지문인식시스템은 사용자의 지문을 전자적으로 읽어 미리 입력된 데이터와 비교해 본인 여부를 판별하여 사용자의 신분을 확인하는 시스템이다. 지문인식시스템의 성능은 지문 인식에 걸리는 시간이나 정확도 등에 좌우된다. 본 논문에서는 지문인식시스템의 품질 수준을 평가하기 위해 ISO 품질평가 표준을 기반으로 효율성에 관한 평가모델을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 표준에 입각한 평가기준 구축과 활용에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study proposes an optimal design for a robotic welding system for a high-strength steel armor plate. In order to identify the welding defect parameters, we analyzed the 4M (man, machine, materials, method) characteristics diagram, as well as a cause and effect matrix, to improve the productivity and quality of welding defects. From these analyses, we designed optimal welding conditions and carried out welding tests -- such as mechanical testing and macro structure tests - with positive results. We determined that it was possible to obtain a quality similar to manual welding with our robotic welding system. In the future, we expect that the system will be used as inspiration for future welding system designs.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the status and problems of the e-Learning quality assurance system on e-Learning contents and service provider(institutes) in the field of enterprise education. In addition, the research is to suggest the direction and strategies for revising and developing the system. The research put emphasis on two systems of the e-Learning quality assurance(contents, service provider) which directly influence financial support of government. This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by expert panel meetings. In the case of the quality assurance system on e-Learning contents, the followings are suggested; (1)admitting the contents made of the combination of modules in the approved module set, (2)making easier the qualifying of modified contents for maintenance, (3)revising evaluation criteria, (4)providing substantial feedback. In the field of service provider, the followings are requested; (1)differentiating of qualifying system by industry and scale of company, (2)extending the qualifying cycle, (3)improving the feedback and sharing system.

Thermal performance of fusing system in laser printer is determined by FPOT(First print out time) required and toner fusing quality. FPOT is influenced by the thermal resistance of fusing system between heat source and nip region. Also FPOT is depended by the heat source power and toner fusing temperature. The fusing quality of toner is decided by the temperature, pressure and duration time in nip region. In this study, I have performed thermal analysis for the toner fusing system. Computational simulation has been used to understand the effect of heat source power and printing speed etc. on the temperature distribution of the fusing system. Also in order to predict fusing quality, numerical simulation of the process that paper is continuously supplied to the nip regions were performed. In comparison with the experimental results of the fusing quality vs transferred calory to the toner layer, I could evaluate various fusing condition parameters effected on the thermal performance.

본 연구는 방위사업청에서 운용하고 있는 군수품관리를 위한 시스템의 서비스 품질, 서비스 가치, 서비스 만족 및 서비스 신뢰간의 관계에 대한 연구이다. 방위사업청에서는 군수품을 효율적으로 관리하고 지원하기 위해 여러개의 시스템을 운용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 군수목록관리시스템의 서비스 품질을 중심으로 연구를 진행하였는데, 이는 방위사업청 개청 이후 군수목록관리시스템 서비스가 방산업체로부터 년간 가장 많은 서비스요청을 받고 있기 때문에 시스템의 서비스에 대한 연구대상으로 적합하다고 판단하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 군수목록관리시스템서비스를 제공하는 직원들의 근무 방향과 향후 문제점을 개선시킨 시스템 구축방향을 도출하였다. 또한 이를 실무에 적용하여 방산업체들로부터 신뢰를 받고, 보다 우수한 품질의 군수목록관리시스템 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 신속하고 정확한 서비스제공은 군수품의 신속한 납품과 수출로도 이어져 방산업체의 이익 증대 및 자주국방과 국가경제발전에 기여하게 될 것이다.

Purpose: In this study, we propose that how to approach a effective system engineering and optimize system engineering management process for the mass production weapon system parts localization development process and success in DTaQ. Methods: To approach a effective system engineering for the mass production weapon system parts localization, we analyze a weapon system acquisition process and system engineering process of Republic of Korea and DTaQ parts localization business regulations in advance. after results of analysis of them, we implement a optimized parts localization development system engineering based on ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288. Results: In order to apply International Standard ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 to the mass production weapon system parts localization development process, we compare the mass production weapon system parts localization acquisition environment with ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288 and analyze them. therefore, It is possible to implement a part of concept stage and development stage of ISO/IEC/IEEE total life cycle stage for the mass production weapon system parts localization development process. To achieve the technical review milestones of DTaQ parts localization business regulations in the selected stages of ISO/IEC/IEEE, the development and management agency perform 2 high rank process and 19 low rank process specified in ISO/IEC/IEEE. Conclusion: When the development and management agency perform the mass production weapon system parts localization development using the proposed system engineering approach, they should easily meet milestone through the clarified requirement and simplified System Engineering output documents in limited development period.

