As the cost of installing and maintaining software on large organizations such as recent companies and schools has increased, software installation and maintenance costs are low, system management is easy, demand for ease of use software solutions has increased. In the reality that special education for service center engineers is required along with the release of various products, training of the software and solution industry is regarded as important. Building Web-based user and system interactive environment, strengthened usability and educational ability effect suitable for engineer level. In the future, research that is familiar with specific software, not successfully combining multiple frameworks, rather than developers, will be increasingly important for research that can achieve optimal performance.

In the twenty-first century, it tends to deepen rich-poor gap and differences related to geographic location because of characteristic of polarization and diversification. Various social conflict that appear in the twenty-first century preclude independent effort and active of police from responding various public order problem of community The most important thing is widespread participation and cooperation of inhabitant and community in order to cope with various social change like localization, decentralization and democratization. Above all things, as human rights guardian in order to gain nation's trust, the police should induce dynamic change to desirable police which is wanted by nation in the organization. To achieve this, the police must overcome many negative customs and obstacles remaining organization despite endeavor of the police. In this manuscript, for this discussion, we search simply historical process of development, seek conception of the disadvantaged in regard to police duty, analyse the reality of human rights violation of the disadvantaged in execution of police duty through statistics and case study, find the problem and seek proper solution through improvement of the police legislative system.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore the experience process of nursing students who have participated in a major converged short-term study abroad program and to present the future direction of short-term study abroad. Methods: This study is a qualitative study based on the grounded theory and method in nursing students' experience of major in a major converged short-term study abroad program. Results: The core category emerged as 'finding myself in another me'. 'as experience the difference' emerged as a causal condition. Action/interaction strategies were found to provide students with these effects: 'a change of attitude on life', 'find continued support resources', 'due to hard reality, putting down the aspiration'. Shown in these results of this study, nursing students were seen to have the simultaneous effect of 'to live as the organizers of life', and 'return to the old life'. Conclusions: The nursing students experience a positive impact on their attitude towards life.

Motion sickness is dizziness symptom that occurs when movement detected in the vestibular organ and movement detected visually are collide with each other. When dizziness occurs, user complains of symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, sense of direction abnormality, and fatigue. These causes of dizziness are various and difficult to differentiate and treat the symptoms. Especially, among the types of dizziness VIMS(Visually Induced Motion Sickness) is a problem to solve in developing VR industry. These VIMS analysis can be done through user's vital signs measurement and feature analysis, and EEG characteristics analysis. Therefore, this paper is discuss the minimization of motion sickness caused by visual information based on EEG signal and present research trends related to it.

In this paper, we propose a virtual violin implementation using the detection of bowing and finger dropping position from the estimated finger tip and finger board information with the 3D image data from a Kinect. Violin finger board pattern and depth information are extracted from the color image and depth image to detect the touch event on the violin finger board and to identify the touched position. Final decision of activated musical alphabet is carried out with the finger drop position and bowing information. Our virtual violin uses PC MIDI to output synthesized violin sound. The experimental results showed that the proposed method can detect finger drop position and bowing detection with high accuracy. Virtual violin can be utilized for the easy and convenient interface for a beginner to learn playing violin with the PC-based learning software.

This study aims to investigate the impact of wide use of digital technology, in particular, the Internet, on innovation process and corporate strategy in electronics industry. The introduction of digital technology has changed innovation process, business model and organizational structure of the electronics companies. With the introduction of digital technology, the entire value chain of electronics industry from procurement, sales, and marketing to R&D and manufacturing has been restructured. E-commerce has been a major agenda for e-business. Recently, collaboration among electronics companies through e-marketplace has emerged as an important issue. A web-based e-commerce standard, so called RosettaNet, has been developed for facilitating e-transactions of electronics firms. The development of digital technology has dramatically increased the processing speed and sophisticated the virtual reality technology. As simulation becomes easier and more effective, the uncertainty and risk involved in R&D has decreased significantly. Another positive impact is closer cooperation between R&D and manufacturing functions. Taking advantage of automated and flexible production technology, has a new type of firm, so called, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) emerged, whose strategic focus is on manufacturing only. The EMS can be seen as a kind of innovative organization, that is, a modular organization for production function. Digital technology has made convergence of computer and communication possible at early years but right now the convergence has been accelerated in extensive areas of communication, broadcasting, information appliances, software, contents, and services. Firms' effort for an innovative product and service has been intensified and the competition for a new standard product and service has become severe in electronics industry. Business activities are always realized in a specific organizational context. Accordingly building up innovation-friendly organization has emerged as a critical concern. Due to the striking decrease of transaction cost, a network type of organization has proliferated, and a business function turns into a modular organization. As a whole, digital technology has pushed electronics firms into developing their own business model, which takes consideration of standardization of business platform and their core competency.

