  • train radio system used for shinkansen in japan has been 18 years since it was opened in 1982 and grown old. Analogue train radio is short of the number of lines and can't cope with the needs for the new high speed data transmission by 1,200 bps. The construction to renew the Tohoku - Joethu shinkansen train radio system(shinkansen train radio system) with digital method started from 2000 in JREast Digital method makes it possible to improve the quality of radio transmission, reliability of the network and every device, the speed and capacity of transmission and to be more efficient maintenance by introducing the latest IT technology. This paper will consider synchronization between base station. diversity method. software receiver, mobile high speed digital radio system, high reliability LAN introduced as technologies supporting these.

  • 미래 사회로 접어들면서, 건강한 삶의 증대를 위한 노력은 현대인들의 주요 관심 분야이다. 특히, ICT 기술과 경쟁력 있는 의료산업 환경을 융합하여 건강한 삶을 위한 기술 개발은 차세대 성장 동력으로 자리잡고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 건강 검진 프로세스에서 검진 결과에 대한 인공지능 기반의 데이터 분석을 적용하여 종합 판정의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 지식 베이스 모델링을 구축하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해, 딥러닝 분석을 통한 알고리즘을 설계하여 검사 결과지수를 산출, 검증하고, 판정 지식을 통한 종합 검진 정보를 제공하는 모델링을 연구하였다. 제안한 모델링의 적용을 통해, 국민 건강에 대한 빅데이터 분석, 활용이 가능하여 의료비 절감 및 건강 증대의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

비파괴 시험을 위한 콘크리트의 전자기적 특성의 측정 (Measurement of Electromagnetic Properties of Concrete for Nondestructive Testing)

  • Characterizing the electromagnetic properties of concrete is essential to the enhancement of accuracy and reliability in nondestructive testing of concrete structures using electromagnetic techniques. To establish a data base for the properties of concrete, a measurement technique has been developed and a set of data has been obtained for the frequency range of 1~6 GHz. As moisture content is one of major contributing factors to determine permittivity of dielectric material, moisture content is varied during the measurement. An application of a measurement system which consists of open-ended coaxial probe and automatic network analyzer to concrete and mortar specimens is studied. For this, calibration techniques, size of specimens, and number of measurements necessary to obtain reliable data are investigated. From the measured data, it is shown that moisture content plays an important role to determine the permittivity of specimens. As the moisture content increases. The permittivity of specimens show tendency to approach the permittivity of water.

  • 정보통신 산업 발전에 따라 통신장치의 크기는 소형화 되고 발열량이 많이 발생하는 시스템으로 변화하고 있다. 그러므로 무선기지국에는 무선장비의 발열량이 많이 발생하여 에너지가 계속 많이 소모되고 있고 그로 인하여 무선기지국의 장애가 발생 할 우려가 있어 본 연구에서는 효율적이고 효과적인 방법으로 무선기지국내 에너지를 절감하고 기지국운영을 위하여 본 연구를 분석하게 되었다. 연구방법으로는 발열량 및 전기료를 많이 발생하는 기지국 대상으로 실시하였고 기지국 25개를 선정하여 2주간 데이터를 확보 하였다. 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 실내 온도를 일정하게 $27^{\circ}C$로 유지 하였으며, 제어시스템을 설치하여 2주간 똑 같이 설치하여 date를 분석 확보 하였다. 연구방법에 있어 시험결과를 산출하기 위해 계측기는 전산전력계, 디지털온도계, 분진측정 등이 활용하였다. date분석을 위해 Control Sysetm 설치 전 date와 설치 후 date 분석을 위해 25개 무선기지국대상으로 연구 시험 하였다.

사회취약계층의 숲체험교육 질적향상 방안을 위한 중요도-만족도 분석 (Importance-Performance Analysis for the Quality Improvement of Forest Experience Education for Vulnerable Social Groups)

  • This study aimed to improve the level of satisfaction and service quality of a forest experience education program for vulnerable social groups by administering a survey problems of the program and suggested improvements. 428 participants in the program. Reliability analysis of the survey yielded values of, Cronbach's α value was higher than 0.8 for all items, indicating very high reliability. Importance-performance analysis (IPA), a method of measuring and comparing the degree of satisfaction, found two factors: "first need for correction" which included "diversity of programs" and "professionalism of programs"; and "the need for sustained effort" which included "benefits of programs", "the role of program instructors" and "the interest of programs". Previously, forest experience education focused on programs involving base expansion and promotion, or quantitative expansion education. Therefore, this study is meaningful in providing basic data on forest experience education for vulnerable social groups.

