In this paper, we investigate a certain type of q-difference Riccati equation in the complex plane. We prove that q-difference Riccati equation possesses a one parameter family of meromorphic solutions if it has three distinct meromorphic solutions. Furthermore, we find that all meromorphic solutions of q-difference Riccati equation and corresponding second order linear q-difference equation can be expressed by q-gamma function if this q-difference Riccati equation admits two distinct rational solutions and $q{\in}{\mathbb{C}}$ such that 0 < ${\mid}q{\mid}$ < 1. The growth and value distribution of differences of meromorphic solutions of q-difference Riccati equation are also treated.

Let GF(q) be a finite field with q elements where q=p$^{n}$ for a prime number p and a positive integer n. Consider an arbitrary function .phi. from GF(q) into GF(q). By using the Largrange's Interpolation formula for the given function .phi., .phi. can be represented by a polynomial which is congruent (mod x$^{q}$ -x) to a unique polynomial over GF(q) with the degree < q. In [3], Wells characterized all polynomial over a finite field which commute with translations. Mullen [2] generalized the characterization to linear polynomials over the finite fields, i.e., he characterized all polynomials f(x) over GF(q) for which deg(f) < q and f(bx+a)=b.f(x) + a for fixed elements a and b of GF(q) with a.neq.0. From those papers, a natural question (though difficult to answer to ask is: what are the explicit form of f(x) with zero terms\ulcorner In this paper we obtain the exact form (together with zero terms) of a polynomial f(x) over GF(q) for which satisfies deg(f) < p$^{2}$ and (1) f(x+a)=f(x)+c for the fixed nonzero elements a and c in GF(q).

본 연구는 자연언어시스템에서 색인어와 탐색어의 특정성에 기인하는 재현율 감소를 극복하기 위한 방법론으로써 탐색어의 확장을 통한 검색효율을 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 우리말 데이터베이스를 대상으로 주제전문가가 자연언어로 작성한 원 질의문 (Q1), 원 질의문에 사용된 탐색어와 데이터베이스내의 색인어간의 유사도를 이용하여 탐색어를 확장한 질의문 (Q2(0.2), Q2(0.3)), 주제전문가인 이용자가 Q1의 의미적인 관계를 고려해서 자연언어로 탐색어를 확장한 질의문 (Q3)을 검색효율면에서 비교하였다. 실험결과, 평균재현율은 Q2(0.2), Q2(0.3), Q3, Q1의 검색의 순이었다. 평균정확율은 Q3, Q2(0.3), Q1, Q2(0.2)검색의 순으로 나타났다.

In this study, we mean that timelike q-helices are curves whose q-frame fields make a constant angle with a non-zero fixed axis. We present the necessary and sufficient conditions for timelike curves via the q-frame to be q-helices in Lorentz-Minkowski 3-space. Then we find some results of the relations between q-helices and Darboux q-helices. Furthermore, we portray Darboux q-helices as special curves whose Darboux vector makes a constant angle with a non-zero fixed axis by choosing the curve as one of the types of q-helices, and also the general case.

Coenzyme $Q_{10}$ and six derivatives of coenzyme $Q_n$ were synthesized and tested for their antioxidative effects occurred in proximal tubular epithelial cell (LLC-PK1 cell) and cytotoxicities using in NIH/3T3 cell. As the result, synthetic coenzyme $Q_n$ derivatives showed a potent antioxidative effect compared to coenzyme $Q_{10}$. Among these synthetic compounds, coenzyme $Q_3$-C at ranged 0.04 to 0.4 mmol showed the $107.7{\sim}135.9%$ of cell viability in LLC-PK1 cell. In the test of NIH/3T3, all synthesized coenzyme $Q_n$ derivatives showed the similar effect compared with coenzyme $Q_{10}$. A correlation between isoprene unit number of coenzyme $Q_n$ derivatives and its biological effects, we suggest reduction of isoprene unit number of $Q_n$ derivatives may be related to the increase of antioxidants effects and the reduction of cytotoxicities.

