The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between university students' dental fear and their psychological hardiness and subjective well-being, promote positive awareness of and access to dental service, and develop a plan for continuous oral health care. To collect data, convenience sampling of college students in North Jeolla Province was performed, and they were asked to complete a self-administered questionnaire from May 1 to 30, 2017. Dental fear was negatively correlated with both psychological hardiness and subjective well-being, and psychological hardiness and subjective well-being were positively correlated with each other. University students' dental fear, psychological hardiness, and subjective well-being were found to be correlated with one another; therefore, dental clinics need to apply a positive style of coping, taking into account psychological responses suitable for clinical competence on the basis of satisfactory communication, with the objective of promoting oral health.

The need for protecting computerized medical information has been growing as information and communication technology has rapidly been developed. Government is also promoting institutional improvement measures for the information protection of medical institutions. With more emphasis upon the efforts to enhance the information protection capability of the medical institution, however, it could increase stress to the hospital workers and cause a reduction in the quality of essential medical services of medical institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to research the stress from hospital workers to strengthen the protection of information that medical institutions to manage and its antecedents. Based on the results of relevant researches, this study selected several factors that affect the security stress, including work overload, invasion of privacy and work uncertainty. The sample for this study was 123 hospital workers who were surveyed by questionnaire. The factor analysis and multiple regression method were employed for the analysis of this study. The results of this study showed that work overload, invasion of privacy and some of work uncertainty were the main factors positively influencing the security stress.

Defense reform our military for the globalization of information. To withstand ever-changing environmental stresses, plants are equipped with phytohormone-mediated stress resistance mechanisms. Salt stress triggers abscisic acid (ABA) signaling, which enhances stress tolerance at the expense of growth. ABA is thought to inhibit the action of growth-promoting hormones, including brassinosteroids (BRs). However, the regulatory mechanisms that coordinate ABA and BR activity remain to be discovered. We noticed that ABA-treated seedlings exhibited small, round leaves and short roots, a phenotype that is characteristic of the BR signaling mutant, brassinosteroid insensitive1-9 (bri1-9). To identify genes that are antagonistically regulated by ABA and BRs, we examined published Arabidopsis microarray data sets. Of the list of genes identified, those upregulated by ABA but downregulated by BRs were enriched with a BRRE motif in their promoter sequences. After validating the microarray data using quantitative RT-PCR, we focused on RD26, which is induced by salt stress. Histochemical analysis of transgenic Arabidopsis plants expressing RD26pro:GUS revealed that the induction of GUS expression after NaCl treatment was suppressed by co-treatment with BRs, but enhanced by co-treatment with propiconazole, a BR biosynthetic inhibitor. Similarly, treatment with bikinin, an inhibitor of BIN2 kinase, not only inhibited RD26 expression, but also reduced the survival rate of the plant following exposure to salt stress. Our results suggest that ABA and BRs act antagonistically on their target genes at or after the BIN2 step in BR signaling pathways, and suggest a mechanism by which plants fine-tune their growth, particularly when stress responses and growth compete for resources.

This is a primitive experimental study to find effects of 10 times classwide peer tutoring on academic achievement, self-leadership and interpersonal ability of nursing students. According to the results of Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis test using SPSS/WIN 19.0, the motive of admission was the factor affecting the most mean ranks related to general characteristics. There were significant differences between academic achievements, cognitive strategy, and promoting relationships(p<.001; p=.020; p=.040), and there was a positive correlation between self-leadership and interpersonal ability(r=.296, p=.041) in Wilcoxon Signed Ranked test. As results of this study, the classwide peer tutoring could be applied in nursing classes for enhancing students' competence, but the researcher suggests further researches with wider range of subjects and setting control group.

The Korean Film Council which manages the Film Development Fund carried out a number of projects to support film production, distribution, and film policies. Also, this organization participated in promoting advanced film technology and foreign film location by constituting an incentive support. The projects consist of support for the operation of Namyangju filming studio and the film information system as well. It is necessary to scrutinize the projects regarding support for film production, which is the largest and most important among the whole projects, for continuous development of the Korean film industry. this study reviwed the fundraising status, budget, and support projects of the Center for National Film/Video Center CNC which operates the film fund in France analyzed film production support policy of the CNC. Through this, we verified necessity of stable financing and funding of the Korean Film Development Fund, support for creation of film music and support for overseas filming, and prepared activation plans for film co-production.

Lessons Learned(LL) is a military term defined as all activities that promote future development by finding problems and need improvement in education and reality in the field of warfare development. In this paper, we focus on presenting actual examples and applying AI analysis inference techniques to solve revealed problems in promoting LL activities, such as long-term analysis, budget problems, and necessary expertise. AI legal advice services using cognitive computing-related technologies that have already been practical and in use, were judged to be the best examples to solve the problems of LL. This paper presents intelligent LL inference techniques, which utilize AI. To this end, we want to explore theoretical backgrounds such as LL analysis definitions and examples, evolution of AI into Machine Learning, cognitive computing, and apply it to new technologies in the defense sector using the newly proposed L²-OODA ensemble algorithm to contribute to implementing existing power improvement and optimization.

This study presents how the recognition of nail care shop's SNS information and nail care service's quality affects to customer's satisfaction, with 257 women who is aged between 20 and 50, with survey. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information is comprised with understanding, utilization, and loyalty. The recognition of nail care service's quality is comprised with external service, internal service, and the service attitude of employee. All the factors are verified with feasibility study and reliability test. The information about nail care service can be found at the internet and SNS most. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information has positive effect with the satisfaction of SNS, and the recognition of nail care shop's quality has positive relationship with the satisfaction of nail care service. The various utilization of SNS service with systemic service attitude of employee can lead to positive effect of promoting a nail care shop.

With the development of SNS, companies and individuals are actively marketing through social media to develop their own products. It is also important to post posts promoting on simple SNS or to show a lot of exposure using algorithms, but customers upload reviews or proof shots of the product on their own, naturally increasing the exposure of the product and increasing the purchasing power of potential customers. As the number of products that users want to purchase through SNS is increasing, they want to access and purchase not only tangible products such as goods and food, but also intangible services through SNS. In this paper, we would like to study exhibitions that have both tangible and intangible characteristics. SNS accounts that mainly introduce these products by searching for reviews have been created while spending leisure time such as exhibitions and fairs, reducing the hassle of searching for personal interests on search engines, and providing prices and reviews from the exhibition's schedule, lowering entry barriers and increasing purchasing power. Using this point, many exhibitions not only display works, but also open various experience centers, and create a photo zone or a unique exhibition hall atmosphere to attract many customers. In this study, we study the impact of SNS on the leisure culture of exhibition. The marketing direction in the situation where SNS marketing is becoming the mainstream is presented, and the change in the form of exhibition is described and presented as an academic approach.
