  • 항공기용 복합재 구조물의 제작에 대한 품질관리는 자재의 입고에서부터 제품의 제작과정에 이르는 모든 단계에서의 검사, 시험 및 모니터링을 포함한다. 이러한 품질관리 활동은 설계의 목적에 적합하게 이루어졌는지 확인하기 위한 것이다. 품질에 영향을 미치는 인자들은 자재, 입고검사, 보관 및 시효관리, 작업환경의 관리, 시험, 검사 및 기록의 관리 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 항공기 복합재 구조물에서 파괴시험을 통한 공정의 적합성 입증방법과 품질관리방법을 고찰하였으며 이를 바탕으로 복잡한 복합재 구조물에 대한 비파괴검사 방법의 신뢰성을 확보하고 복합재의 설계요구조건을 확인할 수 있는 기법을 제시하였다.

Hydrometer를 이용한 고로슬래그 미분말의 분말도 품질 신속평가 가능성 분석 (Feasibility Analysis of Rapid Quality Evaluation Method for Blast Furnace Slag Using Hydrometer)

  • 본 연구에서는 고로슬래그의 원료인 수쇄슬래그를 Ball mill로 분말도에 다양한 변화를 주어 제조한 다음 종전에 진행되었던 Hydrometer를 이용한 비중계법 콘크리트 조기 강도 추정의 원리를 적용하여 BS의 분말도 품질을 저렴하면서도 간편하고 신속하게 평가함으로써 BS 분말도 수입검사에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 함에 있어 그 가능성을 분석하고자 하였다. 실험 결과 BS의 분말도가 클수록 액체밀도계의 침하시간이 지연되는 것으로 나타났으며, 3분의 혼탁액 밀도와 분말도의 상관관계 회귀식 y = 198 120 x - 193 936(R=0.9398)을 활용할 시 BS 분말도의 신속한 품질평가가 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 레미콘 인수검사에서 BS의 분말도 품질 신속평가로 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법을 적용할 경우 저렴하고 간단하며 신속하게 BS 분말도 평가가 가능할 수 있을 것으로 분석되었다.

Transition Control of Standby and Operation Modes of Wireless Charging System for Inspection Robots

  • To solve the problems in the contact charging of inspection robots, a wireless charging system for inspection robots and a control strategy are introduced in this paper. Circuit models of a wireless power system with a compound compensation circuit and a three-phase Class-D resonant inverter are set up based on circuit theory. An output voltage control method based on the equal spread regulation of the phase difference between adjacent phases and the parameter correction method in the primary compound compensation circuit are proposed. The dynamic characteristics of the key parameters varying with the secondary coil position are obtained to further investigate the adaptive location scheme during the access and exit processes of moving robots. Combining the output voltage control method and the adaptive location scheme, a transition control strategy for the standby and operation modes of the wireless charging systems for inspection robots is put forward to realize the system characteristics including the low standby power in the standby mode and the high receiving power in the operation mode. Finally, experiments are designed and conducted to verify the correctness of the theoretical research.

Accuracy Analysis of Road Surveying and Construction Inspection of Underpass Section using Mobile Mapping System

  • MMS (Mobile Mapping System) is being used for HD (High Definition) map construction because it enables fast and accurate data construction, and it is receiving a lot of attention. However, research on the use of MMS in the construction field is insufficient. In this study, road surveying and inspection of construction structures were performed using MMS. Through data acquisition and processing using MMS, point cloud data for the study site was created, and the accuracy was evaluated by comparing with traditional surveying methods. The accuracy analysis results showed a maximum of 0.096m, 0.091m, and 0.093m in the X, Y, and H directions, respectively. Each RMSE was 0.012m, 0.015m, and 0.006m. These result satisfy the accuracy of topographic surveying in the general survey work regulation, indicating that construction surveying using MMS is possible. In addition, a 3D model was created using the design data for the underpass road, and the inspection was performed by comparing it with the MMS data. Through inspection results, deviations in construction can be visually confirmed for the entire underground roadway. The traditional method takes 6 hours for the 4.5km section of the target area, but MMS can significantly shorten the data acquisition time to 0.5 hours. Accurate 3D data is essential data as basic data for future smart construction. With MMS, you can increase the efficiency of construction sites with fast data collection and accuracy.

