농촌 농특산품 전시판매시설 디자인 소비자 의식 분석 및 디자인 개발 - 농촌관광마을을 중심으로 - (An Analysis on Consumers' Awareness of a Rural Specialties Exhibition Shop and the Design Development : Focusing on Rural Tourism Village)

  • This, an association research for design-improvement and model-development of exhibition shops at rural tourism communities, is to secure objective data by analyzing customers' awareness-tendency of and demand for agricultural-specialty exhibition shops. Survey-questions for finding out consumers' awareness-tendency and demand were determined through brainstorming of a professional council, 30 rural communities of which visit-rate by consumers is considerably high were selected for the recruit of 200 consumers. For investigation and analysis, survey and in-depth interview were carried out at the scene with the application of frequency analysis and summarization of their opinions, which revealed that they have a strong will to visit the rural tourism communities for the purchase of agricultural specialties along with the experience of learning-program and on-the-scene direct dealing and that their viewpoint on the direct dealing at the scene was very positive. Also it was confirmed hat their satisfaction with the purchase of agricultural specialties by on-the-scene direct dealing, their pleasure at the purchase, their satisfaction with services and their intention for re-purchase of them were very high while their satisfaction with the exhibition shops was very low. With on-the-scene survey, the consumers' opinions could be listened to in depth. Almost all of them said their satisfaction with the trip to those rural tourism communities was considerably high since they could go to those communities themselves to relieve the stress from their modern life, to experience healing and to see the goods on the scene. Their satisfaction also was attributed to the fact that they have enough trust in purchase along with feeling the warm-heartedness of rural residents. As to their awareness of exhibition shops, they showed a positive response to the on-the-scene direct dealing at rural communities while they, thinking that the space in those exhibition shops was not sufficiently wide, demanded for more systematic counters in more accessible and affordable exhibition shops so that they might be more satisfied with the exhibition shops. Their demand for the necessity of exhibition shops selling agricultural specialties was found to be over 80%, which indicates that the necessity is very high. As to the suitability of function, they have the opinion that the business at those shops had better be focused on sales since they have the understanding of information when they take a trip to the rural communities, while there was another opinion: since agricultural products are seasonal items they should be exhibited and sold at the same time. More than 90% of the respondents had a positive viewpoint on direct dealing of agricultural specialties on the scene, which showed that their response to it was very high. They preferred the permanent shops equipped with roll-around table-booths. In addition, it was revealed that they want systematic exhibition shops in rural communities because they frequent those communities for on-the-scene direct purchase. The preferred type and opinion resulting from estimation of consumers' demands have been reflected for development of practical designs. The structure of variable principles has been designed so that the types of display-case and table-booth might be created. The result of this study is a positive data as a design model which can be utilized at rural communities and will be commercialized for the verification of its validity.

해양레저 산업의 통합 정보 시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on Integrated Information System for Marine Leisure Industry)

  • 해양레저 산업의 후발주자인 국내 해양레저 산업이 국내 시장 및 세계시장에 경쟁력을 가지기 위해서는 기획, 설계, 계획과 준비 등 제품 개발 및 제조의 각종 업무에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 단축시켜 높은 수준의 시장 적응력을 확보해야 한다. 위 사항들을 만족하기 위해서는 해양레저 산업 전반을 관리 할 수 있는 통합 시스템 구축이 절대 적으로 필요한 상황이다. 유관 산업 시스템간의 유기적 연결고리를 찾아서 요구되는 통합 정보를 확보하고 이를 단순 순차적 정보의 흐름이 아닌 통합적 정보 흐름과 객체 지향적 정보 분류체계를 확보하는 것이 주요 연구 핵심 사안이다. 이를 위하여 다른 유사 산업에서 실재 정보 체계를 활용한 사례 및 산업생산에 적용된 제품수명주기관리(PLM), 제품 데이터 관리(PDM), 가상 생산(DM)과 같은 방법론을 검토 하고 이를 구성 및 적용하여 실질적으로 활용되고 있는 정보 체계 및 작업분류체계(WBS)의 사례를 연구하여 비교 한다. 이를 통하여 해양레저산업을 위한 기본적인 작업분류체계 구성을 추진하며 실재 업체에서 현재 활용중인 정보를 입력, 대입을 통하여 실증적으로 검증하고 해양 레저 산업의 고유한 영역을 추가하여 해양레저 작업 분류 체계(MLWBS)를 완성한다. 본 해양레저 작업 분류 체계를 바탕으로 여러 가지 정보체계 및 제품, 설계, 엔지니어링, 생산, 구매, 영업, 마케팅, AS, 고객지원 등에 다양한 형태의 활용이 가능 하도록 할 수 있을 것이다.

