경쟁시장 하에서 사회적 비용을 고려한 전력수급정책 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Power Supply and Demand Policy to Minimize Social Cost in Competitive Market)

  • 본 논문에서는 시장기능을 통하여 담보되지 않는 자원의 적성성과 최적의 전원구성을 과도기적으로 공적인 기구를 통하여 결정하고 이를 투자와 운영 2단계의 경쟁을 통하여 효율적으로 달성하는 방법을 제시하였다. 자원의 적정성을 나타내는 신뢰도지수와 이를 바탕으로 이루어지는 최적의 전원구성은 사회적인 합의를 반영할 수 있는 공적인 기구를 통하여 결정한다. 이 때 수요관리나 재생에너지와 같은 공적인 자원은 우선적으로 할당되고 최적의 자원 구성은 경제성, 환경성, 에너지 안보, 사회적인 수용성 등을 감안한 다속성 의사결정 방식을 통하여 결정한다. 공적인 기구를 통하여 결정된 최적 전원구성을 구현하기 위한 투자 단계의 효율성을 기하기 위하여 결정된 전원별 설비용량을 제시된 고정비를 기준으로 경쟁적인 입찰을 통하여 확보한다. 입찰 과정에서 투자비에 대한 비용절감을 유도하면서도 선정된 발전기에 대하여 고정비의 회수를 보장함으로써 투자에 따른 미래의 불확실성을 감소시킬 수 있다. 투자비 회수보장으로 인한 불확실성의 감소와 경쟁입찰을 통하여 민간사업자의 신규진입을 활성화시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 설비가 건설된 상태에서의 운영은 현재와 유사한 변동비에 근거한 시장을 운영함으로써 시장을 통한 경쟁에 의하여 변동비의 절감을 유도한다. 고정비 회수에 대한 보장과 변동비 절감유인을 제공하기 위하여 시장을 통한 수익성을 바탕으로 발전회사의 성과에 따라 인센티브를 지급하는 유인규제(perfomance based regulation) 방식을 제안하였다. 이 때 발전회사의 추가적인 노력이 없이 기존 전원구성의 왜곡 등으로 인하여 발생하는 초과수익을 회수하여 공정한 경쟁을 유도하도록 하였다. 본 연구는 향후 완전경쟁시장으로 이행하면서 발생할 좌초비용을 가능한 한 줄일 수 있도록 하는 전력수급정책과 시장제도를 개선하는 방안을 제안한 것으로, 현재의 과도기에만 적용 가능하며 장기적으로는 완전경쟁시장에 기초하여 전력수급정책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

가정경제복지에 대한 객관적, 주관적 평가 변인의 영향력 (Effects of Objective, Subjective variables on the household economic well-being)

  • This study focused on examining the effects of Objective, Subjective variables on the household economic well-being. Data were collected from 254 financial managers in Seoul. City. Results show that the Causal model supported hypothesis. Almost of the hypothesis were supported and Perceived adequacy of resources variable was mediated between Input variables and Satisfaction with financial situation variable. The present study implicated that this model apply to family resource management research.

사용자 주도형 정보시스템 개발 (User-Led Information Systems Development)

  • The role of information systems(IS) is far more important in business operations today. Managers recognize information as a major resource of the organization, and non-expert end users positively participate in information system development processes. This phenomenon is considered user-led information system development(ULD), where users define the information requirements, oversee system testing, manage system development, and lead the overall project. Based on a socio-technical approach, this study examines the impact of ULD on IS success. This paper also investigates the moderating effects of various contextual factors on the relationships between ULD and the success. The questionnaire was developed and the data was collected from the end users who participated in implementing ERP systems. The results showed that ULD positively affects the success. For the moderating variables, IT complexity was found to have a strong effect on the relationship between ULD and the success while business complexity and top management support have partial effects. Surprisingly, resource adequacy was not found to have the effect. This study provides academia and practitioners with a number of implications and guidelines regarding why and when to introduce ULD in their IS development initiatives.

