  • Crowd Sourcing 기반의 Social App Manufacturing 환경에서는 소규모 앱 개발 프로젝트를 익명의 가상팀에 의해 시공간의 제약이 없이 수행하며 이를 위해 앱 개발 관리를 위한 자동화된 방법을 필요로 한다. Social App Manufacturing의 특징인 익명성을 갖는 가상팀은 프로젝트 진행 상황에 대한 가시성의 저하와 프로젝트 완료 여부의 불확실성을 증가시키는 핵심 요인이다. 본 연구에서는 Social App Manufacturing 환경하의 프로젝트 관리 방법의 하나로 개발 지연이 프로젝트에 주는 위험 영향을 정량적으로 측정할 수 있는 위험영향도 측정 모델을 제안한다. 제시한 측정 모델은 작업일정 지연에 따른 위험 영향 유형과 위험영향도 특성함수를 정의하고 진행 성과에 따른 프로젝트 위험영향도 측정식을 제안한다. Social App Manufacturing 환경에서 수행하는 프로젝트 관리에 이 모델을 활용하여 진행 상황에 대한 가시성을 확보하고 일정 지연으로 실패 위험이 발생하는 프로젝트를 식별하고 미리 대처할 수 있도록 한다.

  • In recent years, Vietnam's economic growth rate has been attributed to the growth of many well-managed industries within Southeast Asia. Among them is the civil construction industry. Construction projects typically take a long time to complete and require a huge budget. Many socio-economic variables and factors affect total construction project costs due to market fluctuations. In recent years, crucial socioeconomic development indicators of construction reached a fairly high growth rate. Also, most infrastructure and construction projects have a high degree of complexity and uncertainty. This makes it challenging to predict the accurate project price. These challenges raise the need to recognize significant factors that influence the construction price index of civil buildings in Vietnam, both micro and macro. Therefore, this paper presents critical factors that affect the construction price index using the fuzzy extent analysis process in an uncertain environment. This proposed quantitative model is expected to reflect the uncertainty in the process of evaluating and ranking the influencing factors of the construction price index in Vietnam. The research results would also allow project stakeholders to be more informed of the factors affecting the construction price index in the context of Vietnam's civil construction industry. They also enable construction contractors to estimate project costs and bid rates better, enhancing their project and risk management performance.

실물옵션을 활용한 새만금 환경생태용지사업 분석 (Real Options Analysis for the Eco-Environment Area Project in Saemangeum)

  • 본 연구는 새만금에 조성되는 환경생태용지사업의 실물옵션기법을 사용하여 경제성분석을 하였다. 30년 동안 운영하는 동안 수익에 영향을 주는 주요 요소들을 정의하였다. 수익의 변동성을 시나리오 분석방법으로 계산하여, 경영적 유연성을 적용할 수 있는 옵션 기반 분석방법을 제시하였다. 환경생태공원 경제성분석에 필요한 이용객수, 입장요금, 체험프로그램요금, 유지관리비용 등은 국내 유사한 환경생태공원의 사례를 분석하였다. 운영 중 포기할 수 있는 옵션권리를 가지는 것으로 가정하여 옵션가치를 계산하였다. B/C는 1미만의 값이 나오고, NPV는 음수로 나와 전통적인 경제성분석방법으로는 사업을 진행할 수가 없으나, 실물옵션분석으로 평가하면 사업의 가치가 상승하여 수익성을 확보할 수 있다. NPV(-466억원)과 옵션가치(281억원)의 가격차이 747억원의 가치상승이 발생하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 환경생태용지사업을 계획하려는 공공기관 및 민간사업자의 투자담당자는 본 연구에서 제시된 실물옵션기법을 활용하여 상황에 적절한 옵션을 선택하여 경제성분석을 할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

광역친환경농업단지 조성사업의 성과 및 생산자 인식 분석 (An Analysis of Performance and Farmer's Awareness on the Large-scale Environment-friendly Agricultural Districts)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze the performance and farmer's awareness on the large-scale environment-friendly agricultural districts (LEAD). For this, we survey 393 farmers who cultivate in the 14 LEAD. Most of farmers aware a necessity of LEAD project. They have a higher awareness and practical use on the 'production facilities and equipments for environment-friendly agricultural materials' and 'resource recovery center of crop-animal farming'. The spread and consciousness on the environment-friendly agriculture increase before LEAD project. Also the environment-friendly agricultural areas and incomes slightly increase. The results of this study show that the LEAD project need a modification in to response to change of agricultural issues and customer's needs.

  • Consultant and owner play a very important role in the construction sector which is one of the main sectors in economic development. There are many stakeholders in a construction project including but not limited to: owner, consultant, contractor, subcontractor, and supplier. The consultant is the party who is to stay in close touch with the project owner, which both consultant and owner are considered as the main key stakeholders to make the project happen. It's not a simple task for a consultant to just implement the same style of management and control within various projects that are of a different background and character of owners. Thus, the adjusting plan management and control to the owner environment has been an essential technique to drive the project to success. The objective of this paper is to identify the significant management techniques for adjusting a plan of management and control to the owner environment in Thailand. The methodology is the identification throughout the analogous to abduction from literature review and our empirical observations of Future Engineering Consultants Co, Ltd. We have been in consultation for twenty-five years (25) in Thailand with 209 projects from both public and private owners. As a result, there are (1) Project management styles, (2) Personal style, (3) Owner expectation management, (4) Scope Management, (5) Time Management, (6) Cost Management, (7) Quality Management, and (8) Environmental Management. The input are: a clear defined goal, showing respect by giving good service, maintaining high quality, keeping in touch with owners, and resources. This would give the output of the project's success by meeting the owner's expectation and requirements.

