여가시간의 동시적 활동 분석을 통한 성차 연구 (Gender Differences of Leisure Time based on Simultaneous Activities)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess gender differences in the quantity and quality of leisure time. It uses time diary for a nationally representative sample of Koreans(10 years old over) collected in 2004 by KNSO. This time use surveys provide information about a primary activity and a secondary activity (that is simultaneous activity accompanying the primary activity). The results was that married women experience less of leisure time and more contaminated leisure time by a secondary activity(especially household labor) than married men. This research presents that men and women have different quantity and quality of leisure time, and gender discrepancies persist in the experience of leisure time.

온라인리뷰의 랭킹모델링을 위한 양과 질의 인과모형 분석 (Causal model analysis between quantity and quality for deriving ranking model of Online reviews)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze causal relationship between quantity and quality for deriving ranking model of Online reviews. Thus, we propose implications for deriving the ranking model for retrieving Online reviews more effectively. Design/methodology/approach We collected Online review from Tripadvisor web sites which might be a kind of world-famous tourism web sites. We transformed the natural text reviews to quantified data which consists of quantified positive opinions, quantified negative opinions, quantified modification opinions, reviews lengths and grade scores by using opinion mining technologies in R package. We executed corelation and regression analysis about the data. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the review length influenced positive opinion, negative opinion and modification opinion. We also confirmed that negative opinion and modification opinion influenced the grade score.

Is It Feasible Nutritionally to Improve Both Quality and Quantity of Meat Carcasses from Beef Steers?

  • Beef producers are trying to produce not only better quality but also greater quantity of beef in order to meet the preferences of some consumers at a lower cost. This can be accomplished if we understand the factors regulating lipid deposition in intramuscular adipose tissue and the tenderness of meat. Propylene glycol (PG) might be used as a precursor of intramuscular fat synthesis especially in the late period of fattening because adipose tissue in ruminants is thought to mature sequentially in abdominal, intermuscular, subcutaneous and intramuscular depots. The action of cholecalciferol supplementation has been verified in producing more tender meat through the enhancement of calpain activity over the postmortem ageing period. A synergistic effect can be expected if the dietary cation and anion difference (DCAD) technique is used in combination with dietary supplementation of cholecalciferol. In another approach, the optimization of hormonal implant use also may provide similarly marbled beef at a much lower cost.

대학생의 다문화 접촉경험과 다문화 역량의 관계: 조망수용과 편견의 매개효과 (Relationship between College Students' Multicultural Contact Experiences and Multicultural Competency: Mediating Effects of Perspective Taking and Prejudice)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 다문화 접촉경험이 다문화 역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 조망수용과 편견의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 다문화 접촉은 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면으로 구분하였고, 접촉의 양과 질 각각이 조망수용과 편견을 통해 대학생의 다문화 역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 총 642명의 대학생이 접촉, 일상의 다문화 역량, 조망수용, 편견 등을 포함한 질문지에 응답하였다. 분석 결과, 접촉의 양과 질 모두가 다문화 역량에 유의미하게 관련되는 것으로 나타났으나, 접촉의 질적인 측면이 양적인 측면에 비해 다문화 역량에 미치는 영향력이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조망수용과 편견은 접촉의 질과 다문화 역량의 관계를 유의미하게 매개하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 접촉의 양과 다문화 역량의 관계는 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다른 문화적 배경을 가진 집단과의 교류가 친밀하고 긍정적일 때 조망수용 증진과 편견 감소를 통하여 다문화 역량 함양이 이루어짐을 보여 주는 것이다. 따라서 향후 대학생의 다문화 역량 증진을 위한 프로그램은 교류의 질적인 측면에 집중하여 조망수용 증진과 편견 감소가 이루어질 수 있도록 계획되어야 할 것이다.

서울 지역 종합병원 직원 급식서비스의 질 향상 사례 연구 -잔식량 분석에 의한 원가 관리 중심으로 - (A Case Study on Quality Improvement of Employee Foodservice in Hospital, Seoul - Focused on Cost Control by the Quantity of Non-Offered Meal -)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the effects of non-offered meal on waste reduction in foodservice. To this end, the quantity of non-offered meal before and after Quality Improvement(QI) activity was analyzed, and employee satisfaction with foodservice was investigated. Statistical data analyses can be summarized as follows: The daily quantity of non-offered meal decreased significantly after QI(p<0.001)($27.80{\pm}3.14\;kg$ before QI and $7.22{\pm}4.17\;kg$ after QI). Among 7 items related to employee satisfaction, kindness of meal service staffs improved significantly after QI(p<0.05)($4.05{\pm}0.74$ before QI and $4.21{\pm}0.17$ after QI). No significant difference was found in the variety of menus, or cooking/seasoning of food, and there seemed to be greater satisfaction with taste of food after QI.

  • Purpose: This study is to help the construction of smart factories of other manufacturing enterprises through IDIS 's case of smart factory construction. Methods: We introduce the four phases of implementing smart factory building by IDIS company, which produces a small quantity of multi-odd units. Results: Through the smart factory construction, the cost of product is reduced due to the improvement of total productivity such as office work, production work, and energy saving, and sales are enhanced by customized production, quality / delivery reliability improvement. Conclusion: We present the actual examples needed to build the manufacturer's smart factory.

