Non-radial Data Envelopment Analysis를 적용한 지역별 에너지 및 이산화탄소 저감가능성 추정 (Estimating Potential Energy Consumption and Carbon Emission Reduction in South Korea Using Non-radial Data Envelopment Analysis Approach)

  • 본 연구는 자료포락분석의 target-setting approach를 기초로 우리나라 16개 지자체의 에너지 효율성을 추정하고, 에너지 효율향상을 통해 저감할 수 있는 에너지 소비수준을 계측한다. 나아가 에너지 믹스변화에 의한 지역별 환경성과를 분석하고 그에 따른 이산화탄소 감축효과를 평가한다. 분석결과, 표본기간 2004년~2013년 동안 평균적으로 14.0%의 에너지 비효율이 존재하며, 특히 석유연료의 비효율적 사용이 주요 광역시를 중심으로 크게 나타났다. 또한 에너지 소비구조의 변화를 통해 에너지 효율향상과 추가적인 이산화탄소 저감가능성이 발생하며, 적극적인 에너지 믹스전략의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다.

여산믹스문제를 위한 발견적접근 (A Heuristic Approach to Budget-Mix Problems)

  • An effectively designed budget system in the poor resources environment necessarily has three design criteria : (i) to be both planning-oriented and control-oriented, (ii) to be both rationalistic and realistic, (iii) to be sensitive to the variations of resources environment. PPB system is an extreme (planning-oriented and rationalistic) and conventional OEB/OUB system is the other extreme (control-oriented and incrementalistic). Generally, the merits of rationalism are limited because of the infeasibility of applications. Hence, mixtures of the two extremes such as MBO, ZBB, and RZBB have been examined and applied during the last decade. The classical mathematical models of capital budgeting are the starting points of the development of the Budget-Mix Model introduced in this paper. They are modified by the followings: (i) technological-resource constraints, (ii) bounded-variable constraint, (iii) the exchange rules. Special emphasis is laid on the above (iii), because we need more efficient interresource exchanges in the budget-mix process. The Budget-Mix Model is not based on optimization, but a heuristic approach which assures a satisficing solution. And the application fields of this model range between the incremental Nonzero-Base Budgeting and the rational Zero-Base Budgeting. In this thesis, the author suggests 'the budget- mix concept' and a budget-mix model. Budget-mix is a decision process of making program-mix and resource-mix together. For keeping this concept in the existing organization realistic, we need the development of quantitative models describing budget-mix situations.

Situational Relation of Job Crafting, Organizational Support, and Innovation Performance

  • Purpose - This study analyzes the situational relationship between the components of job crafting and innovation performance, and based on this, suggests practical alternatives to the effect of the control variables of organizational support. Design/methodology/approach - For this survey, 350 questionnaires were distributed to Korean SME workers from October 5, 2020 to March 20, 2021, and 230 questionnaires were collected. In order to check the validity of the questionnaire, the questionnaire judged to be inappropriate in response was excluded. The recovery rate was 65.7%, and the effectiveness of the questionnaire was 82%. Structural equation model and hierarchical regression analysis are used to analyze those data. Findings - First, job enhancement through job redesign as well as organizational support is a key task in order to expect innovative results from field members. Innovative performance is not created by individual jobs, but is created between jobs and jobs, tasks and tasks, teams and teams, and departments and departments. This is why it is worth paying attention not to the functional approach, but to the interconnection structure of the process. Research implications or Originality - In this study, it was analyzed that structural job resource increase and social job resource increase, which are components of job crafting, had a positive effect on innovation performance, and that challenging job will had no significant effect. Challenging work will itself does not negatively affect innovation performance. Combining the survey and interview, field members who make up the majority of respondents say that they do not lack the will to work. They claim that there is no channel or opportunity to express or practice a challenging will.

Web-based Three-step Project Management Model and Its Software Development

  • Recently the technical advances and complexities have generated much of the difficulties in managing the project resources, for both scheduling and costing to accomplish the project in the most efficient manner. The project manager is frequently required to render judgments concerning the schedule and resource adjustments. This research develops an analytical model for a schedule-cost and risk analysis based on visual PERT/CPM. We used a three-step approach: 1) in the first step, a deterministic PERT/CPM model for the critical path and estimating the project time schedule and related resource planning and we developed a heuristic model for crash and stretch out analysis based upon a time-cost trade-off associated with the crash and stretch out of the project. 2) In second step, we developed web-based risk evaluation model for project analysis. Major technologies used for this step are AHP (analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy-AHP, multi-attribute analysis, stochastic network simulation, and web based decision support system. Also we have developed computer programs and have shown the results of sample runs for an R&D project risk analysis. 3) We developed an optimization model for project resource allocation. We used AHP weighted values and optimization methods. Computer implementation for this model is provided based on GUI-Type objective-oriented programming for the users and provided displays of all the inputs and outputs in the form of GUI-Type. The results of this research will provide the project managers with efficient management tools.

소프트웨어 개발인력 배치를 위한 수학적 업무 배정 방법 (A Mathematical Approach of Work Assignment for Human Resource in Software Development)

  • 애자일 개발방법론 기반의 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서도 각광받고 있는 팀의 공동작업이 일반화되고 있다. 효율적인 팀워크는 보다 효과적인 팀 관리운영과 프로젝트의 성과 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 기존의 소프트웨어 개발 인력배치는 휴리스틱 방법을 사용하였지만 이를 보완하기 위한 알고리즘적 접근법도 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 팀워크 기반의 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서 개발자의 인력 배치를 위한 수학적 접근 방안을 제안하였다. 제안한 방안은 6개의 프로세스로 구성되며, 각 프로세서에서의 활동을 수학적으로 정의하였고, 기능배치매트릭스를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 접근방법의 유용성을 증명하기 위하여 사례 연구를 제시하였다. 본 논문은 그동안 직관적이나 경험적 방법으로 팀을 구성하는 방식에서 벗어나, 계량적인 논리에 의해 인적자원을 할당하는 수학적 접근방법을 개발하였다는데 큰 의의가 있다.

