중년 직장인의 퇴직 후 창업효능감 및 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Study on Factors for Efficacy and Purpose of Starting Business after Middle Aged Workers' Retirement)

  • 본 연구는 중년직장인의 퇴직 후 창업효능감과 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구로서, 이들 종속변수들과 창업자 개인의 혁신성, 성취욕구, 위험감수성향, 통제소재, 그리고 가족지지와의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 서울 및 경기지역에 근무하는 중년직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 총 346부의 자료를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인의 성취욕구, 위험감수성향 그리고 통제소재가 강할수록 창업효능감이 높고 둘째, 혁신성, 성취욕구 그리고 위험감수성향이 높을수록 창업의도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며 셋째, 가족지지는 성취욕구와 창업효능감 간에 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 개인특성, 가족지지, 창업효능감 그리고 창업의도는 부분적으로 차이가 났다.

  • 북한이탈주민은 남한사회에서 적응하는 과정에서 경험하는 경제적인 어려움은 낮은 소득수준과 전문성 부족에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 북한이탈주민을 대상으로 하는 창업지원을 위해서 정책과 제도개선 방안을 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구결과 창업자의 개인적 특성인 자기효능감이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업동기와 창업교육도 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 적응의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과 창업자의 개인적 특성 중 위험감수성향과 창업경험이 사회적응과의 상호작용과 창업동기와 사회적응의 상호작용을 통해서 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 북한이탈주민의 효율적인 창업지원 정착을 위해서는 창업자의 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 창업교육이 필요하며, 창업동기와 위험감수성향과 사회적응 정도에 따라 창업지원이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

예비 창업자의 정서지능이 기업가정신에 미치는 영향: 개인창의성 매개 효과 (Effect of Prospective Entrepreneur's Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurship: Mediating Effect of Personal Creativity)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study analyzes the effect of emotional intelligence on entrepreneurship mediated by personal creativity, and an effective. Design/methodology/approach - A questionnaire was administered to approximately 141 students. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS statistical package. Findings - First, emotional intelligence had a positive effect on personal creativity. Second, Personal creativity was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. Specifically, personal creativity mediated the relationship between emotional expression intelligence and entrepreneurship, but did not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship and the facilitation of cognitive intelligence. Lastly, prospective entrepreneur's emotional intelligence is seen to have a positive effect on entrepreneurship, and personal creativity plays a role in mediating between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. Therefore, supplementary measures are needed to place more importance on emotional intelligence in entrepreneurship education related to starting a business, which had not been appropriately addressed until now. Research implications or Originality - The implications of this study are that policies are needed to develop entrepreneurship skills in those who are interested in starting a business, and that follow-up studies on entrepreneurship are needed.

산후조리간호 관리자 교육과정 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of an Education Curriculum for Maternal-Child Health Center Managers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a specialized education curriculum aimed at helping nurses prepare for running and managing a Maternal-Child Health Center (Postpartum Care Center). Method: This study was conducted by an academy and industry joint research group consisting of professors of Nursing, and nurses actually running a Postpartum Care Center. The group compiled job descriptions of nursing through document research, interviews and observation during site visits, surveys, and seminars. They then performed a feasibility study and developed the final curriculum. Result: The education curriculum is a 32-week(2semester) program compromised of a theory part (12 credits, 180 hours) covering maternal and infant care and business start-up and field practice (3 credits, 45 hours). Courses in the theory part include an antenatal care, overview and details of maternal care, starting a business and its management. Of these courses, the overview of a maternal care course was developed with web-based contents. Field practice is designed to give students opportunities to visit Postpartum Care Centers, observe the care provided, and get hands-on experience. Conclusion: The specialized education curriculum is a 32-week course comprised of 12 credits on theory of antenatal care, overview and details of maternal care, infant care, starting and operating a business and 3 credits of field practice.

소규모자영업의 경제적$\cdot$교육적 지원 선택의 영향요인 (The Determinants of Economic and Educational Supports Selection of Small Self-employed Business)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the influencing factors on the economic and educational supports selection of small self-employed business. A sample of 321 was selected from self-employed workers living in Daegu. For data analysis, logistic regression was used. The major findings were as follows: 1 The determinants of the economic supports selection in self-employed business were father's working experiences in self-employed business, taking employees or not in business, having housing ownership or not, and as well as the amount of starting capital. 2. The determinants of the educational supports selection in self-employed business were self-employer's working experience as self-employed before or not, and empowerment with self-employed work.