노후준비 인식과 행동에 대한 노후 생활설계 상담의 효과 (The Efficacy of Retirement Planning Counseling on Retirement Preparation Awareness and Behavior)

  • Individuals are increasingly required to take more responsibility for their own retirement. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of counseling for retirement planning on awareness and behavior related to retirement preparation. The data came from 3,561 adults who received counseling from National Pension Service. The major findings can be summarized as follows : (1) There were significant changes in awareness and behavior for retirement preparation after receiving counseling services ; (2) young age, type of counseling (comprehensive diagnostics for retirement preparation), and counseling method (face-to-face) had a positive effect on changes in awareness and behavior ; and (3) expertise and adequacy of counseling, as well as the attitude of counselors, had an influence on changes in awareness and behavior.

신세대 주부의 생활자원 절약의식과 절약행동에 관한 연구 (A study on the economy consciousness and behavior of living resources of young housewives)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between young housewives’economy consciousness and economy behavior. The data used in this study were taken from 429 housewives between 20's and 35's who have at least one child with their spouse in Seoul The results of this study were as follows : First, the general trend of the economy consciousness and behavior in living resources was that the level of consciousness is more higher than the level of behavior. Second, the degree of employed wives' economy behavior was more passive than that of house wives’behavior. Third, housewives’economy consciousness and behavior showed a significant difference in their education level, family income and number of children. Fourth, from the Regression Analysis, the Model was accounting for 45% of the variance. Influential variables on housewives’economy consciousness and behavior were self esteem, the inside and outside control, perception of the adequacy of resources. Fifth, out of sub- variables about housewives’economy consciousness and behavior, energy resources was relatively at the high level.

남편이 은퇴한 부부의 자원과 생활만족도 (Personal Resources and Their Effects on the Life Satisfaction of the Retired husbands and Their Wives)

  • This study was to examine the effects of economic, social, psychological, and marital resources on the relationship between retirement related stress and life satisfaction among the retired husbands and their wives. Economic resources included actual income, the amount of reduced income after retirement, and perceived adequacy of income, while social resources consisted of the supports from children, relatives, friends and neighbors. Psychological resources constituted sense of mastery and marital resource was measured by the emotional supports from the spouse. Data from 178 couples in Seoul revealed that retirees and their spouse perceived retirement as a very stressful extent, with husbands viewing their retirement as more stressful than their wives. The retirement related stress was found to be the most significant predictor on the life satisfaction of the couples. For retired husbands, life satisfaction was closely associated to sense of mastery and supports from children and relatives. The health status, perceived adequacy of income, sense of mastery, and supports from children and relatives were related to life satisfaction for wives. Therefore, the effects of personal resources on life satisfaction were smarter than that of retirement related stress for both retired husbands and their wives. Along with discussions, implications for retirement education and suggestions for future study are provided.

임상간호사의 경력만족, 경력몰입 및 경력변경의도에 대한 구조모형 (Structural Equation Modeling for Career Satisfaction, Career Commitment and Career Withdrawal Intention in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: Preventing frequent change and discontinuation of the nurses' carrier is one of major issues for human resource management in a health organization (HO). This study was conducted to get evidences for improvement nursing manpower management and career development of the clinical nurses through investigating affecting factors to their career withdrawal intention (CWI). Methods: A self-report questionnaire survey was conducted on the subjects of the 590 clinical nurses with more than one year tenure from the eight hospitals in Busan city during December, 2013. Data analysis was performed using SPSS program (ver 20.0) and AMOS program (ver 20.0) for structural modeling. Results: Career satisfaction (CS) showed positive(+) effects, and increased with higher job adequacy (${\beta}=.139$, t=2.676, p=.007), job autonomy (${\beta}=.260$, t=4.815, p<.001), and career planning (${\beta}=.301$, t=5.797, p<.001). Career commitment (CC) showed positive(+) effects, and increased with higher job adequacy (${\beta}=.107$, t=2.280, p=.023), job autonomy (${\beta}=.257$, t=5.035, p<.001), career planning (${\beta}=.232$, t=4.717, p<.001), and career satisfaction (CS)(${\beta}=.123$, t=2.293, p=.022). CWI showed negative(-) effects and increased with lower CC (${\beta}=-.906$, t=-15.72, p<.001). Conclusion: Results indicate that CC and CS have important mediating roles between job adequacy, job autonomy, career planning and CWI. As CC directly influenced CWI, there is a need to strengthen CC to prevent frequent changes and discontinuation of nurses' careers and to contribute to productivity HO's.

