The purpose of this study is to present the direction of career education by analyzing the meaning of the 3rd Five-Year Basic Plan for Career Education (2023-2027). The meaning of the 3rd Five-Year Basic Plan for Career Education (2023-2027) is: First, the 1st Comprehensive Career Education Plan (2010-2013) and the 2nd Five-Year Basic Plan for Career Education (2016-2020) It is most meaningful that the achievements and limitations of the program were analyzed and reflected in the 3rd 5-year basic plan for career education (2023-2027). Second, the career education presented in the 2022 revised curriculum is faithfully reflected. Third, the range of career education has not only increased, but also has been expanded in depth. Based on this, the direction of career education is presented. First, career education needs to be carried out throughout life. Second, it is necessary to respond sensitively to rapid social environment changes. Third, career education needs to be conducted in an organic relationship between government agencies. Career education policies need to be established and implemented from a holistic perspective of various government agencies such as industry, labor, and education.

The electric power industry have recently been building out Smart Grids, a two-way electricity grid that connects power consumers and producers to a network that enables one to respond quickly to any eventuality. The construction of a two-way electricity grid means that the power control process becomes unified, from what used to be separate processes that originate individually from the consumption phase and the production and supply phases. The role of power control that takes place within each section of the power system may be independent. However, this does not mean the independent control sections are operated individually, but are configured to meet a single target and purpose. Each control section possesses enough degree of independency to respond to eventualities that may occur within different stages of the power system, but at the same time, possesses unified system elements for the stability of the entire power system. From this perspective, Smart Grids are widely regarded as the most rational power industry operation plan. A variety of different control and communication systems can be applied for an effective deployment of Smart Grids. Recently, we have seen systems such as PMS(Power Management System) and PAS(Process Automation System) applied in the deployment of Smart Grids, which are developed from the techniques utilized in the industry. The PMS is attracting particular attention for its power operations management ability. In this study, we propose plans for improvement in the rational development of power system controls through case studies of live PMS operations.

In order to recognize intelligent threats quickly and detect and respond to them actively, major public bodies and private institutions operate and administer an Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), which plays a very important role in finding and detecting attacks. However, most IDS alerts have a problem that they generate false positives. In addition, in order to detect unknown malicious codes and recognize and respond to their threats in advance, APT response solutions or actions based systems are introduced and operated. These execute malicious codes directly using virtual technology and detect abnormal activities in virtual environments or unknown attacks with other methods. However, these, too, have weaknesses such as the avoidance of the virtual environments, the problem of performance about total inspection of traffic and errors in policy. Accordingly, for the effective detection of intrusion, it is very important to enhance security monitoring, consequentially. This study discusses a plan for the reduction of false positives as a plan for the enhancement of security monitoring. As a result of an experiment based on the empirical data of G, rules were drawn in three types and 11 kinds. As a result of a test following these rules, it was verified that the overall detection rate decreased by 30% to 50%, and the performance was improved by over 30%.
Currently the oriental medical care services in the health centers is getting popularity because of their unique aspects which western medicine can not cover. This study was conducted to speculate the current status of oriental medical care services in health centers and possibility of how to effectively provide the oriental medical care services(or traditional medical care services) in health centers. For the study, the survey questionnaires were distributed to all 269 health centers and 138(51.3%) of them were collected. Eight of the collected were inadequate for the analysis and 130 of 269 questionnaires were finally chosen for the study. The SPSS/PC WIN 8.0 was used for the statistical analysis. The results are as follows. First, 91 out of 130 sample health centers(70%) are providing oriental medical care services. The results show that the willingness of the directors and the public awareness in community are the most important factors to provide oriental medical care services in health centers. In contrast, the lack of cooperative efforts between western and oriental medical doctors and the lack of government supports are considered as factors that intervene the oriental medical care services in health centers. About 80% of the sample health centers respond that the government supports is needed for oriental medical care services in health centers. Second, it was asked to the directors of 39 health centers which do not provide oriental medical care services regarding their future plan to include the services. About 70% of health centers respond that no plan is available now. They acknowledge that the demand on the services is the most important factor to consider the oriental services as their future medical services. Third, 69.2% of the oriental medical doctors in health centers are public health doctor. 95.6% of the sample health centers have space for the oriental medical care services in their facilities and some health centers provide the services through the private clinics nearby facilities. Finally, the surveyors consider both budgetary constraints and difficulty in recruiting doctors as barriers for the effective oriental medical care services in health centers. Finally, t-test and LSD were employed to find out the difference among several groups. The analysis shows statistically significant difference among groups about their recognition on health care policy, health care system, and effectiveness of oriental medical care services. To be conclude, the study shows the necessity of oriental medical care services in health centers. To do so, the government supports, cooperative efforts between oriental and western medical doctors, and providing job security for doctors should proceed to provide effective oriental medical care services in health centers.
A company's plan to reform its products' image cannot obtain expected results unless a color plan is included in the reformation plan. A color plan is essential since color conveys to customers much information on function, shape, and material quality of the product. In other words, color is the essential dimension or criteria that customers use when evaluating the quality of goods. Despite the importance of a color plan, companies in Korea are still behind in researching and receiving 'color information' compared to those in more advanced countries. Recognizing the importance of products color, many international companies constantly make their efforts to predict trendy colors and preferred styles of customers before they develop products. It is suggested that domestic companies invest more in color infrastructure to be more successful in making products which can catch the customers' eyes and emotion. Different life styles by age, income level, and gender would be only a few of many factors to be investigated to build color plans for a product. In this study, it is attempted to see the color tendency of young generation by gender, and also to analyze empirically the influence of product's color on its image and customers' behavior. The results are analyzed with frequency analysis, cross tabulation analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA using SPSS Win 12. The results of this study show that color preference, product image and product attitude are influenced by product's color, and color is an important factor for forming additional emotional value together with the product's original functional value. Judging from the findings, it is recommended that a company undertake careful research before developing a product to find out how customers respond differently to products in different colors especially when the product belongs to the product category where color is considered to be a determinant factor in terms of choosing a brand.

