  • Using the Lukasiewicz 3-valued implication operator, the notion of an (${\alpha},{\beta}$)-intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal of a hemiring is introduced, where ${\alpha},{\beta}{\in}\{{\in},q,{\in}{\wedge}q,{\in}{\vee}q\}$. We define intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal with thresholds ($s,t$) of a hemiring R and investigate their various properties. We characterize intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal with thresholds ($s,t$) and (${\alpha},{\beta}$)-intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal of a hemiring R by its level sets. We establish that an intuitionistic fuzzy set A of a hemiring R is a (${\in},{\in}$) (or (${\in},{\in}{\vee}q$) or (${\in}{\wedge}q,{\in}$)-intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal of R if and only if A is an intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal with thresholds (0, 1) (or (0, 0.5) or (0.5, 1)) of R respectively. It is also shown that A is a (${\in},{\in}$) (or (${\in},{\in}{\vee}q$) or (${\in}{\wedge}q,{\in}$))-intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal if and only if for any $p{\in}$ (0, 1] (or $p{\in}$ (0, 0.5] or $p{\in}$ (0.5, 1] ), $A_p$ is a fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal. Finally, we prove that an intuitionistic fuzzy set A of a hemiring R is an intuitionistic fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal with thresholds ($s,t$) of R if and only if for any $p{\in}(s,t]$, the cut set $A_p$ is a fuzzy left (right) $h$-ideal of R.

  • In this paper we propose a levitation and imbalance compensation controller design methodology of magnetic bearing system. In order to achieve levitation and elimination of unbalance vibartion in some operation speed we use the discrete-time Q-parameterization control. When rotor speed p = 0 there are no rotor unbalance, with frequency equals to the rotational speed. So in order to make levitatiom we choose the Q-parameterization controller free parameter Q such that the controller has poles on the unit circle at z = 1. However, when rotor speed p $\neq$ 0 there exist sinusoidal disturbance forces, with frequency equals to the rotational speed. So in order to achieve asymptotic rejection of these disturbance forces, the Q-parameterization controller free parameter Q is chosen such that the controller has poles on the unit circle at z = $exp^{ipTs}$ for a certain speed of rotation p ( $T_s$ is the sampling period). First, we introduce the experimental setup employed in this research. Second, we give a mathematical model for the magnetic bearing in difference equation form. Third, we explain the proposed discrete-time Q-parameterization controller design methodology. The controller free parameter Q is assumed to be a proper stable transfer function. Fourth, we show that the controller free parameter which satisfies the design objectives can be obtained by simply solving a set of linear equations rather than solving a complicated optimization problem. Finally, several simulation and experimental results are obtained to evaluate the proposed controller. The results obtained show the effectiveness of the proposed controller in eliminating the unbalance vibrations at the design speed of rotation.

  • Background: Early rehabilitation after partial meniscectomy is important to recover the balance of the vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis and prevent pathological problems in the lower extremities and the whole body. Objective: To compare muscle activations for patients after partial meniscectomy. Design: Dual-group Pretest-Posttest Design from the Quasi-Experimental Research. Methods: Twenty participants after partial meniscectomy were recruited and were randomly divided into a Q-setting sensorimotor training group (QSMTG) and Q-setting exercise group (QSEG). Muscle activity of the vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis was measured before and after intervention. Results: In the two groups, the vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis activations increased significantly (P<.05). The Q-setting sensorimotor training group showed more increases than the Q-setting exercise group, and there were significant differences between the groups (P<.05). The activation ratio of the vastus medialis oblique and vastus lateralis had increasingly significant differences in the Q-setting sensorimotor training group (P<.05), and there were no significant differences between the groups (P>.05). Conclusion: Q-setting exercise with sensorimotor training was a useful method that improved the balance of vastus medialis oblique (VMO) and vastus lateralis (VL) activity after meniscectomy.