공공건축물 안전성 평가를 위한 지진가속도 계측자료의 유효성 검증 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Validation of Measured Data from the Seismic Accelerometers in the Safety Evaluation System of Public Buildings)

  • 본 연구에서는 지진가속도계측시스템의 정상 운영여부를 판단하고 지진가속도 계측자료의 유효성을 검증할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하기 위하여 현재 운영 중인 공공건축물 지진가속도계측시스템 계측자료를 이용한 조사·분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 시스템에서 생성하는 주요 자료인 실시간 데이터(MMA/sec) 자료와 이벤트 계측자료(MiniSEED)의 생성 절차에서 발생하는 오류와 계측자료 자체의 이상 여부를 감지할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하였으며, 오류 유형을 분석하여 계측 데이터 분석을 통한 점검 방향 판단의 기초자료를 마련하였다. 이를 통해 수신/미수신으로 관리되던 지진가속도계측시스템의 점검 여부 및 이상 종류를 판단할 수 있는 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

천연가스 생산기지 시설물의 내진성능평가 절차 (Procedure of Seismic Performance Evaluation of LNG Receiving Terminal Facilities)

  • It is crucial for important facilities to withstand strong earthquakes because their damage may cause undesirable socio-economic effect. A liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving terminal is one of the lifeline facilities whose seismic safety needs to be guaranteed. Even though all operating LNG receiving terminals in Korea were seismically designed, old design codes do not guarantee to comply with the current seismic design codes. In addition, if the constructional materials have been deteriorated, the seismic capacity of facilities may be also deteriorated. Therefore, it is necessary that the seismic performance of LNG receiving terminals is evaluated and the facilities that lack of seismic capacity have to be rehabilitated. In this paper, a procedure of seismic performance evaluation of such facilities is developed such that the procedure consists of three phases, namely pre-analysis, analysis, and evaluation phases. In the pre-analysis phase, design documents are reviewed and walk-on inspection is performed to determine the current state of the material properties. In the analysis phase, a structural analysis under a given earthquake or a seismic effect is performed to determine the seismic response of the structure. In the evaluation phase, seismic performance of the structure is evaluated based on limit states. Two of the important facilities, i.e. the submerged combustion vaporizer (SMV) and pipe racks of one of the Korean LNG receiving terminals are selected and evaluated according to the developed procedure. Both of the facilities are safe under the design level earthquake.

  • In this work, we propose a new ultrasonic damage inspection method in plate structures. The proposed method employs an OPMT(orientation-adjustable patch-type magnetostrictive transducer) in order to make the ultrasonic waves directed to a specific target point. For experiments, virtual grid points were set up at every 50 mm in an aluminum plate and two OPMTs were used for inspection. If there exists a crack in a plate, the reflected Lamb wave from the crack is measured in addition to the direct waves from the transmitting transducer to the receiving transducer.

가버 웨이블렛 변환 및 DCT를 이용한 자동 TFT-LCD 패널 얼룩 검출 (Automatic TFT-LCD Mura Defect Detection using Gabor Wavelet Transform and DCT)

  • 최근 다양한 형태의 TFT-LCD의 수요가 증가함에 따라 LCD 생산 과정에서 얼룩결함을 검사하는 기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가버 웨이블렛 변환(Gabor wavelet transform) 및 이산 코사인 변환(Discrete Cosine Transform, DCT)을 이용한 TFT-LCD 패널의 얼룩(mura)을 자동으로 검출하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 DCT 변환 기반의 TFT-LCD 패널 영상의 참조 패널 영상을 생성한다. 원 영상과 생성된 참조 패널 영상에 대해서 실수 가버 웨이블렛 변환(real gabor wavelet transform)을 적용하여 패널 영상에 포함되어 있는 얼룩 결함을 검출하는데 방해가 되는 텍스쳐 정보를 제거하고 변환 영상간의 차영상을 이용하여 제거 결함 영역을 추출한다. 추출된 영역에 대해서는 정량적 평가 과정을 통해 보다 정확한 얼룩 검출을 수행한다. 실험결과는 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법에 비해 보다 정확하고 효율적으로 얼룩을 검출하는 것을 보여준다.

유방자가검진 교육을 위한 조사 연구 (A Study for the Health Education of Breast Self-Examination)

  • This study was undertaken to examine the degree of knowledge and compliance of breast self-examination with women. The subjects for this study were 474 women aged 35-65 receiving health examination from Yonsu-ku Public Health Service Center in Inchon. Data collection was conducted through the use of 2 questionnaires. Analysis of the data was done by used of descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results of this study were as follows: 1. There were significant differences in the breast self-examination compliance rate according to age(F=5.82, p=.000), marital status(F=2.67, p=.047), educational level (F=5.83, p=.000) and household income (F=3.41, p=.018). 2. The correct answer rate for each items of breast self-examination knowledge scale was between 14.1% of a minimum rate and 65.0% for a maximum rate of 100. The degree of knowledge for relation of breast cancer and menopause, the time of the highest occurance of breast cancer, the best time of breast self-examination and inspection methods of breast self-examination shows relatively low understanding. 3. The average score of breast self-examination was 1.34 from a maximum score of 6. The score of breast self-examination with palpation methods was higher than with inspection methods. 4. A positive correlation was found between breast self-examination knowledge and compliance rate (r=.417, p=.001). According to the results, it is necessary to provide knowledge of the relationship of breast cancer and menopause, the time of the highest occurance of breast cancer, and the best time of breast self-examination and inspection methods of breast self-examination. Also, it is necessary to provide detail guidance for inspection methods and develop a program for promoting the compliance of breast self-examination.
