우리나라 전공의 수련교육 구성 및 운영에 대한 제안 (The Proposal for Residency Educational Programs)

  • In clinical clerkships, residents function as trainees, workers, and teachers for other medical students. Although residents care for patients in harsh environments and encounter precarious patient-safety situations, they are working towards becoming competent specialists. Residency education programs are very important in cultivating specialists able to adapt to the rapidly-changing medical environment, and are also necessary to improve the quality of specialist training. Competent specialists not only need clinical competency, but also a wide range of abilities including professionalism, leadership, effective communication, cooperation, and attention to continuous professional development/continuing medical education activities. Each Korean association of specialties has its own educational goals and standardized education programs to help residents learn specific techniques and competencies related to medical care for patients, though the training environment of each residency is different within each trainee hospital. Although it is also important to evaluate residency education programs, currently there is only an examination of knowledge and assessment of skills based on mini-clinical evaluation exercises or direct observation of procedural skills. In order to develop an objective and estimable evaluation tool that can assess the overall achievement level within each training course, it is necessary to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of residents. Residency education programs need further attention and reform.

지방도시의 도심지역에 있어서 시환경 만족도 평가 및 요인추출에 관한 연구 - 제주도 노형 일대를 중심으로- (A Study on Extraction of Factors and Evaluation of Satisfaction on the Visual Environment of an Urbanized Area in a Local City - Focused on Nohyung Area, Jeju-Do -)

  • This study aims to evaluate the residential exterior environment and ascertain the factors having an effect on the visual environment viewed through the living room window. This study is based on a questionnaire on the exterior environment targeting residents living in the area of Nohyunng in Jeju city, Jeju-do. The results are as follows. First, residents are satisfied with the exterior environment as a whole; however, the longer-term residents' level of satisfaction is found to be relatively low while dissatisfaction is high. Additionally, there is a difference in satisfaction and dissatisfaction levels between the residents in their own housing and those in rental housing. The residents living in rental housing were found to have a relatively low level of satisfaction and high dissatisfaction. Second, in the case where the living room window faces roads, low satisfaction and high dissatisfaction levels with the visual environment were found, where the living room is on the first or second floor. Third, satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the exterior environment have a close correlation to the impression or nature elements of 26 questions but they show low correlation in size, height, color, design, traffic, artifact elements. Finally, as a result of extracting the factors influencing satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the visual environment, four factors were extracted including "Impression & Nature factor", "Building factor", "Design factor", and "Traffic volume & Artifacts factor". "Impression & Nature factors" is the most influencing factor with satisfaction and dissatisfaction and "Traffic volume & Artifacts factor" was found to have an effect on satisfaction, but not as clearly on dissatisfaction.

지방의회 발전방향에 관한 실증적 연구 (Empirical Study to Local Council Developmental Direction)

  • 이 연구는 지방의회 발전방향을 모색하고자 주민들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 행태학적 관점에서 경험적 연구를 실시하였다. 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째는 의회의 본질적 역할(주민대표, 견제, 입법기능)에 대한 평가결과 주민들은 대체적으로 발전하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 의정활동과 행정변화의 체감에서도 큰 변화를 체감하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의회활동의 세부평가결과 주민들은 주민의견수렴, 의견수렴전담부서 등이 매우 중요하다고 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지방의회의 발전적 평가에서는 전문성확보를 위해 외부전문가 도입과 주민참여활성화제도의 확립이 중요하다고 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 지방의회의 발전을 위해서 의회가 주민들과 소통과 타협을 통해 책임성 있는 역할이 적극적으로 수행하는 것이 중요하다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 지방의회의 발전방향에 대한 실무적, 이론적으로 설명하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

타운하우스 거주자들의 거주 후 만족도에 관한 연구 - 경기도 파주에 위치한 'H 타운하우스'의 거주자를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Post Occupancy Evaluation of Residential Environments in a Townhouse based on Residents' Satisfactions - Centered on Residents of 'H Townhouse' which is Located at Paju in KyungGi-Do -)

