The Ministry of Health and Welfare of Korea has implemented various social security programs to ensure a basic standard of living and raise overall quality of life for all citizens. The Korean social security system provides social insurance, public assistance, and social welfare services. To achieve adequate drug benefits, the Drug Management Department of Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) implement drug management duties including drug listing, upper price limit setting, scope of benefits, and post-factum management. When a manufacturer or an importer wants to apply for National Health Insurance (NHI) coverage of the drug that has obtained safety and efficacy approval, the pharmaceutical benefit assessment committee of HIRA evaluates the drug's clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness to determine whether or not to include the drug into the benefit package. The benefit standards for a listed drug (ingredient) are set either for the whole permitted range or a part of range with conditions. To increase the coverage rate for new drugs, the listed drugs are regularly reviewed for their value. The status of listed drugs can be adjusted or eliminated from the benefit package if the clinical efficacy turns out to be insignificant. Therefore, through these pharmaceutical management procedures, high-quality drugs are provided at reasonable prices, which save healthcare expenditure by price determination and selective coverage in consideration of economic evaluation.

A smart platform is defined as an evolved platform that realizes physical and virtual space into a hyper-connected environment by combining the existing platform and advanced IT technology. The hyper-connection that is the connection between information and information, infrastructure and infrastructure, infrastructure and information, or space and service, enables the realization and provision of high-quality services that significantly change the quality of life and environment of users. In addition, it is providing everyone with the effect of significantly improving the social safety net and personal health management level by implementing smart government and smart healthcare. A lot of information produced and consumed in these processes can act as a factor threatening the basic rights of the public and individuals by the informations themselves or through big data analysis. In particular, as the smart platform as a core function that forms the ecosystem of a smart city is naturally and continuously expanded, it faces a huge security burden in data processing and network operation. In this paper, platform components as core functions of smart city and appropriate security threats and countermeasures are studied.

The primary aim of this study is to investigate the influence of Service Provider Quality (SPQ), System Quality (SQ), Information Quality (IQ), and Training Quality (TQ) on the interconnected aspect of organizational performance known as growth and development (GD). The study examined the influence of information systems (IS) on organisational performance and provided a theory-based technique for conducting research. The theoretical foundation for this study is derived from the widely employed [1]. IS success model in information systems research. The study's framework incorporates several novel elements, drawn from a comprehensive review of both recent and earlier literature, which researchers have utilized to evaluate the dimensions of [1]. In this study, we collected data from a diverse group of 348 individuals representing various industries through a web-based questionnaire. The collected data were subjected to analysis using SPSS. We conducted a multiple regression analysis involving 15 factors to assess several hypotheses regarding the relationship between the independent construct IS effectiveness and the dependent construct organizational performance. Several noteworthy descriptive statistics emerged, which hold significance for management. The study's findings strongly indicate that information systems exert a significant and beneficial influence on organizational performance. To sustain and continually enhance organizational effectiveness, the study recommends that managers periodically scrutinize and assess their information systems.

Service quality has been a point of discussion from the decades as it is important for customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. Various models have been proposed to measure the quality in the service sector. Models are modified in accordance with context and geography to assess the quality of service better. This study aims to investigate the impact of the modified e-SERVQUAL model on the customer perception about the existing relation and potential scope of doing business with a bank which in-turn will decide the performance of the bank. Statistical data was analyzed through various tests like reliability analysis, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The primary data of e-SQ and performance was gathered from 721 internet banking users using 32 item questionnaire, representing 72% response rates, of four selected Islamic banks of Malaysia. E-SERQUAL was modified by adding Shariah Compliance information about banks and products for Islamic banking customers. The finding specified that efficient & reliable services, fulfillment, security/trust, and Shariah compliance information have a significant association with the performance of Islamic banks. The research is original and its implications will be helpful for Islamic banks across the world to enhance the online experience of customers, which will help them to retain the customers in the rapid changing virtual environment.

The purpose of this study is to examine consumers' risk perception in internet clothing shopping and its relation with technology readiness and the frequency of purchase. Thereafter, this study examines how consumers' risk perception affect service quality and satisfaction at the apparel shopping sites. An on-line survey was made to collect data, and the replies from 785 people, who had an experience of apparel shopping on line, were used in data analysis. From factor analyses, risk perception comprised 3 factors of product related risk, delivery related risk, and security related risk, and technology readiness comprised 4 factors of optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. Based on cluster analysis, consumers were classified into 3 types in terms of the internet risk perception: low risk group, medium risk group, and high risk group. From path analysis, risk perception was decreased with high frequency of purchase and low discomfort and insecurity of technology readiness, and risk perception and service quality had an influence on consumers' satisfaction with the shopping sites.

