Measures were self-care, health-belief(susceptibility and severity, benefit, barrier), and family support. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 19.0 version. The subjects' self-care score 3.76 out of 5. There were significant differences in self-care among the subjects due to gender, marital status, family structure with the subjects, average monthly income, smoking status, drinking status and period of taking TB drugs. • The purpose of this study was to explore relationship among communication with parent, self differentiation, self esteem, life stress in nursing department students. Data were collected from 305 nursing department students and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Bonferroni's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple regressions with the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Stress frequency differed according to stress importance, self differentiation, self esteem. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed stress importance, self differentiation, self esteem explained 38.6% of the total variance in stress frequency. The findings indicate that stress importance, self differentiation, self esteem have an influence on stress frequency. We need to develop and provide nursing intervention programs to decrease college student's stress.

Participants were 300 college students. Self-administered questionnaire data were collected from November 21 to December 2, 2016. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results are as follows. Metacognition had positive effects on learning flow(${\beta}=.678$, p<.001). Self-efficacy had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between metacognition and learning flow. The findings of study showed that metacognition was very important for enhancing learning flow and self-efficacy influenced these relationship. This study suggested that it is important to develop and implement teaching and learning strategies with improved metacognition in healthcare field.