  • Townhouse have been developed as alternative housing types for combining the characteristics of detached houses and high-rise apartments, Much research on townhouse have investigated physical environments of townhouse and provide a number of planning factors to be considered. However, these factors do not reflect the residents' experiences of the environments sufficiently. The aim of this research is to investigate residents' satisfactions in townhouse as an exploratory study which can be a basis for the improvement of residential environments in townhouse. First of all, we selected a target townhouse and conducted a field study to examine the existing state of the townhouse. Then a customized questionnaire was developed and distributed to residents in the townhouse for investigating their satisfactions on the residential environment. The questions included are divided into four categories; site environment, unit space, community area and housing management. Through the statistic analyses of the residents' responses, the residents' satisfactions of the residential environment were identified. Especially the residents' satisfaction on the community area, which revitalizes neighborhood relationships, is very high. They were also satisfied with the conditions of the sub-categories, 'a distinctive exterior' 'a private planning', 'outdoors' and 'landscapes', in townhouse. In conclusion, we suggested considerations for the improvement of the residential environments and the quality of life in townhouse.

아파트단지 옥외휴게공간의 이용행태와 만족도 (Residents' Behavior and Satisfaction for Outdoor Rest Space in Apartment Complex)

  • This study aims to analyze the actual state, the satisfaction index, and the satisfaction factor of the residents in the apartment adopting thematic outdoor rest space design. This study also proposes the basic data for the standard of resident-centered rest space design, not designer-centered or fashion-followed design. The results are as follows : First, most residents use near by rest space, and more use occur during the evenings; 17 hr. ∼ 21 hr. Most of residents use the rest space with their children, partner, or family. Residents usually take walks and take a rests in the rest space. Most residents use the rest space quietly. Of the rest facilities in the outdoor rest space, benches are most used, walks and pergolas are more frequently used. But waterscape facilities are not particularly used. The satisfaction index of the outdoor rest space is generally low. However, the satisfaction index of the rest space and facilities type shows that the evaluation of rest facilities(e.g. benches) is high. The satisfaction index of the decoration shows that the evaluation for the color and design of facilities is high. In the satisfaction index of the physical environment, the item about the size of rest space is highly appreciated. In the mental satisfaction index of the rest space, the item about whole atmosphere is highly appreciated. Of the factors affecting the general satisfaction index with outdoor rest space, the factor of physical environment is the most important independent-variable. Physical environment and facilities are more important influential factors than the atmosphere of outdoor rest space. In the future, the practical study searching for the preferences of the residents and the activation of use should be preceded.

남해 가천마을 계단식 논의 경관보전에 대한 지역주민과 방문객의 인식 차이 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Local Residents' and Visitors' Cognition for the Landscape Conservation of Rice Terraces in Gacheon Village, Namhae)

  • 본 연구는 남해 가천마을의 계단식 논에 대해 지역주민과 방문객의 경관보전 인식을 비교하여 어떠한 차이가 나타나는지 규명하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구에 대한 고찰을 통해 문제점 및 시사점을 도출하였으며, 지역주민과 방문객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 계단식 논 경관에 대한 인식의 구성요인은 '생산', '정책', '경관', '관리', '활성화' 5가지로 분류되었다. 분석결과에 따르면 보전에 대해 지역주민이 방문객보다 긍정적으로 평가하였고, 대부분의 항목에서 인식 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 '생산', '경관', '활성화'의 항목에서 지역주민이 방문객보다 긍정적 평가를 하는 것으로 나타났고, 구체적으로 '생산'의 휴경지 논, 전통적인 논 형태, 잡초 베기, '경관'의 문화적 가치, 논두렁 및 석축, '활성화'의 행정과 주민의 공용프로그램, 축제나 행사로 인한 마을 활성화에 관한 항목에서 높게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. '정책', '관리'의 항목에서는 방문객이 지역주민보다 긍정적 평가를 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 '정책'의 명승지정, 직접지불제도, '관리'의 지역주민 및 방문객의 협동의 항목에서 높게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과로 볼 때 지역주민과 방문객 사이의 인식 차이를 극복할 수 있도록 지역주민이 가지고 있는 계단식 논에 대한 역사 전통 문화 생산 등의 지식과 방문객의 의견을 활용하여 공통적 인식을 형성할 수 있는 방안 마련이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

