The purpose of this study was to find the consumer perception and purchasing behaviors of beauty service products based on recent consumer purchasing patterns utilizing social commerce. The research method looked at general characteristics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability T-test, correlation analysis, one way ANOVA, regression analysis of the consumer awareness and purchasing status in the use of beauty social commerce of 228 research subjects in their 20s and 30s residing in Seoul and Gyeonggido. SPSS v. 21.0 was used. The results found the following. First, service quality, interaction, user convenience, and price were set as factors for the validity verification of consumer perception in beauty social commerce. Second, as a result of studying consumer perception regarding beauty social commerce, interaction had the largest correlation while price, service quality, and user convenience followed. As a result of studying the differences according to the general characteristic of gender, user convenience had a larger correlation for female consumers than male consumers. Third, the following was the result of studying purchasing behaviors in beauty social commerce. Among diverse social commerce businesses, Pokemon was the most popular, while among the various coupons available, hair salons were most commonly purchased. The modal value for the number of times consumers used beauty service products was two times a month, and the most popular price ranges were 100,000 KRW or less and 100,000~200,000 KRW. Accordingly, it was observed that social commerce is receiving attention and being considered as the next generation for shopping in the beauty industry. This channel should be well utilized by related industries through the improvement of customer satisfaction, which will lead to repurchases, and consequently result in becoming an actual means for sales in the beauty industry.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the hedonistic motives experienced by consumers in the apparel buying process. We carried out in-depth interviews by 32 women living in Pusan and to examine the hedonistic motives related to the apparel buying process. It was conducted and analysed by the Spradley's developmental research method.The results showed that the hedonistic motives in apparel buying process, consisted of four components at least, such as Symbolism, Conformity, Distinction, and Impulsiveness. Symbolism represented the social-psychological aspects related to the apparel buying process, such as occupation, role, and self-image etc. Conformity in the apparel buying process was usually influenced by mass-media, and companions. Consumers had strong needs of distintion for self-actualization and self-esteem in apparel buying process. The impulsiveness in apparel buying process were related to the antecedent moods, affection, tastes, price, display, and sales person or accompanied friends. We found that the hedonistic motives in the apparel buying process connected with the emotional responses and were played an important role on the consumer satisfaction in the apparel buying process. They provide informations about hedonistic motives of apparels to consumer behavior researchers and retailers related to apparel products.

Thanks to the growth of information technology (IT), e-commerce transactions are rapidly developing. Consumers searched and purchased for products and services through e-commerce transactions and felt excitement and satisfaction through shopping behaviors in online shopping malls. The enlargement of company's marketing efforts and consumer tastes of the uncontrolled consumption for goods and services increased the impulsive purchase in online shopping malls. In diffusing consumers' e-impulse buying, consumers increased in expenditures according to unnecessary purchasing behavior in online shopping malls. However, enterprises increased sales and benefits due to consumers' impulse buying in online shopping malls. Accordingly, in research areas of enterprises and consumers levels, the studies of e-impulse buying will provide significant values for marketers of companies. In this study, we analyzed the relationships among intention to use, trust, and value in online shopping malls. And we also analyzed the moderating effect of e-impulse buying with utilitarian and hedonic value to establish trust in online shopping malls. The result of this study showed that hedonic and utilitarian value should have a positive impact trust and trust should have a positive impact intention to use in the online shopping malls. The e-impulsive buying showed a moderating effect on the relationship between hedonic value and trust in online shopping malls. The e-impulsive buying didn't show, however, a moderating effect on the between utilitarian value and trust in online shopping malls. The results of this study will provide valuable implications for implementing e-commerce strategies.
Purpose: Although emotional intelligence(EI) is seemingly related to the service-oriented citizenship behaviors(OCB) of contact employees who are directly interacting with customers, there are only a few studies examining the relationship between the two. This study attempts to provide empirical evidence for a link between EI and service-oriented OCB. In addition, when EI affects service-oriented OCB, this present study identifies which emotional labor strategy between surface acting and deep acting is to be chosen. Methods: The data of EI, service-oriented OCB, surface acting, and deep acting were collected from 142 sales employees who provided services in four large domestic department stores. Hierarchical regression analyses were performed to verify empirically the main effects between EI and service-oriented OCB and mediating effects of emotional labor strategy. Results: The results show that EI is significantly related to service-oriented OCB in the current sample. Results also indicate that the deep acting rather than surface acting reveals a mediating effect in the process of EI affecting service-oriented OCB. Conclusion: The results of this study shows that EI which has a conceptual basis for OCB, can be extended to service-oriented OCB, The results also contribute to expanding the understanding of the relationship between EI and service-oriented OCB by testing the effect of EI on service-oriented OCB through deep acting. Theoretical and practical implications are reviewed, and limitations of the study and suggestions for future research are addressed.
In the case of the hotel restaurant, the purpose of using the hotel affects largely to the type or the menu and nowadays it becomes essential to find out the characteristics of the hotels and make the strategy within them. Therefore, the purpose of this study is analyzing that even if the customers have the similar characteristics and preferences, they choose different menu because of the purpose of the visit, and the image of the hotel. And also this study gives basic data for the strategic menu management, the target of this research was the super deluxe Italian restaurant. Using the sales data of this restaurant, we analyzed the menu what people like most, and moreover, we analyzed the menu-choice behavior about each hotel. This study has a important role as a basic data that gives more profit to the restaurant, but also satisfaction to the customers.