함정 전투 시스템 개발 툴을 위한 분산 실시간 메시지 관리 기법 설계 및 구현 (Design and Realization of Distributed Real-time Message Management Scheme for Naval Combat System Development Tool)

  • This paper proposes the design of a novel distributed message management scheme using a message-oriented management and analysis tool (MOMAT) for naval combat system (NCS) middle-ware. If a message is not guaranteed real-time of the NCS with each node, it causes the loss of data and decreases the reliability of systems. To solve these problems, improved message management schemes are proposed. Message management schemes are considering a real-time user management scheme and a real-time traffic management scheme. The proposed schemes are simulated with a developed simulation tool, data publisher, and subscriber connected through nodes in middle-ware. The simulation results show improved results in terms of message round-trip time (RTT), End-to-End delay, and throughput.

관개용 저수지의 한발지수산정 (Drought Index Calculation for Irrigation Reservoirs)

  • Drought index calculation based on the principal hydrological parameters, such as rainfall and reservoir storage, can estimate the duration and intensity of drought in irrigation reservoirs. It is difficult to build up a drought criteria since the conditions change variously by the reliability of rainfall. Because of the increasing water demands, it is urgent to prepare a generalized positive countermeasure to overcome drought. Water demands can at calculated but the estimation of drought characteristics, and the effective water management method can be established. The purpose of this study is to obtain a drought index and build up a data-base on the reservoir basins for establishing the fundamental hydrological data-base. This Index can observe the behavior of the WSI(Water Supply Index) and the component indices. The results summarized through this study are as follows. 1. WSI value of zero does not correspond to 100% in average due to the skewness in the probability distributions. 2. WSI is not a linear index; that is, given change in terms of water volume or percentage of average does not result in a proportional change on the WSI scale. 3. WSI is not always between the reservoir and the rainfall index in magnitude. This is only true if the component indices are of opposite sign. If they are of the same sign, the SWSI will often have a mangitude greater than either of the component indices. This is easily understood, because the concurrence of extreme values of the same sign for the two components is rarer than the occurrence of extreme values for either of the two components individually.

수소 충전소에 대한 정량적 안전성 평가 (Quantitative Safety Assessment for Hydrogen Station)

  • This study is about the quantitative safety assessment of hydrogen station in Korea operating with on-site type. This was written by background information that before qualitative safety assessment to write. For the qualitative safety assessment method, the study used FMEA(failure mode & effect analysis) and HAZOP(hazard & operability), and adopted the FTA(fault tree analysis) as the quantitative safety assessment method. To write the FTA, we wrote FT by Top event that hydrogen leakage can be called most serious accident of hydrogen station. Each base event collect reliability data by reliability data handbook, THERP-HRA and estimation of the engineering. Assessment looked at the high frequency and the possible risk through Gate, Importance, m.cutsets analysis.

Reliability of numerical computation of pedestrian-level wind environment around a row of tall buildings

  • This paper presents numerical results of pedestrian-level wind environment around the base of a row of tall buildings by CFD. Four configurations of building arrangement are computed including a single square tall building. Computed results of pedestrian-level wind flow patterns and wind speeds are compared to previous wind tunnel measurement data to enable an assessment of CFD predictions. The CFD model uses the finite-volume method with RNG $k-{\varepsilon}$ model for turbulence closure. It is found that the numerical results can reproduce key features of pedestrian-level wind environment such as corner streams around corners of upwind building, sheltered zones behind buildings and channeled high-speed flow through a building gap. However, there are some differences between CFD results and wind tunnel data in the wind speed distribution and locations of highest wind speeds inside the corner streams. In locations of high ground-level wind speeds, CFD values match wind tunnel data within ${\pm}10%$.

지중송전계통 절연통보호장치 모델링 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Modeling Methods for Cable Covering Protective Unit on Underground Power Cable Systems)

  • The conventional CCPU(Cable Covering Protective Unit) modeling methods which are used by Type 99 and Type 92 in EMTP simulation are firstly discussed in this paper, and then some problems of them are also investigated. Modeling method using Type 99 causes unstable characteristic at initial transient of CCPU operation. Time delay has also effect on the output of CCPU modeling. So, in this paper, a new modeling method for CCPU is designed by DBM(Data Base Module) of EMTP. The characteristic of Type 92 is used for the new modeling method. The reliability of this one is proved by comparing simulation with measured data. Specially, at initial transient, the waveform of the new method shows more stable result than that of conventional method using Type 99. Also, the peak value is similar to measured data.