디지털 홈의 홈오토메이션 시스템에 대한 거주 후 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Post-Occupancy Evaluation of Home Automation System at Digital Home)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the level of awareness, uses, and satisfaction on home automation systems by the digital home residents, to reveal the existing problems using home automation systems, and to clarify residents' positive or negative life changes after using home automation systems. Two apartment complexes, which were relatively well equipped with home automation systems compared to other recently built apartments, were selected to perform the survey by digital home residents who were housewives and have lived in current home more than 6 months. The researcher developed a survey questionnaire for each apartment complex and collected data from 501 residents from May to June, 2008. The results of the study found low awareness and low uses of remote control systems of electric appliances through a cellular phone or PC from outside. Also, the significant variables which showed group differences in level of uses and satisfation were age, annual income, duration of residence, and level of considering home automation system before decision to move in. The results of the study also revealed that frequent breakdown was the most critical problem using home automation systems. Generally, using home automation systems affected to residents' life changes positively. More findings and suggestions for development of more user-friendly digital home services were discussed.

제주도 지역 냉난방 설비.보조기구 사용실태와 거주자의 평가 (Survey on the Uses of Heating-Cooling Facilitis.Accessory Devices and Residents' Evaluation in Cheju Province)

  • to design nature-affinitive, reasonable and effcient thermal environment plannings and facilities, the holding patterns of heating-cooling facilities·accessory devices and residents' evaluation in Cheju Province were surveyed as well as residents' understanding for them. Major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1) In the cooling system, the percentage of air-conditioner possessor was 19.4%, which was lower possessive rate than mainland's. The location of air-conditioner was mainly public area. That is, 55.3% of the location is livingroom, and the rest was Anbang. the general cooling accessory device was a fan. It was frequently used at the children's room and the dining room. The possessive patterns of air-conditioner depend on the characteristics of residents, such as the academic carrier and the average monthly income. Characteristics of house for air-conditioner possess depend on the location, house type, the size of floor space. 2) In the heating system, individual heating system reached to 57.3%. Heating accessory devices were oil stove and electric heating blanket. Only 32.2% of survey population were holders. 3) Residents preferred better ventilated room arrangement, which was characteristic of subtropical areas. 4) The preferred condition for heating-cooling facilities and accessory devices were strong solidity, less air pollution, and less noise.

공원녹지서비스에 대한 주민의식평가 비교연구 - 경기도 광주시와 용인시 사례로 - (A Comparative Study on the Evaluation of Green Park Service through Residents Consciousness -The Case of Gwangju City and Yongin City-)

  • This study intended to propose an improvement plan to improve user satisfaction by establishing a park and green space masterplan by comparing its current status and surveying the residents' perception of green park services in two regions. The study results showed that the residents are aware of the physical and qualitative aspects of the green park environment. In addition, the quality level of the green park that people may actually use in everyday life was considered a factor for evaluation of satisfaction. In addition, it was found that the residents, who are actual users of the green park services, evaluated the satisfaction of use considering the qualitative characteristics of the green park, such as 'quality of green park' and 'availability of green park.' As a result, efforts are required to create and improve the quality of green parks efficiently based on establishing qualitative indicators, a survey of residents' perception, and quantitative analysis to develop policy directions and guidelines of the park and green space masterplan.

공동주택단지 보행공간의 주민만족도 분석 (Analysis of Residents' Satisfaction for the Pedestrian Space of Multi-family Housing)

  • This research analyzes the residents' satisfaction for the pedestrian space of multi-family housing based on quality index. For this purpose, nine apartment complexes which were built after 2000, are selected and examined by user characteristics of composition factors of pedestrian space. This research also compares residents' satisfaction by evaluation factors of walking environment. The resident survey reveals that the composit type of apartment gives the highest satisfaction to residents followed by a courtyard type, and a straight type the last. In particular, residents show high satisfaction to pedestrian-only space in the case of the composit type of apartment building. The most important factor of walking environment on residential satisfaction is the separation of car and pedestrian path of main entrance. Above all, suitability of construction laws and regulations should be reviewed for safer and more amenable walking environment.