일본 토치오 거주환경 보전을 위해 학생과 거주자의 협업을 통한 지속가능 프로젝트 (Sustainable Project for Preserving a Living Environment in Tochio through Collaboration with Students and Inhabitants in Japan)

  • Since 1997, Dr. Shin-ya Nishimura has been developing an actual town planning project named the "Gangi Project". Students, inhabitants and local professionals walk around Omotemachi, examine the characteristics of the environment and the inhabitants' way of life, discuss plans and designs for traditional wooden arcades called locally "gangi". Students and inhabitants build the gangi together every year. The purpose of this study is to clarify how an experimental project aiming to preserve a living environment obtains sustainability as an actual town planning exercise. The research hypothesizes that sustainable town planning should include strategies for financial autonomy, active participation of inhabitants, supports from local professionals, an acceptance of changing environments, and responsible construction. The project has been carried out as a part of actual town planning, and continues to create a daily living environment based on the recent economical and industrial situation of the town. By focusing on the influences of the project on the town and inhabitants, the study has revealed the possibility of an actual town planning with small budget, and importance of a collaborative relationship with various participants in order to foster a sense of responsibility regarding the construction. The project also highlights the implication that sustainable town planning creates not only a participatory system but also a collaborative one in which participants take responsibility for the issues involved in the construction process.

주민참여형 주거지 재생사업에 대한 고령거주자의 사업 만족도 결정요소 연구 - 연남동 사업지구를 대상으로 - (A Study on Determinants of Elderly Residental Satisfaction on the Planned Elements of the Participatory Residential Environment Improving Projects - Focused on the Project of Yonnam-dong -)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the determinants of Elderly Residental Satisfaction on the residential environment improving projects and suggest the political implications. The survey include questionnaires about the satisfaction level on the project physical and non-physical maintenance factors. The results were statistically analyzed by Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. As the result of the study, firstly, it shows that 'traffic and improve pedestrian environment' and 'improved parking environment' factors that are important to the satisfaction of the elderly residents of a high impact on the business component a physical maintenance. Secondly, it shows that 'home improvement and management support' and 'economic foundation' factors that are important to the satisfaction of the elderly residents of a high impact on the business component a non-physical maintenance. The results of analysis on the determinants of Elderly Residental Satisfaction on the residential environment improving projects of Yonnam project may be important foundation for future strategies for improvement.

새만금 개발사업이 해양환경에 미치는 영향에 대한 인식 (Public Attitudes to Saemangeum Development Project and Its Effects on Marine Environment)

  • 본 논문에서는 새만금 개발사업이 해양환경에 미치는 영향에 대한 국민들의 인식을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 새만금 인근지역인 전북 군산시, 김제시, 부안군 400가구 및 새만금 인근지역 외 전국 600가구 등 총 1,000가구를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 얻은 결과를 분석하였다. 또한 새만금 개발사업의 경제적 효과 및 해양환경 영향을 동시에 고려할 때 새만금 개발사업에 대해 판단하는 공공의 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 서열프로빗 모형을 적용한 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. 인식조사 결과, 새만금 개발사업의 경제적 효과와 해양환경 영향을 동시에 고려할 때, 새만금 인근지역조사 및 전국조사 응답자의 70 % 이상이 새만금 개발사업을 반대하였다. 또한 설문조사 응답자의 90 % 이상이 새만금 방조제 외해역의 해양환경관리가 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 따라서 새만금 방조제 외해역 환경관리를 위한 적절한 대책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the perception of elderly residents on the residential environment improving projects and suggest the political implications. The survey include questionnaires about the importance and the satisfaction level on the project maintenance factors. The results were statistically analyzed by Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). As the result of the study, firstly, it shows that 'the possible overkill area' on the IPA action grid includes none of factors except 'landscape' which is very similar to mean of performance score. the result of analysis means that the project is very efficient. Secondly, the policy is necessary to improve 'pedestrian passage', 'public open space' and 'transportation environment'. Considering elderly residents especially 'pedestrian passage' and 'public open space' are in need of improvement immediately. In detail 'traffic facility', building 'urban park' and 'pedestrian passage', 'paving of pedestrian passage', 'children's playground' are in need of improvement as well. The results of analysis on elderly and non-elderly residents of Yonnam project may be important foundation for future strategies for improvement.

A survey on the perception of China private antidesertification afforestation support project and evaluation

  • This study is to evaluate the 'Private antidesertification afforestation support project' in the Kubuqi Desert through a survey of local residents and interviews with relevant personnel. Based on this survey, gender, age, and occupational differences in perception of the project were analyzed. In addition, the project was evaluated based on the OECD/DAC criteria using survey results and in-depth interviews with the relevant personnel. The survey analysis results show that the participants answered most of the questions positively, claiming that they were receiving social, economic, and environmental benefits through the project. However, most of the participants answered negatively to questions regarding the understanding of the project and relevant information. Gender differences in perception of the project were not found, whereas, age and occupational differences in perception were found. Older age groups showed higher levels of perception. Participants in the agro-livestock industry and office workers showed higher levels of perception compared to middle/high school students, the unemployed and college students. Teenagers, in particular, showed the lowest level of perception of the project, and thus, promotional activities targeting teenagers should be conducted in the future. Results of this evaluation of the project based on the OECD/DAC's five criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability) showed that the project operated effectively for the most part.
