공공분야 융합 서비스 개발 Framework에 대한 연구 : 서울시 스마트교통카드 서비스와 싱가포르 CFC 사례를 중심으로 (A Framework of the Convergent Service Development Process in the Public Sector : The Smart Transportation Card Service of Seoul City and the Call for Collaboration Case in Singapore)

  • Due to the development of information technology, Convergence and Creative Economy became hot issues. For example, products become more intelligent and services are likely to be connected and integrated around core services or provided as bundle solution. Meanwhile products and services are integrated in the context of mutual supplementation, which leads to Servitization of Products and Productization of Services in many industries. Previous studies have addressed Convergence with different terms and definitions such as Convergent, Multicategory Multifunctional Product, Clouding Service, Bundle and so on from one perspective such as consumers, suppliers or technology according to a wide range of academic approaches. Thus, this study attempted to suggest the most typical convergence products released in the convergence environment and categorize those products. Furthermore, this study has pointed out the problems in the New Product Development Framework discussed in the studies on marketing by taking the situation of the public sector into account and then suggested "New Service Development Framework in the Public Sector" that are different from traditional e-Gov. approach basically and will enable the government to create public information service and provide them to enterprises or citizens. It also emphasized the importance of Business Conceptualization Stage in the framework; argued that there is a necessity of an integrative study from the perspective of technology on the basis of the approach from the perspective of marketing and Policy such as a study of consumer behaviors, design and marketing channel and Policy Integration for the development and dissipation; and furthermore suggested the cases-the development/Diffusion of Transportation Card Service in Seoul and CFC (Call for Collaboration) in Singapore-in order to verify the framework. There is a need to supplement New Service Development Framework so it is able to reflect the distinct characteristics of the public sector from the academic perspective and be used as practical guidelines for SI (System Integration) business to shift into IT Service business. Last but not the least, this study has suggested the limitations and the directions for the future studies.

  • The cooling load in winter is significant in buildings and hotels because of the usage of office equipments and the high efficiency of wall insulation. Hence, the development of a multi-heat pump that can cover heating and cooling simultaneously for each indoor unit is required. In this study, the operating characteristics and performance of a simultaneous heating and cooling heat pump in the heating-main operating mode were investigated experimentally. The system adopted a variable speed compressor with four indoor units and one outdoor unit with R-410A. In the heating-main mode, the cooling capacity was lower than the design cooling capacity due to the reduction of the flow rate in the indoor unit for the cooling, with the increase of the heating capacity. To solve these problems, the performance characteristics of the simultaneous heating and cooling heat pump in the heating-main mode were investigated by varying the flow rate to the indoor unit for the cooling and the compressor rotating speed. In addition, the adequate control methods were suggested to improve the system efficiency.

Hence, the development of a multi-heat pump that can cover heating and cooling simultaneously for each indoor unit is required. In this study, the performance of a simultaneous heating and cooling heat pump was investigated in the heat recovery mode (HR mode). The system adopted a variable speed compressor using R410A with four indoor units and one outdoor unit. In the HR mode, the capacity and COP were improved as compared with those in the cooling or heating mode because the waste heat in the outdoor unit was utilized as useful heat in the indoor units. However, energy imbalance between heating and cooling capacity of each indoor unit was observed in the 2H-1C HR mode. Therefore, the performance of the system in the 2H-1C HR mode was enhanced by controlling refrigerant flow rate through the outdoor unit.

