시스템 온 칩 테스트를 위한 효과적인 테스트 접근 구조 (An Efficient Test Access Mechanism for System On a Chip Testing)

  • 최근 IP 코어를 기반으로 하는 시스템 온 칩은 칩 설계 방식의 새로운 방향을 제시하면서 시스템 온 칩의 테스트가 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 시스템 온 칩을 테스트하는 문제가 전체 코어 기반 설계에 병목 현상으로 작용하지 않게 하기 위해서는 효과적인 테스트 구조와 테스트 방법에 대한 연구가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 IEEE 1149.1 경계 주사 구조에 기반을 둔 시스템 온 칩 테스트 구조와 테스트 제어 메커니즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 테스트 제어 접근 구조는 IEEE P1500에서 제안하는 내장된 코어 테스트표준에 상응하면서도 TAPed core와 Wrapped core 모두에 대해서 테스트 제어가 가능하다. 또한 제안하는 테스트 구조는 시스템 온 칩의 입·출력에 존재하는 TCK, TMS, TDI, TDO에 의해서 완전 제어 가능하므로 상위 수준의 테스트 구조와 계층적 구조를 유지할 수 있다.

  • Urban dynamometer driving schedule(FTP-75 mode) plays very significant role on automotive emission test, due to reference point. The overall system energy efficiency of a HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle) is highly dependent on the energy management strategy employed. An energy source is the heart of a HEV. In order to applicable to a vehicle component, it must be need to real world test result. But, the present state of things have numerous problems. In this paper, be studied performed based on HEV simulation software in virtual world and chassis dynamometer test in real world and the result make a comparative. Toyota Prius vehicle was adapted as a modeling and real testing to evaluate the hybrid components and energy balancing management. The point at issue is voltage and current analysis for HEV battery SOC(State of Charge), and verification for energy.

  • 오늘날 시스템 온 칩 테스트에 있어서 많은 양의 테스트 데이터, 시간 및 전력 소모는 매우 중요한 문제이다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문은 새로운 테스트 데이터 압축 기술을 제안한다. 우선, 테스트 큐브 집합에 있는 돈 캐어 비트에 저전력 테스트를 위한 비트할당을 한다. 그리고, 비트할당이 된 저전력 테스트 데이터의 압축효율을 높이기 위해 이웃 비트 배타적 논리합 변환을 사용하여 변환한다. 최종적으로, 변환된 테스트 데이터는 효과적으로 압축됨으로써 테스트 장비의 저장공간과 테스트 데이터 인가시간을 줄일 수 있게 된다.

A randomized controlled trial of an individualized nutrition counseling program matched with a transtheoretical model for overweight and obese females in Thailand

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVE: Effective weight reduction remains a challenge throughout the world as the prevalence of obesity and its consequences are increasing. This study aimed to determine the effects of an individualized nutrition counseling program (IC) matched with a transtheoretical model (TTM) for overweight and obese subjects. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Fifty overweight and obese subjects aged 19-60 years with a body mass index ${\geq}23kg/m^2$ were enrolled in the weight reduction study. They were randomized into two groups: Intervention group received an IC matched with a TTM; control group received an educational handbook. Body weight (BW), body fat (BF), waist circumference (WC), waist to height ratio (WHtR), stages of change (SOC), processes of change (POC), food intake, and physical activity (PA) were assessed at baseline and at 4, 8, and 12 weeks after program initiation in both groups. All data were analyzed by intention-to-treat, using SPSS software for hypothesis testing. RESULTS: Forty-five female subjects were included in the 12-week trial at Ramkhamhaeng Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. The results showed significant weight loss ($1.98{\pm}1.75kg$; 3% loss of initial weight) in the intervention group at 12 weeks, compared to a $0.17{\pm}1.67kg$ loss in the control group. There were significant differences between intervention and control groups in BF mass ($-1.68{\pm}1.78$, $-0.04{\pm}1.62kg$); percentage BF ($-1.54{\pm}2.11$, $0.08{\pm}2.05$); WC ($-5.35{\pm}3.84$, $0.13{\pm}3.23cm$); WHtR ($-0.0336{\pm}0.02$, $-0.0004{\pm}0.02$), and energy consumption ($-405.09{\pm}431.31$, $-74.92{\pm}499.54kcal/day$) in the intervention and control groups, respectively. Intragroup SOC was improved in both groups. The POC for the weight management action (WMA) process was significantly different with POC scores increasing by $16.00{\pm}11.73$ and $7.74{\pm}14.97$ in the intervention and the control groups, respectively. PA level did not change in either group. CONCLUSIONS: The IC matched with a TTM resulted in reductions in BW, BF, and WC, thus reducing likely health risks by decreasing energy intake and inducing positive behavior changes while enhancing the WMA process.

아스팔트 도로포장 유지보수(표면처리)용 유화아스팔트의 양생 및 점착거동특성 평가 (Evaluation of Asphalt Emulsions Curing and Adhesive Behavior used in Asphalt Pavement Preservation (Surface Treatments))

  • PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to evaluate the curing and adhesive behavior of asphalt emulsions including polymer-modified emulsions for chip seals and fog seals. METHODS : For the laboratory testing, the evaporation test, the bitumen bond strength (BBS) test, and the Vialit test are used. Also, the rolling ball test and the damping test are employed to evaluate the curing properties of the fog seal emulsions. In order to conduct all the tests in controled condition, all test procedures are performed in the environmental chamber. The CRS-2L and the SBS CRS-2P emulsions are used as a polymer-modified emulsion, and then unmodified emulsion, the CRS-2, is compared for the evaluation of chip seal performance. For the fog seal performance evaluation, two types of polymer-modified emulsions (FPME-1 and FPME-2) and one of unmodified emulsion, the CSS-1H, are employed. All the tests are performed at different curing times and temperatures. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS : Overall, PMEs show better curing and adhesive behavior than non-PMEs regardless of treatments types. Especially, the curing and adhesive behavior of PMEs is much better than non-PMEs before 120 minutes of curing time. Since all the test results indicate that after 120 minutes of curing time the curing adhesive behavior of emulsions, the early curing time, i.e., 120 minutes, plays an important role in the performance of chip seals and fog seals.
