The Effect of Motivation in Obtaining a Certificate on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy-With a Focus on Landscape Technicians-

  • This study promotes the understanding of landscape technicians by, assessing the professional qualification system that aligns with the needs of the 21st-century environment, distinct from the industrialization era, It, provides basic theoretical insights into the multi-dimensional connections between the motivation for a certificate and the career decision-making self-efficacy of individuals with a demand for the certificate in the structural aspect. The collected data underwent a comprehensive analysis involving frequency assessments, confirmatory factor analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability tests, and correlation analyses. The study found differences according to particpants' diverse sociodemographic characteristics including gender, place of residence, educational background, and occupation. The motivation for obtaining a certificate had significant positive effects on their career-decision-making self-efficacy, within the context of structural relations. The study findings on the relations between motivation for obtaining a certificate and career decision-making self-efficacy demonstrate that the direction and intensity of efforts to obtain a certificate can increase the career decision-making self-efficacy of people hoping to become landscape technicians.

심리상담사의 지역사회자원연계 능력 척도 개발 (Development of Community Resources Linkage Capability Scale of Counselors)

  • 본 연구에서는 심리상담사의 지역사회자원연계 능력을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보았다. 먼저. 선행연구를 통해 5가지 영역, 총 42문항으로 구성된 예비 문항을 제작하였다. 이후 한국상담심리학회 소속 심리상담사 1급 자격증을 소지한 상담전문가들에게 내용 타당도와 안면 타당도를 검증받았고, 그 결과 4가지 영역 총 20개로 된 최종 문항을 도출하였다. 최종 문항은 심리상담사(N=306)에게 제공되었고, 수집된 설문을 통해 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 탐색적 요인분석에서는 2요인이 확인되었고, 확인적 요인분석에서는 2요인이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 두 요인은 각각 '정보의 수집과 활용'과 '정보의 조직과 연계'로 명명되었으며, 척도는 공인 타당도, 내적 합치도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도 분석 결과에서 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발한 척도는 심리상담사를 위한 지역사회자원연계 능력 척도라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 척도는 Wee클레스나 Wee센터, 청소년 상담복지센터 및 그 외 상담 현장 등에서 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Data Qualification of Optical Emission Spectroscopy Spectra in Resist/Nitride/Oxide Etch: Coupon vs. Whole Wafer Etching

  • As the requirement in patterning geometry continuously shrinks down, the termination of etch process at the exact time became crucial for the success in nano patterning technology. By virtue of real-time optical emission spectroscopy (OES), etch end point detection (EPD) technique continuously develops; however, it also faced with difficulty in low open ratio etching, typically in self aligned contact (SAC) and one cylinder contact (OCS), because of very small amount of optical emission from by-product gas species in the bulk plasma glow discharge. In developing etching process, one may observe that coupon test is being performed. It consumes costs and time for preparing the patterned sample wafers every test in priority, so the coupon wafer test instead of the whole patterned wafer is beneficial for testing and developing etch process condition. We also can observe that etch open area is varied with the number of coupons on a dummy wafer. However, this can be a misleading in OES study. If the coupon wafer test are monitored using OES, we can conjecture the endpoint by experienced method, but considering by data, the materials for residual area by being etched open area are needed to consider. In this research, we compare and analysis the OES data for coupon wafer test results for monitoring about the conditions that the areas except the patterns on the coupon wafers for real-time process monitoring. In this research, we compared two cases, first one is etching the coupon wafers attached on the carrier wafer that is covered by the photoresist, and other case is etching the coupon wafers on the chuck. For comparing the emission intensity, we chose the four chemical species (SiF2, N2, CO, CN), and for comparing the etched profile, measured by scanning electron microscope (SEM). In addition, we adopted the Dynamic Time Warping (DTW) algorithm for analyzing the chose OES data patterns, and analysis the covariance and coefficient for statistical method. After the result, coupon wafers are over-etched for without carrier wafer groups, while with carrier wafer groups are under-etched. And the CN emission intensity has significant difference compare with OES raw data. Based on these results, it necessary to reasonable analysis of the OES data to adopt the pre-data processing and algorithms, and the result will influence the reliability for relation of coupon wafer test and whole wafer test.