Dehydration as an Etiologic Factor of Halitosis: A Case-Control Study

  • Purpose: Salivation is considered to be an important factor in the control of halitosis, and the amount of salivation has been shown to be closely related to the level of hydration. The purpose of our study was to evaluate the relationship between dehydration and halitosis. Methods: Twenty healthy young females with no dental problems were recruited. All participants were induced to become dehydrated and then over-hydrated. After inducing each hydration state, the severity of hydration and halitosis factor (organoleptic scores, amounts of resting and functional saliva, gas examinations, and tongue coatings) were measured. Hydration statuses were graded as dehydration, normal, or over-hydration according to urine osmolality. This was a cross sectional study with a cross over design. Results: The dehydrated status was associated with higher organoleptic scores than the normal or over-hydrated status (1.75±0.75 vs. 0.87±0.63, and 0.65±0.53, respectively. p<0.05). Mean values of CH3SH, (CH3)2S in portable gas chromatography for the dehydrated, normal, and over-hydrated status were 11.70±37.00, 6.75±13.50, and 2.80±5.87 nmol/mol, 10.50±15.59, 7.25±10.87, and 1.50±2.55 nmol/mol, respectively. p>0.05). (CH3)2S (r=0.410, p=0.009) showed a moderate positive correlation with dehydration status. The resting salivation rates were relatively lower for the dehydrated status than for the normal or overhydrated status (p>0.05), and tongue coating results were also higher for the dehydrated status (p>0.05). Conclusions: Dehydration status appears to be positively correlated with a low resting salivation rate and high portable gas chromatography results. This shows that dehydration might be an etiologic factor of halitosis.

SEBS 공중합체를 이용한 선형 PPS/PET 블렌드의 상용화 (Compatibilization of Linear PPS/PET Blends with SEBS Copolymers)

  • 스티렌-에틸렌/부틸렌-스티렌(SEBS) 블록공중합체를 이용하여 선형의 폴리페닐렌설파이드(PPS)와 상용 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 블렌드(PET)의 상용화를 하고자 하였다. 머독 혼련 스크류가 장착된 단축 압출기를 통하여 제조한 블렌드를 성형하여 그 특성들을 살펴보았다. 네 개의 각기 다른 PPS/PET 조성에 대하여 블렌드 수지를 제조한 후 열적, 유변학적, 기계적 특성을 측정하고 모폴로지를 관찰하였다. 평가한 결과 비혼화성계로서 심각한 물성 저하를 관찰할 수 있었다. 이 중 시장성과 경제성을 고려하여 PPS/PET(40/60)을 기초블렌드 조성으로 선정하고 상용화제로서 SEBS를 첨가하여 제조한 삼원블렌드의 물성을 측정한 결과 기초블렌드의 기계적 물성이 개선되었고 모폴로지 관찰결과 PPS 분산상 크기가 감소함을 보인 바 SEBS가 선형 PPS/PET 블렌드의 상용성을 향상시켰기 때문이라 사료된다.

Bi-2212/Cu-Ni 튜브로 제작한 초전도 한류소자의 단락사고시험 결과 (Fabrication and Fault Test Results of Bi-2212/Cu-Ni Tubes for Superconducting Fault Current Limiting Elements)

  • For the development of superconducting fault current limiters (SFCLs), fault current limiting elements were fabricated out of Bi-2212 bulk tubes and tested. The SFCL elements consisted of tube shaped Bi-2212 bulks and metal shunts for the stabilizers. Firstly, the Bi-2212 bulk tubes were processed based on a design of monofilar coils in order to acquire large resistance and high voltage rating. 300 mm-long Bi-2212 tubes were designed to have the current path of 410 cm in length with 24 turns and 41 mm in diameter. The processed monofilar coil, as designed, had 300 A $I_c$ at 77 K. The fabricated superconducting monofilar coils were affixed to Cu-Ni alloy as that of stabilizers. The Cu-Ni alloys were processed to have the same shape of the superconducting monofilar coils. The Cu-Ni coil had resistivity of 32 ${\mu}{\Omega}$-cm at 77 K and 37 ${\mu}{\Omega}$-cm at 300 K. The metal shunts were attached to the outside of the Bi-2212 monofilar coil by a soldering technique. After the terminals made of copper were attached to both ends of the superconductor-metal shunt composite, the gap between the turns and the surface of the elements was filled with an epoxy and a dense mesh made of FRP in order to enhance the mechanical strength. The completed SFCL elements went through fault tests, and we confirmed that the voltage rating of 143 $V_{rms}$ (E =0.35 $V_{rms}$/cm) could be accomplished.

