음주 수준에 따른 여자 대학생의 임신 중 음주 인식 비교: 계획된 행위 이론을 적용하여 (Comparison of Awareness about Alcohol Use during Pregnancy among Female College Students by Drinking Levels: Using the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of alcohol use during pregnancy and factors influencing the intention to abstain from alcohol during pregnancy by drinking levels. Methods: Utilizing a comparative descriptive design, a total of 359 female college students were recruited. Measurements were Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) variables related awareness of alcohol use during pregnancy, Korean Version of the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test, knowledge about alcohol use during pregnancy, and socio-demographic factors. Main variables were compared by drinking levels. The factors influencing the intention to abstain from alcohol during pregnancy were identified using hierarchical regression analysis. Results: Non-problematic alcohol behavior group (n=185) had higher the intention to abstain from alcohol during pregnancy than problematic alcohol behavior group (n=174) (t=3.13, p=.002). The significant TPB variables influencing the intention to abstain from alcohol during pregnancy were that attitudes (β =-.44, p<.001), subjective norms (β =.14, p=.026), and perceived behavior control (β =.19, p=.002) in non-problematic alcohol behavior group, whereas the corresponding variables in the problematic alcohol behavior group were attitudes (β =-.51, p<.001) and subjective norms (β =.21, p=.006). Conclusion: It is necessary to increase the intention to abstain from alcohol during pregnancy for the female college students having problematic alcohol behavior. The following strategies are recommended for them; decreasing acceptable attitudes toward alcohol use during pregnancy and reinforcing the influence of social pressure toward to abstain from alcohol during pregnancy.

Difficulties Faced by Working Mothers and Potential Solutions to these Problems: A Survey of Nursing Personnel in a Korean Teaching Hospital

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify difficulties that working mothers face and solutions to the identified problems. Methods: The study design was a cross-sectional, descriptive survey. A survey with 8 items rated on a 5-point scale (1~5) and 5 open-ended questions was administered to 48 married nurses and nurse aides working in 5 nursing units of a teaching hospital in South Korea in April 2013. Results: The score of satisfaction with childrearing patterns (mean=$3.31{\pm}0.79$) was higher than that of satisfaction with spousal support (mean=$3.08{\pm}0.85$). The score of working mother's turnover intention (mean=$2.40{\pm}1.03$) was lowest among the 8 items, but partners did not want their wives to quit work (mean=$3.60{\pm}1.22$). Satisfaction with company employment benefits for childrearing (mean=$2.90{\pm}0.72$) had the lowest score among the 4 satisfaction types analyzed. The turnover intention and satisfactions with childrearing (r=-.51, p<.001), spousal support (r=-.43, p=.002), supervisor's support (r=-.36, p=.013), and company benefits (r=-.37, p=.009) showed significant negative correlations. Conclusion: According to these results, familial support for childrearing is highly correlated with employed mothers' turnover intention. So improvement of familial support for childrearing will reduce married nurses' turnover intention. In addition, well-organized nursery facilities are recommended for enabling working mothers to continue their careers. Furthermore, more family-friendly welfare policies such as a flextime systems or compulsory paternity leave should be reinforced in the workplace.

자녀의 코로나19 백신접종에 대한 부모의 행위의도 예측요인: 계획된 행위이론의 수정모형 적용 (Predictors of parental behavioral intentions for vaccinating their children against COVID-19 as determined by the modified theory of planned behavior)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to present a strategy to increase behavioral vaccination intention by identifying factors affecting parents' intention to have their children vaccinated against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) by applying the modified theory of planned behavior. Methods: An online survey was conducted with 146 parents of children aged 5 to 17 from August 1 to 30, 2022, and, as a result, 146 data were analyzed. The moderating effect of perceived behavioral control in the relationship between parents' attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral intention for children's COVID-19 vaccination was analyzed using the Process Macro (10,000 bootstrapping, 95% confidence interval), and a simple slope analysis was performed to identify differences by group. Results: The moderating effect of perceived behavioral control was statistically significant in the relationship between parent's attitude and subjective norms for COVID-19 vaccination and behavioral intention. In the simple slope analysis, the reinforcement effect was greatest when the level of perceived behavioral control was high. Conclusion: Since vaccination is most likely when recommended by healthcare providers, it is necessary to ensure that health education through community health experts or mass media can be effectively conducted. In particular, objective information on the effectiveness and safety of COVID-19 vaccinations for children, including monitoring of potential side-effects, should be actively reported.

