놀 권리 보장조례의 이행과 놀이 실행에 관한 교사의 인식 연구: 전라남도 교육청 조례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Perceptions of Teachers on the Implementation of the Ordinance for Guaranteeing Right to Play and the Practice of Play: Focusing on the Ordinance of the Jeollanam-do Office of Education)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine whether the 'Ordinance for Guaranteeing Children's Right to Play' is has been implemented well and investigate play practice in elementary school. Methods: For this study, a survey was conducted on 319 elementary school teachers in Jeollanam-do. Results: First, elementary school teachers' perception of the enactment of the 'Ordinance on Children's Right to Play' is high. And their perception is positive about the effect of the 'Ordinance on Children's Right to Play'. Second, among the roles of the Office of Education, play-related training and club support were relatively low. The role of the elementary school director was relatively low in the analysis and disclosure of play performance. Third, the time that children mainly play in school is the middle play time. The sufficiency and safety of play spaces differed by region. Fourth, the contents to be added to the 'Ordinance' are securing play space, budget support, and mandatory play time. Conclusion/Implications: In the future, 'Ordinance on Children's Right to Play' should go through a process of improvement so that children's play is realized as a right.

5세 도담반의 실내놀이지원을 위한 실행연구 (An Action Research to Support Indoor Free Play in the Dodam Class Consisting of Five-Year-Olds)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to understand the teacher's role as play supporter in a carry out play generated curriculum and develop and implement an action plan in order to indoor free play. Methods: Participants were 14 kindergartners (9 boys, 5 girls) and one teacher. Processes of planning-implementation and observation- reflection were repeated in a cyclical procedure and the 3rd action plan was conducted based on strategies to support children's play. Results: Children experienced the following: Continuing and immersive play, play filled with experiments and challenges, play to make together, attitude to enjoy novelty and respect differences, and play of trial and error. And the researcher changed the following: Be sensitive to the child's words and actions, finding the 'real interest' of children in 'waiting', acquiring the perception that 'children are the masters of play', seeing the value of learning in children's expressive play, and gain confidence in play support. Conclusion/Implications: This study suggested the need for teacher to have patience and demonstrate reflective thinking in order to support children's play.

  • 국가의 임의적인 침해로부터 국민의 재산권과 자유권을 보호하려는 소극적인 법치국가의 역할은 오늘날 의회민주주의 시대에는 더 이상 의미를 찾을 수 없게 되었다. 왜냐하면 오늘날 개인에게 기회와 사회보장적 급부를 제공하는 국가의 역할은 자유로운 삶을 유지하는데 있어서 기본권을 침해하지 않아야 하는 것 못지않게 중요하게 되었기 때문이다. 기본권을 침해하지 않는 소극적 국가에서 기본권을 보호할 뿐만 아니라 실현하는 적극적 국가로 현대국가의 역할이 변한 것이다. 그러므로 현대 의회민주주의에서 고전적인 법치국가 기능의 발전적 변화는 국민의 기본권 보호와 실현을 위해서 의회의 더 책임 있는 입법 활동을 요구한다. 따라서 현대국가에서 기본권 중의 하나로 인식되는 사회적 기본권의 구현에 있어서도 의회의 적극적인 입법 활동이 요청된다. 그러나 행정부에 입법권을 과도하게 위임하는 한국 국회는 사회적 기본권의 구현에 있어서 현대 의회민주주의가 요구하는 기준을 충족시키지 못하고 있다.

의료분쟁조정법상 조정제도와 감정의 역할 (A Study on the Adjustment System and Role of an Expert Witness based on the Medical Dispute Settlement Act.)

  • In the event of a medical conflict in South Korea, civil lawsuits can be very complicated, time-consuming, and costly. Under the Medical Conflict Conciliation Act, the mediation system has expanded its function to coordinate disputes between individuals and medical institutions in a more efficient manner prior to litigation. Currently, conflict mediation organizations and legal systems are established in each sector, and the Healthcare Dispute Settlement Commission will also play an important role in the public sector. In this study, the characteristics of the evaluation system of the Korea Institute of Medical Conflict Arbitration are examined; and, by looking at the case of medical examinations, it is proposed to show the mediation system and the manner and role of the examinations. Medical expertise is a very important area of the qualitative standards and expertise of participants because the participants must play a role in medical consultation and appraisal in connection with medical experts.

감각통합치료를 하고 있는 작업치료사의 놀이에 대한 인식 (Play Awareness of Occupational Therapists With Using the Sensory Integration Approach)

  • Objective : This study is to know about the play awareness of occupational therapists with using the sensory integration approach, and is to suggest educational strategies of play as occupation and research. Methods : 124 occupational therapists completed the questionnaires including the general use of play in occupational practice and the use of play assessments with preschoolers, and factors influence on the use of play in occupational therapy for children. Results : Respondents used the play as therapy modality and performed much with based on sensory integration and development approach in individual occupational therapy room with variable play tools. It was restricted to use as objective assessment tools and methods, and had important factors that influence on the use of play in occupational therapy for children; role of occupational therapy in work setting, personal frame of reference and availability of play assessments. Conclusion : The results suggest a need for increasing the emphasis on play in entry-level curricula and continuing education, improving clinician access to valid and reliable play assessments, and completing studies designed to examine the use and efficacy of play in sensory integration therapy intervention.

