본 연구는 멀티플렉스 영화관 관람객을 대상으로 영화관 선택속성에 대한 중요도 및 성취도를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이에 멀티플렉스 영화관을 방문하여 영화를 관람하고자 하는 관람객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였으며 유의한 차이가 있는 속성과 각 선택 속성들 간의 순위를 살펴보았다. 또한 요인분석을 통하여 주요서비스, 인적서비스, 물리적 환경, 보조서비스의 4가지 하위요인을 도출하였으며, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 집중 영역, 유지 영역, 저순위 영역, 과잉노력 지양 영역의 항목들을 도출하였다. 분석결과는 아래와 같다. 제 I사분면은 노력집중영역은 상영시간대의 다양성, 상영영화장르의 다양성, 모바일 앱 이용의 편리성, 주차시설의 규모와 편리성으로 나타났다. 제 II사분면인 지속유지 영역은 웹사이트 예매의 편리성, 카드제휴를 통한 할인혜택, 직원의 친절성, 직원의 정확한 서비스 정보전달, 편안한 좌석, 스크린 크기, 영화관 사운드 품질, 주변 환경과의 연계성, 대중교통의 편리성 등으로 나타났다. 제 III사분면인 저순위 영역은 멤버십제도, 직원복장의 단정함, 대기시간을 위한 휴식 공간, 주변접근성, 스넥코너의 다양성, 전반적 청결도로 나타났다. 제 IV사분면은 과잉노력 지양 영역으로 상영관 온도의 적정성과 서비스 숙련도로 나타났다.

In this study, it is attempted to obtain the optimum size of holes in 15 square plate models where a hole exists on every quadrant of a plate, and to get eigenvalues by performing free vibration analysis far each model. Moreover, the specimen is produced from optimized square plate and eigenvalue of each plate is measured through the shocking load. And then the result is compared with that of finite element analysis. For free vibration analysis of the square plate, the boundary condition of finite element analysis and experiment is assumed as both ends support. From the results of this study, it is known that more stable structures can be designed by changing the natural frequency which is dependent on the location of holes and further studies are considered to be necessary for the basic design information.

In this study, we analyzed the correlation between mechanical and electrical properties of low-temperature conductive film (LT-CF) bonded silicon solar cells by a quadrant analysis (horizontal axis (peeling strength), vertical axis (power loss)). We found that a series of points with various bonding parameters such as bonding temperature, pressure and time were distributed in the different three regimes; weak regime (Q2: weak bonding strength and high power loss), moderate regime (Q4 : strong bonding strength and low power loss) and hard regime (Q3 : weak bonding strength and low power loss). Using this analogous technique, it was possible to fabricate the LT-CF bonded silicon solar cells with the various conditions displayed in Q3 of the quadrant plots, possessing the peeling strength of ~ 1N/mm and power loss of 2~3%.

본 연구는 기내식 서비스품질에 대한 중요도, 성취도의 순위와 차이를 확인하고 IP분석을 통해 지속유지영역, 노력집중영역, 저순위, 과잉노력지양 등의 분배방안을 도식화 하여 기내식 서비스품질 제고를 위한 마케팅전략 수립의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. A 항공사를 이용한 고객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 확보를 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 음식, 서비스, 청결성의 요인을 도출하였다. IP분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 I 사분면 지속유지 영역은 기내식 맛, 기내식 질, 기내식 메뉴, 균형적 식단, 한식제공여부, 기내식 식기의 청결, 승무원 복장의 청결 등으로 나타났다. II 사분면 노력집중영역은 기내식 온도, 기내식 청결성, 식사제공시간의 적정성으로 나타나 항공사에서 이 속성들에 대해 가장 많은 관심을 가지고 우선적으로 개선해야 함을 알 수 있었다. III 사분면 저순위영역은 기내식 양, 주류의 다양성, 공손한 태도, 기내식 관련 즉시 응대, 기내식에 관한 지식, 기내식 신선도로 나타났다. IV 사분면 과잉노력지양 영역은 음료의 다양성과 특별식 제공으로 나타났다. 과잉노력지양 영역에 투입되는 자원을 최소화하여 중요도는 높으나 성취도가 낮은 노력집중 영역으로 자원배분이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