목초 및 사료작물 정부장려품종의 지역적응성 평가 I. 연맥품종의 사초수량 및 사료가치 (Evaluaton of the Government Recommended Forage Cultivars in Korea I. Forage performance and quality of oat cultivars)

  • Nine oat(Avena sativa L.) cultivars have been recommended as the govemment recommended forage cultivars since 1984, however, their forage performance and quality have mostly been tested at two locations, such as Suweon in the Middle Northwestem Coast Region and Sunghwan in the Middle Southwestern Coast Region. Therefore, the objective of this experiment was to retest the forage performance and quality of six government recommended oat cultivars at five scattered locations, such as Icheon, Suweon, Sunghwan, Keongsan and Kwangju fom 1992 to 1994 with the intention of improving recommendations to dairy farmers. Among the oat cultivars tested, "West" was the highest yielding cultivar at all locations in 1992-94, but the lowest yielding cultivars varied by location and year. At both Icheon and Suweon, "Cayuse", "Magnum" and "Foothill", at Sunghwan, "Cayuse" , "Ensiler" and "Foothill", at Keongsan, "Magnum", "Cayuse" and "Swan", and at Kwangju, "Cayuse", "Magnum" and "Cayuse", were the lowest yielding cultivars in 1993, 1994 and 1995, respectively. At all locations in 1992-94, "West" and "Swan" were the most advanced in growth stage, but "Cayuse", "Foothill", "Magnum" and "Ensiler" were the latest developing cultivars among the oats. Differences among the oat cultivars for the three-year mean NDF, ADF and IVDMD were small and inconsistent, but forage quality of the oats was generally lowest in the early developing cultivars and highest in the late developing cultivars. The govemment recommended oat cultivars tested were generally well adapted across the country, however, in forage production situations in the fall where high yield is more important, early maturing oat cultivars might be preferable to late cultivars because they have higher forage yield earlier in the fall.ction situations in the fall where high yield is more important, early maturing oat cultivars might be preferable to late cultivars because they have higher forage yield earlier in the fall.

인터넷 쇼핑의 구매의도 영향요인 (A Study of Influencing Factors in Internet Shopping of the Consumer's Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 소비자 구매의도 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 부산 지역의 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 총 300부의 설문지를 배포하여 279부를 실증 분석하였다. 실증분석을 통해 나타난 연구결과를 요약하면, 탐색적 요인분석 결과에서는 소비자 구매의도의 선행요인들은 콘텐츠특성, 상호작용성, 프라이버시위험, 배송위험 그리고 결제안정성으로 분류되었다. 그리고 확보된 타당성과 신뢰성을 바탕으로 요인분석의 단일 차원성이 입증된 각 요인에 대하여 피어슨 상관관계분석을 실시한 결과, 상관계수의 값들이 콘텐츠 특성, 상호작용성, 결제안정성이 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였고 프라이버시위험과 배송위험이 부(-)의 상관관계를 보였다. 끝으로, 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 구매의도를 제고시키기 위해서는 소비자가 지각하는 프라이버시위험과 배송위험을 감소시킬 수 있는 방안과 연구의 한계점도 서술하였다.

AI챗봇 서비스 사용경험이 관계품질과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of AI Chatbot Service Experience and Relationship Quality on Continuous Use Intention and Recommendation Intention)

  • 본 연구는 AI챗봇 서비스를 이용한 사용자의 경험이 관계품질과 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 AI챗봇 서비스를 경험한 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 299부의 유효한 데이터를 분석하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 AI챗봇 서비스의 인지적 경험, 감성적 경험 및 관계적 경험을 통하여 사용자에게 AI챗봇 서비스에 대한 관계품질 차원인 만족과 신뢰가 형성됨을 확인하였으며, 특히 인지적 경험에서 AI챗봇 만족과 신뢰로의 경로계수가 감성적 경험 및 관계적 경험의 경로계수보다 크게 높았다. 또 만족과 신뢰는 각각 AI챗봇 서비스에 대해 소비자의 행동의도 차원에 해당하는 지속사용의도와 추천의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 또 관계품질에서 행동의도로의 모든 경로에서 유의함을 보였지만, 만족에서 AI챗봇 지속사용의도와 추천의도로의 경로계수가 신뢰에서의 경로계수보다 크게 높았다. 본 연구를 통하여 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 관계품질과의 영향 관계가 온라인 환경의 AI챗봇 서비스에서도 영향을 미친다는 이론적 토대를 마련할 수 있었으며, 관계품질이 AI챗봇 서비스 제공자 즉, 기업과 AI챗봇 서비스 사용자의 지속사용의도와 추천의도 등 소비자와의 장기적인 관계를 맺어가는데 있어서 중요한 매개요인임을 시사한다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

혈액원 간호사의 재직의도와 직무스트레스의 관계연구 : 긍정심리자본의 매개효과 (The Relationship of Retention Intention to Job Stress of Nurses in Korean Red Cross Blood Center : The Mediating Effect of Positive Psychological Capital)

