In this paper, we first find a raising operator and a lowering operator for multiple Bessel polynomials and then give a differential equation having multiple Bessel polynomials as solutions. Thus the differential equations were found for all multiple orthogonal polynomials that are orthogonal with respect to the same type of classical weights introduced by Aptekarev et al.

In this work, it is shown that the combination of operational techniques and the use of the principle of quasi-monomiality can be a very useful tool for a more general insight into the theory of matrix polynomials and for their extension. We explore the formal properties of the operational rules to derive a number of properties of certain class of matrix polynomials and discuss the operational links with various known matrix polynomials.

Let n denote an integer greater than 2 and let c denote a nonzero complex number. In this paper, we introduce a family of elements of the rational Cherednik algebra $H^{sl_n}(c)$ of type $sl_n$, which are analogous to the Dunkl-Cherednik elements of the rational Cherednik algebra $H^{gl_n}(c)$ of type $gl_n$. We also introduce the raising and lowering element of $H^{sl_n}(c)$ which are useful in the representation theory of the algebra $H^{sl_n}(c)$, and provide simple results related to these elements.

This minipaper offers a formula which is dual to that of Viskov [5]. While Viskov's can be thought of as a rising formula for Laguerre polynomials, ours is precisely the lowering one. Besides documenting the formula, which seems to be missing, we want to provide a (rather elementary) operator theory argument instead of making crude calculations. In other words, the annihilation and creation operators are confronted with lowering and rising formulae; they are often failed to be distinguished.

To correspond actively to international economy, shipping and port environment change, world main ports have converged in competitiveness raising. However, existing researches have been intensively analyzed port competitiveness on among ports. So, this study analyzes the relations between the main factors of port selection and port competition players: central government, port authority, terminal operators, shipping companies, etc. This paper has a purpose that each port competition player makes a competitive strategy in accordance with this study. First, this study reviewed shipping and port market's environment change and port selection decision factors to correspond to these environment changes and on the basis of this review analyzed relativity between component port competition players and port competition factors. However, port authorities and terminal operators appeared high relevance about in side of expense, service, facilities etc. Because port authorities offered incentive to pull many shipping companies to their ports and terminal operators managed port authorities' ports. But we could deduce high relevance according to other market players' properties without port authorities and terminal operators. Port marketing strategy establishment among port competition players is available on the basis of these factors.

This present paper describes concepts of the real-time operation monitoring system as a tool for enhancing the reliability and raising the availability of the first Korea IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) power plant. This system consists of five (5) modules : (1) Data Validation Module, (2) Performance Calculation Module (3) Performance Diagnostic Module, (4) Trip Information Module, and (5) Statistics Analysis Module. Among these modules, Performance Calculation Module is explained in more detail. The objective of this module is to continuously evaluate the degradation (decrease in performance) of the IGCC plant and its equipment in order to provide plant operators additional information to help them identify problems, improve performance.

An explosive expansion of the use of smart devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs in mobile telecommunications service is bringing about a steep increase of mobile traffic volumes. Mobile network operators or telcos are introducing the $4^{th}$ generation LTE network, which handles traffics more efficiently, to respond such enormously increasing traffics. Meanwhile, it is wondered how LTE contributes to raising a competitive edge of telcos. This paper aims at empirically testing whether the first mover of LTE acquired its competitive advantages. In this paper, we analyzed a number of telcos of 10 major countries. As a result, it turned out that there is no first mover's advantages, that is, the first mover did not have any competitive advantages in market share, profitability, and so on.

How to safely and economically dispose mining tailings is a challenge to mine operators. This paper presents an alternative upstream method for tailings dam construction, termed as the template construction method (TCM), which has been successfully implemented at Zhelamuqing tailings impoundment since 2004. By the beginning of 2015, the tailings dam wall had reached 95 m in height for the 46 upstream raises, with the total height of the dam including the starter dyke being 128 m. The proposed TCM is relatively simple and cost-effective and provides a good way for constructing rapidly raising tailings dam based on this case.

The probability of T/S cargo volume to decrease is the most notable problem associated with inappropriate mix of terminal operators in Busan port. Other problems include, the deterioration of the national carriers' competitiveness from non-operation of own terminal, excessively high proportion of financial operators in the engagement of operation which may result in their passiveness in timely investment, additional cost burden to carriers' in the handling inter-terminal T/S cargo transportation and inefficiency in terminal operation by the multiplicity of operators proved to be same recognized as so through the analysis. Therefore, in order to provide solutions for the problems and to strengthen Busan port's competitiveness, this research suggests the restructuring of operators mix as follows. To achieve sustainable growth of T/S cargo, global carriers' participation in terminal operation should be of utmost priority. To enhance the operational efficiency, the operators should be integrated. Similarly, the integration of operators will play a key role in verifying that national carriers' own terminal operation is an important factor in raising its competence. Finally, BPA's active engagement in the entire operation of port is also critical in public-oriented operation of the port. Whereas in the interactive analysis by taking the merits of Busan port into consideraion, global carrier's participation in operation, integration of operators and BPA's engagement in operation proved to contribute to the increase of T/S cargo and strengthening of operational efficiencies of Busan port.

The items currently used in museum service evaluations fail to offer satisfactory suggestions that could aid in the improvement of museum services. This study aims to identify and develop items that take into consideration the unique nature of art museum services. This study also identifies factors that determine visitor satisfaction and decisions to revisit with the end of offering methods to improve art museum service. The research conducted was based on an on-site survey of visitors of the Gwangju Art Museum. 223 questionnaires were collected, 211 of which were used in the data analysis. Factor analysis was applied to identify service factors to be considered at art museums. Regression analysis was then applied to estimate the influence of each factor in visitor satisfaction and revisit intention. This study first identifies five service quality factors of art museums: display method, employers, content, facilities, and supplemental programs. Results of the regression analysis showed that content is the most important factor in raising customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Supplemental programs were also significant in raising young and family customer satisfaction. The results also showed that various supplemental services such as education and experiential programs were necessary. Service facilities were also statistically significant factors in customer satisfaction and revisit intention. This study contributes in identifying five factors that could better measure art museum service quality. It also suggests a method to improve museum service quality based on the results of empirical investigations. This information could be of great help to art museum operators and other researchers.
