거주후 평가를 통한 공동주택의 실내환경 성능평가요소 분석에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Performance Assessment Factors of Indoor Environmental Quality in Multi-Family Housing Using Post Occupancy Evaluation)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the major factors of indoor environment that affect the satisfaction of the occupancy in multi-family residential buildings. The results of this study can contribute to improving the comfort of the residents effectively as they are applied preferentially at the design and construction stages. The indoor environment factors investigated for the analysis included thermal, light, air and the acoustic environment. The individual factors were derived from the 'indoor environment' assessment indices of the green building certificate systems of various countries. Based on these, a questionnaire was prepared to conduct the Post Occupancy Evaluation. The survey results were statistically analyzed.

발사대 차량의 외형 디자인 평가방법 연구 (Assessment Process and Methods of Launcher Vehicle Exterior Designs)

  • This paper describes the design guide and its assessment process to be applied to the launcher vehicle exterior design. A launcher vehicle design is required to meet three kinds of design attributes; symbolic quality, usability, and aesthetic quality. The launcher vehicles referred to in this paper are assessed by the elements in the guidelines. A set of assessment process and methods is derived to evaluate how well the three design attributes are applied in the actual launch vehicle design. An example of assessment is shown at the last part of this paper. By this way designers can take various criteria into account integratively and select the final design. High design satisfaction and pride of the operators and the nation can be assured in the end.

총의치 장착자의 의치 만족도와 관련된 요인에 관한 연구 (A study of various factors related to satisfaction of complete denture wearers)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 총의치를 1년 이상 사용한 환자를 대상으로 만족도를 조사하고 이에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 분석하여 이들 간의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 총 43명의 환자가 정기검진에 응하여 내원하였다. 기존의 여러 문헌을 토대로 설문지를 제작하고 환자로 하여금 작성하도록 하여 자료를 얻었다. 의치에 대한 환자의 주관적 평가와 의치사용 만족도 간의 상관관계를 평가하였다. 통계 분석을 위해 Spearman 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석, Mann-whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis 검정법을 이용하였다. 결과: 모든 기능적 항목에서 하악보다 상악의치에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났으며 특히 적합도와 통증 발현 유무는 만족도와 높은 관련이 있었다. 성별, 연령, 사용기간, 제작 후 내원 횟수는 의치사용 만족도와 관련이 없었으나 의치사용 경험이 있는 환자는 그렇지 않은 환자보다 더 높은 만족도를 보였다. 결론: 의치사용 만족도는 환자와 관련된 여러 요인이 복합적으로 작용하여 결정된다.

사용자 만족도 조사를 통한 국토환경성평가지도 발전방안 연구 (Development Strategy for Utilization of ECVAM using the User Survey)

  • The purpose of this study is to work out strategy for utilization of Environmental Conservation Value Assessment Map (ECVAM) using the user survey. It surveyed system users of ECVAM about its recognition and satisfaction. The results of the survey, the ECVAM became more popular and were highly satisfied with updated data. Especially, the study found a relationship between the satisfaction of ECVAM and accuracy, utilization, and convenience of the system. However, the satisfaction has a difference between user groups, a government official and a agent for EIA including researchers. The satisfaction of the agent group was affected by the convenience, the accuracy, and the utilization in order. In the other hand, the satisfaction of the government official group was affected by the utilization, the convenience, the accuracy, and recognition in order. Therefore, we need to adopt different strategies for educations of ECVAM and publicity activities depending on user groups. To increase the satisfaction of ECVAM, we should research not only to attain pinpoint accuracy, but also to suggest the guideline to utilize the map for a government official.

미술관의 물리적 전시환경에 대한 관람 만족도와 관람행태의 특성에 관한 연구 - 평면작품 위주의 전시공간을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristic of Viewing Satisfaction and Viewing Behavior on the Exhibition Environment of Art Museum - Focusing on the exhibition spaces exhibit by flat works -)

  • In order to increase visitors' viewing satisfaction and viewing behavior in the art museum exhibit by flat works, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of major evaluation factors, such as 'the number of artworks and their intervals', 'the space of exhibition and the size of walls', and 'compositional change of exhibition spaces', which have a close relationship with each evaluation factors, by focusing on artworks and exhibition space. Thus, to investigate how the characteristic differences of the major evaluation factors in art museums affect visitors' viewing satisfaction and viewing behavior, this study compared the related analytical indicators, and conducted a correlation analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the degree of concentration on artworks (which has been selected as a collective assessment indicator of visitors' satisfaction) increased when the exhibition space of art museum is display by less artworks and they have big interval in the large wall. Second, visitors' viewing satisfaction and qualitative viewing behavior increased when the exhibition space of art museum are simple and they change to simpler step by step. These findings imply that there is a high correlation between visitors' visio-perceptual experiences and viewing behavior, and that visitors' viewing satisfaction and viewing behavior can be predicted partially in the certain exhibition environment from this correlation.

