경북지역 향교건축(鄕校建築) 명륜당(明倫堂)의 개구부(開口部) 변천(變遷)에 관한 연구 -대청(大廳)과 방(房) 사이의 경계벽(境界壁)을 중심으로- (A Study on the Transformation of Openings in MyungRyun-Dangs of HyangGyo Architecture Located in Kyungbuk Province - Focused on the partition wall between Daechung and Bang -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the transformation of openings installed on the partition wall between Daechung and Bang, through the case study on MyungRyunDangs of 19 HangGyos in Kyungbuk province. The way to carry out this study was to look through existing situations and to find out transformed traces of the openings in terms of their locations on several floor types. The transformation of the openings was analyzed chronologically into two cases of 'before 18C' and 'after 18C'. i) Before 18C ; the early type had double swing window on the front column spacing and single swing door on the rear, and the later type had swing door on the front column spacing and on openings on the rear. ii) After 18C; the earlist type was the same as the later type of 'before 18C', the next type had swing doors on both the front and the rear column spacing, and the last type had Sabunhap-swing door on the column spacing, iii) Through those transformations, the windows gradually replaced by the doors in the openings.

보행용 전문 신발과 일반 운동화의 운동역학적 비교 분석 (Sport biomechanical comparative analyses between general sporting shoe and functional walking shoe)

  • This study was performed to investigate the kinematic and kinetic differences between functional walking shoe(FWS) and general sports shoe(GSS). The subjects for this study were 4 male adults who had the walking pattern of rearfoot strike with normal feet. The movement of one lower leg was measured using force platform and 3 video cameras while the subjects walked at the velocity of 2/1.5 m/s. The findings of this study were as follows 1. The angle of lower leg-ground and angle of knee with FWS was greater than with GSS at the moment of strike the floor and the moment of second peak ground reaction force. The decreasing rate of angle of ankle was smaller in FWS from the strike phase to the second peak ground reaction force. These mean upright walking and round walking along the shoe surface. 2. The maximal Increased angle of Achilles tendon and the minimal decreased angle of rearfoot were smaller in FWS very significantly(p<0.001). Thus FWS prevent the excessive pronation of ankle and have good of rear-foot control. 3. The vortical ground reaction force and the rate of it to the BW were smaller in FWS statistically(p<0.001). The loading rate was smaller in FWS, too, and thess represent the reduction of load on ankle joint and prevention of injuries on it.

스마트냉동컨테이너의 적재부 온도 편차 최적화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimization of Temperature Deviation of Loads in Smart Reefer Container)

  • 냉동컨테이너는 외부 환경에 의해 냉동기가 있는 적재부의 전면과 컨테이너 문이 있는 적재부의 후면부 사이에 온도 편차가 발생한다. 특히, 신선화물 운송에서 이러한 온도 편차는 화물의 신선도에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 온도 편차를 줄이기 위해 T-Floor를 부분적으로 차폐하고, T-Floor 차폐율이 냉동컨테이너 적재부 온도 변화에 미치는 영향을 평가하여 온도 편차를 최소화하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험 대상은 40 feet 스마트 냉동컨테이너로 T-Floor 차폐율은 0%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%로 설계 변수를 설정하였다. 실험 결과, 차폐율에 따라 냉동컨테이너 적재부의 온도 편차가 다르게 발생하였으며, 차폐율 60%인 경우 온도 편차가 가장 균일한 것을 확인했다. 이러한 적재부 온도 편차 최소화를 통해 스마트 냉동컨테이너를 이용하여 신선 화물의 운송 시 화물의 부패 및 냉해를 예방할 수 있다.

군산 근대 민간 건축의 배치 및 평면 유형 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of a Plot Plan and a Floor Plan of Modern Private Housing Architecture in Gunsan)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the building layout and plan types according to the urban location, use and function of civil and to analyze the characteristics by the type classified. After constructing a framework (Mathia type, Nagaya type, Detached House type) for analyzing Modern Private Housing Architecture in Gunsan, the research was conducted on 30 representative buildings, and a plot plan, a floor plan and elevation were created. After analyzing the relationship between the lot of land and the urban street, we classified the type of arrangement into Mathia type and Nagaya type which directly enter the building from the road, and derived the Detached House type which indirectly enters from the road. When we look at the use of the derived arrangement types, most of the Mathia type are commercial and residential buildings, and some of them are specially designed for commercial buildings. The Nagaya type appears in the form of commercial and residential house or residential private house, and the Detached House type is classified as residential style. As a relation with the urban street, the Mathia type and the Nagaya type are generally located on the main urban street, whereas the Detached House type is located on the small urban street. As a result of analyzing, the floor plan was changed according to the plot plan. The plan of the Mathia and Nagaya type are arranged to enter directly from the street, with commercial space being mainly located on the street, and the residential space being composed on the back or the second floor. the plan of the Detached House is a type that enters indirectly into the interior through a separate space (Courtyard), and forms an organic space between the residential interior and the front and rear yard. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Characteristics of a plot plan and a floor plan of Modern Private Housing Architecture in Gunsan by means of analysis considering the urban street, Uses of buildings, Construction method and the yard through actual measurement.

유한요소해석을 이용한 차체시작부품 프레스성형 공정 개선 (Improvement of the Stamping Process for Sheet Metal Prototypes of an Auto-body with Finite Element Analysis)

  • This paper introduces a CAE-based design procedure in the press forming process for the fabrication of sheet metal parts used in proto-cars. The finite element analysis reveals formability problems during the forming process of a floor member and a front cross member that constitute a rear floor assembly. The study proposes the modification of the initial blank shape or intermediate trimming of the product to prevent failure during forming. It is confirmed by the tryout process as well as the finite element analysis that sound prototype can be obtained with the modified design. The finite element analysis result also provides fairly good prediction of springback amounts used for the post-compensation of the product.