조경자재가격(造景資材價格)의 변동추이분석(變動推移分析)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - "H사"(1996년 - 2000년)의 자재판매현황에 관한 제반자료를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Analysis of the Change Fluctuations in Landscape Material Prices)

  • In this study, to take the object of this thesis on understanding the characteristics on marketing structure and marketing distribution of landscape materials after consideration in the side of prices trends which is important factors for analysis in understanding the market of landscape materials. To do this, Analysis is divided into the prices trends. The investigation of prices trends and marketing distribution are to collect data refer to purchases and sales reports, these results are used to analyzed the operative factor of forming market structure. The periodic range of this thesis is limited from 1996 to 2000 and analytic articles is limited on 609 landscape materials(planting materials : 567 articles, facility materials : 7 articles, the other : 35 articles). The results of the whole prices trends and marketing distribution survey can be summarized as follows : 1. Prices trends of showing 3 types of landscape materials : In cases of planting, facility and the others materials, the annual average increasing rate of the index number of price was 3.1%, 3.4%, 3.1% while the KPRC(Korea Price Research Center) price was 3.98% for the past five years. 2. GSP(Government Specified Prices) Prices trends of showing 3 types of landscape materials : In cases of planting, facility and the others materials, the annual average increasing rate of the index number of price was 3.7%, 1.2%, 2.6% while the KPRC(Korea Price Research Center) price was 3.98% for the past five years. This increase indicates a small price margin, particularly, the GSP price of planting materials should be adjusted to a realistic level. 3. Native and exotic product Prices trends of showing 3. types of landscape materials : In cases of Native planting, facility and the others materials, the annual average increasing rate of the index number of price was 3.2%, 3.2%, 3.6% while cases of exotic was 3.1%, 1.0%, 5.8% for the past five years. The index number increase of prices of exotic landscape materials were fluctuated more than those the native landscape materials.

  • SNS의 증가로 기업의 평판이 영업과 주가에 영향을 미치고 있다는 다양한 연구가 발표되고 있으나, 디지털 상에서 기업 평판 측정 방법과 관련한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡하다. 본 연구는 사전 연구 집대성을 통해 기업의 디지털 평판 정보를 기업 정체성 정보와 기업 인지 정보로 구분하고, 정체성 평가를 위해 (1)제품 및 서비스 질 (2)고용환경 (3)기업 비전 (4)사회적 책임 (5)경영 성과 5개 항목을, 인지 평가를 위해 (1)호감(선(善)) (2)능력(능(能)) (3)진취성(흥(興)) (4)세련(격(格)) (5)무정함(권(權)) (6)비공식성 6개 항목으로 구분하여 평판 검색용 워드 아이템(Word Item)을 추출하고 설문을 통해 빈도 분석을 실시하여 기업의 평판 측정값을 계량화 하는 방법을 고안하였다. 또한 이의 검증을 위하여 상용 평판 서비스를 활용하여 국내 SI 3사의 평판을 측정하였다. 본 연구는 기업의 정체성과 인지(이미지나 소통)를 세분화하여 기업의 평판 측정을 시도한 최초의 연구이며, 빈도 분석을 통해 검증된 워드 아이템을 활용하여 평판 점수로 측정하는 산식을 제안함으로써 업무 적용성을 높였다는데 그 의의가 있다.

