학교범죄예방을 위한 CCTV 모니터 크기 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimation of CCTV Monitor Size for School Crime Prevention)

  • 2005년 "학교폭력 및 예방에 관한 법률"이 제정되면서 학교에 CCTV가 설치 운영되고 있다. 하지만 실제 학교현장에서는 CCTV 설치보다는 운영상의 모니터링 환경에 있어 문제점들이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 상기 문제점들 중 가장 큰 문제점인 CCTV 감시환경에 따른 적합한 모니터의 크기를 산정할 수 있는 모델을 제시함에 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 선행연구를 통해 CCTV의 기본적 원리 및 적정 모니터링에 대한 기준을 분석한다. 둘째, 실태조사를 실시하여 실제 학교현장에서의 CCTV 모니터링 운영현황을 분석한다. 셋째, 국내 경비인력의 일반적인 시력을 기준으로 CCTV 사양 등에 따른 모니터의 출력크기를 산정할 수 있는 산정식과 적정한 모니터 크기를 산정할 수 있는 모델을 제시한다. 결론적으로 대부분의 학교현장에 설치된 CCTV를 고려하여 4개 분할화면의 모니터링을 적용하기 위해서는 최소 27인치의 모니터가 필요하다는 결과를 도출하였다.

온라인 의류 점포 유형에 따른 점포속성 만족도 (The Satisfaction of Store Characteristics Depending on On-Line Store Type)

  • This study investigates the differences between the satisfaction factors of store characteristics depending on on-line clothing store type and its satisfaction index. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 10.0 software with various techniques such as paired t-test, T-test, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability and factor analysis that use principal component analysis and Varimax orthogonal rotation were used. The results are summarized as follows: 1. By categorizing the level of on-line store characteristics satisfaction depending on its type, clarifies the differences between its satisfaction. The satisfaction rank of general merchandise store was as followed: searching and approaching system, buying process service, screen-displayed design, product, store credit. On the other hand, the satisfaction rank of general store was as followed: screen-displayed design, store credit, buying process service. 2. By analyzing the difference of satisfaction depending on the store type, it was found that general merchandise store was more satisfied with screen-displayed design, approaching and searching, whole payment process, the safety of payment and shipping service, security service when compared to specialty store. It was also found that specialty store was more satisfied with the variety of product, update of rare items, quality and price of product. 3. By analyzing the difference between the type of on-line clothing store satisfaction depending on age, in the case of general merchandise store, the result showed that people in their thirties were more satisfied with buying process service, store credit, customer management system when compared to twenties. In the case of specialty store, the result showed that people in their twenties were more satisfied with customer management service when compared to thirties, and when it came to buying process service, it was vice versa.

후속 열처리조건이 스크린 프린팅 Ag 박막과 폴리이미드 사이의 필강도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Post-Annealing Condition on the Peel Strength of Screen-printed Ag Film and Polyimide Substrate)

  • 인쇄전자소자 금속 배선의 고온 신뢰성 평가를 위해 스크린 프린팅 기법으로 도포된 Ag 박막과 폴리이미드 기판 사이의 계면접착력을 $200^{\circ}C$ 후속 열처리 시간에 따라 $180^{\circ}$ 필 테스트를 통해 평가하였고, 박리 계면 미세구조를 분석하였다. 후속 열처리 전 필 강도는 약 16.7 gf/mm 이었고, 열처리 24 시간 후 필 강도는 29.4 gf/mm까지 증가하였는데, 이는 초기 열처리에 의해 접합계면에서 Ag-O-C 화학 결합의 증가와 바인더의 organic bridges 효과가 주 원인인 것으로 판단된다. 한편, 열처리 시간이 48, 100, 250, 500 시간으로 더욱 증가함에 따라 필 강도는 각각 22.3, 3.6, 0.6, 0.1 gf/mm으로 급격히 감소하는 거동을 보였다. 이는 $200^{\circ}C$의 고온에서 장시간 노출되었을 때 Cu/Ag 계면 산화막 형성이 주 원인인 것으로 판단된다.