The Impact of Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction on the Performance of the Franchisee

  • Purpose: This research is to investigate the effect of the franchisee's basic psychological needs satisfaction on its business performance. Moreover, within the relationship between the franchisee's basic psychological needs satisfaction and its performance, the current study examined the mediating effect of work engagement and the moderating effect of the franchisor's support. Research design, data and methodology: 367 survey data were collected and analyzed using SPSS 22 and AMOS 22. For the assessment of goodness of fit of the models, fit indexes such as TLI, CFI, RMSEA were employed. Results: The results of the study are as follows: first, the franchisee's basic psychological needs satisfaction is positively related to performance; second, the franchisee's basic psychological needs satisfaction is positively related to work engagement; third, the franchisee's work engagement is positively related to performance; fourth, it is uncovered that the franchisee's work engagement mediates the relationship between basic psychological needs satisfaction and business performance; fifth, the moderating effect of the franchisor's support was insignificant. Conclusion: This study would like to contribute to the field of franchise performance, by re-assessing the significance of the individual's characteristics (of the franchisee) which has been ignored thus far. Furthermore, the limitations of the study and future research directions were discussed.

Employee Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Job Performance: A Comparison between High-technology and Traditional Industry in Taiwan

  • The use of human resources determines the success of enterprises. This study applies the questionnaire design method to analyze the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction, and job performance, noting that few studies have comparatively examined these variables between industries, especially between high-tech and traditional industries. The proposed assessment model in this study can facilitate decision-makers' ability to make the optimal business decisions through their personnel systems, thereby improving employee satisfaction and increasing job performance. This study found that in the traditional and high-tech industries, some demographic variables have significant differences in the job stress, job satisfaction and job performance, but the demographic variables that can significantly affect the differences in these job's variables are differences between industries. This study acknowledges that job stress and performance have a significantly negative correlation, and traditional industries will have more stress factors than high-tech industries. In addition, support for traditional industries exist in job satisfaction and performance has a significantly positive correlation, but not in high-tech industries. Job stress for performance has a significantly negative correlation in two industries. This study reconfirmed the relationship between job stress, satisfaction and performance, found some differences in this relationship and the respective industrial characteristics.

임상간호사의 욕구만족과 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과 (Mediation Effect of Job Satisfaction in the Relationship between Need Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Clinical Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임상간호사를 대상으로 Maslow의 욕구위계이론에 근거한 5가지 욕구만족이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 욕구만족과 이직의도의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 확인한 융합연구이다. 연구참여자는 서울에 소재한 종합병원의 임상간호사 239명이었다. 수집한 자료는 위계적 회귀분석과 PROCESS Macro (Model 4)를 이용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 생리적 욕구와 안전 욕구는 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 소속감 욕구, 존중 욕구 및 자아실현 욕구가 직무만족에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 생리적 욕구와 존중 욕구가 이직의도에 유의한 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 임상간호사의 욕구만족(생리적 욕구, 안전 욕구, 소속감 욕구 및 자아실현 욕구)과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개변수가 유의하게 나타났다. 임상간호사의 5가지 욕구만족이 증가하면 직무만족을 매개로 하여 의직의도를 감소시킬 수 있으므로, 간호사의 욕구만족과 직무만족을 효과적으로 관리할 필요가 있음을 논의하였다.

사례관리 만족도 측정에 관한 고찰 (Review of Patient Satisfaction with Case Management)

  • 연구 목적: 사례 관리(CM) 환자 만족도 측정에 관한 연구 결과를 고찰하여 사례관리 실무에서 활용할 수 있는 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 방법: MedLine, CINAHL에서 주요용어로 case management, care management, 주제어로 patient satisfaction, client satisfaction을 이용해 문헌 검색을 실시하였다. 연구 결과: 만족도에 대한 개념은 관련 연구가 매우 부족하며, 서로 다른 이론적 접근을 하고 있으므로 그 측정에 어려움이 있다. 신뢰할 만한 만족도 측정을 위해서는 설문 문항을 서술하는 여러 가지 방법들, 측정 척도의 종류, 만족도에 영향을 미치는 혼란변수들을 주의 깊게 고려하여야 한다. 만족도는 사례관리 연구에서 흔히 측정되는 성과이지만 대부분의 관련 연구에서 사례관리의 특징이 반영된 측정 도구를 사용하지 않고 있었다. 따라서 본 논문은 다섯 개의 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구를 제시하고 그 특징을 소개하였다. 또한, 간호성과분류체계(The Nursing Outcomes Classification)에 제시된 만족도 측정항목들 중 사례관리와 관련이 높은 약 40%의 항목들을 발견하였다. 결론: 사례관리 만족도 측정 도구가 매우 부족하므로 표준 사례관리 측정도구 개발이 시급하다. 한편 사례관리사들은 만족도 측정에 대한 이해를 높이고 기존 연구 결과를 활용함으로써 보다 정확한 사례관리 만족도 평가가 이뤄지도록 노력해야 한다.
