혁신의 정의는 연구 관점과 범위에 따라 상이하게 정의되고 있다. 다양한 학문 분야의 혁신 연구를 종합하여 혁신 확산 이론을 체계적으로 정립한 Rogers(1995)는 혁신을 "채택하여 활용하는 개인이나 조직이 새로운 것으로 인식하는 아이디어, 행위, 개체 (An idea, practice, or object that is perceived as new by an individual or other unit of adoption)"로 정의하고 있다. 한편 Becker ＆ Whisler(1967)은 혁신을 "대상 모집단 중에서 특정 아이디어를 최초로 혹은 초기에 사용하는 것 (the first or early use of an idea by one of a set of organizations with similar goals)"으로 정의하였다.(중략))"으로 정의하였다.(중략).(중략)

We first derive several modular equations of degree 5 and present their concise proofs based on algebraic computations. We then establish explicit relations and formulas for some parameterizations for the theta functions ${\varphi}$ and ${\psi}$ by using the derived modular equations. In addition, we find specific values of the parameterizations and evaluate some numerical values of the Rogers-Ramanujan continued fraction.

Combining and specializing some known results, we establish six identities which depict six modular relations for the Roger-Ramanujan type identities and two equivalent representations for Jacobian identity expressed in terms of combinatorial partition identities and Ramanujan-Selberg continued fraction. Two q-product identities are also considered.

Diethyl itaconate was found to react tetrafluoroethylene, trifluorochloroethylene, and 1,1-difluoro-2,2-dichloroethylene quite rendily at $180^{\circ}C$ to form 1-carboxy-2,2,3,3,-tetrahalo-cyclobutane ethanoic acid derivatives ${C{\underline{X_2-CF_2-CH_2-}}C-(COOEt)-CH_2COOEt$, where X is Cl or F). Diethylcitraconate failed to yeild any cycloaddition products. The Physical and Chemical properties of the above esters and their dericatives are characterized and compared with other similar ring compounds.

The Bailey lemma has been a powerful tool in the discovery of identities of Rogers-Ramanujan type and also ordinary and basic hyper-geometric series identities. The mechanism of Bailey lemma has also led to the concepts of Bailey pair and Bailey chain. In the present work certain new WP-Bailey pairs have been established. We also have deduced a number of basic hypergeometric series identities as an application of new WP-Bailey pairs.

This is a good time to be a health educator in America. The focus of the United States health care system is being redefined by managed care. In this paper, we prove some common fixed point theorems for compatible mappings by using asymptotically regular mappings under the contractive type of G. E. Hardy and T. D. Rogers, and also give some examples to illustrate our main theorems. Our results extend the results of M. D. Guay and K. L. Singh and others.

In 1963, Graham introduced a problem to find integer partitions such that the reciprocal sum of their parts is 1. Inspired by Graham's work and classical partition identities, we show that there is an integer partition of a sufficiently large integer n such that the reciprocal sum of the parts is 1, while the parts satisfy certain congruence conditions.

As an analogy of the Rogers-Ramanujan continued fraction, we define a Ramanujan continued fraction of order eighteen. There are essentially three Ramanujan continued fractions of order eighteen, and we study them using the theory of modular functions. First, we prove that they are modular functions and find the relations with the Ramanujan cubic continued fraction C(𝜏). We can then obtain that their values are algebraic numbers. Finally, we evaluate them at some imaginary quadratic quantities.

본 논문에서는 10W급 GaN MMIC를 이용하여 Ku-band SSPA 모듈을 설계 및 제작하였다. 설계 및 제작한 SSPA 모듈의 분배/합성을 위해 Rogers(RO4003C)기판을 이용하여 Branch-line 구조를 이용하였다. SSPA 모듈 버짓상 Divider/Combiner는 삽입손실이 최대 -0.7dB 이하로 설계 및 제작하였다. 또한 GaN MMIC 구조 특성상 Gate Bias-Drain Bias로 인가되어야 하기 때문에 Gate-Drain 순차회로를 적용한 Bias 회로를 구현하였으며, RF Power Detect, Temperature Detect, HPA On/Off 기능등을 구현하였다. 설계 제작된 Ku-band SSPA는 최대 출력 15.6W, Gain 45.7dB, 효율 19.0%로 만족하는 측정 결과를 얻었다.
