본 연구는 국내 공공 및 민간 부문 전자, 통신, 기계, 화학분야 22개 연구기관 92개 팀을 대상으로 수집한 실증 자료를 통해 프로젝트 리더에 의한 챔피언 리더십이 팀에 대한 자원 공급 및 조직 지원, 팀원들의 팀 효력에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 분석결과 프로젝트 리더의 챔피언 리더십은 높은 수준의 조직 지원 및 자원 공급과 관련되어 있으며, 프로젝트 리더의 챔피언 리더십을 높게 지각하는 팀의 팀원들은 보다 높은 수준의 팀 효력을 보였다. 또한, 프로젝트 유형 및 혁신 분위기는 챔피언 리더십과 자원 공급 및 조직 지원, 팀 효력 사이의 관계를 조절하고 있음을 발견하였다. 끝으로, 연구결과의 이론적 및 실무적 시사점이 논의되고 연구의 한계점과 미래의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

Recently, the importance of project management has increased due to the scale and complexity of the construction projects. Therefore, this study conducted a survey on construction companies and related public institutions to verify the relationship between the role of the Project Management Office(PMO) and PM leadership for project performance. Based on this, the effect of the PMO role on the project performance was identified and the moderating effect of PM leadership was analyzed. As a result, first, the role of the PMO was found to have an influential on the project performance. Second, the PM leadership was verified to has a moderating effect in the relationship between the PMO role and the project performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influential of the role of PMO on project performance in the construction industry to suggest the necessity of PMO in the construction industry and the need to adopt PMO in large-scale construction projects and analyze the moderating effect of PM leadership on project performance.

최근의 경영 현장과 더불어 대학에서 리더의 진정성은 점차 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 리더가 리더십을 발휘하는데 있어서 구성원들은 리더의 진정성 정도에 따라 태도, 행동 및 성과에 많은 영향을 받는다. 이에 본 연구는 리더의 진성리더십이 조직분위기 및 프로젝트 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석함으로써 진성리더십이 지니는 중요성을 시사하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 대학에 재학중인 학생들을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 회수된 175부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었다. 가설검증을 위한 통계분석은 STATA 14.0를 사용하여 구조방정식으로 검증하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 리더의 진성리더십은 구성원의 진성리더십에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 구성원의 진성리더십은 프로젝트 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 리더의 진성리더십과 구성원의 진성리더십 간의 관계에 있어서 조직분위기는 조절역할을 하였다. 넷째, 구성원의 진성리더십과 직무성과 간의 관계에 있어서 조직분위기는 조절역할을 하였다.

Organizational personnel must have well-developed interpersonal skills to deal with the different stakeholders and departments, to work at different levels in the hierarchy, and to meet varying performance requirements. Many leadership development and mentoring programs are designed to expose students as well as construction professionals to contemporary leadership techniques and skills. Leadership skills generally separate into three decision-making styles with varying degrees: 1) Autocratic, 2) Participate, and 3) Free-rein. This paper describes the study of leadership styles among 174 construction professionals and addresses the most appropriate leadership style for a project executive and a project manager in relation to compare with the characteristic leadership style and job functions. The study supports the growing importance of leadership skills as a component of managerial functions and provides a benchmark to identify a dominant leadership skill for a specific managerial position.

The paper aims to examine the relationship of emotional intelligence on the project success, the causal relationship between emotional intelligence and project success, and also investigate the influence of emotional intelligence and the mediating role of transformational leadership as well as the moderating effect of organization commitment on the relationship between emotional intelligence and project success. Cross sessional research is applied to collect the data in this study. By applying quantitative research and survey question, the study collects 325 respondents who are the project managers. Snow-ball sampling method is used to distribute the questionnaires by face to face survey (68% of respondents) and online survey (32% of respondents). The collected data is analyzing by applying partial least square (PLS-SEM) via software SmartPLS 3.0.The result shows that the emotional intelligence and the transformational leadership making the project even more successful as the mediation actor. Furthermore, the project commitment also has the moderator effect between transformational leadership and project success. With the result of study, project managers should be aware of the importance of emotional intelligence and their commitment to the ability to manage projects successfully. A successful project is a combination of many actors, the most critical actor is the leader of the project.