  • 본 연구는 수도권 지역 혈액원에서 근무하는 간호사들의 재직의도와 직무스트레스 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개 효과를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 167명의 간호사를 대상으로, 2021년 5월부터 2022년 4월까지 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 자료수집하였다. 자료는 SPSS ver.25를 이용하였다. 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 사용하였으며, 직무스트레스와 재직의도의 관련성은 독립표본 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's 상관관계로 분석하였다. 가설분석은 위계적 다중회귀분석, PROCESS macro model 4를 사용하였다. 연구결과, 재직의도와 긍정심리자본이 직무스트레스에 음의 영향력을 가진다는 가설1이 지지되었다. 가설2는 재직의도와 직무스트레스 간에 긍정심리자본의 영향성은 부분 간접매개효과가 존재하여 유의미한 매개효과를 제공하고 있는 것으로 증명되었다. 따라서, 혈액원 간호사의 재직의도를 높이기 위하여 직무스트레스 수준을 낮추고 긍정심리자본은 높일 수 있는 인력관리제도가 필요하며, 특히 혈액원에서의 긍정심리자본 수준을 향상시켜야 함을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 혈액원 간호사의 직무스트레스 수준을 감소시키기 위한 효율적인 인력관리 및 역량강화교육에 필요한 실증적 근거를 마련함으로써 혈액원 간호조직의 성과 및 간호의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 또한, 혈액원 간호사의 재직의도를 높이고 직무스트레스를 줄이기 위해 긍정심리자본 중재 프로그램을 개발할 것을 제언한다.

간호사의 셀프리더십과 자아존중감 및 조직 유효성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Nurses' Self-Leadership, Self-Esteem, and Organizational Effectiveness)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to define nurses' level of self-leadership, self-esteem, and organizational effectiveness, and to examine relationships among above variables. Methods: The subjects of this study were 313 nurses from two general hospitals located in Seoul Metropolitan area in Korea. The data was collected by self-reported instruments: Self-leadership scale, Self-esteem scale, Job satisfaction scale, Organizational commitment scale, and Turnover intention scale, Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple reg res don u dng SPSS-PC program, Results: The average scores of variables were; self-leadership, 3,72/5,00 self-esteem, 3,76/5,00 Job satisfaction, 3,36/5.00 organizational commitment, 3.29/5.00 and turnover intentioncri 2.94/5,00, Self-leadership was dgnificantly correlated to self-esteem, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Self-leadership, job satisfaction, and turnover intention explained 52.3% of organizational commitment. Self-leadership and organizational commitment explained 43% of turnover intention. Conclusions: It is recommended to develop standardized self-leadership curriculum in the nursing school to build a foundation of self-leadership from undergraduate nursing students, Educational programs are needed that promote nurses' self-leadership as regular continuing education. Organizational effectiveness would be improved by providing programs to enhance nurses' self-esteem, educational motivation, and organizational commitment, which boost self-leadership.

지역주민이 인지하는 공공병원 의료의 질, 이미지, 역할수행, 만족도, (재)이용 의향, 타인추천 의향 구조모형 (Structural Equation Modeling for Public Hospital Quality of Care, Image, Role Performance, Satisfaction, Intent to (Re)visit, and Intent to Recommend Hospital as Perceived by Community Residents)

  • Purpose: The study purposes were to construct and test structural equation modeling on the causal relationship of community residents' perceived quality of care, image, and role performance with satisfaction, intention to (re)visit and intention to recommend hospital. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 3,900 community residents from 39 district public hospitals. The questionnaire was designed to collected information on personal characteristics and community awareness of public hospitals. Community awareness consisted of 6 factors and 18 items. The data were collected utilizing call-interview by a survey company. Research data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 20.0 and AMOS version 20.0. Results: Model fit indices for the hypothetical model were suitable for the recommended level: ${\chi}^2=796.40$ (df=79, p<.001), GFI=.93, AGFI=.90, RMSR=.08, NFI=.94. Quality of care, image, and role performance explained 68.1% of variance in community awareness. Total effect of quality of care process factors on satisfaction (path coefficients=3.67), intention to (re)visit (path coefficients=2.67) and intention to recommend hospital (coefficients=2.45) were higher than other factors. Conclusion: Findings show that public hospitals have to make an effort to improve community image through the provision of quality care, and excellent role performance. Support for these activities is available from both Central and Local Governments.

일부 대학생의 절주행위 의도와 관련요인 조사 연구 : 계획된 행위이론의 적용 (Korean Undergraduate Students' Intention, Attitude, Perceived Control, and Social Pressure for Moderate Drinking Behavior)

  • The purspose of this study is to examine the undergraduate students' attitudes, salient beliefs, perceived self-control and intentions for moderate drinking behavior of their own. Two hundred and twenty five students in two universities in Seoul and Suwon participated in this study. Questionnaires developed by this investigator under the guidance of the theory of planned behavior were used to collect data, Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA. Pearson correlation coefficients. and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The majority of the students showed positive attitudes toward the moderate drinking behavior. Students perceived conflict messages. however. from their significant others about their moderate drinking behavior. While parents and other family members as sisters and brothers strongly supported the moderate drinking behavior of students, friends and school-mates did not. More than half of the students did not intend to reduce their alcohol consumption in the near future. Students' attitudes and perceived self-control were the predictor variables of the intention while subjective norms were not. Students who intended to reduce their alcohol consumption showed a more positive attitude, subjective norm, and higher perceived self-control scores than who did not. These students who were intent for moderate drinking behavior spent less money for drinking, had less opportunities to drink, and drank small amounts of alcohol Moderate Drinking Behavior programs focusing on students who were heavy drinkers, however, did not intend to reduce their alcohol consumption should be developed focused on their characters. Programs for students who intended to reduce their alcohol consumption also recommended to help the students' positive intention continued.
