2년제 공학계열 대학생의 학습민첩성과 취업준비행동의 관계: 학습몰입과 교수-학생 간 상호작용 빈도의 조절된 조절효과 (The Relationship between Learning Agility and Job Preparation Behavior of Engineering College Students: Moderated Moderation Effect of Learning Flow and Professor-Student Interaction Frequency)

  • 본 연구는 공학계열 대학생을 대상으로 학습민첩성과 취업준비행동의 관계에서 학습몰입과 교수-학생 간 상호작용의 조절된 조절효과를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2년제 P대학 2학년 재학생 206명으로부터 수집한 데이터를 바탕으로 Process v3.5.3 for SPSS를 활용하여 연구 모델의 조건부 효과(직접효과 및 조절된 조절효과) 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 공학계열 대학생의 학습민첩성은 취업준비행동에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습민첩성과 취업준비행동의 관계에서 학습몰입은 유의한 부적 조절효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습민첩성과 취업준비행동 관계에서 학습몰입의 조절효과는 교수-학생 간 상호작용 빈도에 의해 조절되고, 그 영향은 통계적으로 유의하고 정적인 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 학문적·실무적 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • This study analyzes the structural relationship between attitudes and learning more properties in agricultural college education programs. The results were as follows. first, The model was accepted according to the some goodness of fit statistics such as ${\chi}^2$(84.28, p>.05), RMR(.036), RMSEA(.041), GFI(.927), NFI(.945), CFI(.985), IFI(985). seconds, Learning attitude(.31) and content validity(.47) in the structural relationship between variables is a direct impact on satisfaction. thirds, Perceived Usefulness(.34) and Content validity(.36) has direct effect of factor on learning attitude. Finally Perceived Usefulness was found to direct effect all Content validity(.64) and easy of use(.27). Finally, considering of duties required in the agriculture. increase the satisfaction of learners should have provide field learning based Learning materials, practices, instructional media. As a result, it will enhance the performance of field learning agricultural education programs.

어린이집의 교사전문성 지원환경이 초임교사의 전문성 인식에 미치는 영향: 직무수행동기의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of a Professional Learning Environment at a Day Care Center on the Professionalism of Beginning Teachers: Focusing on the Mediating Role of Their Work Task Motivation)

  • Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of a teacher professional learning environment at workplace day care centers on the professionalism of beginning teachers and also to verify the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on that relationship. Methods: The participants were 129 new teachers currently employed at workplace day care centers. The Current Status for Professional Competence was used to measure the teachers' professionalism. The Professional Learning Environment Inventory assesses the professional learning environment of day care centers. To measure the work task motivation, the Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teachers was used. Results: Firstly, positive relationships were identified between a professional learning environment and their intrinsic motivation and identified motivation. However, there were also negative relationships between the professional learning environment and their introjected motivation and amotivation. Secondly, this study partially verified the mediating effects of the beginning teachers'work task motivation on the relationship between the professional learning environment and teachers' professionalism. Conclusion/Implications: The relationship between the professional learning environment and the professionalism of beginning teachers was mediated by the teachers'own intrinsic motivations, identified motivations, and amotivation.

조직의 학습전이풍토가 기술사의 학습전이에 미치는 영향 - 계속전문교육(CPD) 참여 동기의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Mediating Effects of Participation Motivation on the Relationship between Organizational Learning Transfer Climate and Learning Transfer in Professional Engineers' Continuing Professional Development Activities)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of participation motivation of continuing professional development between the level of organizational learning transfer climate and learning transfer. In the analysis of the relationship among the level of the organizational learning transfer climate, learning transfer and participation motivation of CPD, organizational learning transfer climate had indirect influence on learning transfer through participation motivation of CPD. Based upon the findings of this study, several suggestions were made to improve professional engineers' participation and learning transfer in CPD and implement future research on professional engineer's CPD.

  • While e-learners' satisfaction would be determined by qualify of e-learning environment including learning management systems, learning contents and interactions, the influence of quality on satisfaction can be changed by e-learners' self-regulated efficacy The objective of this study is to show difference of the relationship between qualify and satisfaction In e-learning by self-regulated efficacy. For this purpose, we propose a research model which consists of five quality factors in e-learning as explaining variables, satisfaction as a result variable and self-regulated efficacy as a control variable. For empirical test of this model, the sample is collected from e-learning classes in a college and divided into two groups by self-regulated efficacy in order to analyze the effects of control variable. By multi-group analysis, we show two groups are different from each other in the relationship between quality and satisfaction of e-learning environment.