이 연구는 IPA분석을 통해 중·고등학교 아침운동의 중요도와 만족도에 대한 인식의 차이를 알아보고 아침운동의 개선 및 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 편의표본방법을 이용하여 430명의 설문조사 자료를 분석하였고, 대응표본 t-test, IPA매트릭스를 도식화를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 아침운동 참여 IPA 분석은 I사분면 : '스트레스 해소', '학교생활의 즐거움', '운동 기능향상', '친구들과의 관계개선', '체육수업에 도움', '건강 및 체력증진', '운동시설 및 용구의 양과 질', '규율이나 규칙', '지도교사의 리더십', '열정적인 지도', '공정한 지도', '운동 능력향상', '체육수업 이해에 도움', II사분면 : '소질 및 특기개발', '시작시간', '시설 및 용구의 안전관리', '새로운 스포츠로 구성', '요구와 흥미를 고려', '수준고려', '성별고려', III사분면 : '성격의 변화', '다양한 종목의 실기능력', '사고력증진', IV사분면 : '참여시간의 양', '학생들과의 의사소통', '수업내용을 쉽게 설명'의 속성이 포함되어 있었다. 둘째, 개선방안은 1) 안전교육 연계 프로그램, 2) 지적, 정서적 기여 프로그램, 3) 성별, 수준별 프로그램이 제시 되어야 할 것이며 4) 앞서 전술한 프로그램의 질적향상을 위한 전문인력 확충이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 의료관광선택속성의 중요도 및 성취도 분석을 통해 마케터들이 의료관광객들의 만족도를 높이기 위한 전략적인 수립에 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였고 의료관광활성화를 위한 관광정책의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이에 방한일본인 의료관광객을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였다. 또한 요인분석을 통하여 편의성, 서비스품질, 차별성, 접근성의 4가지 요인을 도출하였으며 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)기법을 이용하여 집중(I사분면), 유지(II사분면), 저순위(III사분면), 과잉(IV사분면)의 항목들을 도출하였다. 의료관광선택속성에 대한 IP분석결과 가장 집중해야할 노력 집중영역에는 예약수속신속성, 정보시스템의 용이 등으로 나타났다. 이는 중요도는 높은데 성취도가 낮은 항목으로 의료관광객을 대상으로 개선되어야 할 요인 중 가장 우선순위가 되어야 할 부문으로 집중적인 관리 및 운영이 필요함을 시사한다. 따라서 예약과 수속절차에 있어서 일본어가 가능한 직원의 배치가 필요함을 나타내며 직원교육 시 병원에서 필요한 기본 일본어 교육 등을 통해 이러한 점을 집중적으로 보완해야 할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다. 병원웹사이트를 운영함에 있어서도 수요자들이 원하는 정보를 다양한 방법으로 접근 가능하게 하고 일본인 의료관광객들에 대한 온라인 상담 또한 신속하고 원만하게 이루어질 수 있도록 다양한 방안이 모색되어져야한다.

본 연구는 스타트업을 대상으로 앙트레프레니얼 마케팅의 성공요인을 도출하기 위해 탐색적 연구를 실시하였다. 델파이(Delphi) 분석을 통해 앙트레프레니얼 마케팅의 성공요인으로 진취성, 계산된 위험관리, 혁신성, 기회지향, 외부자원 활용, 고객집중성, 가치창출, 가격설정, 마케팅커뮤니케이션, 경로관리, 제품개발, 판매, 마케팅 정보관리 등 13개의 항목을 도출하였다. 주요 속성의 중요도와 실행도를 측정하기 위해 IPA분석을 실시하였다. 제 1사분면(좋은 성과 지속적 유지)에는 진취성, 계산된 위험관리, 기회지향, 외부자원 활용, 고객 집중성이 위치하였다. 제 2사분면(집중개선)에는 혁신성이 위치하였다. 제 3사분면(저우선 순위)에는 경로관리, 판매, 마케팅 정보관리 능력이 위치하였다. 제 4사분면(현상유지)에는 가격설정능력, 제품개발능력이 위치하였다. 이러한 결과는 스타트업에서 필요한 앙트레프레니얼 마케팅의 요인은 진취성, 계산된 위험관리, 혁신성, 기회지향, 외부자원활용, 고객집중성, 가치창출 등이며, 창업초기단계에서는 고객 중심의 기회를 탐색하고 진취성이고 혁신적인 마케팅 활동을 통해 가치를 창출하는 활동이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to measure the priority items according to attributes and analyze the differences between the importance and satisfaction rates through the IPA for the university service. The results in the study are as follow: First, from the result of the factorial analysis, 5 factors are included First, the possibilities for development of universities, universities' physical environment, Universities' administrative (employee) services, majors' educational services, and majors' laboratory environment. Second, as the total average value for important attributes of the universities is 3.50 and the average value of satisfaction is 2.91, there were significant differences (p<0.001). Third, in the analytical result of IPA, the 1st quadrant includes faster developments than other universities, departments' characterization, etc. The 2nd quadrant includes the convenience to issue all kinds of certificates, kindness of administrative staffs, etc. The 3rd quadrant includes convenience of the procedure to improve unsatisfactory services, development efforts to benchmark advanced universities, etc. Finally, the 4th quadrant includes heavy investments in education and environment, efforts to reflect students' demands, and needs, etc. Even though the importance of research subjects related to university services for these attributes is high, they are not fully satisfied, and there are plenty of dissatisfied students. Therefore, urgent supplementations to increase students' satisfaction rates are important. Form the results of the study, it has been found that urgent efforts to improve satisfaction rates of university students who major in catering cooking in the university services are essential and special plans to build competitive systems which can provide high-quality services are also necessary.

The purpose of this study was to verify the analysis of level of importance and satisfaction in recognitions of elementary school students on useful classes among school sport clubs using Importance-Performance analysis. In order to achieve this objective, samples were taken by using convenience sampling method among non-probability sampling methods, and 384 data were used as the final valid samples for this study except 16 data with missing items or insincere responses. The results of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, independent samples t-test, IPA analysis by using SPSS 20.0 were as follows. First, Iquadrant included education contents of enhance ability to ingenuity, teaching method of provides option, teaching method of encourage participation activity, education contents of the aspect of fun, evaluation of motor function and emotion, education contents of explains key contents easily, and education contents of understanding overall context. II quadrant included education environment of good sport facility, class environment of fair opportunity for activity, class atmosphere of arouses interest, and class atmosphere of autonomous and voluntary. III quadrant included diverse teaching method and instructor's demonstration, class atmosphere of systematic learning, evaluation of fairness, objectivity, and credibility, and an atmosphere that can exercise. IV quadrant included education contents of enable acquisition of knowledge and degree of improvement into consideration, and class atmosphere of trust and respect between instructor and student.