한우 암소의 개체별 성장곡선 모수 추정 (Estimation of Parameters for Individual Growth Curves of Cows in Bostaurus Coreanae)

  • 출산기술연구소 대관령지소에서 출생한 한우 암소로부터 시간적인 간격을 두고 조사된 체중측정 기록에 대해 비선형의 성장곡선 모형을 적용하여 한우 암소의 개체별 성장곡선 모수를 추정하고 개체별로 추정된 모수를 이용하여 한우 암소의 정확한 성장형태를 추정하기 위해 실시하였다. Gompertz 모형으로 추정한 개체별 성장 곡선 모수 A, b 및 k의 평균치는 각각 383.42${\pm}$97.29kg, 2.374${\pm}$0.340 및 0.0037${\pm}$0.0012였으며, 개체별 변곡점의 평균은 255.63${\pm}$109.09일, 변곡점에서 체중의 평균은 141.05${\pm}$35.79kg, 변곡점에서의 일당증체량의 평균은 0.500${\pm}$0.123 kg이었고, 성장곡선 모수 A, b 및 k의 변이계수는 각각 25.3, 14.3 및 32.4%이었다. von Bertalanffy 모형으로 추정한 개체별 성장곡선 모수 A, b 및 k의 평균치는 각각 410.47${\pm}$117.98kg, 0.575${\pm}$0.057 및 0.003${\pm}$0.001이었고, 개체별 변곡점의 평균은 211.02${\pm}$105.53일, 변곡점에서 체중의 평균은 121.62${\pm}$34.94kg, 최대 증체율의 평균은 0.504${\pm}$0.124kg이었으며, 성장곡선 모수 A, b 및 k의 변이계수는 각각 28.7, 9.9 및 33.3%로 추정되었다. Logistic 모형으로 추정한 개체별 성장곡선 모수 A, b 및 k의 평균치는 각각 347.64${\pm}$97.29kg, 6.73${\pm}$0.34 및 0.006${\pm}$0.0018이었고, 개체별 변곡점의 평균은 324.47${\pm}$3.87일, 변곡점에서 체중의 평균은 173.82${\pm}$1.13kg, 최대 증체율의 평균은 0.508${\pm}$0.003kg이었으며, 성장곡선 모수 A, b 및 k의 변이계수는 각각 27.9, 5.0 및 30.0%이었다. Gompertz 모형, von Bertalanffy 모형 및 Logistic 모형에 의해 추정된 생시체중의 평균치들은 각각 36.40${\pm}$0.33, 31.59${\pm}$0.34 및 49.09${\pm}$0.88kg으로 추정되어 실제체중 23.73${\pm}$0.10kg 보다 컸으며 36개월 체중의 경우 세 모형이 각각 349.73${\pm}$2.01, 356.41${\pm}$2.07 및 336.18${\pm}$1.91kg으로 실제체중 363.67${\pm}$2.08kg보다 작았다. 그러나 세 모형으로 추정된 변곡점이 한우 암소의 실질적인 변곡점인지에 대해서는 좀더 검토가 필요한 부분인데, 최(2001)는 한우 암소의 경우 3개월령에서 4개월령 사이의 일당증체량이 0.590으로서 이 시기에 최대의 성장이 이루어지며 3개월령 체중과 4개월령 체중은 각각 79.31 및 98.91kg이라고 보고하고 있으며, 본 연구에서 Table 4에 제시된 결과를 봐도 3개월령과 6개월령 사이 90일 동안에 50.89kg의 증체가 이루어져 일당증체량으로 환산하면 약 0.56kg이 되어 다른 어느 시기보다도 가장 증체속도가 빠른 시기인 것으로 나타났다. 변곡점이 일당증체량이 최대인 시점으로 해석한다면 각 모형에서 고정되어 있는 변곡점의 위치들인 성숙체중의 38.6%(Gompertz 모형), 29.6% (von Bertalanffy 모형) 및 50%(Logistic 모형)는 한우 암소의 실질적인 변곡점보다 늦는 것으로 판단할 수 있는데, 실제로 세 모형 중 변곡점의 위치가 제일 빠른 von Bertalanffy 모형의 적합도가 제일 좋은 것도 이러한 이유 때문일 수 있다. 따라서 한우 암소의 정확한 성장특성을 파악하기 위해서는 변곡점의 위치가 고정되어 있지 않은 기존의 모형들을 이용하는 방안과 아울러 본 연구에 이용된 모형들을 변형시켜 활용하는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

