3D Modelling Shape Embodiment and Efficiency Analysis of Reservoir (저수지의 3D 모델링 형상 구현과 효율성 분석)

  • A lot of small-scale reservoirs that is extravagant in whole country are controlled state or real conditionthat correct data about the practice contents is not equipped all up to now. In this study, YungNam districts that region Gyeong-Ju city reservoir is distributed much of when flow speedily choose 23 peace among 73 small scale reservoir and experimented. Acquired data every 5 seconds, and user E/S and user value TS for orthocenter to 1 second interval and executes present ondition measurement using RTK-GPS. Could was wave and state that reservoir of 15 places (about 65%) gives protective care that do 3D modelling with acquired data, and now correct contents about reservoir state past through comparative analysis with data. Also, area of full water and wave that analyze effective storage and area of full water of 23 places reservoir could know that 20.63%, effective storage decreased as 3.34%. I wish to contribute about analysis about present reservoir state through this and method the adminstration direction.

  • This paper proposes the on-road object detection and classification algorithm by using a detection system consisting of only laser scanners. Each sensor data acquired by the laser scanner is fused with a grid map and the measurement error and spot spaces are corrected using a labeling method and dilation operation. Fuzzy method which uses the object information (length, width) as input parameters can classify the objects such as a pedestrian, bicycle and vehicle. In this way, the accuracy of the detection system is increased. Through experiments for some scenarios in the real road environment, the performance of the proposed detection and classification system for the actual objects is demonstrated through the comparison with the actual information acquired by GPS-RTK.

  • 현재 전국에 산재해 있는 많은 소규모의 저수지들은 현재까지 관리 상태나 실지 내용적에 대한 정확한 자료가 모두 구비되어있지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 행정구역상 저수지가 많이 분포되어있는 영남권의 경주시 73개 소규모 저수지 가운데 23개소를 선정하여 실험을 하였다. RKT-GPS를 이용하여 5초마다 데이터를 취득하였고, E/S를 이용하여 1초 간격으로 수심에 대한 값과 TS를 이용하여 현황 측량을 실시하였다. 이렇게 취득된 자료를 가지고 3D 모델링을 하여본 결과 15개소(약 65%)의 저수지가 양호한 상태였음을 알 수 있었고, 과거자료와의 비교ㆍ분석을 통하여 현재 저수지 상태에 대한 정확한 내용적을 알 수 있었다. 또한 23개소 저수지의 만수면적과 유효저수량을 분석한 결과 만수면적은 20.63%, 유효저수량은 3.34 %만큼 줄어들었음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통하여 현재 저수지 상태에 대한 분석과 관리 방향에 대한 방법에 대하여 기여하고자 한다.

  • After 2000 year, cremation rate have increased constantly as public concepts change, while grave area where occupy over 1% of South Korea territory also increase steadily. The purpose of this study is to establish the foundation of maintenance and implementation of temporary burial system introduced in 2011 through research on the actual condition. In this paper, improvement of guideline for the study area and prototype of across the board burial mound survey are offered through carry out research on the five case study area. In addition effective way for nationwide project also is suggested.

A Preliminary Study of Near Real-time Precision Satellite Orbit Determination (준 실시간 정밀 위성궤도결정을 위한 이론적 고찰)

  • For real-time precise GPS data processing such as a long baseline network RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) survey, PPP (Precise Point Positioning) and monitoring of ionospheric/tropospheric delays, it is necessary to guarantee accuracy comparable to IGS (International GNSS Service) precise orbit with no latency. As a preliminary study for determining near real-time satellite orbits, the general procedures of satellite orbit determination, especially the dynamic approach, were studied. In addition, the transformation between terrestrial and inertial reference frames was tested to integrate acceleration. The IAU 1976/1980 precession/nutation model showed a consistency of 0.05 mas with IAU 2000A model. Since the IAU 2000A model has a large number of nutation components, it took more time to compute the transformation matrix. The classical method with IAU 2000A model was two times faster than the NRO (non-rotating origin) approach, while there is no practical difference between two transformation matrices.

Analysis of Ilsan Beach Shoreline Change Using Multiple Observation Information (다중관측 정보를 이용한 일산지 해안선변화 분석)

  • The coastal area, which is managed by local governments, geographically, culturally and economically has been transformed into more influential space. In recent years, new type of fusion researches about coastal areas that have economic, cultural and engineering aspects, have been conducted. In this study, the multiple observations information was used to analyze change of Ilsan beach shoreline which is located in Dong-gu, Ulsan, Korea. For the shoreline analysis, we used VRS-RTK(Virtual Reference System by Real-Time Kinematic) GPS survey, aerial photograph, terrestrial LiDAR survey and fixed reference station survey. Specially fixed reference station method was suggested for shoreline observation and maintenance. In the case of Ilsan beach shoreline, according to the result of multiple observations information, coastline erosion(6~12m) appeared in medium and lower part and sedimentation(3~14m) in the upper part of coastline.

