Retention Intention was significantly associated with professional job satisfaction (r=.36, p<.001) and professional pride (r=.69, p<.001), but were not significantly correlated with role conflict (r=-.07, p=.376). The multiple regression analysis shows that significant factors, affecting the retention intention were professional pride (t=9.87, p<.001) and job satisfaction (t=3.37, p=.001), which explained 46.1% of the retention intention collectively. • This study examines the effects of SNS fashion influencer's authenticity on the followers' relationship maintenance intention and product purchase intention through the mediating role of fanship. In addition, influencer's attractiveness is proposed as a moderator affecting the authenticity on fanship; in addition, authenticity is operationalized as honesty and expertise. A written survey is developed for 181 female Instagram users. The analyses of the data yields the following findings. First, honesty has a positive effect on fanship, relationship maintenance intention and purchase intention, while expertise affects fanship and relationship maintenance intention, but does not have a significant effect on purchase intention. Second, honesty and expertise have a positive effect on follower behavior intention through the partial mediation of fanship. Third, social attractiveness and physical attractiveness have a significant effect on fanship. However, all interaction effects between authenticity and attractiveness are not significant. Unlike authenticity, attractiveness has no direct effect on follower behavior intention. This study verifies the critical role of authenticity for an influencer in the context of SNS marketing and commerce, as this factor leads to followers behavioral intention as well as fanship in both direct and mediated paths.

  • The objective for this study was to clarify the relationships between perceived value, customer satisfaction, switching intention, and loyalty for foodservice. A total of 258 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation model was used to measure the causal effect. Results of the study demonstrated that the confirmatory factor analysis result for the data also indicated good model fit. The unrestricted model yielded a significantly better fit to the data than the restricted model. The influences of perceived value on customer satisfaction, switching intention and loyalty were statistically significant. The influences of customer satisfaction on switching intention and loyalty were statistically significant. Moreover, customer satisfaction played a mediating role in the relationship between perceived value and switching intention. Customer satisfaction also played a mediating role in the relationship between perceived value and loyalty. The obvious implication is the need for further consideration of similar composite models. The possible moderating effects of such individual characteristics as risk aversion, involvement, and experience/expertise, or switching cost might be relevant pursuits in future research. Finally, this research illuminates the need for additional research that considers the effect of perceived value and satisfaction on customers' decision-making and corporate profits.

  • Up to now, a shortage of SW staff has been a threat to providing satisfactory SW services in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary for us to understand factors that satisfy SW personnel and then retain them not to leave their current job positions. Hereafter, we examine whether SW manpower's job satisfaction fully mediates or partially mediates the relationship between the drivers of turnover intention such as satisfaction on IT education, job fitness, fairness of rewards and organizational moods and turnover intention. Using survey data from 745 SW staffs, we found that all antecedents except for satisfaction on IT education have significant impacts on job satisfaction as well as verified that the job satisfaction partially or fully mediates the relationships between job fitness, fairness of reward and organizational moods and turnover intention. Based on our findings, our results allowed us to provide a deeper understanding of the forces on turnover intention by examining the role of mediating effect on job satisfaction.
