South Korea has the defense burdensharing agreement with the United States in reference to the U.S. troops stationed in Korea since 1991, based on Special Measure Agreement(SMA). Due to the growth of Korea's economic power and the U.S. provision of the security environment on Korean penninsula, the U.S. government steadily demanded the rise of contributions to common defense from South Korea and South Korea accepted most of the U.S. requests without proper principles of negotiation concerning the cost sharing. This paper analyzes the systems of the Korea－U.S. cost sharing program through a systems thinking, that yields desirable results with a little effort. The three policy leverages are: 1) the development of negotiation principles; 2) the policy making closely linked with National Defense Reform Basic Plan; 3) the policy making with responsibility burdensharing than cost burdensharing. This paper findings will contribute to the developing the Korea－U.S. cost sharing program by providing policy－makers and policy-practitioners with systematic understanding and insight into the dynamics of the program. Also, this will enable the program to execute more effectively with a concrete formula.

The current participative government has started to carry out Residents Service Reform that transforms the transmission system of suppliers' oriented convenience to one-stop tai for made civil and governmental integral ion service for the purpose of realizing universal Social Benefits in responding to increasing desires of people according to the changes of social and economic conditions by overcoming the existing limit of transmission system. This study has analyzed the status and problems of local autonomous organizations according to the innovation of support for the life of residents and in order to solve these problems, I present the implementation strategy of transmission system of civil and government cooperation tailor-made integral ion service through the project of "30 experiencing hall for Social Benefits, " which is a joint project of civil and government dove loped by Jungrang-gu. In addition, it aims for the completed accomplishments of this project to settle as eight largest services market ing brand in 30 method and also as the best strategic brand for the "establishment of network of civil and governmental cooperation" with suppliers of public services, suppliers of civil service, and residents, who are suppliers as well as potential customers, for solving problems of local communities.

Purpose - This study illustrates research product industrial engineering, which needs to be promoted to encourage knowledge intensive businesses. Research traditions related to industrial business products and a fuzzy multi criteria decision approach in technology management for product design industries have undergone continuous changes over time. However, there is no clarity on the present situation, and there is a need to reform business enterprises. Research design, data, and methodology - Using fuzzy theory and appraising multi-goal plans, the manner of promoting the competitive advantage of industrial businesses is analyzed using a case study. In the case study, various aspects are examined, such as product design and manufacture, fuzzy set decisions with multi attribute policy making, flaws in the present system, and a review of the related literature. Results - New fuzzy and multi criteria designs can improve the existing keyboard by solving product problems, resulting in a clear and durable typeface for a creative LED keyboard. Conclusion - Using a fuzzy set with multi attribute policy-making influences the achievements appraisal system and can help achieve the anticipated strategy goal of product design.

China has emerged as the world's factory since the economic reform in 1987, and the Chinese economy has been growing at a rapid pace. Now, China is considered as one of the biggest markets in the world. Thus, many Korean IT service companies including open market operators have interests in expanding their business into China. However, to be successful in Chinese online shopping market, Korean open market operators should check the cultural differences between the online shoppers in Korea and China at first, Under this background, this study proposes the factors affecting user satisfaction in open market services based on the revised Delone and McLean model. Then, it investigates the differences in the effects of these factors across Korea and China. For empirical analysis, we collected the survey data from open market users in both countries, and applied multiple regression analysis to the data. As a result, we found significant differences between Korean and Chinese open market users. Also, we found that most of these differences could be explained using Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions theory. The findings of this paper imply that Korean and Chinese users may respond differently to IT services, though Korea and China are geographically close and share a similar cultural background.

Since the tax-free system for overseas laborers was implemented in 1974, the tax-free limits of international air crew, overseas construction workers and crewmen of deep-sea fishing ships and ocean-going ships had been identical by 2005, but there are big differences, currently. The Ministry of Strategy and Finance pointed out the poor working environments and international competitiveness of the industries to explain the reason for the differential tax-free limit. From this perspective, the fairness of the tax-free system for overseas laborers was analyzed. This is an empirical study, based on the objective fact. The study finding showed that international air crew were working in the structural flight work environments to threaten the right of health due to jet lag and excessive exposure to high-altitude cosmic radiation. Therefore, it was analyzed there should be a proper system reform to apply the tax-free limits to international air crew which are identical to those applied to overseas construction workers and crewmen of deep-sea fishing ships and ocean-going ships, for a fair taxation.

