  • Today, Advertisement affects the daily consumption life of consumers because of the features and advantages of advertisement. In particular, and so does the TV advertisement. Therefore, customer education is required for the consumers so that they can lead a rational consumption through TV advertisement quality. In addition, with the introduction of the many new-born distribution channels, the recent market environment in apparel industry is changing, and the service and image of store types consumers can choose are increasing. The purpose of this research is to offer basic data which can help consumers to acquire necessary information and conduct rational consumption through TV advertisement. Also purchasing behavior of consumers communicate, feels of consumers about store image, TV advertisement quality of what is the attitude of the relative influence presents.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relative variables between lifelong education practice and lifelong education leader's characteristics in village that personal characteristics, educational participation, network characteristics and empowerment characteristics. The results of this are as follows: Firstly, the village lifelong education leaders of women, low ages, high educational background, longer living and much leadership experiences in village have been practicing the lifelong education in village. Secondly, the village lifelong education leaders who have participated much more the programs have been practicing the lifelong education in village. Thirdly, the empowerments for the village lifelong education leader are understand the residents in village, operation and management technology of program, positive attitude and voluntary thoughts.

구성주의 접근의 그림자 활동이 유아의 그림자 개념 발달과 과학적 태도에 미치는 효과 (The Effectiveness of the Constructivist Shadow Activities on Children's Conception of Shadow and Scientific Attitudes)

  • In this study of the relative effectiveness of constructivist and non-constructivist approaches to shadow activity for young children, 59 children in two kindergarten classes were assigned to constructivist or non constructivist conditions. Each group participated in 12 units covering shadow search, shadow making, changing shadow size, changing shadow position, and shadow disappearance. Analysis of covariance of differences between the mean scores of the two groups on the posttests of shadow concepts and scientific attitudes revealed that the children in the constructivist group performed better than the children in the non-constructivist group. This confirms the constructivist approach to shadow activities as good science activities for young children by promoting their active experimentation using reasoning about light to foster spatio-causal relations construction.

  • A theoretical analysis of predicting the detailed motion of a piston-crank mechanism within piston-guide clearance is presented, and the analysis is applied to the piston motion in a gasoline engine. A piston movement program is developed to calculate the piston attitude relative to the bore, the piston to bore impact velocity and kinetic energy loss and the net transverse force acting on the piston. This paper presents the formulation of a set of differential equations governing the transverse and rotational motion of a piston. These equations of motion were solved by well established Runge-Kutta method. As a result of this study, it is possible to predict the effects of piston geometry and piston pin offset on a piston motion and kinetic energy loss.

브랜드개성이 기업이미지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Brand Personality Effect on a Corporate Image)

  • This study examines the effect of brand personality on consumer's attitude. Previous research has suggested that the greater the congruity between consumer personalities and brand personalities, the greater the preference for the brand. However, empirical explorations of this hypothesis revealed that the congruity between consumer personalities and brand personalities is limitedly related, if ever, to the preference for the brand. It is partly because of the views of the previous researchers who considered human personality as a uni-dimensional concept, and partly because of the lack of consensus regarding what brand personality really is. This study examines the relative effect of brand personality on company image. In this study, brand personality is represented by the 'Big Five' factors - Sincerity, Excitement, Competence, Sophistication and Ruggedness - which were suggested by Jennifer Aaker.

  • Classivication scheme of usability element for the evaluation of consumer electronic product was developed in this study. Using hierachical structuring and clustering methods, usability element of consumer products interface is developed both for the performance perspective and for the image/appeal perspective of a product. Perfoormance element included variables such as simplicity, directness, learn- ability, flexibility, user support and effectiveness. Image/Appeal element included variables such as sensibility, descriptive impression, evaluation of appeal, and attitude towards the product. The classifi- cation scheme developed in this study is found to be comprehensive and robust relative to other existing paradigms. They can be effectively used and applied for the usability evaluation of consumer electronic products.

농협 다문화여성대학의 교육과정에 대한 만족도 영향 요인 연구 (The impact of a positive change in life on the education satisfaction of the womens college for marriage immigrant women)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine a relative effect of the variables infecting on the education satisfaction of the Womens College for marriage immigrant women established by nonghyup to help improve the quality of life of theirs. By the hierarchical regression, a positive change in life through the education($\beta$=.28), a attitude of sustainable education participation($\beta$=.20), age ($\beta$=.21), whether or not in volunteer experience($\beta$=-.16) affected on the womens the education satisfaction significantly. But an effect of the variable of evaluation on the college education environment was not significant on it. It is conclude that the education for marriage immigrant women should be focused to enhance a adjustment capability of the women and to induce a change of life by supporting a sustainable education and a opportunity of affluent experience.

유아의 공감에 관련된 변인 연구 (Factors related to Young Children′s Empathy)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify how characteristics of young children (sex, age, temperament), mothers (employed or unemployed, intimacy between mother and child, parenting attitudes), and home environment (pet, TV/Video viewing) relate to young children's empathy and to examine the relative effects of then variables on young children's empathy. The subjects for this study were 300 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds selected from kindergartens and day-care centers in Busan. Data were analyzed via t-test, correlation, and multiple regression. Results showed that girls had higher empathy score than boys. Young children's empathy was positively correlated with the sociability of young child's temperament, intimacy between mother and young child, reasoning guidance, affect, achievement of parenting attitudes, and parental intervention toward young child after TV/video viewing. However, young children's empathy was correlated negatively with authoritarian control of parenting attitudes. Among then variables, young children's sex was the most significant variable.

탁아기관의 질, 탁아경험 및 가족특성과 아동의 사회성발달과의 관계 (Relationships between Children's Social Development and Day Care Quality, Child-care Experience and Family Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study was: (1) to examine relationships between social development and day care quality, child-care experience and family characteristics, and (2) to investigate the explainability of those related variables for social development. Subjects for this study were 252 4-year-old children and their mothers from 32 day care centers in Seoul. Harms & Clifford's Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale was used to measure the quality of day care. The main results were as follows: (1) Day care quality, child-care experience and family characteristics were significantly related to social development. (2) Child's gender, months of age, mother's child rearing attitude, the length of child-care experience, overall quality of day care, and group size significantly predicted social development. 33% of the variance of social development was explained by these variables. The relative influence of these variables to the prediction of social development was about the same.

Two-dimensional modeling of stepped planing hulls with open and pressurized air cavities

  • A method of hydrodynamic discrete sources is applied for two-dimensional modeling of stepped planing surfaces. The water surface deformations, wetted hull lengths, and pressure distribution are calculated at given hull attitude and Froude number. Pressurized air cavities that improve hydrodynamic performance can also be modeled with the current method. Presented results include validation examples, parametric calculations of a single-step hull, effect of trim tabs, and performance of an infinite series of periodic stepped surfaces. It is shown that transverse steps can lead to higher lift-drag ratio, although at reduced lift capability, in comparison with a stepless hull. Performance of a multi-step configuration is sensitive to the wave pattern between hulls, which depends on Froude number and relative hull spacing.