The RMR and Q-system for characterizing rock mass and drilling core, and for estimating the support and reinforcement measures in mine galleries, tunnels and caverns have been widely used by engineers. SMR has been widely used in the rock mass classification for rock slope, but Q-Slope has been introduced into slopes since 2015. In the last ten years, a modified Q-system called Q-slope has been tested by the many authors for application to the benches in open pit mines and excavated road rock slopes. The results have shown that a simple correlation exists between Q-slope values and the long-term stable and unsupported slope angles. Just as RMR and Q have been used together in a tunnel or underground space and complemented by comparison, Q-Slope can be used in parallel with SMR. This paper introduces how to use Q-Slope which has not been announced in Korea and application examples of Pasir open pit coal mine in Indonesia.

Interstitial deletions involving the chromosome band 15q22q24 are very rare and only nine cases have been previously reported. Here, we report on a 12-day-old patient with a de novo 15q22q23 interstitial deletion. He was born by elective cesarean section with a birth weight of 3,120 g at 41.3-week gestation. He presented with hypotonia, sensory and neural hearing loss, dysmorphism with frontal bossing, flat nasal bridge, microretrognathia with normal palate and uvula, thin upper lip in an inverted V-shape, a midline sacral dimple, severe calcanovalgus at admission, and severe global developmental delay at 18 months of age. Fluorescence in situ hybridization findings confirmed that the deleted regions contained at least 15q22. The chromosome analysis revealed a karyotype of 46,XY,del(15) (q22q23). Parental chromosome analysis was performed and results were normal. After reviewing the limited literature on interstitial 15q deletions, we believe that the presented case is the first description of mapping of an interstitial deletion involving the chromosome 15q22q23 segment in Korea. This report adds to the knowledge of the clinical phenotype associated with the 15q22q23 deletion.

Let G be a group. Let R be a G-graded commutative ring with identity and M be a G-graded multiplication module over R. A proper graded submodule Q of M is semiprime if whenever $I^nK{\subseteq}Q$, where $I{\subseteq}h(R)$, n is a positive integer, and $K{\subseteq}h(M)$, then $IK{\subseteq}Q$. We characterize semiprime submodules of M. For example, we show that a proper graded submodule Q of M is semiprime if and only if grad$(Q){\cap}h(M)=Q+{\cap}h(M)$. Furthermore if M is finitely generated then we prove that every proper graded submodule of M is contained in a graded semiprime submodule of M. A proper graded submodule Q of M is said to be almost semiprime if (grad(Q)$\cap$h(M))n(grad$(0_M){\cap}h(M)$) = (Q$\cap$h(M))n(grad$(0_M){\cap}Q{\cap}h(M)$). Let K, Q be graded submodules of M. If K and Q are almost semiprime in M such that Q + K $\neq$ M and $Q{\cap}K{\subseteq}M_g$ for all $g{\in}G$, then we prove that Q + K is almost semiprime in M.

Leaves of various, 3 to 5-year-old Quercus hybrids were intermediate in size between their parental species. The petiole length was the smallest in the hybrids of Q. dentata ${\times}$ Q. crispula $F_1$ and was intermediate in the hybrids of Q. aliena ${\times}$ Q. serrata $F_1$ and Q. dentata ${\times}$ Q. aliena $F_1$ between their parents. The number of serration in hybrids was close to their mother tree's in most of crossing combinations. The serration depth and the ratio between longitudinal and transverse length of leaves were intermediate between the values of their parental species.

In this paper we construct a new type of $q$-Bernstein polynomials related to $q$-Euler numbers and polynomials with weak weight ${\alpha}$ ; $E^{(\alpha)}_{n,q}$, $E^{(\alpha)}_{n,q}(x)$ respectively. Some interesting results and relationships are obtained.