산업보안은 보안의 영역별 요소(물리적 보안도구, IT보안 도구, 융합보안도구)를 활용하여 기업의 산업자산을 보호하는 관리활동들로서 Hardware적 요소(보안을 위한 도구)의 운용은 물론 이를 활용하기 위한 Software적 측면(정책 및 전략수립, 유지운영, 사후 대응조치 등)을 포괄하는 개념으로 이해할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업보안에 대한 정의와 관련 개념, 우리나라의 산업보안 관련 기관들의 역할과 관련 법규, 관리체계 및 실태 등을 살펴보고, 이에 따른 문제점을 파악하여 개선방안을 제시하려 한다. 아울러 우리나라 기업들이 효과적인 산업보안활동을 통하여 국가경쟁력을 제고하고 21세기 산업보안 선진국으로 진입하기 위한 향후 정책방향과 시사점을 제안하고자 한다.

The aim of this study is to analyze the improvement of housing renewal project and suggest the conditions of rural housing environment filled with the resident's desire, requirements concerning about characteristics of a rural environment and temporal and social requirements. The project for improvement of rural housing environment has been executed in a few ways: reform of the rural housing environment and the development of territories for settlement of a desolate region. To analyze and assess the accomplishments, we considered codes and process related to the project for improvement of rural housing environment and analyzed present conditions and problems through many reference books and administrative data. According to these results, devices in future business for improvement of rural housing environment are as follows; It should required a rational allocation of working space, living space, cultural activity space suitable for rural area characteristics and changed into uniformed system in various projects governed by different institutions.

Recognizing cancer patients' preferences to obtain health information can help improve and reform the methods of communicating and providing proper services and consequently lead to effective patient education. The present cross-sectional study to prioritize the preferences of cancer patients regarding the acquisition of health informationwas conducted on cancer patients referred to hospitals affiliated to Semnan University of Medical Sciences in 2015. An anonymous self-administered questionnaire was developed. In the field of side effects of medications, 50 (46.7%) reported knowing about weight change, in the area of achieving relative health, 62(57.9%) announced awareness about diet, and 45 (42.1%) reported physical complications as a first regarding information needs. In the area of obtaining information, 50 (46.7%) tended to take their information through means outside of the hospital setting. These results can help with design of clinical information systems, as they inform the most relevant and useful coverage designed for cancer patients. Providing useful information through healthcare providers, the media and clinical information systems can act as a major source of social support for cancer patients.

Purpose: In the landscape of global challenges, the adoption of new technologies and the implementation of intellectual capital are seen as the main vehicles to enhance banking operations. Inspired by this issue, our study is to discover the effect of technological investments and intellectual capital on one of the most important dimensions of banking operations, namely deposit intermediation. Research design, data and methodology: To tackle this concern, we utilize the data of 12 banks from 2011 to 2020 in Vietnam, and perform the multivariate regression analysis as well as provide different robustness tests. Results: Our empirical analysis demonstrates that a surge in technological expenditures would foster distribution of deposit intermediation of banks. Also, the blend of technology spending and intellectual capital plays a key role in boosting this function of banks. Conclusions: The study would bring one of new evidence for bank managers and national authorities in Vietnam, where has undergone the completely reform period in banking system. Accordingly, technological innovation and intellectual capital should be taken into consideration when managers and regulators build business strategies and related policies. The findings are also useful for nations bearing a close resemblance to Vietnamese financial system.

본 연구의 목적은 해외 공학교육 사례 분석을 통해 공학교육의 교수학습 전략을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 해외 공과 대학 중 5개 국가 10개 공과대학 사례를 조사하였다. 사례 분석 준거로는 공학교육모델, 교수학습 방법, 평가 방법 및 전략, 테크놀로지 지원전략이었다. 사례 분석 결과 도출된 교수학습 전략은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수학습의 개혁, 작업실과 실험실, 평가 개혁 등 교육 전반에 대한 시스템적 접근이 이루어져야하며, 이를 위한 공학교육의 교수학습 모델이 필요하다. 둘째, 구체적인 수업 전략으로는 문제중심학습, 탐구학습, 프로젝트중심학습, 스튜디오기반학습, 블렌디드 러닝 등과 같이 귀납적 접근 학습전략을 사용하여 학습자의 자기주도적인 학습과 적극적인 학습참여, 협력학습 등을 지원하여야 한다. 셋째, 교수학습의 결과를 평가함에 있어서도 학습의 과정을 성찰하고 지속적인 학습을 촉진하기 위한 평가가 이루어져야 하며 이에 맞는 평가 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 넷째, 테크놀로지 지원 환경을 활용한 공학교육이 필요하며, 구축된 공학 교육시스템은 타 대학과의 연계를 통해 연구와 교육의 효율을 배가시킬 수 있는 교육공학적 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구는 공학 교육의 교수학습 모형 및 전략 개발에 기초 자료가 될 것이다.