LC/ESI-MS를 이용한 아미트롤의 정성확인 및 정량분석 (Quantitative Analysis and Qualification of Amitrole Using LC/ESI-MS)

  • 본 연구에서는 극성이 높고, 휘발성이 낮아 GC나 GC/MS로 분석이 곤란한 환경매체 중의 아미트롤을 LC/ESI/MS를 사용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 분자량이 84인 아미트롤은 LC/ESI/MS 방식에서는 m/z 85인$(M+H)^+$형태로 나타났으며, 피크강도는 30V에서 (SIR mode) 최대를 나타내었다. 질량 스펙트럼 비를 정성확인에 적용하기 위하여 실험한 결과 아미트롤은 m/z 85 와 m/z 58 이온으로 나타났으며, 50V에서 이 비는 1 : 7.03~7.58 로 나타났다. 동위원소 비를 이용한 정성확인은 isotope MS나 HR/MS가 주로 사용되나, 본 연구에서는 정성확인을 위한 보조수단으로 이용하고자 실험한 결과 아미트롤의 동위원소는 $86([M+H])^+$ 형태로 나타났으며, 시료에서(30V) m/z 85와 m/z 86의 질량 스펙트럼 비는 27.1~28.6 : 1(이론적 비 26.6 : 1)로 나타났다. 단계별 표준액을 시료의 전 처리 방법과 동일하게 처리하여 분석한 검량선의 직선성은 $y=1.09354e^6X+26947.2$이었으며, $r^2=0.99$로 나타났다. 분석의 정도관리를 위한 회수율검정과 반복 재현성을 알아보기 위한 실험에서 수질시료의 회수율은 77.64~83.44%, 토양시료에서는71.11~79.44%로 나타났으며, 각 농도 단계별 반복(5회)실험결과 상대표준편차 값은 10%이하를 나타내었다.

치과위생사의 전문직 자아개념과 조직사회화의 관련성 (The relationship between the professional self-concept of dental hygiene and organizational socialization)

  • Background: Based on the individualistic approach of experienced dental hygienists, this study attempted to provide basic data to find effective measures of human resource management by analyzing the correlation between organizational socialization and professional self-concept. Methods: Dental hygienists currently working in the Daegu area were evaluated. Nine questions related to duties, twenty-seven questions related to professional self-concept, and thirty-eight questions related to organizational socialization were included in the study. The reliability was professional self-concept (Cronbach's α = 0.859) and organizational socialization (Cronbach's α = 0.840). Results: Of the total 135 points for professional self-concept, the mean score of the participants was 62.67±8.45 points. In the sub-area, flexibility was the highest at 19.28±2.46 points, and communication was the lowest at 9.69±1.44 points. Of 190 points, organizational socialization averaged at 123.40±12.82 points. In the subarea, personal characteristics were the highest at 30.37±3.71 points, and occupational identity was the lowest at 10.34±1.94. Higher age (F=30.89, p<0.000), marital status (F=10.22, p<0.002), graduate or higher educational qualification (F=9.16, p<0.000), were associated with a higher position (F=20.62, p<0.000) and work experience (F=22.66, p<0.0000), when there was no intention to turnover (F=8.05, p<0.000). Organizational socialization was higher in participants with higher age (F=7.89, p<0.000), educational qualification (F=8.02, p<0.000), and position (F=5.12, p<0.007); higher work experience in general hospital (F=4.50, p<0.012); no intention to turnover (F=7.450, p<0.000); and no intention to turnover (F=24.46, p<0.000). Organizational socialization showed a significant positive correlation with professional self-concept (r=0.721, p<0.000); job performance and skills (r=0.615, p<0.000) and organizational commitment and satisfaction (r=0.610, p<0.000) showed a high positive correlation. Turnover intention (β=0.213, p<0.000) was found to have a significant effect on organizational socialization. Leadership (β=0.168, p<0.05) and satisfaction (β=0.483, p<0.000) were found to have a significant effect. The total explanatory power of this variable was 62.7%. Conclusion: To ensure successful organizational socialization, human resource management should be performed through regular verification, which can result in improved quality of dental care services.

