The technology acceptance model(TAM) has been widely studied in IS research and Internet has been expanded very rapidly in modern society. The purpose of this study is to provide an internet acceptance model and test it empirically. This study extends the TAM model and motivation theory by adding gender. This model posits that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness correlate with Internet use, Test results are as follows: First, the survey suggested the three factors-perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness-affect the use of Internet. Second, Difference just appeared in case of perceived use of use between genders but not others-perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness. Third, the result represented that there was nothing that affected the use of Internet by itself among the three factors-perceived usefulness, ease of use and playfulness and perceived usefulness used gender as a moderated variable in the case of the use of Internet.

본 연구의 목적은 정보 이용 교육의 이론적 배경과 미국의 정보 이용 교육과정을 살펴보고, 우리 나라 초${\cdot}$중등 학교 교육에서 적용할 수 있는 정보 이용 교육과정을 개발, 실천한 사례를 교과 교육의 관점에서 고찰하는데 있다. 정보 사회의 학교 교육은 정보능력의 개발과 이를 위한 정보 이용 교육과정의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 급속히 변화하는 정보 사회에서 학교에서 배우는 지식은 그 유용성이 짧기 때문에 새로운 정보와 지식을 다루는 정보능력 교육의 중요성이 증가하고 있는 것이다. 정보능력은 문헌 정보, 영상 정보, 전자 통신 정보 체험 정보 등 각종 정보 매체를 통한 정보의 접근, 분석, 적용, 평가 능력을 의미한다. 정보이용 교육과정은 자신이 가지고 있는 지식과 새로운 정보를 탐구하여 모든 정보 과제를 해결하고 새로운 정보를 창조할 수 있는 정보능력을 함양하기 위한 교육과정이다.

While information technology(IT) users' behaviors has been considered one of the most important research topics and studied in very many ways, 'non-use' has not been focused as a research topic. However, understanding non-use provides new insights for analyzing and understanding the essential nature of IT uses with wider frames and more qualitative dimension. The objective of this study is to provide some guidelines for studying non-use. For this purpose, the previous studies for non-use were reviewed focusing on resistance, suggested potential research issues and some research methodologies based on grounded theory.

Recently, with the increasing popularity of smartphones, mobile applications have been being used in various sectors. In these environments, some mobile applications are being made for special purposes. The mobile campus application is one exemplary type of such special-purpose mobile applications, which have unique characteristics that allow only designated users, belonging to a specific group, to access and use relevant knowledge. The aim of this study is to identify and investigate critical success factors of mobile campus applications based on the DeLone & McLean's information systems (IS) success model and to find unique characteristics of mobile campus applications, compared to general-purpose mobile applications. In order to empirically test our research model, 199 samples were collected from students who actually had experience of using the mobile campus application of A university at least once. The findings of the structural equation modeling using SmartPLS 2.0 confirmed the DeLone & McLean's IS success model, with the exception for relationships between service quality and user satisfaction/intention to use. Moreover, the moderating role of sense of belonging to school on the relationships between quality-related factors (i.e., information, system, and service qualities) and success-related factors (i.e., user satisfaction and intention to use) was examined.

Government uses the Internet technology to create electronic Government(e-Government). E-Government is an on-going project, and it represents a strong intention of Korean government to make effective and smooth communication between Korean government and its people. To achieve this purpose, government portal sites is one of projects of e-government, being a common gateway for users to find information and to communicate with the government concerning many matters/any matter. However, user's attitudes and behaviors explaining why they intend to use government portal sites is a scant. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the determinants influencing users' intention to use government portal-sites. Starting with DeLone & McLean's Updated Information Success Model(2003), this study suggests three qualities(Information Quality, Systems Quality, and Service Quality) and two moderating effects(Ambiguity and Government Supports), which affect the perceived usefulness of government portal sites. Results show that the hypotheses were supported. The findings of the study suggest not only a new theoretical model for IS research, but also the important indicators of a successful usage of e-Government portal sites.

O2O service that combine online with offline service has been rapidly increasing and O2O service is the new trend that merges online commerce with traditional markets in various fields. The purpose of this study is to investigate influences of University Student's Perceived O2O application characteristics on O2O services satisfaction and continuous use intention. For this purpose, questionnaires including O2O application characteristics scale, customer perceived O2O satisfaction scale and O2O use intention scale were administered to 241 college students in Seoul. Regression analysis revealed that O2O application Characteristics showed influences of O2O service satisfaction. The O2O application charac*teristics showed influences of continuous use of intention of O2O services, O2O services satisfaction showed partial influence continuous use intention of O2O service. The result of this study is expected to provide implication as an initial study O2O service which is spreading with the growth of mobile ICT. Ultimately, the results of this study provide a number of theoretical and practical implications.

이 연구는 대구시민을 대상으로 공공도서관 공간 및 시설이용에 대한 일반적 인식 즉, 도서관의 개인적 비중과 중요성, 이용도, 접근성, 공간 및 시설이용의 만족도 등을 조사 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 대구시에 거주하는 주민 700명을 대상으로 인식도를 설문조사한 후에 성별, 연령대별, 거주지별로 이용상의 불만족 이유를 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 도서관 이용도를 중심으로 관련변수들을 상관 및 회귀분석 하여 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하였다.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the intention of using a news media platform using block chain through media company workers in a situation where various platform services using block chain are being newly released in the media industry. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to explore the development direction of the news media platform service using the block chain in the future by deriving implications through the characteristics of the block chain, user characteristics, and self-determination factors. Design/methodology/approach This study conducted a survey on the main characteristics of blockchain, user characteristics, self-determination, resistance to innovation, etc., and designed a research model by integrating factors on the continuity of intention to use the news media platform. Findings According to the empirical analysis result, in this study, it was confirmed that the intention to use the blockchain news media platform is significantly related to decentralization, which is a characteristic variable of the blockchain, perceived risk, which is a user characteristic variable, and competence and relationship, which is a self-determination variable. In addition, it was confirmed that it affects the perceived ease of use with respect to the intention to use. In addition, in this study, news writers write more careful articles as they cannot edit articles once written, which can contribute to improving the quality of news content.

Due to the fast development in computer and communication technologies, a video is now being more widely used than ever in many areas. The current information analyzing systems are originally built to process text-based data. Thus, it has little bits problems when it needs to correctly represent the ambiguity of a video, when it has to process a large amount of comments, or when it lacks the objectivity that the jobs require. We would like to purpose an algorithm that is capable of analyze a large amount of video efficiently. In a video, divided areas use a region growing and region merging techniques. To sample the color, we translate the color from RGB to HSI and use the information that matches with the representative colors. To sample the shape information, we use improved moment invariants(IMI) so that we can solve many problems of histogram intersection caused by current IMI and Jain. Sampled information on characteristics of the streaming media will be used to find similar frames.

In this study, users' perceptions and concerns about digital information resources were investigated, focusing on impediments to the use of digital resources, to devise measures for improvement by identifying factors that hinder the use of digital information resources. To achieve the purpose of the study, the research identifies the inconvenien ce factors and establishes the user inconvenience list based on prior research and the current status survey. Based on the derived list, a survey was conducted on users of public libraries. Through this study, it was found that the use of digital information resources can be enhanced by improving the internal library system. Specifically, it refers to improving search performance and accessibility of digital data, providing one-stop services for digital information resources through the operation of an integrated data management system, conducting customized user education, and establishing a digital information resource preservation system, e.g. web archiving. Also, improving the external environment and system, such as contracting with more libraries for digitized data use agreements, strengthening support, unifying the names and classifications of digital information resources, and simplifying the procedure for using digital information resources, is of great importance.
