As a governmental plan for real estate revitalization, remodeling vertical extension has been permitted. Thus, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport preannounced proclaiming the revised Housing Act and establishing the remodeling basic plan, and it is anticipated that the remodeling market will be revitalized in earnest after the enforcement of remodeling vertical extension(April 25th. 2014). As vertical extension is applicable up to 3 stories, the safety of building for remodeling is becoming important, so most remodeling construction works use various methods for structural reinforcement. In this process, the selection of structural reinforcement method has depended on structural engineer's experience and knowledge and there has been a limitation in selecting the optimum structural reinforcement method which considers remodeling project characteristics. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors to determine the kinds of structural reinforcement method in a remodeling project and suggested a process to select the best structural reinforcement method of remodeling construction.

This study deals with the problem of selecting 6 sigma projects. Traditionally, such selection was based on CTQ (critical to quality) or COPQ (cost of poor quality) derived within business units. Since the objective of 6 sigma is to achieve business goals in a short period, 6 sigma projects should be selected and carried out in coincidence with the whole company's strategies. This paper proposes two methods of selecting 6 sigma projects: one is to identify CTQ's by analyzing the company's BSC's (balanced score card) and then deploying them into subunits of the company and the other is to identify those projects with large hidden COPQ or cost of waste by applying value stream analysis and process model simulation to derive process cost models.

Increasingly, risk analysis is becoming important ingredients in achieving the successful implementation and application in the area of the project management. The project management system is designed to manage or control the project resources on a given activity within time, cost and performance so called TPPM (Total Productive Project Management). In this research, a risk analysis model misproposed to identify potential problem areas, quantify the risks, and generated the chice of the action that can be taken to reduce the risk. In addition two analysis models are proposed : 1) risk factor model and 2) network simulation model using VERT (Venture Evaluation and Review Technique ). The objective of the remodels is to estimate the schedule, cost performance risks. These proposed quantitative models for project risk analysis are proving its value for the project managers who need to assess the risk of changes in cost, schedule, or performance. The proposed models will be used in the area of project selection, evaluation and the allocation of project resources.

국내 공공건설사업의 건설기술용역업체 선정을 위한 발주 및 입 낙찰방식을 관련법에서 다양하게 제시하고 있으나, 용역업체 선정을 위한 발주 및 입 낙찰 방식 선정 기준 및 틀이 부재한 실정이다. 아울러, 현행 건설기술 용역업체 선정에서 가격중심의 선정 방식이 주로 활용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현행 국내 건설기술용역 발주 및 입 낙찰 방식의 실태조사를 통하여 문제점을 도출하고, 건설기술용역사업의 효과적인 성과 도출과 효율성 극대화를 위해 다양한 발주 및 입 낙찰 방식의 활용방안 및 기존 방식의 개선사항 등을 제시하였다. 이러한 개선방안을 통하여 사업의 성격에 부합한 발주 및 입 낙찰 방식의 활용이 가능한 기반을 조성하고, 기존 가격중심에서 탈피하여 기술기반의 평가요소를 반영하여 용역업체를 선정함으로써, 용역업체의 기술력 향상과 해외시장에서의 경쟁력을 강화하는데 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The existence of material price volatility in construction projects puts forward substantial risks for all parties involved. Depending on the parties involved in the project, type of contracts, and state of the market various risk management strategies are practiced by contracting parties to manage project risks related to price volatility. Unfortunately, in many cases companies fail to select an adequate approach to better manage volatilities of material prices due to the lack of a decision support system to aid in the selection of an appropriate strategy based on the project characteristics. The aim of this study is to identify critical project factors and align them to documented strategies to manage price volatility based on an extensive literature review and industry interviews. This study found Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) as the ideal strategy with respect to project duration; quantitative risk management methods with respect to the cost; and Price Adjustment Clauses (PAC) with respect to the risk allocation, as the top price volatility management strategies.