Recently the private security industry is showing rapid growth compared with the different types of industry. However, it is not prepared the device for the system to verify the professional qualification of the security guards. To protect individual life and property, body and security guards have to be qualified professionally. For it the role of professional qualification systems is emphasized. The problem of the certification of the qualification about the security guard to play the role to protect a body / life of the individual and property are the part to need necessarily as the quality problem of the individual and the trust of the people. The settlement of the qualification system which is such system can induce the development of the security industry with social trust. The certified security certification is needed and how to control the security quality to get better service to the clients. The professional qualification system to be carrying out with America and Japan is fixed through the cooperation of the business world and steady research for the qualification system plan, these are giving the trial of the qualification system of a security of Korea full of the suggestion. This study will do this to the basis which a necessity about the qualification system of the security man emphasis and considerate professional qualification system concerning the private security development plan around the Bodyguard Qualifying Examination which are carried out at twice by the Korea Security Association and the Korean Institute of Security. In summary to meet the social demand professional qualification for the security guards will be drawn from the analyses of civil security qualification systems.

Recently, the necessity and interest to improve the tourism preparedness for enhancing the quality of foreign tourists is increasing, but the related research is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to identify the preferential improvement elements related to the tourism preparedness of foreign tourists. To do this, we applied the R-IPA analysis to analyze and compare the elements affecting the tourist preparedness according to tourist type and time period. As a result of R-IPA analysis for all tourists, the elements that need to maintain the current quality levels were food, security, transit, shopping, and tourist attractiveness and the elements that need to be improved but low priority were language communication, travel expenses, and tourist information service. As a result of R-IPA analysis by tourist type, for individual tourists it is necessary to maintain current quality levels of transit, food, shopping, tourist attractiveness, and security. For group tourists, it is necessary to maintain current quality levels of accommodation, shopping, tourist attractiveness, and tourist information service, but food needs to be urgent improvement.

Internet of Things (IoT) is producing various data as the smart environment comes. The IoT data collection is used as important data to judge systems's status. Therefore, it is important to monitor the anomaly state of the sensor in real-time and to detect anomaly data. However, it is necessary to convert the IoT data into a normalized data structure for anomaly detection because of the variety of data structures and protocols. Thus, we can expect a good quality effect such as accurate analysis data quality and service quality. In this paper, we propose an anomaly detection system based on big data from collected sensor data. The proposed system is applied to ensure anomaly detection and keep data quality. In addition, we applied the machine learning model of support vector machine using anomaly detection based on time-series data. As a result, machine learning using preprocessed data was able to accurately detect and predict anomaly.

The research objectives of this study were to examine the relationship between e-store attributions(reputation, customer service, safety(security), merchandise quality, information quality, web navigation), trust, satisfaction and web site loyalty. The data were collected using survey with a structured questionnaire. The subjects of the study were 213 people. Several hypotheses were put forward and results except for four hypotheses were supported. That is, reputation, customer service, safety(security) and merchandise quality have a significant influence on trust and satisfaction, information quality and web navigation have no influence on trust and satisfaction, and trust and satisfaction have a significant influence on e-loyalty. Regression Analysis were applied to test the research hypotheses on the relationships among the variables. Research implications of the findings and future research directions are presented.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is how personal information protection risks affect the intention to use domestic smart banking services. VAM(Value based Adoption Model) model is validated as a theoretical background, selecting ease of use, usefulness and perceived security as a benefit factor, and considers perceived cost, technical complexity, and risk of personal information leakage as a sacrifice factor. Methods: The method of this study used questionnaire survey to collect 365 data on suer's perception on smart banking services, and also performed a structural equation modeling method using by AMOS 23. Results: The result of this paper shows that all hypothesis are accepted statistically significant except 1 hypothesis. Conclusion: This research is concluded that perceived value is affected on statistically positive impact on ease of use, usefulness and perceived security, and negative impact on perceived cost and risk of personal information violation, not statistically technical complexity.