  • The technology used to recognize the location and surroundings of autonomous vehicles is called SLAM. SLAM standsfor Simultaneously Localization and Mapping and hasrecently been actively utilized in research on autonomous vehicles,starting with robotic research. Expensive GPS, INS, LiDAR, RADAR, and Wheel Odometry allow precise magnetic positioning and mapping in centimeters. However, if it can secure similar accuracy as using cheaper Cameras and GPS data, it will contribute to advancing the era of autonomous driving. In this paper, we present a method for converging monocular camera with RTK-enabled GPS data to perform RMSE 33.7 cm localization and mapping on the urban road.

  • The cadastre in Korea was established with the outdated technology of the Japanese colonial period, and thus currently 15% of the Korea domestic land does not match the cadastral map. Accordingly, the government has been establishing the Korean cadastre under the name of 'Cadastral Re-investigation Project' and is changing the origin of the survey to the world geodetic system. Assuming that the project is completed, we propose a drone boundary survey method that can be used to easily survey using the exact digital cadastral information. The developed mobile GCS application can control the drone and acquire the boundary point coordinates recorded in the cadastre, and the drone automatically flies to mark the boundary points. The developed prototype of drone made a tour along the 6 boundary points in 2 minutes.

  • Recently, vision-based dynamic deflection measurement techniques have significant interests and are getting more popular owing to development of the high-quality and low-price camcorder and also image processing algorithm. However, there are still several research issues to be improved including the self-vibration of vision device, i.e. camcorder, and the image processing algorithm in device aspect, and also the application area should be extended to measure three dimensional movement of floating structures in application aspect. In this study, vision-based dynamic motion measurement technique using multiple targets is proposed to measure three dimensional dynamic motion of floating structures. And also a new scheme to select threshold value to discriminate the background from the raw image containing targets. The proposed method is applied to measure the dynamic motion of large concrete floating quay in open sea area under several wave conditions, and the results are compared with the measurement results from conventional RTK-GPS(Real Time Kinematics-Global Positioning System) and MRU(Motion Reference Unit).

Distribution Characteristic Analysis for Link Travel Time Using GPS Data (GPS 수집자료를 이용한 링크통행시간 분포 특성 분석)

  • 지금까지의 링크통행시간에 대한 연구는 개별 차량의 평균을 통한 평균링크통행시간 산정 및 추정의 제한적인 연구가 대부분이었다. 그러나, 링크통행시간은 교통조건, 신호운영조건, 도로조건 등 다양한 영향인자로 인해 통행시간 분포가 구분되는 특성을 나타낸다. 따라서, 링크통행시간 특성을 좀 더 미시적으로 분석할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 GPS를 이용한 실시간 교통자료 수집의 방법에 대해 살펴보았으며, GPS를 이용한 RTK 측량을 이용한 실시간 자료수집을 통하여 링크통행시간에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한, 신호운영에 의한 영향으로 인한 링크통행시간 분포특성을 분석하기 위해 링크통행시간에 대한 현장조사를 추가적으로 실시하였다. 현장조사 결과분석을 통해 통행시간 분포특성 및 원인을 분석하고 프로그램을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 보다 다양한 조건을 부여하여 링크통행시간분포비율에 영향을 주는 변수들에 대한 검토하고 통행시간 분포비율을 추정할 수 있는 모형을 구축하였다. GPS 실험차량을 이용한 주행실험결과를 분석한 결과 순행시간으로만 이루어지는 링크통행시간과 적색시간 동안 대기하였다가 링크구간을 통과하여 순행시간에 신호 대기시간을 더한 링크통행시간으로 통행시간이 구분되는 현상을 확인할 수 있었으며 따라서, 링크통행시간에 대한 분석은 통행시간을 하나의 평균통행시간으로 인식하는 것보다 두 개의 구분된 통행시간을 동시에 고려하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단되었다. 링크통행시간 분포특성에 대한 연구결과 또한, 통행시간이 양분되어 분포하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서, 링크통행시간의 경우 평균통행시간에 의한 결과보다 신호지체가 발생하지 않는 통행시간과 신호지체가 발생하는 통행시간으로 구분하는 것이 교통상황을 인식하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 나타났다.
