뿌리산업 제조 중소기업 현황과 정책적 시사점 (Status and Policy Implication of Root Manufacturing Industry SME)

  • 최근 미국 등 선진국에서 제조업의 부활을 위한 정책적 지원이 강화되고 있다. 뿌리산업은 제조업의 기반이 되는 산업으로 중소기업이 절대다수를 차지하고 있으며, 우리나라도 중소기업에 대한 정책 지원이 증가 추세이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 뿌리산업 제조중소기업에 대한 정책적 관심은 그리 높지 않다. 특히 뿌리산업의 R&D 효과성에 대한 의문이 많은 상황이다. 본 논문의 뿌리산업 제조중소기업 실태 분석에 의하면 뿌리산업내 업종별로 다양한 특성을 보이고 있으며 R&D 결과가 사업화로 잘 이어지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서는 뿌리산업 제조중소기업에 대한 국내외 현황을 바탕으로 5가지의 정책적 시사점을 제시한다.

정보산업 생태계 문제의 근본원인 분석 (Root Cause Analysis of the Information Industry Ecosystem Problems)

  • Finding a root cause is an essential step to solving a complex problem. Some previous studies have used the Delphi method for gathering opinions about root causes from geographically dispersed experts. However, we assert that complicated problems such as an industry ecosystem would make a general type of the Delphi method less practical because of too much psychological burden on study participants. In this study we present a preliminary list-based Delphi study method for identifying a root cause. This method was used to identify a root cause and draw a causal map for the information industry ecosystem problems.

뿌리산업 작업장내 총휘발성유기화합물류(TVOC) 실시간 노출감시체계 구축과 농도 분석 (Real-time TVOC Monitoring System and Measurement Analysis in Workplaces of Root Industry)

  • Objectives: This study analyzes TVOC concentrations in root industry workplaces in order to prevent probable occupational disease among workers. Root industry includes all the infrastructure of manufacturing, such as casting and molding. Methods: Real-time TVOC sensors were deployed in three root industry workplaces. We measured TVOC concentrations with these sensors and analyzed the results using a data-analysis tool developed with Python 3.9. Results: During the study period, the mean of the TVOC concentrations remained in an acceptable range, 0.30, 2.15, and 1.63 ppm across three workplaces. However, TVOC concentrations increased significantly at specific times, with respective maximum values of 4.98, 28.35, and 26.65 ppm for the three workplaces. Moreover, the analysis of hourly TVOC concentrations showed that during working hours or night shifts TVOC concentrations increased significantly to higher than twice the daily mean values. These results were scrutinized through classical decomposition results and autocorrelation indices, where seasonal graphs of the corresponding classical decomposition results showed that TVOC concentrations increased at a specific time. Trend graphs showed that TVOC concentrations vary by day. Conclusions: Deploying a real-time TVOC sensor should be considered to reflect irregularly high TVOC concentrations in workplaces in the root industry. It is expected that the real-time TVOC sensor with the presented data analysis methodology can eradicate probable occupational diseases caused by detrimental gases.

  • The sectors of the Root industry include casting, plastic works, welding, surface treatment, and heat treatment. While the industry is concerned with the processing technologies that are used in most of the manufacturing industries, the sophistication of the corresponding manufacturing information systems is very low. This paper describes a manufacturing information system for the building sector for which the smartphone devices that the workers use in their daily lives are employed, and where the cost of the adaption of the manufacturing system at their factories is minimized. The proposed system consists of the following three parts: UI composer, General Application, and Gateway.

  • In 2008 the total estimated failure costs in the Netherlands was estimated to be 11.4% of the industry's turnover compared to 7.7% seven years earlier. Failure costs can be the consequence of rework as a result of failure to conform to the product requirements and specifications or due to inefficient processes and bad management practices. Many construction companies however are unaware of the exact nature of these costs, their root causes or how to control them. This paper describes work carried out in the Netherlands to identify the different types of failure costs in construction and their root causes. The research described builds on previous findings by another research institution and expands it to include information collected from project cases and a survey of a number of project managers in the construction industry. The paper describes the analysis of the results from cases and the survey to identify the root causes of failure costs. Research shows, for example, that many failure costs are related to the client taking late decisions and making changes to the project requirements.

