employment, and wages were positively associated with hospital dietitians' commitment(p<0.05). For all dietitians, the fewer the work hours, the higher the commitment(p<0.05). When asked to rate their satisfaction with various aspects of their jobs, dietitians expressed the most satisfaction with co-workers, and the least satisfaction with promotion opportunities. School dietitians were significantly less satisfied with pay and promotion than were the other dietitians. Organizational commitment was associated with wages(0.05), autonomy(0.08), feedback(0.16), dealings with others(0.07), and task identity(0.09). Job satisfaction was affected by educational level(-0.13), wages(0.10), autonomy(0.18), friendship opportunities(0.14), feedback(0.16), task identity(-0.11) and organizational commitment(0.40) (Lisrel program).

초등학생 또래관계 네트워크 특성이 독서능력에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Elementary School Students' Peer-relationship Network Characteristics on the Reading Competencies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 또래관계 네트워크 특성을 탐색하고, 그 특성이 독서능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 독서교육방안을 제안하는 것에 있다. 연구를 위해 소셜네트워크분석(social network analysis)을 활용하였고, 또래관계와 독서능력과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 중심성 분석과 QAP 상관관계 및 QAP 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 초등학생의 또래관계에서 친구관계보다는 도움관계가 독서능력과 관련이 있음을 제시하였다. 그러나, 친구관계가 도움관계 네트워크에 영향을 미치고 있어 독서능력의 향상을 위해서는 친구 및 도움관계 네트워크의 관계를 모두 고려해야 함을 파악할 수 있었다. 이러한 네트워크 분석결과는 상황과 학습 목적을 고려한 독서 전, 중, 후와 같은 시기별 활동이나 개인, 모둠, 전체 활동 같은 구성원 조성에 유용할 수 있는 독서교육방안을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

한국 청소년의 행복을 결정하는 요인들 (Happiness Determinants for Korean Adolescents)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국청소년들의 행복을 구성하는 요인이 무엇인지를 알아보기 위해 2개의 경험적 연구를 수행했다. 연구 1에서 개방형 질문지를 이용하여 155명의 고등학생에게 자신이 행복하다고 느끼는 상황을 기술하도록 했다. 그 응답의 내용을 분석한 결과, 물질적 측면에서는 경제, 건강, 외모, 심리적 측면에서는 자아 관련 내용, 휴식 및 여가 그리고 종교, 사회적 측면에서는 가족, 이성친구, 동성친구 등 다양한 대인관계 및 사회적 성취의 내용이 들어있었다. 연구 2에서는 이러한 반응에 기초하여 행복을 측정하는 문항을 구성하여 450명의 고등학생들로부터 양적인 자료를 수집하였다. 요인분석결과, 총 10개의 행복구성요인(가족관계, 개성, 성적, 종교, 이성친구, 외모, 자기발견, 경제력, 우정관계, 심리적 여유)이 도출되었으며, 이러한 요인은 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기존의 중년기 및 노년기에 관한 결과와 비교하여 논의하였다.

도시지역 고등학생들의 사회심리적 스트레스 수준과 그의 관련요인 (Psychosocial Stress and Related Factors among High School Students in a City)

  • 본 연구는 도시지역 고등학생들의 사회심리적 스트레스 수준을 파악하고 그에 관련된 요인을 규명하고자 대전광역시의 남 여 고등학생 514명을 대상으로 2011년 4월 1일부터 5월 31일까지의 기간 동안에 표준화된 자기기입식 설문지를 사용하여 설문조사하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상 학생들의 사회심리적 스트레스 수준은 건강군이 6.4%, 잠재적 스트레스 군이 72.4%, 고위험스트레스 군이 21.2%로 나타났다. 일반적 특성별 고위험스트레스 군의 분포는 교우관계 가 좋지 않다는 군에서, 학교생활에 만족하지 못한다는 군에서, 형제자매가 없다는 군에서, 가정생활에 만족하지 못한다는 군에서 유의하게 높았다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과 고위험스트레스 군에 속할 교차비는 교우관계가 좋다는 군보다 좋지 않다는 군에서, 학교생활에 만족한다는 군보다 만족하지 못한다는 군에서, 형제자매가 있다는 군보다 없다는 군에서, 가정생활에 만족한다는 군보다 만족하지 못한다는 군에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 단계별 다중회귀분석 결과 사회심리적 스트레스 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 학교생활만족도, 교우관계, 형제자매유무 및 가정생활만족도가 유의한 변수로 선정되었다.