Background: The program aims to enable the participants to receive oral health care with sustainability and give them the choice and prior autonomy of dental practitioners while enhancing the benefits of sustainability. The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity, awareness, and satisfaction of the implementation of the registered dentist program for children and adolescents, and to promote the introduction of RDPCA. Methods: The survey targeted adult residents in their 20s or older who live in Seoul, an area that continuously implements the RDPCA system, especially in the cities of Cheonan and Asan Results: 79.7% were the most unaware. However, RDPCA participants were significantly more aware than non-participants. When surveying the desire to participate in RDPCA, 96.6% of the respondents said they would 'participate' in the non-RDPCA participate group. The analysis of the satisfaction level of the RDPCA received by their children indicated that 48.6% expressed their satisfaction, and 47.3% said they were healthy. There was a high percentage of people who said they would recommend RDPCA to others as well as a high rate of those who said they would continue to use RDPCA. Conclusions: The reality is that the awareness and implementation of RDPCA are low. For the development of oral health care programs for all children and adolescents in Korea, and the improvement of the satisfaction level of the dental care system, there should be an active consideration of high-quality programs and.

Albatross uses dynamic soaring technique to obtain energy from horizontal winds and fly long distances without flapping. These dynamic soaring technique can be applied to manned/unmanned aircraft to reduce the components required for the aircraft and achieve light weight and small volume to effectively perform a given task. In this paper, to simulate the dynamic soaring technique of Albatross, we defined the optimization problem and set each boundary condition to derive the optimal flight trajectory and carry out simulations to follow it. In particular, to model dynamic soaring simulations more closely with reality, we proposed a horizontal wind model that changes every moment. This identifies and analyzes the effect of the time-variable horizontal wind model on the dynamic soaring mission of unmanned aircraft.

The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in transfer motivation and learning self-efficacy before and after applying virtual simulation for nursing in psychiatric nursing practice, and to provide them as basic data for effective psychiatric practical education. This study was conducted from October to December 2020. The subjects were 41 people who were enrolled in the third year of a located in U city, and who had received psychiatric nursing practice education using virtual simulation for nursing. Data were analyzed by paired t-test and pearson's correlation coefficient. After practice compared to before psychiatric nursing practice with virtual simulation nursing applied, transfer motivation was significantly increased and learner self-efficacy increased, but it was not statistically significant. Therefore, It was confirmed that psychiatric nursing practice education using virtual simulation for nursing is partly an effective practice strategy.

Appearance management through hair beauty forms the basis of the beauty industry, while permanent waves using heat are often used in hair salons, but hair damage due to thermal permanent wave treatment is an inevitable reality. Therefore, this study was conducted for the purpose of presenting an efficient method for thermal permanent wave that can further increase hair wave formation ability and minimize customer's hair damage. After collecting virgin hair from the occipital region, thermal rod pretreatment and thermal permanent wave treatment were performed, and hair roughness analysis and 3D-image were studied using an Atomic Force Microscope. As a result of the study, both the average roughness (Ra) and the ten point average roughness (Rz) were calculated as 223 nm and 853 nm for 4 sections, respectively, showing the highest values. Although the number of samples of the experimental data is limited, the wave forming power can be further increased through this study, and it is expected that it will be practically possible to propose an objective method for thermal permanent wave that can minimize hair damage as well as protect the cuticle of the customer's hair.Judge.