본 연구는 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십이 참여자 개인 역량과 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로써 기업부설연구소 및 연구개발부서를 갖추고 프로젝트를 수행하는 연구원 276명을 표본으로 실증조사 하였으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십 역량은 참여자의 개인 역량에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십 역량은 프로젝트 관리 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십 역량이 프로젝트 완료성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 프로젝트 참여자의 개인 역량이 프로젝트 관리 성과에는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 프로젝트 참여자의 개인 역량은 프로젝트 완료 성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 프로젝트 관리 성과가 프로젝트 완료 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 프로젝트 관리자의 리더십 역량이 프로젝트 완료 성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 프로젝트 관리 성과의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 프로젝트 관리 성과의 간접효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 프로젝트 참여자의 개인 역량이 프로젝트 완료 성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 프로젝트 관리 성과의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 프로젝트 관리 성과의 간접효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해, 프로젝트 참여자의 개인 역량이 프로젝트 완료 성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 프로젝트 관리 성과가 병행되어진다면 더 큰 효과를 볼 수 있음을 시사한다.

건설 현장에서 리더의 역할을 담당하는 현장소장의 리더십은 프로젝트의 성과와 성패에 많은 영향을 미치는 중요한 핵심 성공 요인이다. 그러나 리더십이라는 주제가 지니는 추상적${\cdot}$정성적 속성으로 인해 이를 측정 또는 평가하는 것이 용이하지는 않다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현장소장의 리더십에 대한 정량적인 평가는 건설기업 차원에서 자사(自社) 현장소장의 리더십 수준을 파악하고 이를 지속적으로 향상시키기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위해 필수적인 과정이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire(LBDQ) 기법을 건설 현장소장 리더십 평가에 활용하는 방안을 파일럿 테스트를 통해 제안하는데 있다.

건설사업의 성공을 위해 리더의 역할을 수행하는 현장소장의 리더십은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설 현장의 'CEO'인 현장소장의 리더십을 평가하고 주요 특징을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 사회과학 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있는 LBDQ(Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire) 기법을 분석의 도구로 선택하여 최고 최악의 리더십을 지니고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있는 현장소장을 대상으로 리더십 수준과 유형을 분석하였다. 이와 함께 리더십 수준과 건설사업의 성과 간의 관계도 비교 분석하였다. 최고의 리더십을 지니고 있는 현장소장의 리더십은 효과적인 리더십 유형으로 나타났다. 반면, 최악의 리더십을 지니고 있는 현장소장의 경우에는 비효율적 리더십과 과업중심형 리더십 유형으로 나타났다. 리더십과 성과와의 관계에서 최고 최악 리더십 모두의 경우에서 리더십 수준과 성과 간에 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계는 관찰되지 않았으며 이는 현장의 악성도라는 개념과 함께 비교 분석되어야 한다는 시사점을 도출하게 하였다.

This study has examined the project managers' competency and suggests three competency factors, which are technical, human, and conceptual skills, for the success of IT projects. The study suggests that IT project managers should master three critical skills and knowledge requirements, and consider the proper leadership style for the successful implementation of IT projects. Especially this study has examined the effect of the fit between project managers' competency and leadership style on the performance of IT projects.

Purpose: This study aims to provide basic data for future nursing education by identifying the effects of flipped learning-type project-based learning on nursing college students' self-directed learning ability, self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy. Methods: It is a pre-experimental study designed before and after a single group to verify the effect of flipped learning project-based learning on nursing students' self-directed learning ability, self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy in 81 third-grade nursing students. Results: No statistically significant difference in self-efficacy (t=-0.80, p=.545) but self-directed learning ability (t=-3.85, p<.001) and self-leadership (t=-5.18, p<.001) were found to have a statistically significant difference before and after. Conclusion: Flipped learning-type project-based learning was confirmed effective in improving nursing college students' self-directed learning ability and self-leadership. Therefore, instructors will need to develop and apply teaching methods that provide learners with opportunities for pre-learning and carry out learner-centered projects to improve nursing college students' self-directed learning ability and self-leadership.
