The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of self-development competency on employment readiness for job achievement of women's university students and to enhance the recruiting rate of female students ultimately. This paper classified the factors of self-development competency and employment readiness and defined a new research model. This study is meaningful what self-development competency is actually helpful for female undergraduates to get a job. Both self-recognition skill and self-control skill have positive primary effects on their career development skills in self-development competency. Career development skills has a positive secondary effect on not only their goal setting for job seeking but also their searching for job information. This paper suggests that career development skills is of paramount importance so as to improve employment readiness. It is expected that executable education policies and cases can be more developed on the basis of this study.

Purpose: This study was to figure out relationships of perceived Technology Readiness Index(TRI), usefulness, acceptance intension, and the recognition of substitute employment of medical personnel on the artificial intelligence (AI) and internet of things (IoT) among main technologies. Methodology: To achieve the purpose, this study utilized structured survey tools to conduct a questionnaire survey of nursing, administrative and medical technology professionals at six university hospitals in Korea metropolitan area. A PLS(Partial Least Square) Path analysis was utilized To analyze the material. Findings: In the relation with the technology readiness and perceived usefulness, it had a positive influence to the perceived usefulness when the optimism and innovativeness were higher and the discomfort was lower. In the relation with the technology readiness and acceptance intension, it showed a positive influence when the innovativeness was higher and the discomfort was lower. In the relation with the perceived usefulness and acceptance intension, it had a positive influence to the acceptance intension when the perceived usefulness was higher. In the relation with the acceptance intension and the recognition of substitute employment, it showed a positive influence to the recognition of substitute employment when the acceptance intension was higher. Practical Implications: Judging based on the above study results and reference reviews, it confirmed that it is necessary to prepare in the level of hospital organization in the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. They should increase the efficiency of human resources through the technological factors or changes of employment types for the additional demands of human resources to handle increasing medical demands or induce to secure necessary abilities which are changing at the right time by performing the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution related re-training continuously to develop the value of existing human resources.

The purpose of this research is to draw family restaurant's strategic operation plan by seeking factors in diverse angles that can affect consumer's evaluation on the service of family restaurant that executes SST(Self Service Technology). For this purpose the research investigated the relationship among technology readiness, customer participation, service quality, customer satisfaction and service repurchase intention. As a result, First optimism and innovation in technology readiness positively affected service quality. Second, emotional participation and physical participation in customer participation positively affected service quality, but informational participation did not positively affect service quality. Third, service quality positively affected customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction positively affected service repurchase intention. Therefore, this research confirmed marketing effectiveness of technology readiness and customer participation and proved the possibility of service quality, customer satisfaction and service repurchase intention as antecedent variables.

This study is to analyze the relationship among potential variables of self-development, social development, learning readiness, and academic ability using data from the Panel Study on Korean Children, which was surveyed in 2014, and to find factors affecting the academic ability of preschool children will be. The subjects of this study were 6-year-old children of 1113 households among 2150 households in the 7th Panel Study on Korean Children(2014) data, excluding non-responders and system-missing 1037 households. As a result of analyzing the path effect of the research model, it was found that, between self-development and academic skills, self-development had a direct effect on academic skills and also had a significant indirect effect through social development and learning readiness as a medium. In addition, it was found that learning readiness had the greatest influence among self-development, social development, and learning readiness on academic skills. As a result, the academic skills of preschool-age children should be treated with great importance in order to develop them into talents with creativity and problem-solving ability.

As the Privacy Act is in force in Korea, the subject of protection responsibility is increased, and continuous efforts are made to protect privacy in overseas countries, as can be seen by standard drafts related to privacy protection. However, the reality is that a formal privacy manual or guidelines are insufficient to help cope with the rapid changes and privacy leak caused by TGIF(Twitter-Google-iPhone-Facebook) these days, and practical effects cannot be expected, even though measures are taken. This paper propose a standard format for satisfying the ISO/IEC 29101 "Privacy Reference Architecture" and shows an implementation example for equipping with forensic readiness capturing indications of the incident rapidly and coming up with an effective counter measure when privacy information is disclosed.

In the weapon system development/operation stage, the goals of RAM activities are to support the cost effective performance optimization in design and operation supports. In the study, the main contents are as follows; 1) To establish the operational concept and circumstance of the subsequent tank, the combat/operation scenario, the operational mode summary and mission profile for subsequent tank development are analyzed. 2) To evaluate the administrative and logistics down time for subsequent tank, the prefigured logistics circumstance and maintenance system are analyzed. 3) To calculate the RAM object values, a mathematical model for the user are developed. 4) To examinate the propriety of the RAM object values, the combat readiness are reviewed. The obtained RAM object values are provided to predict and analyze for the combat readiness, staying power, mission reliability, equipment availability and the logistic support capability.

This paper seeks to investigate the effect of technology readiness on the usage of smart entry service. The questionnaires were distributed to passengers who were experience with smart entry service and structural equation modeling was utilized to analyze the data. The results revealed that optimism had a positive impact on perceived usefulness and insecurity had a negative effect on perceived enjoyment. Perceived ease of use had a positive impact on perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness and intention to use. In addition, perceived usefulness had a positive impact on intention to use. The results from this paper can be used as basic knowledge for developing the smart entry service activation plan.

The objective of this paper is to propose a method of how to perform risk assessment in the early stage of defense research and development for the acquisition of weapon systems. An advanced method for risk assessment and its associated objective functions are developed first based on the concept of systems engineering. The developed method is then applied to carry out the analysis of alternatives in the trade-off environments. As a case study, the multi-purpose training ship is considered, where it is performed using the notions of technology readiness levels, degrees of difficulty, and technology need values to facilitate design space visualization and decision maker interaction. It is noted that decision makers can benefit from our approach as an improved risk assessment method in the context of multi-criteria decision making.

To rapidly respond to uncertainties in the business environment whilst remaining competitive, every organization needs to be able to successfully introduce and manage organizational change. Cognizant of the role of information systems (IS) as an enabler of organizational change, many organizations have paid attention to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for successful organizational change primarily because of their change-driving forces across organizations. This study focuses attention on the role of readiness for change in the ERP systems adoption. Readiness for change described as views about the need for organizational change is posited to be an antecedent of two expectancies about the system, performance expectancy and effort expectancy, which lead to actual system use. Based on data gathered from the users of the ERP systems, structural equation analysis using LISREL provides significant support for the proposed relationships.

This study analyzes how the perceived pressures and organizational readiness of fashion companies (that utilize the internet as a marketing or commercial transaction tool) influence the continuous internet adaptation intention. It ascertains the differences between the companies that have introduced the internet commercial transaction and companies that have not. The survey was conducted among the employees of fashion companies from January $15^{th}$ to February $20^{th}$ in 2009. A total of 314 respondents were submitted for analysis using diverse methods that include frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the perceived internal and external pressures, the support of the chief executive officer and capacity of the organization influence the continuous internet adaptation intention of fashion companies. There are differences in the perceived internal and external pressures, support of the chief executive officer, capacity of the organization, and continuous internet adaptation intention between companies that introduced a internet commercial transaction system and those that have not.
