스윗치드-캐패시터 적분기(SCI)는 스욋치드-캐패시터 필터(SCF)를 구성하기 위한 기본 블럭이다. SCI에 사용된 op-amp의 유한이득과 유한대역폭으로 인하여 발생되는 오차때문에 많은 SCF가 사용에 제한을 받는다. 물론 능동 RC 필터를 위한 여러가지 보상법을 직접적으로 SCF에 적용시킬 수는 있지만, 이 방법은 필터 응답에 미치는 op-amp의 동특성에 대한 영향을 해석하는데는 적합치 않다. Op-amp의 유한이득에 의한 영향은 능동 RC필터와 유사하지만 유한 대역폭에 의한 영향은 SCF가 더욱 견실성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 SCI에 사용된 Op-amp의 유한 이득과 대역폭으로 인한 오차를 고찰하고 버퍼회로를 이용하여 이를 보상할 수 있는 간단하고 효과적 인 방법을 제시한다.

In this study, the SCFs in tubular T-joints stiffened with external ring under axial load are studied and discussed. After verification of the present numerical model with the results of several available experimental tests, 156 FE models were generated and analyzed to parametrically evaluate the effect of the joint geometry and the ring geometry on the SCFs. Results indicated that the SCF of the stiffened T-joints at crown point can be down to 24% of the SCF of the corresponding un-reinforced joint at the same point. Also, the effect of the ring on the SCF at saddle point is more remarkable than the effect of the ring on the SCF at crown point. Moreover, against un-reinforced joints under axial load, the SCF at saddle point of the stiffened joint is smaller than the SCF at crown point of that stiffened joint. The ring results in the redistribution of stresses in the ring and metal substrate. Also, the effect of the ring thickness on the decrease of the SCFs is slight and can be ignored. In final step, the geometric parameters affecting the SCFs of the stiffened T-joints are analyzed by multiple nonlinear regression analyses. An accurate formula is proposed for determining the SCFs.

This paper deals with the tapped time delay circuit with SCF(Switched Capacitor Filters). This filter is composed of lossless discrete integrator and the SCF has 2-phase clocks. Experimental results have shown that telephone signals (0~4kHz) could be delayed in the range of sampling frequency 80kHz. But above the range, operational amplifiers and analog switchs have been difficult in the normal operating condition.

Prototype Switched Capacitor 4th order Low pass and Band Pass Filters were Realized and tested. Their capacitor values were determined by using automatic SCF design tool. Each filter was designed to operate in voiceband frequency, and practical solutions to improve its frequency characteristics were given. Experimental results show the validity of automatic SCF design program. Simulation and experimental results were fully compared and optimum design conditions were summarized.

국내 전통발효식품으로부터 protease 활성이 높은 Aspergillus oryzae SCF-6, SCF-37, 그리고 JJSF-1 균주를 선발하여 된장을 각각 제조하고 60일간 숙성하면서 품질을 비교 평가하였다. 60일 숙성 동안 수분 염도 및 pH는 시료 간에 큰 차이가 없었다. 된장의 숙성지표가 되는 아미노산성 질소의 함량은 숙성 경과에 따라 증가하여 60일 숙성 후 SCF-6을 활용하여 제조한 된장이 971.6 mg%로 다른 시료보다 높았으며, 유리아미노산 함량도 상대적으로 높은 8,064.9 mg%이었다. SCF-6과 37로 제조한 된장은 60일 숙성 후 GABA 함량이 각각 61.3과 53.7 mg%로 측정되었다. 색도는 숙성 경과에 따라 명도와 황색도는 점차 감소한 반면 적색도는 점차 증가하였다. 아플라톡신은 모든 된장에서 불검출 되었고, 바이오제닉 아민 중 histamine 함량은 2.55-5.60 mg/kg 그리고 tyramine은 3.70-5.87 mg/kg으로 매우 낮게 측정되었다. 본 결과로 A. oryzae SCF-6은 장류 제조의 종균으로 적합한 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 꽃송이버섯 소수성 추출물(SCF4)의 항혈관신생활성을 혈관내피세포인 HUVECs을 사용하여 확인하였다. 그 결과, SCF4는 세포 독성을 나타내지 않는 $5-25{\mu}g/mL$의 농도에서 VEGF에 의해 유도된 혈관내피세포 증식을 유의적으로 감소시켰을 뿐만 아니라, 혈관내피세포 침윤성과 관 형성 능력을 농도의 존적으로 감소시켜 in vitro 혈관신생을 효과적으로 저해함을 확인하였다. 또한, SCF4는 독성을 나타내지 않고 CAM의 혈관신생을 저해함으로써, in vivo 혈관신생을 효과적으로 저해함을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 SCF4가 혈관신생을 유도하는 주요 신호전달 경로인 VEGFR2, AKT 및 ERK1/2의 전체 단백질 발현 수준의 변화없이 인산화를 저해함을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 꽃송이버섯 소수성 추출물이 혈관신생 저해활성을 나타내고 이러한 현상은 VEGFR2 신호전달경로의 억제를 통해 진행됨을 입증하여, 혈관신생 관련 질환 예방 및 치료를 위한 천연물 소재로서의 적용 가능성을 새롭게 제시하였다.

