Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the knowledge of people in general about orthodontic treatment and their attitude to that by conducting a survey in a bid to provide information on the improvement of their incorrect awareness of orthodontics and on the development of clinical orthodontic treatment. Methods and Results : The subjects in this study were 389 people in general who resided in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. A self-administered survey was conducted, and the findings of the study were as follows: 1. As for awareness of orthodontic treatment among the people in general by gender, the women knew better about orthodontic treatment than the men, and the gender gap was significant(p<0.05). 2. Concerning satisfaction with the shape and arrangement of the teeth by age, those who were in their 20s were most satisfied, and the teens were satisfied the least. There were significant gaps according to age (p<0.05). 3. As a result of checking the degree of their inconvenience about the use of chewing teeth by age, the people who were in their 30s felt the most inconvenience, and the gap between them and the others was significant(p<0.01). 4. As a result of asking them whether they had an intention to receive orthodontic treatment, the women had a more intention to do that than the men(p<0.001). By age, the younger respondents had a more intention, and the gaps between them and the others were significant(p<0.001). 5. As a result of analyzing their perception of the positives of orthodontics by gender, the women took a more positive view of it than the men, and their gap was significant(p<0.01). Conclusions : When orthodontic treatment or orthodontic treatment counseling is provided to orthodontic treatment patients or people in general in the field of clinical dentistry, it should be noted that the way patients and people in general look at orthodontic treatment is different according to their age and gender, and they should be informed of the positives of orthodontic treatment to step up the development of orthodontic treatment.

This study aims to present the differentiating factors of B2B salesperson competency through comparing the suppliers and buyers in Korean steel industry in their perception on the importance and priority of B2B salesperson competency. Based on previous studies, analysis on B2B salesperson competency has been analyzed using the B2B salesperson performance competency measure factors and appropriately reorganizing them for better application to the steel industry. The required performance competencies of B2B salesperson can be categorized into 3 different types, namely social exchange competency, advisory sales competency, and skill & knowledge competency. AHP analysis was performed for analyzing the relative importance of B2B salesperson competency based on the factors of previous studies, in which categorization of the aforementioned types had been done. As the result, first, it has been confirmed that there is a difference in 1st layer main factors between the supplier group and buyer group. The supplier group valued the advisory sales competency, while the buyer group valued skill & knowledge competency. Second, it has been proved that there is same result of relative importance in 2nd detailed factors between the supplier group and buyer group. Both group confirmed that customer member, identify customer needs and communication skill are very important factors. Third, as the result of analysis on the gap between B2B salesperson competency of the suppliers and buyers, the gap in the product knowledge and sales team member need improvement for buyer's satisfaction according to overall results of relative importance and priority. The steel supplier was able to develop B2B salesperson competency according to the buyers' needs based on the result of this study, and furthermore it is expected that this study will be able to contribute to increase in buyer competitiveness through differentiation in B2B salesperson competency.
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of LOHAS images of Japanese restaurants on customers' menu selection and satisfaction to provide useful information on proposing detailed marketing directions by deriving the importance and satisfaction factors of LOHAS images and to suggest practical and effective measures for using LOHAS images to improve menus at Japanese restaurants. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of examining hypothesis 1, "LOHAS images will influence essential factors," it was found that healthy ingredient, family-oriented, eco-friendly, sustainability, and energy-saving factors were influential. With greater family-oriented, sustainability, healthy ingredient, and eco-friendly factors in LOHAS image, interests in essential factors increased. Second, family-oriented, energy-saving, social-oriented, and sustainability factors in LOHAS image had a significantly positive impact on the environmental factors of menu. Third, eco-friendly, sustainability, family-oriented, energy-saving, healthy preparation, and healthy ingredient factors in LOHAS image had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction. Fourth, essential factors in the selection attributes of Japanese restaurant menu had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction. Fifth, environmental factors in Japanese restaurants had a significantly positive impact on customer satisfaction. The significance and limitation of this study are: first, Japanese restaurants would be able to build a better image with customers by providing menu items that are family-oriented, sustainable, and energy-saving. Second, it would be necessary to study how LOHAS factors influence customers' general purchase decisions and psychological factors.
This study analyzed the level of digital informatization and the level of human relationship satisfaction in the disabled group. The digital informatization level of the disabled refers to the level of smart access, smart capability, and smart utilization. For the sampling of persons with disabilities, the survey was conducted for persons aged 7 to 69 who were registered under the Welfare for Persons with Disabilities Act. Regression analysis utilized SAS 9.3.s through vitalization of local communities, and information education for the disabled is also important. The analysis results are as follows. First, the higher the digital access level of the disabled, the higher the level of interpersonal satisfaction. Second, the higher the digital information capability level of the disabled, the higher the level of interpersonal satisfaction. Third, the higher the level of digital information utilization of the disabled, the higher the level of interpersonal satisfaction. As a result, the higher the digital information level of the disabled, the higher the satisfaction level in the interpersonal relationship of the disabled. In addition, it was found that careful attention and policy review are needed to resolve the digital information gap of the government for the disabled who are marginalized groups. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the expansion of universal services of the marginalized groups including the disabled. In addition, it is important to form a culture in which the community embraces the marginalized class through vitalization of local communities, and information education for the disabled is also important.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the access level of digital information service and life satisfaction level of the middle and high-aged people and to analyze the Sequential Mediation Effects on online social engagement and online network activities. To this end, we analyzed the effects of multiple mediations on 1,491 seniors who responded to the 2018 digital information gap survey. The results of the study are as follows: First, this study confirmed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the access levels of digital information service and the life satisfaction. Second, the results showed that impact of digital information access level on life satisfaction among high-aged people was higher when they were engaged in both online social activities and online networking, rather than only involved in online social activities. Overall, this study comprehensively examined the relationship among the level of digital information access, life satisfaction, online social engagement, and online networking, which is meaningful in that it can be used as data for reconsideration of the digital information services and life satisfaction of the high-aged people.