창극 <서편제>의 자기반영성 연구 (Study on Self-Reflexivity of Changgeuk Seopyenje)

  • 본 논문은 창극 <서편제>에서 자기반영성을 드러내는 장면들을 분석하였다. 이 작품은 판소리와 소리꾼의 이야기를 다루고 있으며, 창작 창극임에도 불구하고, 작창 없이 기존 판소리의 눈대목들을 짜깁기한 작품이라는 점이 독특하다. 이러한 특성들은 작품 속에서 다양한 자기반영적 장면들과 관련된다. 판소리에 대한 나르시시즘적 언급은 이 작품이 전통 판소리의 예술성을 계승한 것처럼 보이도록 만들고, 극중극과 역할놀이는 실제극과 실제 등장인물이 더 사실적으로 보이도록 해준다. 또한 <심청가>의 서사와 음악을 끌어 들여서, 관객 스스로 적극적으로 이 작품과 기존 판소리의 연결고리를 찾도록 한다. 즉 창극 <서편제>의 자기반영성은 환영을 파괴하기보다는, 새로운 환영을 낳기 위해 환영의 속임수 장치의 일부를 공개하는 방식으로, 보수적 자기반영성을 드러낸다.

과학수업에서 역할놀이 활동이 학업성취도와 학습태도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Role-play activities on academic achievement and learning attitude in science class)

  • 세포 분열 단원은 중요하지만 비교적 어려운 내용을 포함하고 있어, 학생들이 능동적으로 학습에 참여하는 교수법이 학생들의 학습 의욕과 학습 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다는 점에 착안하여, 선행연구를 바탕으로 세포분열 학습에 흥미 및 내용 이해도를 높이는데 역할놀이가 효과적일 것이라 판단하였다. 연구 대상은 서울시 소재 중학교 3학년 학생이며, 2개 학급은 역할 놀이 수업을, 나머지 2개 학급은 기존의 전통수업을 실시하였다. 수업처치 전, 후의 학업 성취도와 태도 변화를 살펴보기 위해 동일 검사지를 이용한 과학 학습 태도 및 학업 성취도 검사를 실시하였으며, 연구측정으로 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 활용한 공변량 분석이 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 역할 놀이를 이용한 학습 그룹이 전통수업 학습 그룹에 비해 학업 성취도에서 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 (p<.05), 이는 학업 성취수준 상위 학생들에 비해 하위 학생들에게서 역할 놀이 학습 효과가 더욱 뚜렷함을 보이고 있다 (p<.05). 또한, 학습 태도 측면에서도 정의적, 인지적 영역에서 긍정적인 효과를 얻을 수 있었다 (p<.05).

임상적 의사소통상황 관련 역할극을 선행한 통합실습프로그램의 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Integrated Nursing Practice Program preceded Role-play related to Clinical Communication Situation)

  • 본 연구는 일 대학 간호학생 115명을 대상으로 임상적 의사소통상황 관련 역할극을 선행한 통합실습프로그램을 개발 적용하고 적용 전과 후의 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력 및 문제해결과정 점수의 변화를 확인하고자 실시하였다. 통합실습 프로그램은 6개의 임상적 의사소통 상황 관련 시나리오를 활용한 역할극, 3개의 임상상황 관련 시나리오를 적용한 역할극, 3개의 핵심간호술기로 구성되었으며 매주 4시간씩 8주간 실시되었다. 자료수집기간은 2013년 3월부터 6월까지였으며 프로그램 전과 후에 자가보고식 설문지를 작성하게 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 19.0을 이용하여 기술통계와 t-test를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 통합실습프로그램 적용 후에 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력 및 문제해결과정 점수가 모두 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서 개발한 통합실습프로그램은 간호실습 교육을 위한 효과적인 방법이라고 생각하며 적극 활용할 것을 제안한다.

변증(辨證) 기반 진료수행시험(CPX) 시나리오를 이용한 역할극에 대한 학생 자가 평가의 일치도와 개선 방안 (Consistency of Student Self-Assessment of Role Play Using the Syndrome Differentiation-Based Clinical Performance Examination Scenario and Improvement Measures)

  • Objectives : This study analyzed the concordance between student self-assessment and peer-evaluation in a role play using the Clinical Performance Examination (CPX) scenario developed based on Korean medical syndrome differentiation. Methods : The subjects of this study are first-year-students majoring in Korean Medicine. The role play based on clinical case was performed in the class of Korean Medicine Classics. Feedback on clinical skill competency got through student self-assessment and peer-evaluation, and this study was compared and analyzed of result. Results : A simple comparison of the results of self-assessment and peer-evaluation in the evaluation results of clinical skill competency may appear to be consistent. However, it was not statistically significant. It is necessary to enhance the discriminative ability in the evaluation of clinical skill competency. It will be possible to improve a bit by relatively increasing the weight of the scores on the items that students expect to respond differently among the evaluation items. In addition, in order to dramatically improve the systemicity and reliability of the evaluation of clinical skill competency itself, it is necessary to introduce the Introduction to Clinical Traditional Korean Medicine (ICTKM) course. Conclusions : Student's self-assessment and peer-evaluation as feedback on clinical skill competency are suitable for the purpose of education and training. However, the reliability of the evaluation was not statistically significant.

유아들의 가상놀이 촉진을 위한 놀잇감 사용: 놀잇감의 구조성을 중심으로 (Play Materials Used in Children's Pretend Play: Structured Versus Unstructured Toys)

  • This integrative review of research on the role of toys in the pretend play of young children investigated claims about the relative effects of abstract or unrealistic compared with concrete or realistic toys. Researchers and educators acknowledge the benefits of pretend play as an expression of the child's capacity of symbolic functioning and they attend to strategies for promoting pretend play at each stage of its development, including the selection and presentation of playthings. Highly structured or realistic toys were once thought to impede pretend play because they can only be used for a single intended purpose whereas less structured toys are pliant and hold the child's interest over longer periods of time as new ideas are tried out. However, the present review suggests that realistic toys are effective for very young children who still have limited representational capacity, and that realistic toys continue to give impetus to make-believe even for kindergarten children.