Optimal Operation for Green Supply Chain Considering Demand Information, Collection Incentive and Quality of Recycling Parts

  • This study proposes an optimal operational policy for a green supply chain (GSC) where a retailer pays an incentive for collection of used products from customers and determines the optimal order quantity of a single product under uncertainty in product demand. A manufacturer produces the optimal order quantity of product using recyclable parts with acceptable quality levels and covers a part of the retailer's incentive from the recycled parts. Here, two scenarios for the product demand are assumed as: the distribution of product demand is known, and only both mean and variance are known. This paper develops mathematical models to find how order quantity, collection incentive of used products and lower limit of quality level for recycling affect the expected profits of each member and the whole supply chain under both a decentralized GSC (DGSC) and an integrated GSC (IGSC). The analysis numerically compares the results under DGSC with those under IGSC for each scenario of product demand. Also, the effect of the quality of the recyclable parts on the optimal decisions is shown. Moreover, supply chain coordination to shift the optimal decisions of IGSC is discussed based on: I) profit ratio, II) Nash bargaining solution, and III) Combination of (I) and (II).

자색 고구마가루 첨가량에 따른 머핀의 품질 특성 (Quality Characteristics of Muffins Containing Purple Colored Sweetpotato Powder)

  • Various quality attributes were determined in muffins prepared using purple-colored sweet potato flour. Height of control muffins was 5.8 cm lease clarify. Height decreased with increasing quantity of sweet potato powder. Muffin volume was not appreciably affected. Moisture of control muffins was 21.84. The moisture value decreased with increasing quantity of sweet potato powder. Scanning electron microscopy examination revealed thick cell wall and rough stoma in muffins prepared with purple-colored sweet potato powder. The amount of gluten decreased as the quantity of purple-colored sweet potato powder increased. Brightness L values significantly changed as the amount of powder increased, indicative of a progressively darker product. Red index a values decreased as the quantity of purple-colored sweet potato powder increased. Yellow index b values decreased significantly in the control group as powder quantity increased. Hardness increased with increasing addition of powder, but no significant difference was evident between 6% and 9% amended samples. There were also no significant differences in springing in samples containing 3% and 6% powder but 9% powder produced a significant difference. Cohesiveness did not differ in unamended samples and samples amended with 3% and 9% powder, however a significant difference was evident in samples prepared with 6% powder. Gumminess and chewiness increased as the quantity of purple-colored sweet potato powder increased. Color did not differ appreciably in sample prepared with 3% and 9% Sample prepared with 3% additives showed the highest What? Color score? Something else? Please clarify with 6.4. There was no significant difference of the flavor in samples prepared with 3% and 6% powder, or in taste among samples prepared 3%, 6%, and 9% powder. No significant differences in texture were evident in any sample Overall acceptability was highest (7.2) in samples prepared with 3% of purple-colored sweet potato.

  • 본 논문에서는 시스템 사용현황을 파악할 수 있는 데이터를 최대수용 트래픽양과 실제 트래픽량으로 구분해서 측정하며 프로토콜 변경에 따른 트래픽량 변화와 사고발생시의 과부하 조건에서의 트래픽을 분석할 것이다. 이로 인해 전력감시제어설비의 안전성을 극대화할 수 있는 계기를 미련하고자 한다 또한, 현재 유통되고 있는 트래픽이 어느 정도인지를 알고 그 증가율 추세를 파악하여 앞으로 예상되는 트래픽량을 미리 예측하여 필요한 대역폭을 미리 확보하는 자료로 활용하고, 네트워크 정보분석을 통한 한정된 네트워크 자원의 효율적인 배치로 안정된 전력감시페어시스템의 운용을 가능하게 함으로써 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

정신장애인의 긍정적 인지와 정서, 사회적 관계, 대처가 회복에 미치는 영향의 관계 구조 탐색 (Structural Exploration of the Effects of Positive Cognition and Emotions, Social Relationship, and Coping on the Sense of Recovery of Persons with Psychiatric Disabilities)

  • 정신장애인의 회복은 정신건강상태, 긍정적 인지와 정서, 친한 사람의 수와 그 관계의 질 등 개인적, 사회적 자원을 활용하여 대처하는 중 형성되고, 이는 주관적 경험뿐 아니라 장기적 조사에 의해 지지된다. 회복을 촉진하기 위해 이 요인들 간의 유기적인 관계를 밝혀 사회복지실천 방법을 발전시킬 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 460명의 지역사회 거주 정신장애인들의 낙관성, 정신건강상태, 정서, 사회적 관계의 양과 질, 대처가 어떠한 관계를 통해 회복에 영향을 주는지 구조방정식모형을 통해 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 이론모형의 경로파악 결과 낙관성과 정서가 사회적 관계, 대처, 회복에 영향력을 행사한 한편, 정서는 대처에, 정신건강상태와 사회적 관계는 회복에 유의한 영향이 없었다. 둘째, 낙관성과 긍정적 정서는 회복에 직접 효과를 보이고, 양적, 질적 사회관계는 회복에 간접효과만 보였다. 낙관성보다는 긍정적 정서가 양적, 질적 사회관계에 직접 및 간접효과를 보이고, 회복에 더 큰 효과를 나타냈다. 끝으로, 낙관성과 회복, 양적관계와 회복, 질적 관계와 회복 각각의 관계에서는 대처가, 긍정적 정서와 대처 간에는 질적, 양적 관계가, 그리고 양적관계와 대처 간에는 질적 관계가 부분적 매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 결과에 따라 정신장애인의 회복에 영향을 미치는 긍정적 인지와 정서, 사회적 관계의 상이한 기제, 이들 자원과 대처, 회복의 관계에 대해 논의하고 사회복지실천 및 연구를 위한 함의를 제언하였다.
