본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족과 임상실습만족이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 2021년 5월부터 6월까지 전라지역 소재 M대학의 4학년 간호대학생 152명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 자료의 분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구의 결과 간호대학생의 취업스트레스는 전공만족과는 유의한 음의 상관(r=-.356, p<.001)이 있었지만, 임상실습만족과는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다(r=-.018, p=.825). 다중회귀분석의 결과, 간호대학생의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 나이(β=0.285, p<.001), 성적(β=0.250, p=.001), 전공만족(β=-0.331, p<.001)이었고 설명력은 25.3%였다. 본 연구의 결과로 간호대학생의 취업스트레스를 줄여주기 위해 전공만족을 높일 수 있는 정책적 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하며 나이와 성적을 고려한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

본 연구는 NCS기반 음료자격증교육만족도가 전공만족도 및 취업준비행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 수도권에 위치한 호텔관광전공 학생들을 대상으로 2018년 5월1일부터 6월30일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 총 300부 중 271부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 본 연구에서 설정한 가설은 모두 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 특히 '교육과정', '담당교수', '자격증의 효용성', '자격증 유형', '교수만족도', '전공교수'의 항목에서 중요한 영향을 미치는 결과가 도출되었다. 이에 호텔관광계열학과에서 음료자격증 교육프로그램 운영 시 위의 항목을 우선시 하여 학생들의 만족도를 높이는 교육프로그램이 운영되어야 할 것이다. 또한 음료자격증은 취업준비와 전공만족도에도 중요한 영향을 미치는 만큼 학생지도에 있어 전략으로 활용하여 학과의 만족도와 취업률 향상에 일조하는 방향으로 운영되어야 한다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업탄력성과 학업소진, 전공만족도 간의 관계를 파악하고 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 연구이다. 학업소진, 학업탄력성, 전공만족도간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 학업소진은 학업탄력성과 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다(r=-.476, p=.000). 학업소진은 전공만족도와 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다(r=-.509, p=.000). 학업탄력성은 전공만족도(r=.567, p=.000)와 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업탄력성(β = .418, P=.000), 학업소진(β = -.331, P=.000), 대인관계가 나쁜 학생(β = .175, P=.001), 대인관계가 좋은 학생(β = .132, P=.012), 26-30세의 학생(β = .351, P=.017)순이었고, 이들의 설명력은 44.3%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 학업탄력성을 높일 수 있는 프로그램의 개발과 학업소진을 감소할 수 있는 프로그램이 필요하다. 또한 학생의 소질과 적성을 고려한 개인별 맞춤식 교육을 통해 학생들의 역량을 끌어올릴 수 있는 발전적인 학습방법이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 성인학습자들의 모 애착이 자아존중감을 매개로 이러닝 교육과정에서 선택한 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 구조방정식을 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구대상은 이러닝 교육대상자로서 선정가능한 사이버대학에 재학 중인 529명이 설문에 참여하였으며, 선정한 변인들의 관계를 분석하기 위해 구조방정식 모형분석(Structural Equation Modeling)을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면, 아동기 어머니에 대한 애착은 자아존중감을 매개로 이러닝 교육과정에 참여하고 있는 성인 학습자들의 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 아동기 애착 및 자아존중감이 이러닝 교육에 참여하고 있는 성인학습자의 학교생활에 영향을 미치는 요인이라는 것을 알 수 있다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate influences on employment preparation in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 386 dental hygiene students in South Korea from November 1 to 30, 2016. For data analysis, the study used independent t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis among others. Results: Students with higher grades tended to have major satisfaction, instruction participation, and employment preparation (P<0.001). Higher parental monthly income was related to higher major satisfaction (P<0.001). Employment preparation was significantly positively related to major selection motive, major satisfaction, and instruction participation. Conclusions: In order to encourage dental hygiene students to prepare for employment, it is necessary to create a better academic environment and develop a variety of employment preparation education programs. I think that the active interest of the country, society, school, and family will have a positive impact on employment preparation.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of major satisfaction in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement among nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from 142 nursing students from March 5 to March 9, 2018, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. Results: Academic self-efficacy had a significant effect on both major satisfaction (${\beta}=.31$, p<.001), and academic achievement (${\beta}=.43$, p<.001). The parameter of major satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the dependent variable, academic achievement (${\beta}=.22$, p=.007), and the independent variable, academic self-efficacy, also had a significant effect on academic achievement (${\beta}=.39$, p<.001). Thus, major satisfaction was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between academic self efficacy and academic achievement. The Sobel test showed that the path of the academic achievement and academic self efficacy variables was significantly mediated by major satisfaction (Z=2.99, p=.003). Conclusion: Academic self-efficacy was found to affect academic achievement, and major satisfaction was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between academic self efficacy and academic achievement.