표고균사체 발효하수오 배양적 특성 및 이화학적 성분 (Chemical compositions of fermented Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg. root by Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler mycelials cultivation)

  • 본 연구는 하수오 표고균사(Lentinula edodes JMI-10079) 배양 최적조건 탐색을 목적으로 수행하였으며, 표고균사로 배양된 하수오의 일반성분, 아미노산, 무기성분을 분석하였다. 하수오 표고균사 배양 최적온도는 생장속도는 $25^{\circ}C$ 였으며, pH 5~8의 범위에서 균사생장이 양호하였다. 하수오 표고균사 배양 최적 탄소원은 glucose였으며, 질소원은 malt extract로 나타났다. 조단백질 함량은 적하수오 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 조지방 함량과 조회분 함량은 적하수오 발효물 첨가량에 비례하여 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 조섬유 함량은 대조구에서 36.39%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 16종의 아미노산이 검출되었으며, 총 구성아미노산 및 필수아미노산의 함량은 적하수오 발효물 첨가량에 비례하여 증가하는 경향을 확인 하였다. 본 연구는 하수오 100%에서도 표고균사배양이 원활하게 이루어져 향 후 대량생산을 시도할 때 공정조건이 간편할 것으로 보인다. 성분 분석 결과에서도 하수오 첨가량이 증가함에 따라, 조단백질, 조회분, 총 아미노산 및 potassium을 제외한 무기성분 함량이 증가함을 확인하여, 향 후 표고균사 배양 하수오를 이용한 식품개발이 기대되어 진다.

뿌리산업 제조현장 체계분석 및 데이터 기반 설비보전 환경구축 (Equipment Maintenance Environment Based on Field-Data of Root Industry by Manufacturing-Field Analysis)

  • This paper describes the efficient equipment maintenance that can offer the exact time for repair and change of component in root industry. A conventional method offered the fixed time for repair and change of component because the method is based on early guarantee specification of the component. However the operating condition of manufacturing field is often under worse condition than early guarantee condition for high productivity. So, most components can't use until early guarantee time due to the operation of various different condition. Therefore we suggest the useful method for efficient equipment-maintenance by manufacturing-field analysis and feedback database. For this, the classification of root industry and related equipment is performed and then the detail classification of the process and component for equipment maintenance. And the monitoring module is also designed to gather data for feedback process and the environment is basically implemented for aging and reliability test.

  • 뿌리산업의 유해한 작업 환경과 높은 작업 강도는 작업자의 건강에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 기존에는 유해한 물질로부터 현장 작업자를 보호하기 위해 반년 단위로 작성한 환경을 측정하여 규제하고 있다. 그러나 작업환경 외에 작업자 건강 상태 등에 대해서는 정량화된 관련 기준이 부재하여 상시로 피해를 주는 임계치 이하 유해 물질의 지속적인 노출에 따른 직업병을 예방하는데 어려움이 상존하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기계학습을 이용한 뿌리산업 작업 환경의 위험도 피크레벨 결정방법을 제안하고 이를 토대로 작업장의 실시간 안전 평가를 가능하게 하였다.

으뜸도라지 식초의 저장기간별 품질 특성 및 항산화 활성 (Quality Characteristic and Antioxidant Activities of Vinegar Added with Etteum Bell Flower Root)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics and antioxidant activities of vinegar made with Etteum bell flower root (0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2%) during two-step fermentation. Acetic acid was fermented at $30^{\circ}C$ for 16 days and samples of vinegar were extracted at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16 days. The pH of Etteum bell flower root vinegar did not significantly differ among the samples, but the acidity increased during fermentation. Alcohol content decreased at 16 days of fermentation and less than 1% alcohol was shown in all samples after fermentation. The pure acetic acid yield was 88.85~98.97%, whereby the total phenolic compound content and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activities increased as the ratio of the Etteum bell flower root increased. The sensory scores of vinegar fermented with 1.5% Etteum bell flower root are greater than those of vinegar prepared by other treatments. Therefore, vinegar with 1.5% Etteum bell flower root added is considered to be the most suitable for manufacturing.

  • This study investigated the quality characteristics and antioxidant activities of Makgeolli (a traditional Korean rice wine) made with Etteum bell flower root (0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2% with steamed rice) during fermentation. The pH values of Makgeolli with Etteum bell flower root powder decreased after 3 days of fermentation and then increased after 5 days of fermentation. Sugar content decreased after 3 days of fermentation. Color evaluation showed the L values of these drinks decreased during fermentation, whereas a and b values both increased. The alcohol content of Makgeolli increased after fermentation, reaching a maximum concentration of 7.90-8.07% by the end of fermentation. Total phenolic compound contents and DPPH radical scavenging activities increased as the ratio of Etteum bell flower root increased. Sensory scores of Makgeolli fermented with 1.5% Etteum bell flower root ware greater than those of Makgeolli prepared by other treatments. Therefore, Makgeolli added with 1.5% Etteum bell flower root added considered to be the most suitable for manufacturing.
