This study comprehensively reviews the research conducted until recently in order to derive realistic alternatives in consideration of local industries. The case analysis was performed on a competitive port of similar size, and strategies and revitalization measures were suggested in consideration of the conditions of Gunsan Port. Literature review focused on papers and major reports. The case of similar size were analyzed for Daesan port, Boryeong port, and Mokpo port. In order to find strategies to revitalize the regional port logistics industry behind Gunsan Port, the recent opportunities and threat factors of Gunsan Port were derived. In order to foster the regional port logistics industry with Gunsan Port as its main base, this study proposes a three-step development strategy. It is necessary to increase the effectiveness of the public-private joint port sales and maintain the incentive system, but use it as a means to strengthen the competitiveness of Gunsan Port. Since the possibility of opening various routes is not high due to the conditions of Gunsan Port, various business models can be devised to link the currently opened routes. Start-up in the logistics field can stand out if they provide predictive data or provide consulting services by securing and analyzing logistics data, not directly providing logistics services.

The Purpose of this paper is to analysis on consumer's purchasing behavior and intention of local food. To analysis consumer's purchasing behavior, a series of homemaker surveys were conducted. The sample size of the survey is 416 respectively. As a survey result, consumer's purchasing behavior shows that purchasing ratio of local food and buying place is various type. By decision tree model analysis showed that consumer's purchasing intention is enough to establishing local food system in region. Therefore, strategies for regional consumption are needed expression of the place city and county of origin, diversification of purchasing item and buying area, and sustainable improvement for safety and trust on local food.

As the number of students continues to decline, alternatives to regional linkage and utilization of school facilities in the region are being sought. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose programs and remodeling directions for school facilities for neighborhood regeneration in urban regeneration revitalization areas. To this end, first, this study analyzed changes in educational courses and policies in Korea. Second, domestic and foreign cases of combined operation of school facilities were analyzed. Third, implications for the improvement of local-linked school facilities were derived through policies and case analysis. Finally, the direction of the plan considering this was proposed.

본 연구의 목적은 인구감소가 계속되고 있는 강릉시의 강릉선 KTX 개통 전후의 지료 변화와 관광 빅데이터를 분석하여 지역경제 활성화 방안을 제안하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 강릉시의 주요 현황과 강릉시 내부 운행기록 데이터(DTG)를 분석하였다. 이후, KTX 강릉선 개통 전후 대중교통 이용객의 이동행태 변화를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 관광객 이용 교통수단 변화, 인구 변화, 자영업종 변화, 강릉시 내 관광객 통행 행태의 변화를 파악할 수 있었다. 특히, 자영업종 변화에서는 KTX 강릉선 개통 이후 일반음식점, 휴게음식점(카페 등), 숙박업소가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 세 업종 모두 강릉역 인근에 집중하여 증가하고 있으며, 이는 KTX 강릉선 개통 이후 강릉시 중심부에 개통한 강릉역의 영향이라 판단할 수 있다.

강원도 인제군민의 질 높은 생활을 향유하기 위하여 인제군의 지역 활성화를 위한 인프라 구축에 관하여 연구한 결과 인제군의 군민이 쉽게 접근이 가능하고 이용이 용이한 대상 부지를 분석한 결과 공원의 유형은 삶의 질을 높이고 도시 문화적인 체험과 휴식을 취 할 수 있으며, 정서생활의 증진을 도모할 수 있는 도시조형공원이 가장 적합한 것으로 분석된다. 전국에 지자체마다 생태공원, 테마공원, 체험공원 등은 많은 존재하고 있으나 인제군만의 특징을 담아내며 차별화를 이룰 수 있도록 도시공원 형태로 계획함이 바람직하다.

국내 유통시장의 개방에 따른 유통산업구조의 변화는 창원시의 유통산업에도 커다란 영 향을 미치고 있다. 특히 탑마트, 아람마트 등의 할인점에 이어 최근에 개장한 대형 유통매 장인 홈플러스의 입점과 12월 개점 예정인 룻데 마그넷은 기존의 일반 재래시장의 상권을 상당히 잠식하여 창원시의 재래시장은 저가판매라는 고유의 장점을 상실해 가고 있으며, 또한 전근대적인 유통활동, 영세성, 비효율적 경영, 조직화 협업화 부족, 시설의 낙후성 등 으로 경쟁력을 상실해 가고 있다. 이 같은 재래시장의 침체와 위축은 지역 영세상인의 생계문제와 창원시의 경제에까지 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이와 같은 배경에서 본 연구는 창원시 재래시장의 실태분석을 통해 문제점을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 문헌연구와 실태조사를 통하여 문제점을 제시하기로 한다.

경제위기가 계속됨에 따라 지역경제의 두 축인 유통산업과 건설업이 큰 위축을 받고 있다. 재래시장의 활성화를 위한 정책방안이 수립되었지만 뚜렷한 해법보다는 오히려 재래시 장의 재건축에 중점을 두고 있는 듯하다. 재래시장은 실업을 완화하는 사회안전망이자 지역경제의 활력원이다. 시설의 현대화, 업 종의 전문화 등을 통해 대형유통업과 유사한 형태로 조성한다는 것은 어쩔 수 없는 방편이 지만 재래시장 본연의 기능을 없애는 일일 수 있다. 따라서 재래시장의 활성화 방안은 지 역별, 시장별로 특징을 살리고 지역문화와 산업은 물론 소비자성향까지도 고려하여 차별화 하는 전략이 중요하다. 본 연구는 창원지역의 재래시장(중소상가)이 안고 있는 문제점과 특성을 파악하고 향후 경쟁력을 강게 하기 위한 방안과 이를 위한 행정적 재정적 지원과 제도적 정비 방안을 강구해 보는데 있다.