Purpose : In order to respond to the needs of society, it is necessary for nursing students to develop into their professional roles and form a higher degree of positive nursing professionalism. This study investigated clinical practice stress, clinical practice satisfaction, academic major satisfaction, and self-esteem among nursing students, and identified factors influencing their nursing professionalism. Methods : The participants of this study were 200 nursing students who used the internet and e-mail, and who understood the purpose and methods of this study. Data were collected from June 21 to July 27, 2021. Data analysis, including the independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression, was performed using SPSS version 26.0. Results : The mean score was 3.52±.47 for nursing professionalism, 2.99±.56 for clinical practice stress, 3.35±.44 for clinical practice satisfaction, 3.75±.55 for academic major satisfaction, and 3.49±.78 for self-esteem. There were no significant differences in nursing professionalism according to general characteristics. Nursing professionalism was positively correlated with clinical practice satisfaction (r=.36, p<.001), academic major satisfaction (r=.57, p<.001), and self-esteem (r=.41, p<.001), but negatively correlated with clinical practice stress (r=-.41, p<.001). Factors influencing nursing professionalism included academic major satisfaction (𝛽=.39, p<.001) and clinical practice stress (𝛽=-.16, p=.021). These variables explained 36 % of variance in nursing professionalism (F=29.43, p<.001). Conclusion : These findings indicate that academic major satisfaction and clinical practice stress could be considered in effective nursing educational interventions to improve nursing professionalism in nursing students. Therefore, multidimensional efforts are needed to establish educational programs for nursing students aiming to enhance their nursing professionalism. In addition, these findings will be helpful for establishing various emotional control programs for the management of clinical practice stress among nursing students.

This study tested major determinants of customer satisfaction and loyalty by varying degrees of customers' knowledge level. Also, authors investigated the degrees of those impacts by classifying industries into two groups(service/manufacturing). Based on 4,000 completed surveys from five major cities, authors found the relationship among perceived quality, perceived value, and corporate image with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. As a result, corporate image(extrinsic cue) was a major determinant to customers who are low knowledgeable and impacts of corporate image on customer satisfaction was stronger in service industry than manufacturing industry.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 전공만족도 간의 LMS 학습효과의 매개역할를 파악하고자 J시의간호대학에 재학중인 241명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시는 LMS 학습효과(B=.65, p<.001)와 전공만족도(B=.62, p<.001)에 정적인 영향을 주며, LMS 학습효과는 전공만족도에 정적인(B=.19, p<.001) 상관관계가 있어 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 전공만족도의 사이의 관계에서 LMS 학습효과가 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 향상 시키기 위해서는 디지털 리터러시뿐만 아니라 LMS 학습효과을 향상 시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

연구목적은 코로나-19 확산 속에서 비대면 수업의 적용에 따른 보건계열 학과 1, 2 학년 학생들의 전공 몰입과 전공 만족도의 변화를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 보건계열학과에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 학생으로 총 181명이 참여하였다. 대상자들은 COVID-19 확산에 따라, 15주간 비대면 수업에 참여하였으며, 비대면 수업은 교육부 지침에 근거하여, 실시간 온라인 강의와 영상콘텐츠를 활용한 수업으로 구성되었다. 전공 몰입 평가는 전공몰입척도를 활용하여 수행되었고, 전공 만족도는 전공만족도척도를 활용하여 수행되었다. 분석결과, 비대면 수업의 적용 후 대상자들의 전공 몰입과 전공 만족 정도가 통계적으로 유의미하게 감소되었다. 본 연구결과에 따라, 비대면 수업의 적용은 대상자들의 전공 몰입과 전공 만족도의 감소에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인이다. 따라서, 비대면 수업의 적용에서 보건계열 학과 1, 2학년 학생들의 전공 몰입과 전공 만족도의 향상을 위해서, 적절한 고려가 필요할 것이다.