Purpose: To study the thickness of gluteal subcutaneous fat (SCF) and propose an adequate length for needle for gluteal intramuscular injections based on computed tomography (CT) measurements. Methods: The thickness of gluteal SCF were measured and studied for 568 patients who visited a tertiary hospital in Seoul, Korea between January 2007 and February 2009 for routine health screening and who had abdominopelvic CT. Results: The average thickness of gluteal SCF was $15.92{\pm}4.08mm$ in males and $24.90{\pm}5.47mm$ in females. The thickness of gluteal SCF differed significantly according to gender. The gluteal SCF thickness was greater than 20.4 mm for 54 (12.3%) of the 440 male patients and 99 (77.3%) of the 128 female patients. Conclusion: The most common syringe needle used for gluteal intramuscular injections in Korea is a 23 G, 25.4 mm-needle. The SCF thickness must be less than 20.4 mm in order to reach the dorsogluteal muscles to a depth of at least 5 mm if this 25.4 mm needle is used. In many patients, especially in female patients, the 25.4 mm needles will result in improper intramuscular injections with the injection being into the SCF. Therefore an appropriate needle should be selected by considering the gender and SCF thickness of patients receiving gluteal intramuscular injections.

본 논문에서는 Ladder 형과 SCF 형의 구조를 가지는 FBAR 필터의 제작에 대해 발표한다. 단위공진기의 구조는 W/SiO$_2$, 반사층을 갖는 SMR (Solidly Mounted Resonate.) 구조을 가지며, 21,200$\mu$m$^2$의 공진 면적을 갖는 단위공진기의 $K^2$eff, Q$_{s}$ 그리고 Q$_{p}$는 각각 3.24%, 6,363 그리고 6,749의 값을 보였다. 이와같은 성능을 갖는 단위공진기를 기본으로 제작된 필터의 크기는 Ladder 형이 800$\times$2000($\mu\textrm{m}$$^2$)의 크기를 갖고 SCF 형이 600$\times$500($\mu\textrm{m}$$^2$)을 가진다. 먼저 필터의 기본이 되는 박막형 공진기를 최적화시키고, 이를 바탕으로 Ladder 형과 SCF형의 구조를 가지는 FBAR 필터를 제작하여 성능을 비교하였다.다..

차세대 지능망(AIN : Advanced Intelligent Network)과 X.500 디력토리 서비스 사 이의 관계에서 AIN의 SCF/SDF(Service Control Function/Service Data Function) 인터 페이스 요구 사항과 X.500 능력(Capabilities) 간에는 많은 유사성이 존재한다. 또한 X.500의 DUA(Directory User Agent)는 SCF,DSA(Directory System Agent)는 SDF로 매핑 관계가 성립된다. 이러한 유사성과 매핑 관계를 기반으로 AIN에 X.500 디렉토리 시스 템을 SCF/SDF 관계에 DAP(Directiory Access Protocol), SDF-SDF 관계에 DSP(Directory System Protocol)을 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 CS(Capability Set)-1, CS-3 범위 에서 X.500 DAP/DSP 적용이 가능한 관계를 보이고, AIN의 분산 처리를 위한 AIN SDF Server를 설계했으며, UPT(Universal Personal Telecommunication) 서비스를 AIN SDF Server에 적용할 수 있도록 X.500 스키마를 제안하였다.

The cognitive radio communication is taking the attentions because the development of the technique came to be possible to analyze wireless signals. In the IEEE 802.22 WRAN Systems[1], how to detect a spectrum and signals is continuously studied. In this paper, we propose the efficient signal detection method using SCF (Spectral Correlation Function). It is easy to detect the signal feature when we are using the SCF. Because most modulated signals have the cyclo-stationarity which is unique for each signal. But the fading channel effected serious influence even though it detects the feature of the signal. We applied LMS(Least Mean Square) filter for the compensation of the signal which is effected the serious influence in the fading channel. And we analyze some signal patterns through the SCF. And we show the unique signal feature of each signal through the SCF method. It is robust for low SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) environment and we can distinguish it in the fading channel using LMS Filter.