본 연구에서는 중앙정부의 창업지원사업에서 활용되고 있는 선정평가지표의 창업기업 선정여부에 대한 정확도를 검증하여 창업기업 선정평가지표의 유의성을 확인하였다. 이를 위해, 초기 창업기업을 집중 발굴 육성하는 창업선도대학육성사업에 지난 3년간 지원한 창업기업 973개의 평가점수와 선정여부 결과를 수집하여, 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선정여부에 있어 창업기업 특성변인에 따른 차이가 확인되었다. 둘째, 선정평가항목에 의한 선정여부의 영향은 2015년 성별(남), 창업자의 보유역량, 2016년 창업여부(기창업), 글로벌 진출 실적 및 잠재력, 2017년 창업여부(기창업) 항목만이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 최근 3년간 전체 선정의 유의성 분석결과, 매년 정확도가 낮아짐을 확인하였으며, 비 선정보다 선정에 대한 정확도가 더욱 낮음을 확인하였다. 이는 창업지원사업 선정여부 판별에 있어 활용되고 있는 선정평가지표의 유의성 검증 및 부적합한 구성항목을 확인하고 매년 창업환경변화에 따른 지표의 변경은 선정의 정확도를 더욱 낮게 하는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 창업지원정책의 효율성 제고를 위해 우수 창업기업 선별기능에 대한 선정평가지표의 중요성을 재인식하고 환기시키는 계기를 마련하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

자원 제약이 있는 프로젝트 스케줄링 문제는 자원의 양은 제한되어 있고 작업들 간에 선행조건이 있는 일정계획 문제로서 NP-hard 문제 중에 하나로 알려져 있다. 이러한 문제는 결정론적인 방법을 사용해서는 주어진 시간 내에 최적해를 구하기 어렵기 때문에 근사 최적해를 빠른 시간에 구할 수 있는 휴리스틱 방법을 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 자원 제약이 있는 프로젝트 스케줄링 문제를 효율적으로 해결할 수 있는 유전알고리즘을 소개한다. 제안한 유전알고리즘은 스키마 이론을 적용한 교차 연산자와 실세계 토너먼트 선택 전략을 이용하였다. 표준 문제에 실험한 결과는 제안한 알고리즘이 기존의 알고리즘 보다 우수함을 보여주었다.

본 연구는 국방획득사업에 있어서 무기체계 기종결정간 현 규정상의 문제점을 분석하고 객관성과 공정성을 확보할 수 있는 몇 가지 기법을 제안하고 있다. 헬기 가종결정 문제를 적용 사례로 제시하였으며 AHP, PROMETHEE, 요소변환 등의 기법적용과 장 단점 분석을 통하여 비교분석 하였다. 모든 상황에서 모든 조건을 만족하는 의사결정 기법은 사실상 존재하지 않는다. 따라서 무기체계 기종결정시 평가항목의 유형에 따라 적합한 의사결정 기법을 적용함으로써 객관성을 유지할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

사회간접자본시설에 대한 투자는 국가 경쟁력 강화에 필요한 인프라 구축을 위해 필수 불가결한 국가적 과제이다. SOC투자에 소요되는 재원을 국가 재정으로만 부담하는 것에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 정부는 민간투자사업 제도를 도입하여 적극 장려하고 있으며, 그 결과 2006년 계획 중인 8조3천억 원 사업 중 45개 사업 3조8천억 원이 이미 고시되었다. 그러나 급격한 증가에도 불구하고 BTL사업의 운영 및 선정과정에서 많은 문제점을 드러내고 있으며, 이러한 문제점들은 민간투자사업의 성공적 추진에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다음과 같이 BTL사업자의 효율적인 운영 및 선정방안을 제시하였다. 비용 및 견적요인에 대한 사전조사를 통한 물가변동에 따른 공사비 상승을 파악해야하고, 건설사업 관리기법 활용 극대화하여 본사와 현장간의 언어소통 극대화하고 업무 일원화 및 세분화시켜야 할 것이며, 사업시행자 선정 절차단계를 보완해야 한다.

The demand for super tall building construction is increasing worldwide. There has been a constant request for achieving early payback on investment by shortening the construction time. This pertains especially for the case of huge investment projects such as super tall building construction. It is very important to shorten the construction time for the building framework, which requires substantial construction time and cost, and this is directly related to the establishment of an optimum lift plan for construction. When there is a problem in the selection of the lift equipment, it is almost impossible to revise the selection, resulting in a possible failure of the project. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the function and logic for the development of the process for the selection of lift equipment for super tall building projects and further development of making the analyzed process into a system. In line with this research objective, the process of selecting the optimum lift equipment by domestic construction company was investigated and analyzed as well as collecting the actual field data. The actual data were obtained by sensors installed on tower cranes at three construction sites with the help from the construction company.
