AHP를 이용한 과학기술 부문별 국가연구개발 투자우선순위 선정

  • With the limited resources the proper distribution of the national R&D investment is very crucial to improving the national competence. This crucial decision should be based on the priorities which are driven with the consideration about the relative importance among the scientific technology fields. Such priorities can be useful in planning the national R&D investment and in determining the direction of the national R&D investment policy. In this paper, we used the AHP in order to drive systematically and scientifically the priorities of the major science and technology areas in the national R&D investment, and also analyzed the evaluation differences among the expert groups.

간호 대학생의 문화적 공감, 다문화 감수성, 문화적 역량과의 관계 (Relation Between Cultural Empathy, Multicultural Sensitivity, and Cultural Competence of Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 문화적 공감, 다문화 감수성과 문화적 역량의 상관관계를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 자료 수집은 D시 소재의 대학교 2~4학년 간호대학생 191명을 대상으로 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS version 22.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 간호 대학생의 문화적 공감 평균은 3.72±0.23점, 다문화 감수성 평균은 3.14±0.27점, 문화적 역량 평균은 3.10±0.32점이었다. 문화적 공감은 다문화 감수성(r=.63, p<.001), 문화적 역량(r=.57, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의하게 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 다문화 감수성 또한 문화적 역량(r=.41, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의하게 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호 대학생들에게 다양한 문화적 경험을 제공할 수 있는 여러 프로그램의 개발 및 지원을 마련해야 함을 시사한다.

중소 제조기업의 기술혁신역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 기업가정신의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Technical Innovation Competence of Small and Medium-sized Manufacturing Companies on Corporate Performance: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurship)

  • In this study, in order to confirm the relationship between technical innovation competence and corporate performance, the effect of technical innovation competence of small and medium-sized manufacturing companies on corporate performance was identified, and entrepreneurship, which plays a role as a driving force in triggering technical innovation competence, was analyzed to determine whether there is a mediating effect between them. To conduct the research, first, the research model was established by examining previous studies on technical innovation competence, entrepreneurship, and corporate performance. Second, an on-line and offline survey was conducted for employees in companies after constructing a questionnaire that can verify the hypothesis suitable for the research model. Third, the hypothesis was verified by performing validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using a statistical program. Results of this study, first, it was found that R&D competence and technology innovation system, which are elements of technical innovation competence, had a significant effect on financial performance, and technology innovation system and technology accumulation capacity, had a significant effect on non-financial performance. Second, it was analyzed that entrepreneurship has a mediating effect in both R&D capability, technological innovation system and technology accumulation capability, which are elements of technical innovation capability, and financial and non-financial performance, elements of corporate performance.

기술경영 경쟁력 측정지표의 개발 (Towards Measuring Competitiveness : A Management of Technology Approach)

  • This study aims to develop a framework to measure MOT competitiveness of enterprises while proposing a concept called management of technology competitiveness (MOTC). The framework of MOTC based on both resource-based view and competence-based view is consisted of technology competitiveness and management competitiveness. A variety of metrics to measure MOTC are extracted through substantial literature review. As technology competitiveness metric, this study examines R&D investment, R&D workforce, R&D facilities, intellectual property assets, and utilization of information and communication technology; as metric of management competitiveness, leadership competitiveness, maturity of the R&D systems, collaboration and partnership, learning and innovation, and commercialization are considered. We then confirm and derive the multi-dimensions of MOTC through its reliability and validity analysis. The study is expected to provide useful guidelines and references for enterprises' self-evaluation of technology and management competitiveness that is equally applicable to small, medium, and large enterprises that must compete in the global marketplace.

기술연관분석을 통한 중소기업형 전략적 기술개발과제의 우선순위 도출 (Selection of the Strategic R&D Field Satisfying SMEs' Specific Needs by Technology Relevance/Cluster Analysis)

  • With limited resources, proper allocation of the national R&D budget is very crucial matter for reinforcing the national competence, and the importance of selecting strategic R&D fields have been increasingly emphasized by technology policy-makers and CTOs. This paper deals with technology relevance/cluster analysis, which measures technological dependency and relevancy among technologies, and how it can be used for selecting the strategic R&D fields especially satisfying SMEs(small and medium enterprises)' specific needs. As a result of this study, technology-product tree composed of 7 major technology fields, 22 clusters, 41 groups, 335 core-need technologies and hundreds of related business items are produced that can be used for designing SMEs' R&D/business portfolio as well as R&D investment decision-making of the Ministry of Small and Medium Business Administration.

창업기업의 혁신역량 영향요인 진단 연구 (Analysis of Influential Factors for Diagnosis of Innovation Capability for Start-ups in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 창업기업의 혁신역량 제고에 있어 주요 영향요인들과의 관계 및 기업의 혁신성과에 대한 영향력을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 기존 혁신역량연구들은 일반적인 기업 관점에서 분석하였다면, 본 연구에서는 창업 7년 이하의 창업기업들의 관점에서 분석하였다. 창업기업들에 대한 설문조사 결과, 혁신역량의 하위변수 중 학습역량, 연구개발역량, 마케팅역량은 조직문화, 조직목표와 관련된 조직역량과 기술사업화 역량과 밀접한 제품역량에 모두 일관된 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기술역량 부분은 제품역량에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나, 이러한 역량의 중요성이 낮다고 해석할 수는 없었다. 기술역량이 제품역량에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 않고 있지만, R&D역량과의 관계에서는 유의미한 결과로 분석되었기 때문이다. 또, 기업의 특성을 기술지향성과 시장지향성으로 구분하여 각 하위변수들 간의 관계를 분석하여 보았다. 기술지향적인 기업의 기술역량은 제품역량에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하였으나, 연구개발 역량에는 유효한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 창업기업들의 창업 특성이 기술, 아이디어를 근거로 일어나는 경우가 많아 초기생존율이 낮게 나오는 연구결과와도 부합된다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 기업의 성장단계별로 주요 혁신역량에 차이가 있으며, 실무적인 관점에서 창업기업역량 강화를 위한 접근방법 및 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