해양레저산업 활성화를 위한 아이디어 상품 디자인개발 사례 (Design Development for the Ocean & Leasure Industry)

  • 최근 국내 해양레저 인구의 급속한 증가에 따라 해양 레저산업이 발달할 수 있는 좋은 기회를 맞이하고 있다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 해양레저 용품 중 가장 범용성 있는 제품인 공기주입식 튜브데 대한 아이디어 상품개발은 국내 해양레저기업의 매출확대와 신시장 개척을 도울 수 있을 것이다. 연구방법으로는 크게 4단계로 나누어, 기초 선행연구조사(Investigation) - 조사결과의 분석과 종합 (Analysis & Synthesis) - 제품 디자인 개발(Development) - 제품 디자인개발안 평가(Evaluation)로 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 공기주입식 튜브에 패브릭 커버를 씌워 쿠션 또는 아동용 놀이 가구로써 365일 가정에서 이용할 수 있는놀이형 튜브쿠션 디자인을 제안 하였다. 커버로는 촉감이 좋은 감성적 소재의 네오프렌(Neoprene)과 에어메시(Air-mesh) 패브릭을 사용하여 지퍼를 달아 씌우고 벗기기 쉽도록 하였다. 그리고 튜브끼리 끼워 조립하고, 스냅단추가 부착된 스트랩으로 연결하여 의자, 테이블, 터널, 기차 등 다양하게 응용할 수 있어 창의적인 놀이 활동이 가능도록 배려된 디자인이다. 본 연구는 해양레저 상품의 장기적 안목의 관점에서 차별화된 아이디어 상품으로 해양레저 용품 뿐 만 아니라 가정 및 어린이 놀이시설 등 크로스오버(Crossover)된 새로운 블루오션(Blue Ocean)시장을 창출 할 것으로 기대한다.

  • 문화상품은 문화적 요소가 상품화된 것으로 상품이상의 성질과 가치를 지니고 있으면서 대중적 판매를 위한 제작과 공급을 목적으로 생산되어지며 상업적 성격을 가지고 있다. 특히 박물관의 문화상품은 관람객에게는 좋은 추억을 간직하고 교육적 경험을 넓히며 생산자나 판매자에게는 수익의 원천이 된다. 이러한 문화상품은 모티브가 된 나름의 배경을 가지고 있는데 직접적으로 전시되고 있는 소장품에 얽힌 미술사적 역사적 조형적 배경을 모두 포괄하기 때문이다. 문화상품은 전통문화의 토양을 기초로 하고 다양한 문화적 소재를 중심으로 출발하여 현대생활에 유용한 실용적가치에 충실하면서도 세계화속에서 문화적 차별성을 획득할 수 있어야 한다. 국제적으로 문화소재를 이용한 상품화개발은 자국의 문화상품을 세계화하는 것이 국가의 경쟁력이기 때문이다. 따라서 백제문화상품들을 현대적인 디자인, 연령층, 내 외국인용 상품을 고려한 고객 만족도 조사와 함께 다양한 상품개발과 뮤지엄 샵의 운영상의 어려움에 따른 국가적인 차원의 적극적인 지원이 필요로 한다. 더불어 해외의 뮤지엄 샵처럼 on-off line을 활용하여 지속적으로 홍보하고 문화상품 구입 시 회원제도, 특별 할인 행사 등의 마케팅 전략을 도입, 뮤지엄 샵으로서 기능과 역할을 다할 때 지역경제의 활성화에 기여할 수 있겠다.