Prediction Models for Solitary Pulmonary Nodules Based on Curvelet Textural Features and Clinical Parameters

  • Lung cancer, one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths, usually appears as solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs) which are hard to diagnose using the naked eye. In this paper, curvelet-based textural features and clinical parameters are used with three prediction models [a multilevel model, a least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) regression method, and a support vector machine (SVM)] to improve the diagnosis of benign and malignant SPNs. Dimensionality reduction of the original curvelet-based textural features was achieved using principal component analysis. In addition, non-conditional logistical regression was used to find clinical predictors among demographic parameters and morphological features. The results showed that, combined with 11 clinical predictors, the accuracy rates using 12 principal components were higher than those using the original curvelet-based textural features. To evaluate the models, 10-fold cross validation and back substitution were applied. The results obtained, respectively, were 0.8549 and 0.9221 for the LASSO method, 0.9443 and 0.9831 for SVM, and 0.8722 and 0.9722 for the multilevel model. All in all, it was found that using curvelet-based textural features after dimensionality reduction and using clinical predictors, the highest accuracy rate was achieved with SVM. The method may be used as an auxiliary tool to differentiate between benign and malignant SPNs in CT images.

남녀 중학생의 성에 대한 지식, 태도, 성교육요구도에 관한 연구 - 광주 시내 일부 중학교 1학년 대상으로- (A Survey of Sexual Knowledge, Attitude, Need of Sex Education of schoolchildren - Junior high school St grade students in Kwang-Ju city -)

  • The purpose of the survey was to identify the degree and the relationship of sexual knowledge, sexual attitude and need of sex education. This information will provide useful data for a more systematic. desirable, and practical sex education. The data was collected from 300 first grade schoolchildren (150 boys and 150 girls) of two Junior high school in K city. The data was gathered by questionnaire from Nov.21 to 28, 1995. The questionnaire was modified by authors using the questionnaire developed by Lief & Reed. Data was analyzed by using the statistical computer package, SAS to manipulate the data along with percentages, means, standard deviation, t-test, $X^2$-test, GLM, and Pearson correlation coeffiency. The results in this study were summarized as follows: 1. Sexual knowledge. - The mean score of sexual knowledges showed no significant differences between boys and girls(p<0.6180), but in the areas of biological differences(boys; $11.57{\pm}2.43$, girls; $10.93{\pm}2.41$, p<0.0242), and pregnancy physiology(boys; $9.28{\pm}1.87$, girls; $10.04{\pm}2.42$, p<0.0026) showed significant difference between boys and girls. 2. Sexual attitudes. - The mean score of sexual attitudes showed no significant difference between boys and girls (p<0.8286), but in the areas of masturbation (boys : $6.69{\pm}2.22$, girls : $5.65{\pm}1.88$, p<0.0001), and premarital intercourse (boys : $5,42{\pm}1.35$, girls : $6.00{\pm}1.33$, p<0.0002) showed significant difference between boys and girls 3. Need of sex education. - The majority of the subjects wanted to learn about sexual delinquency and it's prevention(57.7%), form a friendship with the other sex(56.3%), physical differences of the other sex(52.0%), psychological differences and the charateriatics of the other sex (50.3%) and meaning of love(50.3%). 4. The relationships between sexual knowledges and sexual attitudes. - Those who had higher sexual knowledges showed more positive attitudes towards sex, and showed statistical significance(r=0.2074, p<0.0003). 5. The relationships between general charateristics and sexual knowledge. - Better students(by self-perception of school performance) had higher knowledge scores about sex. 6. The relationships between general charateristics and sexual attitudes. - Those who wanted to learn more about sex, and better students had higher attitude scores about sex. - Those who were in high standard of living had higher attitude scores about sex as well. Suggestions based on above study are as follows' 1. The planned sex education showed be performed to the schoolchildren establish responsible attitudes about sex. 2. Systematic sex education through formal school education according to age is recommended. 3. Further studies should be done to measure the effect of sex education based on the needs of the schoolchildren.