간호사의 근무평정도구 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Performance Appraisal Tools for Nurses)

  • Purpose: Nursing puts much weight en the organization of hospital. Therefore it is necessity to improve nursing care. One of the most important things is to secure confident nurses and to develop nurse' potentiality. It directs nurse evaluation system. The concept of "performance appraisal tools" is extremely important in evaluation system. Therefore, the purpose of this study aims to define performance appraisal process. Method: In order to do this, two main study has been observed interviewing appraisers and employees in-depth and analyzing performance appraisal tools of seven hospitals and analysed validity, reliability, acceptability and practicability. Result: The result of this study can be summarized as follows; Firstly, the result of analysis of performance appraisal tools. Regard to validity, Hospitals had a typical goal, but had not put to practice use. Regard to reliability, 1) Appraisal rule had been focused on appraiser's error, how to avoid. 2) 5 hospitals accessed nurses with relative rating and 2 hospitals with absolute rating both in practice. 3) 3 hospitals informed nurses the result of performance appraisal but 4 hospitals did not. 4) All hospitals in this study had conducted superiors rating. Regard to acceptability, 1)Rating scale method had been implemented by 6 hospitals and among those conducted beth ranking method and descriptive method. 2) Most hospitals had focused on personal traits in performance appraisal factors. Regard to practicality, The term of appraisal took $10{\sim}14$ days; performance appraisal happened 1 or 2 times per year; appraisal factors were based on 10 different items. Secondly, the result of in-depth interview with head nurses and staff nurses Regard to validity, head nurses and nurses wared that the goal of performance appraisal is to develop nurse's ability. Regard to reliability, head nurses pointed out that they were doubt of the justice of performance appraisal and they should have got training. Nurses insisted that raters should have been trained due to lack of qualification of appraiser; Head nurses and nurse proposed to convert form relative rating to absolute rating; to inform the result of appraisal; to implement peers rating. Regard to acceptability, One of the critical problems of performance appraisal tools was abstract of appraisal factors ; Lack of job analysis. Regard to practicality, Head nurses used to take overtime for appraisal. There was only a little respond despite of their efforts. Nurses questioned that appraisal tools exist for only appraisal; there was less cost-effectiveness. Conclusion: Based en these findings, it could be suggested to improve the performance appraisal tools for nurses evaluation. Firstly, it is necessary to describe goal of performance appraisal clearly set up, so that nurses could improve their positive word performance and develop their potentiality. Secondly, it is necessary to obtain various training on raters, implement absolute rating and inform the result of appraisal to nurses and use peers rating. Thirdly, it is necessary to convert from rating scale method to management by objectives or behaviorally anchored rating scale and take measurable appraisal factors based en job analysis. Finally, it is necessary to reduce the appraisal cost but increase effectiveness of performance appraisal.

  • 본 연구에서는 국내에서 실시하고 있는 바리스타 민간자격제도의 운영체제와 방법이 커피직무능력의 학업만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 직무능력 향상, 입직이나 전직에 활용하려는 경제적 효용도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 자격증을 취득하였고 관련 업체에 종사하고 있는 자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 커피자격검정제도의 운영체제 및 방법이 직무수행능력의 학업만족도와 경제적 효율성에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었고, 커피자격검정을 통해서 얻어지는 직무수행능력의 학업만족도도 직업의 경제적 효율성에도 부분적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 즉, 커피관련 자격검정제도의 내용 및 전문적이고 신뢰할 만한 체계적인 관리와 운영은 직무수행능력의 학업만족도에 영향을 주고 있었고, 나아가 입직이나 전직 등의 경제적 효율에도 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 자격검정제도의 전문성과 공정성에 대한 연구는 지속되어야 할 것이다.