본 연구의 목적은 DeLone과 McLean이 제안한 정보시스템 성공모형을 기반으로 병원정보시스템에 대한 성공모델을 제안하는 것이다. 병원정보시스템의 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질과 사용자 만족, 개인성과, 병원성과와의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 연구를 수행하였다. 정보품질은 정보의 정확성과 적시성, 시스템품질은 보안성과 신뢰성, 서비스품질은 편리성과 유희성으로 살펴보았다. 2020년 10월부터 12월까지 병원에 근무하고 있는 직원들을 대상으로 209부의 설문지를 회수하였고, AMOS 25를 활용하여 구조방정식 모델로 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 병원정보시스템의 정보의 정확성은 사용자 만족에 영향을 미쳤지만, 정보의 적시성은 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 시스템품질인 보안성과 신뢰성은 사용자 만족에 영향을 미쳤지만 편리성은 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 반면, 유희성은 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 사용자 만족은 개인성과와 병원성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 병원정보시스템뿐만 아니라 헬스케어 관련 분야의 연구자들과 실무자들에게 의미 있는 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The efficient quality assurance system to prevent mixed assembly in introduced in this paper, It supports JIT(Just-In-Time) based Kanban and demand pull system. A new system is designed for the synchronized production and quality assurance using barcode and production kanban card, And the performance improvement method for the stable and fast response of the proposed system is suggested in this paper also. As the result of the proposed system, we improved production status visibility and quality traceability.

Defense industries which require high reliability need an optimized quality management system with well-planned implementation. And the government should examine the overall status of defense industries, then establish practical policies with a proper support plan in required areas to upgrade the quality management level of manufacturers. Thus, DTaQ developed the model for 2 years from 2014, which specialized in quality management level analysis for defense industries. And a survey has been undertaken with that model by DTaQ and Korea Research Center in 2016. The surveyed companies randomly sampled among those which have more than 30 employees and delivery history over past 3 years, and finally 106 defense industries were selected. This paper present survey method and indexes for survey of defense industry quality management level. The survey was conducted in the order of planning, data collection and data processing, and the validity and reliability of the data were verified to increase objectivity of survey results. The survey contents mainly consist of system quality and management quality. System quality includes Product Development Management, Production Operation Management, supply chain quality management, Safety & Environment Management and Reliability Management, on the other hand, management quality includes Strategic Leadership, Human Resource Management, Customer Market Management and Information & Knowledge Management. Thus this proposes the current overall quality management status of the 106 defense industries and shows level differences by company sizes and manufacturing sectors based on the result of survey. Specifically, this paper enables to track the areas which need prompt government support with the policy directions to make quality management level higher. Therefore, it is expected that this can be used as reference data in establishing quality policies for military supplies in the future.

초기 창업업체 및 기술 창업 중소기업에 ISO 품질경영관리 시스템의 적용 여부에 따라 기업의 영속성에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 확인한다. 특히 기술창업 중소기업의 품질경영관리 시스템이 전체 SYSTEM 에서 중요하게 차지하는 부분이 연구개발보다는 재무, 관리, 품질관리 부문의 경영관리 SYSTEM 적용이 중요함을 인지하고 있다. 각 사업구조별 의료기기 제작업체, 핸드폰 중개기 제작업체, 해외 중국업체이며 디젤엔진용 부품 제작업체 3개사의 성공 사례와 실패 사례 1개사를 통해 품질경영관리 SYSTEM을 적용하지 않은 업체의 문제점과 품질관리, 제품관리, 생산관리가 효율적 관리가 이루어지지 않아 생기는 재무적, 경제적, 관리적 문제점에 대해서 알아보고 그 원인에 대해서 연구하고 분석해본다. 사례 대상 업체에 품질경영관리 SYSTEM을 적용 후 부적합사항을 개선한 사례를 알아본다. 또한, 실패한 1개사를 선정 실패 사례를 통해 기업의 안정성과 영속성을 유지하기 위해 품질경영관리 SYSTEM을 적용 후 품질경영관리 매뉴얼과 절차서에 의거 실천 여부에 따라 사업의 성공과 실패가 판가름 남을 알 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 최근 기업내부에서는 내부 심사원등을 선임하여 지속 개선활동을 시행해야 하고 기업의 발전과 영속성을 원하는 업체는 반드시 품질경영관리시스템을 반영하여야만 함을 설명한다.
