ISO 9001 품질경영시스템(QMS)이 종업원 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of ISO 9001 Quality Management System(QMS) on Employee's Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to research and analyze the influence of ISO 9001 QMS(Quality Management System) certification on the employer's financial goal and the employee' satisfaction. In this study, we could find that ISO 9001 QMS certification influenced eight factors which contribute to employee's satisfaction, and the purpose and background of ISO 9001 QMS certification was analyzed to have a good influence on the employee's satisfaction. In the future, the implementation strategy of ISO 9001 QMS needs to be studied to make the employees satisfied more with their duties and to pursue the employer's financial goals at the same time.

  • ISO 9000 is an efficient quality system for the customer's confidence and satisfaction. Of late years, the revised edition of ISO 9000 quality management system may give lots of positive business values to companies running ISO 9000 system. Despite its tremendous popularity, there is some criticism against the effect and performance of ISO 9000 certification. This research explores the performances and effects of ISO 9000 quality system in small & medium size industrial companies. For this research, 202 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard and 67 companies not certified as contrast group were selected. The related data were collected by web-poll survey. The major analyses are focused on the effect and performance of the ISO 9000 certification, and we established various hypotheses to verify the effect and performance of quality system. Results of statistical analyses show that total performance of quality system is significantly different between certified companies and not certified.

  • The original purpose to introduce the system for quality certification by ISO 9000 series to our nation is basically promote the civilization interchanges among the various nations. we can't help regarding that the free trade is well performed to only a party and region to an agreement, but existed the possibility of being taken advantage of a means to the exclusive limiting import on the other regions. Under the considering the above situation, this study suggest that, the usuable policies of our domestic manufacturing corporations for acquiring the certification for the quality assurance of ISO 9000 series are as followings : 1) Using the civil and national diplomatic channel for the mutual assurance among the authorized agency of certification. 2) Gradually decreasing the difference between ISO 9000 and our nation in quality certification and solving the some problems as organizing the related research center. 3) In the post management of certified corporations, intentionally performing by using the authorized national agency from the ISO Headquarter and continuously reforming the related laws and regulations standardizing around the ISO series.

의료기관 인증 후 요양병원 종사자의 만족도가 환자의 안전과 질 향상에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Satisfaction Among Convalescent Hospital Staff Members on Patient Safety and Quality of Care After Medical Institution Certification)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of satisfaction among convalescent hospital staff members on patient safety and quality of care after the certification of the medical institution. Methods: A survey was conducted on seven convalescent hospitals in Gwangju, South Jeolla Province, and North Jeolla Province, which were certified as medical institutions for convalescent hospitals by the end of May 2017, The study period lasted from July 24, 2017 to August 22, 2017. Results: There was a statistically significant correlation between staff member satisfaction and patient safety and quality of care (r = 0.586, p<0.001). Regression analysis showed that staff member satisfaction (${\beta}=0.531$, p<0.001) had a statistically significant effect on patient safety and quality of care and showed 46.9% explanatory power. Conclusions: The satisfaction of the convalescent hospital staff after the certification of the medical institution positively affected patient safety and quality of care.

  • 오늘날 소프트웨어 산업의 발전은 소프트웨어 패키지 제품들의 양적 팽창을 이루게 하고 있다. 이러한 급속한 소프트웨어 패키지 제품의 증가 추세에 따라서, 사용자가 선택하는 소프트웨어 제품에 대한 품질 인증 요구가 대두되었다. 공산품의 품질 인증과는 달리, 소프트웨어 제품의 경우 아직 인증 역사가 길지 않고 이를 위한 소프트웨어 품질 평가 및 인증 방법 연구는 성숙되지 않았다. 소프트웨어 제품 인증 업무 시 중요한 요소 중의 하나가 평가 집합의 체계적인 생성이다. 평가 집합이란 소프트웨어 제품 유형의 분류에 따라서 소프트웨어 품질 인증을 위한 기준과 메트릭을 명시한 체크리스트를 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 평가 집합의 체계적 생성 및 유지 관리를 위한 베타 모델을 제안한다. 그리고 메타 모델의 유효성을 확인하기 위하여 프로토타입 수준의 평가 집합을 생성한다

중소기업의 QMS 운영과 효과에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effect and Operation of QMS)

  • In 2008, a review was made to analyze the effect of the certification of ISO 9001 quality management system in the almost same methods used for a similar review in 2001. Based on the two reviews, this research is to compare and contrast the changes made in between. The results show that the overall satisfaction for the certification has increased over 7 years, along with other beneficial changes, such as decreased cost and increased productivity. However, there has been no significant change in the establishment of the quality management system and in the level of customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 quality management system construction appears which effects variously on the all enterprises management, therefore this is very important strategy for preparing the keen enterprises competition.

  • ISO 9000 series, as quality management system that assesses quality system based on the documentation such as quality manual, documented procedures, specification is properly operated and then decides to give a certification, is a screening documented system that includes factors which may influence quality. Therefore, to have a proper documented system and its performance accordant to it is very important to the company which hopes to acquire the certification of ISO 9000 series. So, the objectives of this paper are to increase the efficiency of the work by cutting down efforts necessary to establish and revise documented procedures for the certification of the ISO 9000 series in the company using the documentation system.

  • WDM 네트워크에서 QoS를 향상시키기 위해서는 가상 토폴로지를 효율적으로 재구성할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 토폴로지를 재구성할 시점을 결정하고 적절한 파장을 할당하는 기법을 제안함으로써 효과적으로 WDM 네트워크를 운영할 수 있는 WDM 컨트롤러를 제안한다.

  • As more and more companies pursue ISO 9000 certification, one of the most misconceptions about ISO 9000 is that registration is necessary only for business. ISO 9000 is being driven by commercial requirements, not legal fiat. This registration can be used as evidence of compliance to the ISO 9000 to satisfy specific customer requirements. The primary objective of this research is to provide the efficient implementation process of ISO 9000 certification on the basis of total quality management concerning with ISO/CDl 9001:2000, ISO/CDl 9004:2000 and ISO/CD2 9001:2000. Based on the result of first paper in May 1999, this study has been conducted using the data collected from 312 manufacturing companies which registered ISO 9000 certification. This analysis can be applied to Korean small and medium industrial companies in establishing and maintaining the development of qualify systems. The companies should be able to benefit if they make continuous effort to improve the quality activities based on the factors suggested in this paper.

  • Quality management has been recognized as an important means to secure business competitiveness for management environment changes and competitiveness reinforcement. An effort of an ISO 9001 certification has thought that it is the best way to practice quality management. This paper checks a quality management situation of manufacturing companies that acquired ISO 9001 certification. Then, this paper investigates whether quality management is actual1y contributing to production performance and proposes proper alternatives for an improvement of production performance.