R&D 역량 강화를 위한 IT 지원정책에 관한 연구 : 철강산업 사례 (A IT Support policy for R&D competence : steel industry case)

  • 본 논문은 철강산업의 R&D 역량강화를 위해 IT 부문이 지원할 수 있는 정책을 모색하고 이에 대한 타당성을 검증한 사례연구이다. 기술추격형에서 기술선도형으로의 전환기에 놓여있는 국내 철강산업이 R&D 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 개별 철강사뿐만 아니라 대학, 연구소 등 외부와 개방형 R&D 연계체제를 적극 추진해야 한다. 이러한 상황 하에서 IT가 R&D 역량 강화를 효과적으로 지원하는 역할을 수행해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 목적을 갖는 IT 분야의 지원정책들을 개발하고 우선순위분석 등을 통해 제안된 정책들의 타당성을 검토하며, Triple Helix관점에서 정부, 기업, 학계의 역할을 논의한다.

Development of A Performance Model of the Foodservice Industry

  • This study reviewed previous researches about the competence selection of foodservice firms, and shows firm's performance model through the results. The study classified factors according to core competence, differentiation strategy, and management performance. Out of 400 survey responses from by the firm's executive and employees who had worked for over three years at the headquarters (sales, financial, marketing/plan, R & D, etc.), a total of 302 questionnaires were used for the final analysis due to missing values and biased responses (response rate: 75.5%). As the results of analyzing final research model of this study, it appeared that ${\chi}^2(df=170)=384.88$, ${\chi}^2/df=2.26$, GFI=0.90, NFI=0.92, CFI=0.95, RMSEA=0.07. The results indicated that the CEO leadership, organizational culture, and human resource competencies are a driving force in all aspects of competitive advantage differentiation strategies. In addition, the R & D innovation, service, and marketing differentiation strategies are positively related to performance. The results validate the fact that foodservice firms could reinforce strategic decisions through a variety core competencies and achieve continuous performance through competitive strategies.

간호대학생의 임상추론역량, 비판적 사고 성향과 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감의 관계 (Relationship Between Clinical Reasoning Competence, Critical Thinking Propensity and Confidence in Performing Core Basic Nursing Skills of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상추론역량, 비판적 사고 성향과 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감의 관계를 확인하고자 수행하였다. 연구 대상은 대전광역시 D 대학교 간호대학생 3, 4학년 157명으로 2022년 11월 2일부터 11월 15일까지 자가설문지를 통해 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN26.0 Program을 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 임상추론역량과 비판적 사고 성향(r=.417, p<.001), 임상추론역량과 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감(r=.659, p<.001), 비판적 사고 성향과 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감(r=.303, p<.001)이 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감을 높이기 위한 다양한 교육과정 개발의 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

Using Analytic Network Process to Establish Performance Evaluation Indicators for the R&D Management Department in Taiwan's High-tech Industry

  • The high-tech industry is the economic lifeline for Taiwan. Its characteristics are short product life cycle, rapid changes in the market, and a high obsolescence rate for new products. Under globalization, the high-tech industry has adopted Information Technology (IT) to shorten the manufacturing process, reduce costs and conduct product research and development (R&D) to increase the core competence of enterprises and achieve the goal of sustainable operations. Enterprises should actively strengthen their integration with internal and external resources and lead in R&D management to increase industrial operating performance. Effectively managing operations and R&D management evaluation in Taiwan's High-tech Industry has become a critical subject. This study adopted 4 major Balanced Scorecard (BSC) perspectives to establish the Total Performance Evaluation Indicators for the R&D management department in Taiwan's High-tech Industry. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) was applied to evaluate the overall performance of the R&D management department. The research framework is divided into 2 phases. The first phase is combined with the 4 major perspectives, Financial, Customer, Internal Business Process and Learning and Growth, as the related indicators for each measurement perspective. The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) were selected using Factor Analysis to identify the key factor from the complicated indicators. The relationship between the characteristics of each BSC's evaluation perspective is dependence and feedback. This study applied ANP to conduct the calculation and adjustment of correlation between each KPI, and determine on their relative weights for the objective KPI. The "Financial Perspective" for R&D management department in Taiwan's High-tech Industry focused on the budget achievement rate of R&D management. The weight indicator value is (0.05863). The "Customer Perspective" focused on problem-solving satisfaction. The weight value of this indicator is (0.17549). The "Internal Business Process Perspective" focused on the quantity and quality of R&D. The weight value of this indicator is (0.13506). The "Learning and Growth Perspective" focused on improving competence in the research personnel's professional techniques. The weight value of this indicator is (0.02789). From the total weighting indicators, the order of the Performance Indicators for the R&D management department in Taiwan's High-tech Industry is: (1) Customer Perspective; (2) Internal Business Process Perspective; (3) Financial Perspective; and (4) Learning and Growth Perspective.