Population growth in Korea is slowing down, and the ratio of 1~2 person households has exceeded 53.3% of the total. And in the future, it is becoming more important how to accommodate as proper planning in residential areas. In this paper, we examine whether the existing district unit plans respond appropriately to the trend of the increase in small-sized housing, and we propose improvement plans for elements of the district unit plan and measures to enhance its applicability in response to small-sized housing. To do this, we analyzed the guidelines and contents of the district unit plans related to small-sized housing in recent 6 residential sites, and derived problems and improvements through literature review and expert consultation. As a result of the study, we proposed the items that need to be reflected in the district unit plan related to various housing type for one person household. And planning elements related to households, housing site, building layout, and architectural shape and appearance were also proposed, which were suitable for single-person households, such as small-sized communal housing, share-house, and single-person housing. It also suggested that single-person households should be considered for housing characteristics, including introduction of auxiliary welfare facilities such as unmanned delivery box and guest houses, and exclusion of low-demand auxiliary welfare facilities such as kindergartens. The suggested content can be used to make guidelines for small-sized housing in district unit plan.
Flooding is an unavoidable natural disaster for the city. Flood disasters seriously undermine the city's economy, safety, and sustained development. In the course of development and construction of waterfront space in the same city, the construction of basic disaster prevention facilities cannot be avoided completely even if huge amounts of capital are invested to reduce the economic damage of flooding. The cost of rebuilding the city after the disaster is much higher than the cost of building disaster prevention facilities. In recent years, the theory of elasticity in urban reconstruction and so on has been a subject of city problem solving, creating widespread discussion and attention in academia. In other words, how to transform the concept of elasticity into practice based on theoretical and empirical factors is a real problem facing urban disaster. Through theoretical literature on the waterfront (space) buffer zone of a city (flood-weak area) and the case study of the city's practice, this paper tries to clarify the element of 5R, the theory of elastomeric fire prevention, and present detailed measures accordingly. In addition, the following two problems are addressed while emphasizing the feasibility of implementing the urban waterfront (space) plan of the elastomeric element around the urban water buffer zone. First, the means of disaster prevention planning are used to mitigate conflicts between individual utility of urban waterfront and disaster prevention functions in waterfront buffer zones, and second, the waterfront buffer zone can respond to flood-causing problems in terms of disaster prevention as much as possible through the elastic disaster prevention plan.

This study is a basic study to improve responsiveness in the event of a disaster in the landside area of the Airport Passenger Terminal, and it investigated the airport emergency plan and the status of emergency response in the event of a disaster by the airline's ground staff. The Airport Emergency Plan examined the airport evacuation plan of Korea's Gimpo Airport and Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, confirming that the domestic airport emergency plan was not specific. In addition, a survey of 100 airline ground employees working at check-in counters found that 69% of the respondents were unaware of their role in disaster situations, 90% were not educated in emergency response and 98% were not trained in disaster training in landside areas. Cross-analysis confirmed significant results in the safety of the airport where the service life worked and whether it was a role in the event of a disaster. Therefore, it is suggested that the airport emergency response plan should be improved to improve the ability to respond to disaster sites in the landside area of the airport passenger terminal and that the airline's ground staff should be educated and trained to enhance disaster response.

With the discontinuation of analog broadcasting in 2012, the cable broadcasters are investing in the conversion to DCATV (Digital Cable TV). DCATV is providing various broadcast of high quality to audiences through paid broadcasting called PPV (Pay Per View). Such services are using various kinds of CASs (Conditional Access System) in order to verify the viewing rights of subscriber. In addition, to respond to the fast changing environment of digital broadcast, not only simple digitalization of broadcast but also services such as PVR (Personal Video Recorder) and VOD (Video On Demand) are provided to subscribers. Because these additional services have many difficult areas to cover with traditional CAS alone, a new plan has become necessary. With the improvement of related regulations in 2008, the test service of IPTV (Internet Protocol TV) which is a broadcast service through the internet started. Because like DCATV, IPTV also sets the real time broadcast and the VOD service as the basic services, the use of appropriate CAS is required. In this study, the CASs for DCATV and IPTV undergo comparative analysis, and the development direction which will benefit both subscribers and broadcasting companies is suggested.

Consequence management (CM) remains a relatively unknown or underdeveloped concept in Republic of Korea. This study was conducted as a literature study, perceiving that good CM is critical when viewed under contemporary disaster types and comprehensive security. From the perspectives of integrated disaster control and comprehensive security, it would be necessary for South Korea to implement the concept of CM widely used in countries with advanced disaster control. In particular, this study verifies the need of the military to respond actively to Chemical, Biological, Radiation, Nuclear, and high yield Explosives (CBRNE) situations. A plan for the development of the CM organization of the ROK Armed Forces is proposed by using the CBRNE-CM response organization of the United States as a model.