  • New forming technologies are being introduced to automotive manufacturing processes. Among them, a simultaneous forming is one of the innovative forming technologies to be able to reduce production time and cost. Several parts can be simultaneously manufactured by the process, while the conventional stamping demands the same number of die sets with the number of parts. In this study, the automotive rear floor side member was manufactured by the simultaneous forming. The position and the size of initial blank were determined by forming analyses and try-outs, and the blank movement during the forming was controlled by introducing the spotweld.

발전소 터빈건물의 창문 위치에 따른 온도저감 (Temperature Reduction with the Location of Window in a Turbine Building of Power Plant)

  • 본 연구에서는 화력발전소 터빈 건물의 온도저감 방안을 도출하기 위해 전산유체역학 상용코드인 ANSYS-FLUENT를 이용하여 열유동 해석을 수행하였다. 터빈 건물의 운전층(operating floor)과 탈기기층(deaerator floor)을 검사체적으로 선정하여 모델링을 하였으며 탈기기층에 설치된 기존의 채광창을 활용하여 환기창으로 대체하는 경우에 대해 해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 첫째, 운전층의 온도를 저감하기 위한 방안은 탈기기층의 모든 창문을 열지 않아야 됨을 알았다. 둘째, 탈기기층의 온도를 저감하기 위한 방안으로 탈기기층의 전면부의 창문을 개방하면 탈기기 영역과 크레인 영역은 각각 $1.5^{\circ}C$$1.6^{\circ}C$를 저감할 수 있었고, 탈기기 후면부의 창문을 개방하면 탈기기 영역은 $1.4^{\circ}C$, 크레인 영역은 $0.5^{\circ}C$의 온도를 저감할 수 있었다. 따라서 고온의 탈기기층 전체 영역의 온도를 저감하기 위해서는 탈기기층 전면부의 창문을 개방하는 것이 유리할 것으로 판단된다.

고급연립주택의 평면구성 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Floor Plan in Luxurious Row-Houses)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라에서 '빌라'로 통칭되는 고급연립주택의 사례조사를 통해 그 평면의 특성을 파악해 보는 것이 목적으로 1980년에서 2001년까지 서울과 분당지역에 건설된 지상 4층 이하, 연면적 660$m^2$ 이사인 연립주택 중 전용면적 50평 이상의 고급연립주택을 대상으로 하여 분양자료와 건축, 주택, 인테리어 관련잡지, 인터넷에서 평면 135개를 수집하여 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고급연립주택의 평면 특성은 평형이 대형화 될수록 개 실의 수가 증가하기 보다는 새로운 기능의 공간이 거주자의 개성에 맞게 구성되며, 복층형 구조의 평면유형이 시대에 따라 다양하게 변화, 시도되고 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 고급연립주택의 공동공간의 특성은 구성방식에 있어 거실분리형(L-DK)이 가장 일반적인 형태로 나타났다. 평형이 커질수록 개방형은 거의 보이지 않고 거실분리형, 부엌분리형의 순으로 공간을 분리하여 사용하는 경향이 나타났다. 셋째, 고급연립주택의 부부전용공간의 특성은 안방의 기능 분화가 시작된 80년대부터 현재까지 안방-드레스룸-욕실-부부침실의 공간구성이 일반화되었다는 것이다. 넷째, 고급연립주택의 가사작업공간의 특성은 주부의 작업효율을 높이고 수납공간의 확보를 위해 다용도실의 가사실을 하나의 개실로 구성하여 부엌과 인접하여 배치한다는 것이다. 다섯째, 고급연립주택의 출입공간의 특성은 현관진입형, 마당진입형, 부출입구진입형으로 나타났으며 이중 현관진입 형에서 현관문에 중문이 이중으로 있는 경우가 가장 많았다.

주거 외부 수공간 도입에 따른 실내 온열 환경 변화 분석 (Analyzing the Change of Indoor Thermal Environment with the Introduction of the Water Space in Exterior Housing)

  • This study shows how the water space outside the housing impacts the indoor thermal environment. CFD simulation was used for this experiment to analyze the interior environment focusing on the effect of temperature control and the thermal comfort. A shape of perfect square, which creates the very basic space formation, was used and the simulation was processed looking at the size, distance, and the location of the water space. The results of the experiment are as follows. Firstly, introducing a water space with the same floor area size of the simulation model decreased the indoor temperature by 1 Celsius (3.72%). It was determined the interior environment was considered as a comfort zone when the water space was greater than 70% of the floor area. Secondly, there was not much influence to the level of thermal comfort of the interior environment when the distance to the water space from the housing was greater than 2 meters. Lastly, interpreting the location of water space, the effect of controlling the total areas' temperature was the greatest following with the surrounding of the formation. There barely was any change to the temperature considering the side and the rear of the area.

340MPa 급 초고성형성 고강도강판 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on the Development of 340MPa Grade Super Formable High Strength Steel Sheets)

  • The demand for formable high-strength steel (HSS) sheets has recently increased to reduce the weight of automotive bodies. The 340MPa (Tensile Strength) grade steel sheets are widely used for body inner and outer panels. Especially, super formable 340MPa grade steel sheets with high r-value have an excellent deep drawability compared with the other 340MPa grade steel sheets. It is very available for a part such as rear floor, center floor and dash panels used conventional mild steels up to now. We developed a super formable HSS by optimization of chemical composition, texture control and heat treatment control. It has good mechanical properties with excellent formability (tensile strength: 343MPa, elongation: 41.1% and $\bar{r}=2.1$).