고온/고습 조건이 스크린 프린팅 Ag와 Polyimide의 필 강도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Temperature/Humidity Treatment Conditions on the Peel Strength between Screen-printed Ag and Polyimide Films)

  • 인쇄전자소자의 금속배선 적용을 위해 스크린 프린팅 Ag/폴리이미드(polyimide, PI) 사이의 계면접착력을 85℃/85% 상대습도의 고온/고습 처리 시간에 따라 PI 필링을 통한 90° 필 테스트로 평가하였다. 고온/고습 처리 전 필 강도는 약 25.99±1.47 gf/mm이었고, 500시간 동안 고온/고습 처리 후 필 강도는 6.05±0.54 gf/mm까지 지속적으로 감소하였다. 박리 파면에 대해 X-선 광전자 분광법 분석 결과, 이는 Ag/PI 계면으로 수분이 지속적으로 침투하여 계면 근처 PI 일부가 가수분해되어 weak boundary layer를 형성하기 때문이고, 이로 인해 고온/고습 처리 전 Ag/PI 계면 박리모드가 고온/고습 처리 후 계면 근처 PI의 얕은 내부 박리 모드로 변경된 것으로 판단된다.

가속열화시험에 의한 폴리머애자의 신뢰성 평가 (Reliability Assessment of Polymer Insulators by Accelerated Aging Test)

  • In order to assess the long-tenn reliability of polymer insulators for distribution power systems, we have developed the accelerated aging test method which can simulate the operation conditions. In this study, 3000 hours aging test for 4 kinds of polymer insulators has been completed by the developed accelerated aging test. After 3000 hours aging test, visual inspection and electrical tests were carried for identifying a change of characteristics. Some specimens showed the surface erosion and the manufacturing defect. In the electrical tests, the wet flashover voltage was significant1y decreased by the accelerated aging test. In comparison with the field-aged polymer insulators, it can be concluded that the developed test method can evaluate the long-tenn reliability within short time and screen the manufacturing defect.

의료보험 건강진단사업의 개선방안 (Reform Measures of Health Examination Program in Health Insurance Scheme)

  • This study is an effort to make policy suggestions by analysing the current health examination program as a benefit service provided by the national health insurance system, including health screening for the insured, screening of cancer and chronic diseases for their dependents. Analyses found some issues being gave attention to; 1) The insured under the community health insurance system do not get the health examination benefit. A program for them should be set to have equity in benefit services. 2) Low rates of using screen services compromise purpose and the efficiency the services have first intended to. An immediate attention should be made to increase low rate of use of screen test to detect chronic diseases in particular. 3) Selection of diseases and test items covered by health examination program does not reflect the need of the insured, but to reflect financial resources of the national health insurance system. 4) Lack of health screening facilities and their geographical maldistribution is observed, which with preference of a general hospital as a screening post by the insured may lead to unreliable test. 5) A follow-up system should have been developed for the suspected classified by test results of carrying chronic diseases. They should be cared for within the health examination program. Public health care systems incorporate such a system, along with caring for those who are in need of having a health counselling on preventive care. In conclusion, the national health insurance system should be a medical insurance of giving a higher priority on preventive care benefits, health examination program in particular. That could be done by making rearrangements of test items, screening methods and system, rationalizing current reimbursement system of service fee, increasing accessibility to and utilization of the services, and making an establishment of follow-up system.

측두하악 장애환자의 하악 운동 Simulation에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON SIMULATION OF THE MANDIBULAR MOVEMENT OF THE PATIENTS WITH TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT DISORDER)

  • To understand the biomechanics of the mandibular movement of the patients with T.M.J. disorder, it is necessary to analyze the mandibular movement by the least moving points of instantaneous center of rotation on computer screen. In this study, two subjects without T.M.J. disorder and with normal occlusion and few patients with T.M.J. disorder were selected for obtaining the processing data. The habitual opening and dosing movements were recorded by image recognition system of video and computer and then the mandibular movement and the least moving point were analyzed using computer program for image anaysis of specialized points. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The least moving points of control group during opening and dosing were dose to the mandibular foramen, but in the test group there were differences between two positions of the least moving points during opening and closing. 2. The variations of the least moving point were in the range of $0.02\sim0.05cm$ of X-coordinate and $0.07\sim0.10cm$ of Y-coordinate for control group, whereas in the range of $0.05\sim0.30cm$ of X-coordinate and $0.08\sim1.65cm$ of Y-coordinate for test group. 3. The index of variation during opening and dosing movements was shown in $0.8\sim1.0$ for the control group and in $0.56\sim2.6$ for the test group. 4. After the treatment of the test group No. 4 by occlusal splint the least moving point was dose to the mandibular foramen and the index of variation was changed from 25 to 05. 5. The tracing shape of the least moving point in the test group represented the irregularities compared to the control group. 6. The mandibular opening and dosing movements were simulated on the computer screen following the movement of the least moving point of instantaneous center of rotation.