Analyzing on-line consumer responses is directly related to the management performance of food companies. Therefore, this study collected and analyzed data from an on-line portal site created by consumers about food companies with issues and examined the relationships between the data and the management performance. Through this process, we identified consumers' awareness of these companies obtained from big data analysis and analyzed the relationship between the results and the sales and stock prices of the companies through a time-series graph and correlation analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the result of the text mining analysis suggests that consumers respond more sensitively to negative issues than to positive issues. Second, the emotional analysis showed that companies' ethics issues (Enterprise 3 and 4) have a higher level of emotional continuity than that of food safety issues. It can be interpreted that the problem of ethical management has great influence on consumers' purchasing behavior. Finally, In the case of all negative food issues, the number of word frequency and emotional scores showed opposite trends. As a result of the correlation analysis, there was a correlation between word frequency and stock price in the case of all negative food issues and also between emotional scores and stock price. Recently, studies using big data analytics have been conducted in various fields. Therefore, based on this research, it is expected that studies using big data analytics will be done in the agricultural field.
In this research, I analyze cases of character packages in Japane, extract the concept of design that was loved by consumers and inmates and succeeded in marketing, and aim to establish the logic and principle. In addition, in the future, when introducing and utilizing the character package design in Korea, this research intends to make a guideline for the development of objective validity and empathic package design. After identifying the design concept and finding the principle by targeting package design of five character of Tohato which mixed various media and expanded sales, I want to find out the cause of success. Therefore, I have studied the theory and principles of enterprise and creative in product strategy through case analysis of character design concept and character package design. As a result, a design that leaving the functional side, having a story, making memories, and inducing a sense of closeness was as a successful case of renewal. In the package design, in some cases, package design execution is more important under the theoretical system according to consumer behavior analysis and Promotion of bold design concept of the design for the success of that concept, deviated from the existing principle.

Increased attention has been paid to the presence of veterinary antibiotics in various environmental matrices due to their toxicological behavior in the ecosystem and development of antibiotic-resistant strains of pathogenic bacteria. In the this review, 37 target antimicrobials were selected based on annual sales of antibiotics for livestock in South Korea 2014. Also, extraction and clean-up methods for the determination of the antibiotic residues in liquid samples including water, milk, and honey were comprehensively reviewed in the literature. Solid-phase extraction (SPE) was commonly used as a pre-treatment method for the samples. Most of the analytes were extracted in acidic conditions (2.5~4.0) except for aminoglycosides, which were extracted in neutral conditions (7.0~8.0). ${\beta}-Lactams$ showed the highest recoveries in neutral pH due to their degradation characteristics in acidic media. Starta-X, Oasis HLB, and Oasis MCX were frequently applied as an SPE cartridge and Oasis HLB showed the highest recoveries for the majority of antibiotic classes. The homogenized honey and milk were extracted by mixing with acids for deproteinization. Solids and other interfering substances in the extract were eliminated by centrifugation followed by membrane filtration or SPE before injection into HPLC.
Oil booms are one of the most widely used types of equipment for the protection of coastal areas against oil spills. In some situations, however, there are several types of oil leaks from the oil boom. Important factors regarding these phenomena include the surrounding ocean environment, such as waves, the density and viscosity of oil, the length of the oil boom skirt, etc. To estimate the performance of the oil boom, it is necessary to predict the behavior of the spilled oil and oil boom. In the present study, the prediction of oil boom performance in waves was carried out using the Pusan-National-University-modified Moving Particle Semi-implicit (PNU-MPS) method, which is an improved version of the original MPS proposed by Koshizuka and Oka (1996). The governing equations, which consist of continuity and Navier-Stokes equations, are solved by Lagrangian moving particles, and all terms expressed by differential operators in the governing equations are replaced by the particle interaction models based on a kernel function. The simulation results were validated through a comparison with the results of Violeau et al. (2007)..
The Purpose of this study is to help the neck-tie business enterprise establish the reasonable marketing strategy meeting consumer' needs by grasping their characteristic of purchasing neck-ties and their attitudes toward trademarks. The findings of this study are as follows : 1. It was shown that the neck-tie enterprise tended to appeal to megazines, catalogues , etc as promotional politics, while the tips obtained by consumers would come from the showcase at the purchasing place. and the consumer showed a positive response to the salesperson's advice. For this result, it is required to place further emphasis on the marketing policy such as the display of products at the store or the education of sales persons. 2. It was shown that the consumer tended to use the department store as the purchasing place remarkably, and so it could be found that the use of the department store is becoming generalized to the consumer. But is was shown that the consumer sensitive to prices tended to make use of the marketplace as the purchasing place, so the practical marketing strategy should be established in relation to this trend. 3. The important elements excreting an influence on the consumer's purchasing the neck-tie were shown to be in orders of design > color> harmony > with suit > price > quality, and the product differentiation policy used by the business enterprise to appeal to the consumer was shown to be in orders of design >color > quality > material > price. Accordingly , it was consistent with the consumer's criterion for choice to an extent. 4. It was shown that the selling price for the neck-tie brand actually was higher for imported or technically cooperated brands than for the home-made brand. Thus, the consumer's perception of the price for the neck-tie was consistent with in this regard, consumers did not feel some difference in quality between the home -made neck-tie brand and the imported or technically cooperated neck-tie brand . Therefore, it is important to produce the product capable of satisfying the consumer's need by manufacturing the own brand on basis of impored technology.
