Recommender Systems have been huge influence users and business more and more. Recently the importance of E-commerce has been reached rapid growth greatly in world-wide COVID-19 pandemic. Recommender system is the center of E-commerce lively. Top ranked E-commerce managers mentioned that recommender systems have a major influence on customer's purchase such as about 50% of Netflix, Amazon sales from their recommender systems. Most algorithms have been focused on improving accuracy of recommender system regardless of novelty, diversity, serendipity etc. Recommender systems with only high accuracy cannot satisfy business long-term profit because of generating sales polarization. In addition, customers do not experience enjoyment of shopping from only focusing accuracy recommender system because customer's preference is changed constantly. Therefore, recommender systems with various values need to be developed for user's high satisfaction. Reranking is the most useful methodology to realize diversity of recommender system. In this paper, diversity of recommender system is represented through constructing high similarity with users who have different preference using each user's purchased item's category algorithm. It is distinguished from past research approach which is changing the algorithm of recommender system without user's diversity preference level. We tried to discover user's diversity preference level and observed the results how the effect was different according to user's diversity preference level. In addition, graph-based recommender system was used to show diversity through user's network, not collaborative filtering. In this paper, Amazon Grocery and Gourmet Food data was used because the low-involvement product, such as habitual product, foods, low-priced goods etc., had high probability to show customer's diversity. First, a bipartite graph with users and items simultaneously is constructed to make graph-based recommender system. However, each users and items unipartite graph also need to be established to show diversity of recommender system. The weight of each unipartite graph has played crucial role changing Jaccard Distance of item's category. We can observe two important results from the user's unipartite network. First, the user's diversity preference level is observed from the network and second, dissimilar users can be discovered in the user's network. Through the research process, diversity of recommender system is presented highly with small accuracy loss and optimalization for higher accuracy is possible controlling diversity ratio. This paper has three important theoretical points. First, this research expands recommender system research for user's satisfaction with various values. Second, the graph-based recommender system is developed newly. Third, the evaluation indicator of diversity is made for diversity. In addition, recommender systems are useful for corporate profit practically and this paper has contribution on business closely. Above all, business long-term profit can be improved using recommender system with diversity and the recommender system can provide right service according to user's diversity level. Lastly, the corporate selling low-involvement products have great effect based on the results.

Lower Prices are offered through sales by telemarketing. This is to serve our customers by the fastest and most appropriate referral product that is most important to attract insurance. This study of the logistic regression model using datamining techniques, the life insurance companies in outbound telemarketing to support sales of the effect you want to validate. To join existing life insurance companies for the customer response and sales strategy based on the L segment and by age group, family-love insurance, accident insurance, and cancer insurance were in progress for the modeling. Set model based on the progress of the campaign to existing customers marketing methods and how to extract and run the model results has proven the superiority of the model. In addition, over time, depending on the aging model is set to a decline in operating profit to maximize the profits th update the model which was derived.
Increasing number of transactions and investments in technology has sparked a growing interest in technology valuation. However, it has not been easy to come up with an objective valuation of technology due to variance in technology value and specialty of technology valuation. The main objective of this paper lies in the development of a new system for technology valuation, Web-based Interactive Technology Valuation (WITV) system, which valuate the technology and analyze the technology value strategy. WITV system uses the Technology Valuation Attractiveness Model (TVAM). TVA is composed of the Intrinsic Value of Technology (IVT) and the Extrinsic Value of Technology (EVT). This paper experiment the feasibility of the TVA Model and WITV System by conducting an empirical study on small & medium sized manufacturing companies in IT industry, registered on KOSDAQ. In this study, the potential value is defined as the technology value. It is represents the expected profit appraised by the market under the competitiveness of technology and the growth of the market. TVA is measured as the index to forecast the Price-to-Book value Ratio (PBR), which is the proxy variable for the potential value of the technology. The results identify the feasibility of the TVAM through a high correlation between the TVA and the PBR.
This study aims at providing data for establishing a marketing strategy which can enhance the competitiveness of Korea domestic SPA(Specialty Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel) Brands by suggesting countermeasure strategy through the observation and analysis for SPA Brands, under the current circumstance in which the systematic and scholastic discussion for the matter, is lack, despite the diastrophism in fashion industry is prospected according to the rapid growth of Global SPA Brands. For this purpose, the characteristic and current status of Global SPA Brands is examined, and the main cause of growth is analyzed by approaching to their marketing characteristic, in this study. In relation with this situation, this study suggests the provisions as below, which are drawn from the analysis on Global SPA Brands' marketing strategy, so that Korea domestic SPA Brands could achieve successive performance under fierce competition. First, to be a competitive SPA Brands a business should be able to supply products with frequent product turnover by an interval level of one week or so, the existent product planning by seasons, as a business obtains various swift informations on consumers' demand with R&D center foundation. Secondly, SPA Brands should establish a strategy that a business can create high net profit by inventory management which enables lowering inventory ratio remarkably, and a strategy for innovative product supply by small quantity batch production, along with founding a high technological logistics system. Third, SPA Brands should establish a strategy for primary cost reduction by overseas dispersed outsourcing in order to enable diverse product development and rational price setting. Fourth, fashion marketers should establish also a strategy for communication by which brand image can be delivered effectively, by firming the brand identity and by informing product characteristic and customer service totally, with the method of VMD and flagship store. Additionary, fashion marketers also should establish a strategy by developing mobile application which can provide brand image and diverse other fashion related information.