개량 Al-0.7Mn 합금의 미세조직, 고온 변형 거동 및 성형성 (Microstructure, High Temperature Deformation Behavior and Hot Formability of Modified Al-0.7Mn alloy)

  • The microstructure and high-temperature plastic deformation behavior of the modified Al-0.7Mn alloy were investigated and compared with the conventional Al-0.3Mn (Al3102) alloy. α-Al (matrix) and Al6(Mn, Fe) phases were identified in both alloys. As a result of microstructure observation, both alloys showed equiaxed grains, and Al-0.7Mn alloy showed larger grain size and higher Al6(Mn, Fe) fraction than Al-0.3Mn alloy. High temperature compressive tests, the deformation temperatures of 410℃, 450℃, 490℃, 530℃ and strain rats of 10-2/s, 10-1/s, 1/s, 10/s, were conducted using Gleeble equipment. The flow stress values of Al-0.7Mn alloy were higher than that of Al-0.3Mn alloy at all strain rates and temperature conditions. Constitutive equations were presented using the flow stresses obtained from experimental results and the Zener-Hollomon parameter. In the true stress-true strain curves of the two alloys, the experimental and predicted values were in good agreement with each other. Based on the dynamic material model, eutectic deformation maps of Al-0.7Mn and Al-0.3Mn alloys were suggested, and the plastic instability region was presented. The modified Al-0.7Mn alloy showed a wider plastic instability region than that Al-0.3Mn alloy. Based on the process deformation maps, the MPE tube parts could be manufactured through the actual extrusion process using the suggested conditions.

설비공학 분야의 최근 연구 동향 : 2013년 학회지 논문에 대한 종합적 고찰 (Recent Progress in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Research : A Review of Papers Published in the Korean Journal of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering in 2013)