멀티채널 환경에서 정보탐색채널과 구매채널의 불일치 현상에 관한 연구: 쇼루밍 현상을 중심으로 (Inconsistency between Information Search and Purchase Channels: Focusing on the "Showrooming Phenomenon")

  • Purpose - "Showrooming" refers to the phenomenon where a shopper visits a store to see and compare products but makes the purchase online at a lower price. Surveys on showrooming activities at home and abroad indicate that a significant number of consumers pursue showrooming activities. The advent of "showroomers," who engage in buying activities, hovering both on and offline, while selectively choosing sales channels to suit their needs, is powerful enough to erode the borders between channels and bring about seismic changes in the distribution industry. However, surprisingly, there has been no in-depth discussion on showrooming. This study seeks to theoretically investigate what impact personal characteristics have on showrooming preferences and attitudes in a multi-channel environment. Specifically, assumptions have been made that price perception, perceived performance risk, and trust in online shopping not only have a direct impact on showrooming attitudes but also indirectly affect it through the means of contact motivation. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the hypotheses, this study conducted a survey of male and female shoppers, ages 20 through 40s, who live in metropolitan areas, and have actively showroomed fashion items in the last six months. A clothing item usually purchased after a careful decision-making process was chosen as the target product of the study. The survey was conducted between October and November 2014, using a professional survey service provider. A total of 200 surveys were collected, of which 198 were used for analysis. Conceptual model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Amos 18.0 were employed for data analysis and model verification. In addition, following the confirmatory factor analysis and measurement model analysis, the theoretical model that corresponds to the research model was analyzed. Results - Analysis results show that price perception, perceived performance risk, and trust in online shopping have a statistically significant and positive (+) impact on showrooming attitudes. In addition, in terms of the indirect influence of price perception and perceived performance risk on showrooming attitudes through means of contact motivation, price perception had a statistically significant and positive impact on means of contact motivation, whereas perceived performance risk did not have a statistically significant impact on it, with the relevant hypothesis rejected. Conclusions - These analysis results imply that the ultimate goal of consumers is to maximize their shopping benefits by selectively and strategically taking advantage of different channels in a complementary manner. This study presents many implications for distributors to encourage a deep understanding of showrooming consumers who have complicated consumption behaviors and to build channel integration strategies. This study has limitations in theoretical and practical implications. Therefore, subsequent studies need to focus on verifying that showrooming activities are based on reasonable and planned decisions by applying the theory of reasoned or planned behavior. In addition, the scope of the study should expand to include web showrooming, where consumers conduct product research online and purchase offline.

헤어살롱 서비스스케이프 차별화 성공사례 ("Servicescape" Differentiation in a Hair Salon)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to find out the effect of changes in the differentiated "servicescape" on the business performance in the hair salon industry using a case study. For this, we selected hair salon M located in Suwon. The shop is innovatively different from existing shops in terms of spatial layout and functionality. We conducted in-depth research, beginning with the launch of the shop concept through investment and ongoing stable sales. Research design, data, and methodology - The M hair salon is a start up shop providing a differentiated servicescape (physical environment where the service takes place) located in Suwon, Yeongtong-gu. We conducted research to investigate how spatial layout and functionality of the servicescape impact customers' perceived quality. The interview period and case analysis was May 2014 through March 2015, covering 11 months. To conduct the case analysis, we analyzed the spatial layout and functionality of existing shops and interviewed customers and experts about the difference between hair salon M and existing shops. Results - Our results found clues to the positive effect of spatial layout and functionality among servicescape factors on perceived service quality at the salon. The shop showed a fast payback of the principal investment, growth potential in contrast to competitors near the salon, and 45 percent returning customers. The problem with the spatial layout at existing shops was that customers were aware of the way other people were looking at them, since viewing angles overlapped, therefore there was a limitation to the relationship intensity with an exclusive hair designer. In contrast, the layout of the stands at the M salon kept the number of dressing stands limited to maximize the customer's emotional response. Additionally, because of the new layout of dressing stands hiding other customer voices and appearance in the salon, customers perceived their service space as independent. Therefore, they did not have to focus on their personal emotional response, which was one of the advantages of the new layout. Conclusions - This study conducted case study analysis by offering a new perspective focusing on spatial layout, previously not considered as an independent variable of quality evaluations and customer satisfaction in existing literature on hair salon management. Therefore, this study contributes to the field by offering an opportunity to discover the causal relationships between the overlooked physical environment and a customer's perceived quality. However, a process objectifying the results of the study through empirical analysis and hypotheses is needed to overcome the limitations of the case study approach and generalize the results. Moreover, it would be beneficial to conduct further empirical study of the relationship between the spatial layout provided in the case and a customer's emotional response and change in mood. In addition, an analysis is needed regarding how customers feel about the factors using the Kano Model. These suggestions would be considered in further study.