The technology transfers from public institutions have positioned themselves as knowledge conduits for stimulating firms' capabilities under 'catching-up' economy paradigm. While this view is still relevant, the policy for public technology needs to be extended to a more marketoriented way. This study explores how public technology affects the financial performance of demanding companies by comparing the revenues and profits of 'technology commercialised group (TC)' and 'in-house research group (InR)'. The estimation results by hierarchy regression suggest that the size and the patents of TC firms have a more influential impact than InR group, although the ratio of maintaining research staff was reported an inverse relation. The contribution to the operating profit seems to be indifferent between the groups. The positive impact of public technology over the firm's performance is highly related to the technology commercialisation capability, signalling that the aim of technology transfer needs to gear toward the enhancement of commercialising capabilities rather than the promotion of technology transactions.
This study was designed to find out the relations between the major investment decision-making behaviors and profitability of the hospital. A total of 57 hospitals were analyzed on this study. The major findings were as follows; 1. Among the types of the investment decision-making, major factors affecting the profitability were where the top management belongs among the defender, analyzer, prospector, and reactor type. Other factors were whether or not hospital analyzes which is more economical between the purchase by cash and lease of the medical equipment and whether or not hospital changes the decision before the actual investment. 2, Among the types of the investment decision-making, major factors affecting the financial structure and efficient operation of the assets were ranking of the priority and whether or not hospitals can get enough revenue and cash flow when hospitals have to borrow a big amount of fund from outside. 3. Among the financial indices regarding the financial stability, major factor affecting the profitability was fixed assets to long-tenn capital. Other factors affecting the financial structure and efficient operation of the assets were value added to medical equipment, normal profit to medical equipment, liability to total assets, current ratio, value added to payroll expenses. 4. Investment decision-making behaviors are partially influencing on the financial structure and efficient operation of the assets. However it was proved that the profitability was the most influencial factor than other factors related with the operation of the hospital. 5. To improve the irrational investment decision-making behaviors strategic management system should be introduced, and the top mamagement's investment decision-making style should be changed from reactor and analyser styles to prospector and reactor ones.

High fluidity concrete(HFC) requires high dosage of superplasticizer to acquire sufficient fluidity, and high contents of fine powder and viscosity enhancing admixtures to resist segregation. The use of high amount of admixtures to make HFC at batcher plant in ready mixed concrete company is one of the reasons to raise the manufacturing cost of HFC. For this reason, new type of manufacturing method of HFC are described using both flowing concrete method and segregation reducing superplasticizer(SRS) in order to gain economical profit and offer the convenience for quality control.. As dosage of melamine based superplasticizer increases, it shows that fluidity and bleeding increase, while air contents and ratio of segregation resistance decrease. It also shows that addition of viscosity agent into superplasticizer reduce bleeding and improve segregation resistance of concrete. Dosage of AE agent into superplasticizer containing viscosity agent recovers loss of air contents during flowing procedure. Combination of proper contents of superplasticizer, viscosity agent and AE agent make possible to develope segregation reducing type superplasticizer. Compressive strength of high fluidity concrete applying flowing method with it is higher than that of base concrete. No differences of compressive strength between compacting methods are found. For the estimation of construction cost of high fluidity concreting using segregation reducing type superplasicizer, under same strength levels, although material cost of high fluidity concrete is somewhat higher than that of plain concrete due to segregation reducing type superplasticizer cost, labor cost and equipment cost of high fluidity concrete is cheaper than that of plain concrete. However, based on the strength differences, high fluidity concrete shows lower material cost, labor cost and equipment cost than that of plain concrete due to decreasing in size of member and re-bar caused by high strength development of concrete.
This study is to give investment information to someone who will manage a chestnut orchard or has been managing a chestnut orchard by means of profit by producers' chestnut price and a term of investment retrieval because of fluctuations in chestnut prices in the opening time by FTA. This study, hence, evaluated 133 families who manage a chestnut orchard at Jin-ju, San-cheoung in Gyeong-nam, Gu-rae in Jeon-nam, Gong-ju, Bu-yeo, Cheoung-yang in Chung-nam. This study used IRR, B/C Ration, NPV and the break-even point sales methods. As the result of this study, there are investment value at much than 1,140 won/kg including wages themselves at 4% interest, however, there are not investment value at less than 1,140 won/kg in the same economic condition. Furthermore, an investor could retrieve the investment at sixteen year and the break-even point sales is 32,963,000 won/ha. If 3,000 won/kg, an investor could retrieve the investment at nine year and the break-even point sales is 15,176,000 won.