Career Management and Employees Retention in Professional Service Organizations: An Empirical Study from Indonesia

  • The purpose of this study is to see how career management affects employee retention in professional service businesses (PSOs). The role of knowledge and skills as moderating variables in the relationship between career management and intention to stay is also investigated. A review of the literature on career management, which includes promotion, training, mentorship, starting salary, and the laxity-stringency of organizational entry-exit rules, leads to the hypothesis that career management positively affects employees' intentions to stay. Such a positive impact may differ between knowledgeable and skilled employees and their less knowledgeable and skilled counterparts. Cross-sectional data is obtained from 200 professionals working for various PSOs. Stepwise regression is employed to analyze the data. The research found that career management positively affects the intention to stay. The impact of promotion, training and mentorship on the intention to stay is moderated by knowledge and skills. Conversely, knowledge and skills do not moderate the effect of starting salary and the laxity-stringency of organizational entry-exit on intention to stay. The study's findings imply that by implementing effective career management, talented professionals can be retained. However, the level of knowledge and skills should be carefully considered. These findings offer significant insights into human capital management, particularly in PSOs.

The Determinants of Entrepreneurial Intentions in Local Brand Fashion: A Perspective from Vietnamese Youth.

  • In recent years, entrepreneurship has become a significant movement in Vietnam. Vietnamese youth has paid more attention on entrepreneurship. Local brand fashion is currently booming in Vietnam. Many young Vietnamese choose to start up in local brand fashion. Vietnamese government has show strong commitment to support entrepreneurial movement among young people. Purpose: The research focused on assessing the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions in local brands fashion in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: The sample size consist of 293 young Vietnamese who are passionate on starting up their business in fashion. The research method employ Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and SPSS software is used to analysze the collected data. Data collection involved a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and case studies. Results: The research findings confirm the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions in local brand fashions are Attitude towards behavior, Subjective norms, Cognitive behavioral control, Entrepreneurship education, and Capital. Conclusion: The study not only delved into the influencing elements for starting a business but also examined the current landscape of the youth-oriented local fashion brand market. Managerial implications are provided to promote entrepreneurial intention among young Vietnamese in fashion industry. Limitations and further research are also discussed to provide recommended research directions for future studies.

창업 교육이 중장년 창업에 미치는 영향 (The impact of entrepreneurship education on middle-aged and older people starting their own business)

  • 최근 몇 년 동안 기업에서 근무했던 중장년층들이 퇴직하는 경우가 많아지면서 창업에 관심을 가지게 되면서 중장년들의 창업률이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 창업하려는 만 40세 이상의 예비창업자를 대상으로 창업교육을 수행하는 것에 있어서 교육 서비스 품질 및 만족도, 교육기관에 대한 신뢰성을 분석하여, 향후 창업교육이 창업에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 이후 창업교육의 품질 향상을 위하여 교육의 전략을 수립하는 것에 있다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위하여 가설을 수립하였으며 교육을 받은 만 40세 이상의 예비창업자 및 퇴직자를 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 중장년 창업교육의 만족도를 높이는 것들은 확신 성과 신뢰성이 궁극적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 만족도는 신뢰도에 의미가 있는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구는 창업교육기관에서 지원기관 중심의 창업교육이 아니라 교육을 받는 교육생을 중심으로 교육을 제공하여야 한다는 점이다. 게다가 교육의 다양성으로 인해 교육내용 및 방법뿐만 아니라 지원 기관에서 근무하는 직원들의 교육도 중요하다는 점이다

The Effects of Creating Shared Value on Corporate Performance

  • Purpose - This study highlights the inter-dependence between business and society. Various business strategies like Corporate Philanthropy and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) are introduced to establish better relationship between business and society. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This study presents a research model clarifying the role of Creating Shared Value (CSV) and its influence on overall corporate performance. Further, we reveal the mediating role of corporate trust generated by various mechanisms of economic and social values, leading to enhanced corporate performance. Results - The proposed research model addresses five different proposals indicating that, by incorporating CSV approaches, organizations can create both business and social values. These values help positively influence corporate trust, ultimately facilitating improvements in overall corporate performance. Conclusions - CSV is currently in its early stage; it is difficult to gather meaningful data to measure its performance. However, this study seeks to connect CSV with other important factors such as corporate trust. The proposed model can be a starting point for a more empirical and formal conceptualization of CSV along with other important links.

기술 로드맵의 기초 작성을 위한 컨조인트 분석과 QFD (Conjoint Analysis and QFD for a Reliable Starting Point of Technology Roadmap)

  • The purpose of the current study is to suggest a reliable starting point for roadmapping to overcome two common shortcomings of previous literatures that they do not demonstrate a robust methodology for roadmap and they describe the roadmapping process in the abstract. The proposed methodology for roadmapping considers four important business- and market-related factors: consumer requirements, engineering characteristics, the gap between the roadmapped technology and competing technologies, and future changes in consumer preferences. We capture consumer preferences using conjoint analysis and interconnect the above four factors using QFD (Quality Function Deployment). The model is applied to power line communications (PLC). The results show that there is a significant difference between priorities assigned to the engineering characteristics by expert alone and priorities determined by the roadmapping model.