소재부품 중소기업 수출성과의 선행요인 경로 및 사회적 자본의 조절효과 분석 (An Analysis on Antecedents Path of Export Performance and Moderating Effects of Social Capital in Materials and Components SMEs)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to empirically investigate the moderating effects of social capital on antecedents factors path of export performance in the materials and components SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) of Busan and Kyungnam region. In case of materials and components SMEs, they are always trying to achieve business performance including export sales and market share, but it is difficult for them to increase performance due to the limitation of inner & tangible resources. Therefore intangible asset such as technology capability and its antecedents factors which are technology innovation and learning orientation are getting more important to SMEs. In addition, it is supposed that social capital such as local network including distribution channel in overseas market plays an essential role to enhance export performance. Accordingly, the main goal of this study is to find out the relationship between export performance and antecedents factors and the validity of social capital as a moderating valuable. Research design, data, and methodology - Technology innovation, learning orientation and technology capability have been used as antecedents factors for export performance and social capital such as network diversity and intensity has been used for moderating effects analysis. In order to select these valuables mentioned above, this study examined the existing researches on a basis of Resources Based View, Organizational Learning Theory and Social Capital theory. To achieve the objective of this paper, 7 hypotheses including the moderating effects have been proposed with 6 potential variables measured by 24 questions. The survey was carried out from December 2014 to March 2015 and 137 samples out of total 175 were selected for the analysis. PLS(Partial Least Squares) has been used for the methodology of empirical analysis for both antecedents factors path and moderating effects. Results - Research findings are as follows. First, technology innovation has a significant impact on learning orientation, learning orientation has a positive effect on the technology capability and technology capability also has a significant impact on export performance. Therefore 3 valuables are proved as antecedents factors of export performance. Second, the social capital(both network diversity and intensity) plays a moderating role with learning orientation to technology capability. However, there is no moderating effects between both of social capital and technology capability regarding export performance. Conclusions - According to path analysis results, it is suggested that the materials and components SMEs should raise technology innovation and learning orientation in order to improve technology capability and export performance. Meantime, the moderating effect analysis shows that SMEs should consider local network diversity and intensity along with learning orientation to add up technology capability. But local network diversity and intensity does not work systematically with technology capability for export performance and it means that SMEs should find the appropriate local partners for the purpose of establishing concrete distribution channels based on marketing perspective, not for improving technology capability.

소규모 제조업체에 적용 가능한 웹 기반 생산모니터링 시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of web-based production monitoring system for small manufacturers)

  • 본 논문은 작은 규모의 제조업체에서 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 웹기반 생산모니터링 시스템의 구현에 대한 내용이다. 규모가 작은 기업, 특히 5인 이하 소기업은 생산성이 중요시 되어 효율적인 생산관리 시스템이 필요하다. 그렇지만 현실에선 관리자와 작업자는 구두로 작업지시와 생산보고를 하며 구성원 중 한명이라도 부재중일 때는 작업공정상 지연시간이 많이 늘어나게 된다. 작업공정상 소요시간이 늘어나게 되면 생산성에 문제가 생기게 되어 기업의 매출에 영향을 주게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 5인 이하의 소규모 제조업체에서 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 웹기반 생산모니터링 시스템을 설계 및 구현을 하였다. 웹기반으로 브라우저만 있으면 작동하도록 구현하였고 현장 작업자의 편의성을 위한 UI를 적용하였다. 제안한 시스템을 5인 이하 자동차 부품 생산업체에 적용하여 시스템의 효과를 확인하였으며, 각각의 기업의 생산품에 맞게 약간의 수정만으로 더욱 많은 소기업에 경제적으로 적용할 수 있다는 장점을 가진다.
