  • We introduce the notions of h-v-semi-slant submersions and almost h-v-semi-slant submersions from almost quaternionic Hermitian manifolds onto Riemannian manifolds. We obtain characterizations, investigate the integrability of distributions, the geometry of foliations, and a decomposition theorem. We find a condition for such submersions to be totally geodesic. We also obtain an inequality of a h-v-semi-slant submersion in terms of squared mean curvature, scalar curvature, and h-v-semi-slant angle. Finally, we give examples of such maps.

  • In this paper, we introduce conformal semi-slant submersions from Lorentzian para Sasakian manifolds onto Riemannian manifolds. We investigate integrability of distributions and the geometry of leaves of such submersions from Lorentzian para Sasakian manifolds onto Riemannian manifolds. Moreover, we examine necessary and sufficient conditions for such submersions to be totally geodesic where characteristic vector field ${\xi}$ is vertical.

  • In this paper, we deal with the notion of a v-semi-slant submersion from an almost Hermitian manifold onto a Riemannian manifold. We investigate the integrability of distributions, the geometry of foliations, and a decomposition theorem. Given such a map with totally umbilical fibers, we have a condition for the fibers of the map to be minimal. We also obtain an inequality of a proper v-semi-slant submersion in terms of squared mean curvature, scalar curvature, and a v-semi-slant angle. Moreover, we give some examples of such maps and some open problems.

  • In this paper, h-quasi-hemi-slant submersions and almost h-quasi-hemi-slant submersions from almost quaternionic Hermitian manifolds onto Riemannian manifolds are introduced. Fundamental results on h-quasi-hemi-slant submersions: the integrability of distributions, geometry of foliations and the conditions for such submersions to be totally geodesic are investigated. Moreover, some non-trivial examples of the h-quasi-hemi-slant submersion are constructed.

  • In this paper, we extend the definition of the Jacobi operator of smooth maps, and biharmonic maps via the variation of bienergy between two Riemannian manifolds. We construct an example of (p, f)-biharmonic non (p, f)-harmonic map. We also prove some Liouville type theorems for (p, f)-biharmonic maps.

  • The purpose of the Nash embedding theorem was to take extrinsic help for studying the intrinsic Riemannian geometry. To realize this aim in actual practice there is a need for optimal relationships between the known intrinsic invariants and the main extrinsic invariants for Riemannian submanifolds. This paper aims to provide an optimal relationship for CR-warped product submanifolds of locally conformal Kähler manifolds.

  • In this paper, the concept of geodesic centered tractography is explored for diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). In DTI, where geodesics has been tracked and the inverse of the fourth-order diffusion tensor is inured to determine the diversity. Specifically, we investigated geodesic tractography technique for High Angular Resolution Diffusion Imaging (HARDI). Riemannian geometry can be extended to a direction-dependent metric using Finsler geometry. Euler Lagrange geodesic calculations have been derived by Finsler geometry, which is expressed as HARDI in sixth order tensor.

  • In this paper, we investigate the topology of complex Finsler manifolds. For a complex Finsler manifold (M, F), we introduce a certain condition on the Finsler metric F on M. This is a generalization of Kahler condition for the Hermitian metric. Under this condition, we can produce a Kahler metric on M. This enables us to use the usual techniques in the Kahler and Riemannian geometry. We show that if the holomorphic sectional curvature of $ M is\geqC^2>0\; for\; some\; c>o,\; then\; diam(M)\leq\frac{\pi}{c}$ and hence M is compact. This is a generalization of the Bonnet\`s theorem in the Riemannian geometry.

  • The sphere theorem is one of the main streams in modern Riemannian geometry. In this article, we survey developments of pinching theorems from the classical one to the recent differentiable pinching theorem. Also we include sphere theorems of metric invariants such as diameter and radius with historical view point.