A supervised-learning-based spatial performance prediction framework for heterogeneous communication networks

  • In this paper, we propose a supervised-learning-based spatial performance prediction (SLPP) framework for next-generation heterogeneous communication networks (HCNs). Adaptive asset placement, dynamic resource allocation, and load balancing are critical network functions in an HCN to ensure seamless network management and enhance service quality. Although many existing systems use measurement data to react to network performance changes, it is highly beneficial to perform accurate performance prediction for different systems to support various network functions. Recent advancements in complex statistical algorithms and computational efficiency have made machine-learning ubiquitous for accurate data-based prediction. A robust network performance prediction framework for optimizing performance and resource utilization through a linear discriminant analysis-based prediction approach has been proposed in this paper. Comparison results with different machine-learning techniques on real-world data demonstrate that SLPP provides superior accuracy and computational efficiency for both stationary and mobile user conditions.

觀光資源에 대한 地리的 硏究動向 (Geographical research trends on tourism resources)

  • 본 연구에서는 지리학 분야에 있어서의 관광자원에 대한 연구동향을 검토함으로써 관광자원 연구의 이론적 기초를 제시하고자 하였다. 관광자원에 대한 지리적 접근은 크게 3 가지 주제로 범주화 할 수 있다. 첫째, 관광자원의 유형화와 공간적 분포에 관한 연구로 내 용상 관광자원의 개념과 범위, 기준설정을 토대로 한 관광자원 자체의 유형화와 그 지역적 분프특성에 근거한 공간적 유형화로 구분되어 발전하였다. 둘째, 관광현상을 유발시키고 관 광목적지를 결정하는 배경으로서 관광자원에 대한 인지 및 선호, 해석에 대한 행태론적 연 구이다. 셋째, 최근에 활발한 연구를 보이고 있는 관광자원의 개발에 따른 경제적 편익분석 및 문화적, 교육적, 환경적, 심리적 영향과 효과에 대한 연구동향을 들 수 있다. 종함검토 결 과 관광자원에 대한 지리적 연구는 그 공간적, 내용적 범위가 세분화, 전문화되고 있으며, 연구주제와 방법면에서도 구체적인 자료와 계량적, 분석적 틀을 기초한 실증적인 연구로 발 전해 가고 있다.

마스터 데이터를 활용한 메타데이터 통합 프레임워크 구축 (Construction of Framework for Metadata Integration Using Master Data Approach)

  • 메타데이터 요소들 사이의 매핑에 기반한 현재의 메타데이터 상호운용성 접근방식이 지닌 한계를 극복하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 마스터 데이터를 활용한 메타데이터 상호운용성 접근방식을 제안하고 있다. 이는 메타데이터 요소가 아닌 요소의 값을 기준으로 동일한 값을 지니는 요소를 마스터 요소를 중심으로 통합하는 방식이다. 이를 위해 마스터 요소 프레임워크를 구축하여 메타데이터 요소들을 계층적인 형태로 의미적으로 통합하고, 이를 기반으로 메타데이터 레코드 사이의 상호연결을 확보함으로써 메타데이터 상호운용성을 확보할 수 있다. 이는 메타데이터 상호운용성을 확보하기 위한 대안적인 방법으로 활용될 수 있다.

일개 병원의 조직문화와 인적자원관리 활동 및 조직성과에 관한 연구 (The Relationship of Organizational Culture, Human resource management Practices and Organizational Performance at a General Hospital.)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between organizational culture based on the competing values approach, human resource management practices and organizational performance at a hospital. Participants were 138 employee in a general hospital. Data were collected during May, 2003 using four structured instruments. The data were analyzed using Chi-square test, One-way ANOVA, $scheff{\acute{e}}$ test and Cluster analysis. Three clusters were derived from cluster analysis. The first cluster consisted of cultures which were mixed developmental, consensual, hierarchial and rational culture equivalently. The second cluster consisted of the weak cultures, which was lower score than other clusters. The third cluster consisted of strong comprehensive cultures, which had higher score than other clusters. In the three clusters, hierarchial and rational culture were superior. The difference between human resource management practices and organizational commitment in organizational performance according to organizational culture clusters was found to be statistically significant. The cluster which had strong comprehensive cultures, in contrast to other clusters, more significantly affects on human resource management practices and organizational commitment. However, the strength of organizational culture does not have a significant effect on customer oriented service performance in organizational performance. These results showed that types of organizational culture were significantly related to human resource management practices and organizational commitment, and understanding the existing culture is essential to develop the organization of hospitals.

사용자 주도형 정보시스템 개발 (User-Led Information Systems Development)

  • The role of information systems(IS) is far more important in business operations today. Managers recognize information as a major resource of the organization, and non-expert end users positively participate in information system development processes. This phenomenon is considered user-led information system development(ULD), where users define the information requirements, oversee system testing, manage system development, and lead the overall project. Based on a socio-technical approach, this study examines the impact of ULD on IS success. This paper also investigates the moderating effects of various contextual factors on the relationships between ULD and the success. The questionnaire was developed and the data was collected from the end users who participated in implementing ERP systems. The results showed that ULD positively affects the success. For the moderating variables, IT complexity was found to have a strong effect on the relationship between ULD and the success while business complexity and top management support have partial effects. Surprisingly, resource adequacy was not found to have the effect. This study provides academia and practitioners with a number of implications and guidelines regarding why and when to introduce ULD in their IS development initiatives.