소화약제 누기 감시장치의 모듈개발 및 성능검증에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Fire Extinguishing Agent Leakage Monitoring Module and its Performance Assessment)

  • 가스계소화설비는 소화약제의 자연 누기와 소화설비 노후로 인한 누기 등으로 화재진압 능력이 저하되는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소화약제의 누기를 실시간으로 감지하는 압력누기 체크센서 모듈을 개발하였으며, 개발 모듈에 대한 성능평가를 하였다. 국내 외적으로 압력누기 감시 시스템에 대한 명확한 시험기준이 마련되어 있지 않다. 따라서 국외 유사 기준 ISO 7240, FM 1421와 국내 수신기 형식승인 및 제품검사의 기술기준을 참고하여 개발 모듈에 맞게 기본 성능과 내환경성에 대한 기준을 마련하고 평가를 실행하였다. 기본 성능 평가는 압축공기를 모듈에 인가하는 방식으로 최저작동 압력이 0.3 bar인 것을 확인하였다. 내환경성 검증은 통상적으로 발생할 수 있는 기후변화에도 오작동 없이 정상적으로 작동하는지를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 고온($50^{\circ}C$) 및 저온($-10^{\circ}C$) 환경 기준에서 이상 없이 정상 작동하였다.

FPGA 열제어용 히트싱크 효과의 실험적 검증 (Experimental Verification of Heat Sink for FPGA Thermal Control)

  • 정지궤도급 차세대 통신위성에 탑재될 디지털신호처리기에는 디지털 고속통신을 위한 FPGA가 사용된다. 적용된 FPGA는 높은 열소산량을 가지고 있으며, 이로 인한 접합온도의 상승은 부하경감 요구조건을 만족하기 어렵고 장비의 수명과 신뢰도 저하의 주요 원인이다. 지상과는 달리 우주환경에서의 전장품의 열제어는 대부분 열전도를 통하여 이루어지고 있다. CCGA 또는 BGA 형태의 FPGA는 인쇄회로기판에 장착되지만, 인쇄회로기판의 열전도율은 FPGA의 열제어에 효율적이지 못하다. FPGA의 열제어를 위하여 부품 리드와 하우징을 직접 연결하는 히트싱크를 제작하였으며, 우주인증레벨의 열진공시험을 통하여 그 성능을 확인하였다. 높은 전력소모량을 가진 FPGA는 우주환경에 적용하기 어려웠으나, 히트싱크를 적용함으로써 부하경감 온도 마진을 확보하였다.

A Proposal on Evaluation Method of Neutron Absorption Performance to Substitute Conventional Neutron Attenuation Test

  • Background: For a verification of newly-developed neutron absorbers, one of guidelines on the qualification and acceptance of neutron absorbers is the neutron attenuation test. However, this approach can cause a problem for the qualifications that it cannot distinguish how the neutron attenuates from materials. Materials and Methods: In this study, an estimation method of neutron absorption performances for materials is proposed to detect both direct penetration and back-scattering neutrons. For the verification of the proposed method, MCNP simulations with the experimental system designed in this study were pursued using the polyethylene, iron, normal glass and the vitrified form. Results and Discussion: The results show that it can easily test neutron absorption ability using single absorber model. Also, from simulation results of single absorber and double absorbers model, it is verified that the proposed method can evaluate not only the direct thermal neutrons passing through materials, but also the scattered neutrons reflected to the materials. Therefore, the neutron absorption performances can be accurately estimated using the proposed method comparing with the conventional neutron attenuation test. Conclusion: It is expected that the proposed method can contribute to increase the reliability of the performance of neutron absorbers.
