China has countless ancient books that contain thousand years of continuously recorded history across every generation. It is essential to organize the ancient cultural literature in order to better communicate. The study of ancient Chinese literature recently has become a subject of priority. Shi-Ji, one of the representative documents, is used for record keeping because of its experience with ancient Chinese historic materials and artifacts. This draft of Shi-ji is based on ancient Chinese research methods with the purpose to explore the character, phonology, syntax, exegesis and collation of historical value.

From the result of this study for the materials collected in Mt. Changbai-shan, six species of the family Noctuidae, Pangrapta marmorata Staudinger, P. griseola Staudinger, Ctenostola sparganoides (Bang-Haas), Cucullia amota Alpheraky, Xestia albonigra (Kononenko), and X. speciosa $(H\ddot{u}bner)$, are reported for the first time from China.

A single specimen (273.1 mm in standard length) of the monacanthid Thamnaconus tessellatus was caught by one-boat trawl from western Jeju Island and then collected at Busan Cooperative Fish Market (BCFM) on 30 May 2015. The specimen is characterized by both head and body with many dark brown spots densely, posterior margin of caudal fin no black, first dorsal spine originates the posterior half of eye, and 34~37 dorsal fin rays. This is the first record of T. tessellatus in Korea; we therefore add the species to the Korean fish fauna. According to the Yamada et al. (1995), we propose the Korean name, "Nam-byeol-jwi-chi" for this species.

Purpose: To identify user requirements for electronic nursing record (ENR) systems so as to ensure system usability. Methods: A mixed methods approach were applied in three steps : (i) task and workflow analysis with literature review of nursing documentation, (ii) literature reviews of system usability, and (iii) Use Case idenfication and consensus-based validation. We analyzed the nursing activity logs collected from a time-motion investigation of six hospitals. The Use Cases were validated by eight clinical experts from different hospitals and two experts from academia in a sequential Delphi survey. Consensus was achieved for the significance score and agreement among the panel. Results: Eight task groups and patterns of task flow were observed, which were translated into nine Use Cases. The specification of Use Cases was derived from principles, guidelines, and recommendations on nursing documentation and electronic health record systems, which was organized into three requirements of each Use Case: functionality, information, and design characteristics. Each Use Case achieved an agreement of 50~70%, and significance scores of 4 or 5 on a 5-point Likert scale. Conclusion: The nine Use Case identified were considered to be important and adequate in terms of both clinical and informatics contexts.

This empirical study investigated the effect of choice of record field(s) upon which to search on retrieval performance for a large operational bibliographic database. The query terms used in the study were identified algorithmically from each target set in four different ways: (1) controlled terms derived from index term frequency weights, (2) uncontrolled terms derived from index term frequency weights. (3) controlled terms derived from inverse document frequency weights, and (4) uncontrolled terms based on universe document frequency weights. Su potable choices of record field were recognised. Using INSPEC terminology, these were the fields: (1) Abstract. (2) 'Anywhere'(i.e., ail fields). (3) Descriptors. (4) Identifiers, (5) 'Subject'(i.e., 'Descriptors' plus Identifiers'). and (6) Title. The study was undertaken in an operational web-based IR environment using the INSPEC bibliographic database. The retrieval performances were evaluated using D measure (bivariate in Recall and Precision). The main findings were that: (1) there exist significant differences in search performance arising from choice of field, using 'mean performance measure' as the criterion statistic; (2) the rankings of field-choices for each of these performance measures is sensitive to the choice of query : and (3) the optimal choice of field for the D-measure is Title.

A single specimen of the ophichthid Muraenichthys gymnopterus (254.6 mm TL) was collected from the middle Yellow Sea off Incheon, Korea. It represents the first record of the species, the genus, and the subfamily from Korea. This species is characterized by the following combination of characters: a constricted midlateral gill opening; dorsal fin origin before anus, closer to the anus than to the gill opening; blunt teeth, jaw teeth in bands, and multiserial dentition; third preopercular pore present; single infraorbital pore between anterior and posterior nostrils; brownish colour; depth and width of gill opening 43.2 times and 33.7~65.3 times in total length, respectively; eye diameter 15.0~31.0 times in head length and total vertebrae 154~161. New Korean names are proposed, "Gaet-mul-baem-a-gwa" for the subfamily Myrophinae, "Gaet-mul-baem-sok" for the genus Muraenichthys, and "Gaet-mul-baem" for M. gymnopterus.

Two specimens of the syngnathid Syngnathoides biaculeatus were collected from the coastal waters of Geoje Ialand and Tongyeong, Korea, represent first record of the species and the genus from Korea. This species is characterized by the following combination of characters: caudal fin absent; opercle without keel; superior and inferior trunk ridges continuous with their respective tail ridges; lateral trunk ridge deflected dorsal behind anal ring. Tail shorter than head and body hexagonal in its subdorsal part, posterior quadrangular, rapidly tapering, without caudal fin, prehensile. Head essentially in line with longitudinal axis of body or bent very little. New Korean names are proposed, "Jal-pi-sil-go-gi-sok" for the genus Syngnathoides, and "Jal-pi-sil-go-gi" for S. biaculeatus.

The new environment for records managements requires the revolutionary transition from paper-record management to electric-record management. Capturing contents, contexts, and structure informations of the electric records to preserve the evidentiality, authenticity, and reliability is the outstanding issue. The recordkeeping metadata has been placed at the center of the current issue. This study focused on the establishment of the structures of recordkeeping metadata for current and semi-current stages in the life cycle of records. The reason concentrated on current and semi-current stages is that the authenticity of the record is concerned as the evidence of the business processes. Current and semi-current stages are where the records is able to be produced, captured and managed in the business context. The metadata can be collected and preserved with authenticity. This study explained the relations between entities concerned with producing records and proposed the metadata elements by establishing data model.

This study aimed to identify the relationship between perfectionism and motivational climate in competitive athletes and to provide information for improvement of their performance. One hundred ninety-six athletes who trained in Korea National Training Center participated in this study and they were divided into record and man-to-man events. Also they filled in the questionnaire about demographic factors, perfectionism, and motivational climate. Collected data were analyzed by using cross validation and independent t-test for identifying the difference of two events and structural equation model for testing hypotheses and model fit. Perfectionism and motivational climate in man-to-man events were stronger compared to record event. In record event, perfectionism was more influenced by ego involving motivational climate compared to task involving, while in man-to-man event, perfectionism was affected by only ego involving motivational climate. However, these both study models had a bad fit.

Based on three specimens (50.6~67.7 mm SL) collected from the southern coastal waters of Jejudo Island, Oxycheilinus bimaculatus was described as the first record from Korea. They were characterized by having two small dark spots behind eye on head and body posterodorsally, a rhomboid caudal fin with elongated central rays and produced uppermost ray as a filament in terminal male, six predorsal scales, and two scale rows on cheek. We proposed a new Korean name, "Du-jeom-gin-ju-dung-i-nol-rae-gi", for the species referring to having two dark spots on head and body.
