The questionnaire translated into Chinese was back-translated into Korean to ensure the translation was correct. The final questionnaire was administered to 600 subjects. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted for data analysis. The results of this study were as follows: Five factors were extracted for Weibo characteristics: interaction, information provision, information recency, information reliability, and information playfulness. The information reliability, information playfulness, and interaction of SNS accounts(Weibo) had significant influences on perceived usefulness. The information playfulness, information reliability, and information recency showed significant influences on satisfaction. The perceived usefulness exerted significant influences on satisfaction and brand loyalty. The satisfaction also had statistically significant influences on brand loyalty.

To achieve the purpose, this researcher explored Information Systems Success model proposed by DeLone & McLean, Technology Acceptance Model proposed by Davis, and Model after Acceptance, and on the basis of the investigation, performed a study. For the data of this work, 9 enterprises, each of which has more than 100 employees and is located in Seoul, were chosen, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on their 276 employees who experienced enterprise mobile SNS. As a data collection tool, a structured self-administered questionnaire was used. For data analysis, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for applying Structural Equation modelling. According to the results of this work, three factors of enterprise mobile SNS-systematic factor (system quality, information quality, and service quality), user factor (personal innovation and personal familiarity), social factor (social effects and social interaction)-affected user satisfaction and continuous use intention through perceived availability, perceived easiness, and perceived enjoyment. Also, it was found that the direction of effects matched a theoretical prediction. And, it was revealed that the decision variables and mediating variables significantly affected user satisfaction and continuous use intention. Theoretical and practical meanings were discussed for the study result, and some suggestions were made for the issues of this work and future studies.

For this, this research posited four types of social comparison including upward contrast, upward identification, downward contrast and downward identification that might affect SNS users' life satisfaction. Several other factors including demographic variables, SNS usage time, offline social capital and social comparison orientation as control variables were taken into account and the moderating effects of social comparison orientation in the relationships between four types of social comparison and users' life satisfaction was also examined. An online survey was employed for collecting data and the date collected were analyzed with hierarchical regression analysis. • The first purpose of this paper is to identify factors having an effect on the user satisfaction of the SNS(Social Network Services) users and to examine causal relationships among those factors. The second is to examine how the causal relationships between the factors could be changed in the service types in SNS, which would be divided into web based SNS and mobile SNS. For achieving the purposes, we established the research model and hypotheses based on Information Success and Technology Acceptance Model. The characteristics of the SNS users consist of Individual Innovation and Social Influence while the characteristics of the SNS system consist of Information Quality and System Quality. The hypotheses were verified by analyzing data, which was collected from survey research on users of the SNS, with AMOS 18.0 statistical package. As a result, the first, we observed that more important the SNS users would consider the social relation, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The second, we observed that faster and easier the users could obtain hourly information in diversity, more useful they would recognize the function of SNS. The third, we observed that more innovative the mobile SNS users would become, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS. The fourth, we observed that more important the web based SNS users would consider the social relation, more negative they would consider the usefulness of SNS.