This study analyzed the factors influencing the satisfaction of school students in Covid-19. The subjects of the study were surveyed in all 5th-6th grade of elementary school students, 1st-3rd grade of middle school, and 1st and 2nd grade of high school students in G metropolitan city. A total of 13,672 students participated in the survey, of which 13,613 were used for final data analysis. A hierarchical regression analysis of factors affecting students' life satisfaction showed that 22.2% of school life factors, 4.7% of home life factors, and 10.7% of daily stressors. The most influential factor in Covid-19 was home life satisfaction. Next was appearance stress for elementary school students and academic stress for middle and high school students. This can be seen as a result of Covid-19, which increased non-face-to-face classes and increased time for students to spend at home, which led to a greater impact on students' satisfaction in life. Nevertheless, middle and high school students can still see that academic stress has a significant impact on life satisfaction. Through this, it is necessary to support students to facilitate relationships, communication, studies, and leisure at home in the context of Corona 19. Especially, various educational policies must be accompanied so that the educational gap due to non-face-to-face classes does not deepen depending on the family environment.
This study intends to verify the poverty characteristics of the rural elderly households so as to provide more specific data for the intervention of social welfare in the improvement of quality of life of the rural elderly. According to my study of the absolute poverty ratio, the poverty gap, the relative poverty ratio, the subjective poverty ratio, the subjective economic level and the life satisfaction level of the rural elderly households in comparison with those of the other groups, the conclusion is as follows: First, the total living cost of the rural elderly households is rather low with the food cost taking about 30% of the total living cost. Second, in terms of the poverty ratio based on socio-demographic characteristics, higher poverty ratio show among women, older people and households of fewer members. Third, 82.2% of the rural elderly households living with an income below the minimum living cost is found around the poverty line. Fourth, the rural elderly households show a comparatively higher poverty ratio than the other groups in the absolute and relative poverty, but lower economic strain than other groups in the subjective poverty ratio and life satisfaction level. In short, the rural elderly households' poverty level is generally high and therefore need ways of active economic supports, while a political approach to the subjective needs of the regional and intergenerational groups is also required.

However, TV is still passive media in social stereotype, these change brings viewers a lot of confusion. In this study, we conducted a survey about viewer's activity, perception and satisfaction of TV to understand view's watching pattern. We hope our research will be used to understand the gap of TV and viewers.
The purpose of this study is to examine residents' consciousness for urban parks and green spaces in the city of Daejeon. This work enables us to find new implementation factors to increase resident's satisfaction of urban parks and green spaces. This study surveyed 1005 residents from 80dongs(neighborhoods), of 5 Gu(districts) districts in Daejeon. The survey was conducted with a structurally organized questionnaire and objective materials. The data collected from participants of the survey were summarized as follows. Daejeon residents want more natural parks and neighborhood parks than other urban facilities as recreation facilities. The favorite places in which Daejeon residents visit are Bomun Mountain, Gap River, Geajock Mountain, and Yudeon River, in order. In landscape scenery of Daejeon, residents prefer Daedeck research complex area than others and they felt that urban landscape scenery is more improved than 5 years ago. Also they want to increase the area of park and green space about 4times more than present. The result shows that the importance index of park and green space is 8.7 and the satisfaction index is 5.42. These results suggests that the demand by residents for urban park and green spaces will improve as the urban structure is improved.

The weakening of the traditional cultures is becoming more evident from the final quarter of the last century, a period of time where the world starts to look like a "small village" in all means. A substantial cause of cultural deterioration shows to be the growing use of information and communication technologies widening the views, mentalities, and perspectives of people. Today the adolescent groups frequently owning, utilizing and consequently being charmed by the electronic equipment such like computers, internet and cellular phones have developed a unique tradition/practice in sensing and meaning life triggering larger generation gap and fading of established cultures. The main focusing of the paper is on the correlation between computer and internet use and life satisfaction, level of hope, personal development assessments and expectations of the adolescent groups in Turkey. Interpretation of the survey findings indicates that this group grading highest in use of that shows to be the happiest, most hopeful and optimistic ones among other groups. Methodologically, the study is based on data analysis and a review of recent key literature. For more dependable results a further study comparing similar tendencies of the similar groups of other nationalities is recommended.