Investigation of Key Factors to measure on-site Performance of a Construction firm

  • The performance of projects has always been an area of interest in the construction industry. Roles of all construction supply chain partners are necessary; however the role of a contractor firm in the construction project is pivotal. So, this research intended to explore a Construction Firm's performance criteria which could measure the level of performance of that firm in an ongoing project. Data was collected from construction professionals working in three principal project participant organizations, namely Owner, Consultant and Contractor. A total of 113 nos. of performance measuring items were sorted from literature review and used to collect data. Statistical tools processed by SPSS program was employed to analyze the data. Out of total 113 items, only 65 nos. of variables were found to be acceptable to every population group of this study. Factor analysis revealed 12 key performance predicting factors (KPPF) with 53 predictive indicators. 12 KPPFS with index weight are: work progress and smoothening (9.3%), change order management and work accuracy (9.1%), business relationship building (8.1%), adequacy of construction work procedure (8.6%), quality performance (8.0%), health and site safety adequacy (8.8%), Innovative contractor (8.0%), adequacy of construction site information (6.8%), compliance with contract plan/specification requirements (8.9%), creditworthiness and financial capability (8.3%), intra-agency relationship and responsiveness (7.0%) and resource management (9.2%). These results could be useful to project management body to evaluate performance of its contractor firm on site as well as the contractor itself to assess own performance and its subcontractors on-site.

도시 상수도 공급량 산정의 적정성 평가 (Assessment of Adequacy of Urban Water Supply)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시 설계의 핵심 요소인 상수도 공급량의 적정성에 대해 살펴보았다. 상수도의 공급은 설계가 진행됨에 따라 다양한 방식으로 분석된다. 기초 자료 수집 분석을 시작으로 수급 계획을 수립하여 상수도 공급량을 산정하는데 본 연구에서는 인구추정과 원단위 산정의 적정성에 대하여 평가하였다. 실측자료를 확보할 수 있는 제 2기 신도시 중 위례신도시를 연구대상지역으로 선정하였다. 관련 자료를 분석하여 장래인구와 원단위를 확인하고 실측자료와 비교하였다. 위례신도시의 2020년 9월 기준 인구는 93,977명으로 계획인구 110,990명으로 약 84%의 적정성을 보임에 따라 계획인구와 실제 인구가 거의 유사하게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 원단위의 경우 설계 당시 서울지역 314ℓ/인, 성남지역의 320ℓ/인으로 산정되었다. 분석 결과, 계획도시 내의 공급량을 알아보면서 인구추정에 있어 어느 정도 일치함을 알 수 있었으나 현재 우리나라의 경우는 지속적인 개발에서 벗어나 기존의 도시 활성화에 대한 관심이 많은바, 구도심에 대한 공급량의 적정성에 관해서도 추후 연구가 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다.

태양광발전원(太陽光發電原)을 고려한 전력계통(電力系統)의 확률논적(確率論的)인 신뢰도(信賴度) 평가(評價)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Probabilistic Reliability Evaluation of Power System Considering Solar Cell Generators)

  • This paper proposes a new methodology on reliability evaluation of a power system including solar cell generators (SCG). The SCGs using renewable energy resource such as solar radiation(SR) should be modeled as multi-state operational model because the uncertainty of the resource supply may occur an effect as same as the forced outage of generator in viewpoint of adequacy reliability of system. While a two-state model is well suited for modeling conventional generators, a multi-state model is needed to model the SCGs due to the random variation of solar radiation. This makes the method of calculating reliability evaluation indices of the SCG different from the conventional generator. After identifying the typical pattern of the SR probability distribution function(pdf) from SR actual data, this paper describes modelling, methodology and details process for reliability evaluation of the solar cell generators integrated with power system. Two test results indicate the viability of the proposed method.