  • This article reviews the papers published in the Korean Journal of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering during 2013. It is intended to understand the status of current research in the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation, and indoor environments of buildings and plant facilities. Conclusions are as follows. (1) The research works on the thermal and fluid engineering have been reviewed as groups of fluid machinery, pipes and relative parts including orifices, dampers and ducts, fuel cells and power plants, cooling and air-conditioning, heat and mass transfer, two phase flow, and the flow around buildings and structures. Research issues dealing with home appliances, flows around buildings, nuclear power plant, and manufacturing processes are newly added in thermal and fluid engineering research area. (2) Research works on heat transfer area have been reviewed in the categories of heat transfer characteristics, pool boiling and condensing heat transfer and industrial heat exchangers. Researches on heat transfer characteristics included the results for general analytical model for desiccant wheels, the effects of water absorption on the thermal conductivity of insulation materials, thermal properties of Octadecane/xGnP shape-stabilized phase change materials and $CO_2$ and $CO_2$-Hydrate mixture, effect of ground source heat pump system, the heat flux meter location for the performance test of a refrigerator vacuum insulation panel, a parallel flow evaporator for a heat pump dryer, the condensation risk assessment of vacuum multi-layer glass and triple glass, optimization of a forced convection type PCM refrigeration module, surface temperature sensor using fluorescent nanoporous thin film. In the area of pool boiling and condensing heat transfer, researches on ammonia inside horizontal smooth small tube, R1234yf on various enhanced surfaces, HFC32/HFC152a on a plain surface, spray cooling up to critical heat flux on a low-fin enhanced surface were actively carried out. In the area of industrial heat exchangers, researches on a fin tube type adsorber, the mass-transfer kinetics of a fin-tube-type adsorption bed, fin-and-tube heat exchangers having sine wave fins and oval tubes, louvered fin heat exchanger were performed. (3) In the field of refrigeration, studies are categorized into three groups namely refrigeration cycle, refrigerant and modeling and control. In the category of refrigeration cycle, studies were focused on the enhancement or optimization of experimental or commercial systems including a R410a VRF(Various Refrigerant Flow) heat pump, a R134a 2-stage screw heat pump and a R134a double-heat source automotive air-conditioner system. In the category of refrigerant, studies were carried out for the application of alternative refrigerants or refrigeration technologies including $CO_2$ water heaters, a R1234yf automotive air-conditioner, a R436b water cooler and a thermoelectric refrigerator. In the category of modeling and control, theoretical and experimental studies were carried out to predict the performance of various thermal and control systems including the long-term energy analysis of a geo-thermal heat pump system coupled to cast-in-place energy piles, the dynamic simulation of a water heater-coupled hybrid heat pump and the numerical simulation of an integral optimum regulating controller for a system heat pump. (4) In building mechanical system research fields, twenty one studies were conducted to achieve effective design of the mechanical systems, and also to maximize the energy efficiency of buildings. The topics of the studies included heating and cooling, HVAC system, ventilation, and renewable energies in the buildings. Proposed designs, performance tests using numerical methods and experiments provide useful information and key data which can improve the energy efficiency of the buildings. (5) The field of architectural environment is mostly focused on indoor environment and building energy. The main researches of indoor environment are related to infiltration, ventilation, leak flow and airtightness performance in residential building. The subjects of building energy are worked on energy saving, operation method and optimum operation of building energy systems. The remained studies are related to the special facility such as cleanroom, internet data center and biosafety laboratory. water supply and drain system, defining standard input variables of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for facility management system, estimating capability and providing operation guidelines of subway station as shelter for refuge and evaluation of pollutant emissions from furniture-like products.

선형판별분석(LDA)기법을 적용한 국가연구시설장비 표준분류체계의 분류 정확도 검증 (Verifying the Classification Accuracy for Korea's Standardized Classification System of Research F&E by using LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis))

  • 정부는 연구시설장비가 과학기술의 발전을 견인하는 매우 중요한 도구이자, 수단으로 여겨지면서 국가적으로 R&D와 연구시설장비에 대한 예산 투자를 지속적으로 확대하였다. 또한, 기 구축된 국가연구시설장비의 효율적 운영 및 체계적 관리의 필요성이 점차 대두되면서 2010년 12월, 국가연구시설장비 표준분류체계를 개발하였다. 그러나 연구현장에서는 국가연구시설장비의 NTIS(National Science and Technology Service) 정보수집 초기단계로 누적정보 부족에 따른 표준분류체계의 과학적 검증절차 부재와 동일계층 간 분류기준의 비일관성 문제가 여전히 한계로 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지난 2010년, 2015년 각 제/개정된 국가연구시설장비 표준분류체계(대분류 8개, 중분류 25개, 소분류 410개)의 분류 정확도를 측정하고자 선형판별분석(LDA)과 분산분석(ANOVA) 기법을 적용하여 2단계로 분석하였다. 또한, 본 연구 분석을 위해 지난 10년 동안 NTIS에 누적 등록된 정보데이터(Big-Data) 50,271건을 수집하여 이를 활용하였다. 이는 단순히 국내외 유사 분류체계와 전문가 의견을 토대로 만들어진 현(現) 국가연구시설 표준분류체계를 과학적으로 실증 검증한 첫 연구 사례에 해당된다. 본 연구 결과, 대분류 이하 중분류와 소분류로 분류된 개체 수의 집단별 판별정확도는 92.2% 로 매우 높은 수준이었고, 분산분석을 통한 사후검증에서는 대분류 8개 중 2개 집단의 변별력이 다소 낮게 나타나, 현(現) 표준분류체계 중 일부 개선이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구를 통해 현(現) 국가연구시설장비 표준분류체계가 향후 지속적으로 개선되길 바란다.