  • Let G be a finiteg oroup. We denote BG a classifying space of G, which a contractible universal principal G bundle EG. The stable type of BG does not determine G up to isomorphism. A simple example [due to N. Minami]is given by $Q_{4p} \times Z/2$ and $D_{2p} \times Z/4$ where ps is an odd prime, $Q_{4p} is the generalized quarternion group of order 4p and $D_{2p}$ is the dihedral group of order 2p. However the paper [6] gives us a necessary and sufficient condition for $BG_1$ and $BG_2$ to be stably equivalent localized et pp. The local stable type of BG depends on the conjegacy classes of homomorphisms from the p-groups Q into G. This classification theorem simplifies if G has a normal sylow p-subgroup. Then the stable homotopy type depends on the Weyl group of the sylow p-subgroup.

  • This study was executed to analyze the vegetational landscape structure and administration planning of Heonin Royal Tomb forest by three kinds of ordination techniques (PCA, RA and DCA) and comparison of the couple photographs between 1920s and 1980s. Seventeen sites in the recreation area and fifteen sites in the protective area were sampled with clumped sampling method in June 1988 and five quadrats were examined in each site. Environmental impact grade 3, 4 and 5 area covered 56.4% of the surveyed area and these area should be restored by the input of human energy. Pinus densifora community of actual vegetation covered 8.4%, Alnus japonica 24.2% and Quercus community 40.9% of the total area. And the afforested vegetation of Pinus koraiensis and Pinus rigida covered 23.1 % The recreation area was divided by P. densiflora, P. densiflora-Quercus aliena, A. japonica-Q.aliena, A. japonica and the protective area by Q. acutissima, Q. aliena, A. japonica-Q. aliena.. DCA ordination showed that successional trends of tree species seem to be from P. densiflora, Sorbus alnifolia, Styrax obassia to Q. variabilis Q. serrata in P. densiflora community and from A. japonica through A. ginnala to Q. aliena in A. japonica community of the upper layer. By the comparison of the couple photographs between 1920s and 1980s, we can recognize the change of historical landscape composed of P. densiflora community and those community is succeeded to Q. aliena.

  • This study was carried out to examine the relationships between seasonal variations of soil $CO_2$ efflux rates and soil environmental factors in matured Pinus densiflora and Quercus variabilis stands in the Wola national experimental forests, southern Korea. Soil $CO_2$ efflux rates were measured monthly from March 2015 to February 2016. Mean soil $CO_2$ efflux rates during the study period were significantly higher in the Q. variabilis ($mean{\pm}standard$ error; $2.27{\pm}0.22{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}s^{-1}$) than in the P. densiflora ($1.63{\pm}0.12{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}s^{-1}$) stands. Mean soil water content and pH were also significantly higher in the Q. variabilis ($26.96{\pm}0.93%$, pH 5.19) than in the P. densiflora ($21.32{\pm}0.89%$, pH 4.87) stands, while soil temperature was not significantly different between the P. densiflora ($13.92{\pm}0.67^{\circ}C$) and in the Q. variabilis ($13.52{\pm}0.70^{\circ}C$) stands. $Q_{10}$ values were higher in the Q. variabilis (3.35) than in the P. densiflora (2.72) stands. The results indicate that soil $CO_2$ efflux rates in Q. variabilis stand could be more sensitive by the change of soil temperature compared with P. densiflora stand under a similar site environmental condition.

  • For imaginary quadratic number fields F = $\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{{\varepsilon}p_1{\ldots}p_{t-1}})$, where ${\varepsilon}{\in}${-1,-2} and distinct primes $p_i{\equiv}1$ mod 4, we give condition of 8-ranks of class groups C(F) of F equal to 1 or 2 provided that 4-ranks of C(F) are at most equal to 2. Especially for F = $\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{{\varepsilon}p_1p_2)$, we compute densities of 8-ranks of C(F) equal to 1 or 2 in all such imaginary quadratic fields F. The results are stated in terms of congruence relation of $p_i$ modulo $2^n$, the quartic residue symbol $(\frac{p_1}{p_2})4$ and binary quadratic forms such as $p_2^{h+(2_{p_1})/4}=x^2-2p_1y^2$, where $h+(2p_1)$ is the narrow class number of $\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{2p_1})$. The results are also very useful for numerical computations.