온라인 프로그래밍 학습에서 학습자 특성 및 학습양식과 성취도간의 관계 분석 (Analysis of Learner's Characteristics and Relationship between Learning Styles and Achievements in Online Programming Course)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 프로그래밍 학습 환경에 참여하는 학습자의 특성 및 학습양식과 성취도간의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 분석을 위해, 중 고등학생 104명을 대상으로 Grasha-Reichmann의 학습양식 검사를 실시한 후, 12주간 C언어 프로그래밍 학습과 과제를 수행하였다. 먼저, 학습자 특성에 따른 학습양식 차이 결과, 성별에서 남학생이 여학생보다 의존형이 높았고, 학교급에서 중학생이 경쟁형과 회피형이 고등학생보다 높았다. 성취수준에서는 독립형과 참여형이 차이가 있었다. 학습양식과 성취도와의 관계를 분석한 결과, 독립형(r=.253, p<.01)과 참여형(r=.303, p<.01)이 정적 상관을 보여 두 분석 결과 독립형과 참여형이 성취도와 연관이 있는 학습양식임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 학습자들의 주 학습양식에 따른 학습 소감을 조사하여 학습유형별 특징을 분석하였으며, 조사 결과를 통해 학습양식별 온라인 프로그래밍 교수 학습 전략을 도출할 수 있었다.

웹 기반 협력학습 환경에서 학습자간 상호작용의 매개효과 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mediating Effect of Interaction among Learners in a Web Based Collaboration Learning Environment)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of interaction among learners in a Web Based Collaboration Learning (WBCL) environment. 254 Korean college students served as test subjects and during the 4 weeks of research period, they studied the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) in a web-based collaborative learning system. The interaction between learners was looked into by categorizing the concept into task oriented information sharing activities and relationship oriented communication activities and analyzing the causal relationship between the two activities. Learning performances were measured in individual level. The results are as follows. First, task oriented information sharing activities effect positively on relationship oriented information sharing activities. Second, the managerial characteristics of WBCL had a positive effect on interaction between learners but the systematic characteristics had partial influence on interaction between learners. Third, the interaction between learners completely interconnects the managerial characteristics of WBCL and learning performance but partially interconnects the systematic characteristic of WBCL and learning performance. In conclusion, this study implies that managerial and systematic characteristics of WBCL should be considered on the preferential basis for the WBCL to become successful and interactive activities such as information sharing and communication should be encouraged to be active from a small-size WBCL perspective.

공조직에서의 BSC의 효과적인 운영 (An effective operation of Balanced Scorecard(BSC) in Public Organizations)

  • This study investigates the relationships between three BSC communication attributes(support of organizational culture, message valid, and knowledge sharing) and organizational learning and how that translates into relationship organizational performance in public organization. In this paper, first, past studies on BSC communication and organizational learning that identify the attributes of effective communication and organizational learning in organizational performance are reviewed. Second, a research model, key variables, and three hypotheses tested by PLS(partial least squares) are presented. The data was collected from BSC champions and managers of 53 public organizations in Korea. The results indicate, first, BSC communication (except for support of organizational culture) have not significant related to organizational performance. Therefore, H1 was not supported. Second, the structural path coefficient between support of organizational culture and message valid and organizational learning are statistically significant and in the hypothesized direction. But the knowledge sharing has not significant relationship with organizational learning. Therefore, H2 was partially supported. Third, organizational learning was significantly positively related to organizational performance. H3 was supported. Finally, organizational learning play a significantly positive role in mediating the relationship between BSC communication and organizational performance. The theoretical contributions, limitations, as well as future research directions are discussed at the end of the paper.

심리적자본이 임파워먼트와 학습성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Psychological Capital on Empowerment and Learning Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of psychological capital on empowerment and learning performance and the mediating effect of the empowerment on the relationship between psychological capital and learning performance. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were obtained from 283 university students in Ulsan Metropolitan City and were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0, AMOS 5.0. The findings are as follows: First, the psychological capital were positively related to the empowerment and the learning performance. Second, there was also a positive relationship between the empowerment and the learning performance. Finally, it is found that empowerment fully mediated the relationship of psychological capital and earning performance. The theoretical implication of the study includes that this study and findings advance the understanding of learning performance by suggesting a new viewpoint regarding how psychological capital and empowerment to motivate university's learning performance. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

  • 본 연구는 대학 온라인 튜터링 학습환경에서 교수실재감이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석하여, 학생들의 대학생활 적응 및 학습역량 강화를 위한 교수방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구를 위해 2021학년도 1학기 부산시 소재 D학교 OO연구소 튜터링 프로그램 참가자들을 대상으로 교수실재감, 학업성취도 그리고 학습만족도를 조사하여 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교수실재감과 학업성취도 및 학습만족도와의 관계분석에서는 학습활동의 학습관리, 참여관리, 내용구조화 순으로 높은 상관이 나타났으며, 교수실재감이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 영향력에서는 튜티의 학습활동 하위영역인 학습관리에서 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 기초하여 온라인 튜터링 교수설계시에 교수실재감을 반영한 운영과정과 방법에 대한 방향성을 시사하였고, 학습환경에서 학습자의 학습경험의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 학습관리 방안에 대한 심도있는 논의를 제공하였다.
